Quick lunch , food was good taste, feels just like home cooking, service was nice lady.
My kid have hot lunch at school. Her order is rice with crispy chicken but turn out just rice, happened to her classmate too.
What's not to love. Food is always made fresh and delicious and the owners are kindest people I've had the chance meeting and they help out our community. I'd give 10 stars if could. Excellent job! 🫵👍
I ordered pot stickers and the jungle lemongrass chicken. OMG, the food was amazing. The guys are awesome and friendly. I will be back here for sure. Never knew this place until now. I will be back. Keep up the good food, you made my day!!!! Very highly recommended!!!!
I am very disappointed with the overall service. The door to the place has old hours, so at first we thought it was closed. They were open luckily, and when we walked through the door, the place was empty besides a lady on the phone sitting at the table. As we approached the till, no one came out to take our order. Although the lady on the phone came over, still talking on the phone, came behind the counter and started to fiddle with the till. We waited as she finished her conversation with the person on the phone. I ordered the bigger size of orange chicken, which came to about $18. We waited for about 15 minutes for the food, which was fine. We ordered a few orders and did not think to check the food. We most definitely should have checked the food because it came wrong. The orange chicken did not come with any veggies, even though it stated it did. The rice was mushy and not very good. It was not worth the $18 at all. Service was not the best, food quality was poor, and order accuracy isn’t there.
I have only eaten here at least 40 times but never paid enough attention to check if I ever left a review. 🤦♂️ Food is cooked to the order and is always hot and fresh. You are always greeted promptly and after a while the boss will know your usual go to dish. If you are too lazy to come in you can use a food app and the parking spot is right in front for the drivers to easily run in and be on their way.
We went into the wok box last night and dined in. Was greeted with a smile and a small chat. I ordered the ginger beef it was hot and fresh really good size portion I barely finished it. Super busy people coming and going with take out orders. Was a really good first experience 😊 Great food great people will be my go to now!!
Some reviews said this was a really good place to eat, however I did not realize how expensive it would be for what I got. I ordered a lunch size sweet Mongolian and boy oh boy was it ever small. I wouldn't expect that it would have been the small considering it was $8 plus tax. I think they need to make their boxes a bit bigger considering there is very little food and more indicative of child size. My first bite was okay set my second by they realize there really wasn't much flavor. I didn't hate it, but I didn't really like it either. Will I go back? Maybe! Will I order a lunch if I ever go back? Not likely. Would I recommend the Wok Box in Abbotsford to friends? Possibly however I would for sure tell them to say extra sauce and don't order the lunch size if you're hungry

Love this place. I get the singapore cashew noodle but with rice and extra sauce and cashews. They overload it everytime. I asked for 7 chicken bites and I think I got 20. Keeps me coming back. Id add a picture but it didnt last long.
Always a friendly greeting with a big smile! Food is absolutely delicious! Any time we make a trip to Abbotsford we stop in. Sometimes we just make up an excuse, so we can have some great food! I eat here 3 times a week for the last 7 years. The food is consistently the same superb flavor. The owners run the business 7 days a week. I have gone to other wok box locations and the food doesnt have the same flavor. Where else can u get great food for under $15? Great service, great food!
Expensive, and small portions. For almost $20, I had the chicken chow mein, which was small and not that good. Cant really recommend.
They have great costumer service, Bobby always remember our order every time we go and the food is always amazing. The dine-in experience is always a delight from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.

I got an order of ginger beef and an order of egg fried rice. Overall, it was good. My only complaint is that the rice was quite wet and clumpy, and there was too much soy sauce on the egg fried rice. Its a lot better with the ginger beef mixed in. We placed 74 orders for a staff lunch. Bobby was great. We were able to tailor each order based on dietary needs. Each portion was labeled with each persons name. Delivery was timely and everything was hot. Portions are generous and leftovers tasted even better the next day!

Im not a fan of Wok Box. Ate there a couple nights ago. Didnt care for it the 1st time I ate there a number of months ago. Decided to give it a 2nd chance as I was near it. Wont go again. The food is hot and presents well and I was happy with the sumo size. However the noodles had too much thick sauce which meant you had to eat them in big clumps. And the flavouring misses the mark. Not for me.
This place is the worst customer service and very expensive. We ordered two dishes and they don t give enough meat in one of our order and the other order had a hair in it. The owner was super rude about the whole situation and gave us a hard time for refunding my money for the meal with hair in it.
Real dirty inside. I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. One of the owners sits there watching movies on a table mean mugging everyone that walks in. Customer service is hit or miss.
I tried the butter chicken poutine and it was quite delicious; unfortunately the person I was with found the wor wonton soup with only a single wonton and was disappointed. I found the service fast the restaurant clean and the good. I will return in the future to try more of the menu items.
I dont order Chinese food often. Very rare in fact. I was craving some this weekend, so made sure to try Wok Box. I went there on a day with early closing time and I was unimpressed, and instead bought some gross and over priced Japanese food next door. I did in fact go back, because I still wanted to try the Chinese restaurant. Well, the food was great. Love the spices, the portion size, and pricing, the presentation, etc. I tried the chicken lemongrass, and I would definitely buy it again.
I love Wok Box, have been going there since I was a kid and the fact that theyve been here over a decade proves that theyre good. I would definitely recommend going there.
If youre craving Pad Thai, dont go here. Nothing against the person who made my meal, he was great, but the flavour is way off. And while I fully understand that its fast food and if I wanted authenticity I should have gone to a Thai restaurant but dang.....waaaaaay off the mark here. Plus side, ginger beef still kills
12:30am and walking by the wok box near the fresco.Dirty plates and a blantent lack of cleanliness which of course will reflect in their food prep and continuous cleaning practices.If I could post a photo of how the wok box was left after they closed its not pretty.
I always come here the couple was very sweet and loved ones and the employees were amazing. Never disposed of in this location best food and they maintain quality.
Food is typical chain , not overly authentic and very expensive for porotion size even with inflation, there debit machine messed up and I paid 4.41 instead of 14.41 then she made me pay another 12.75 for a total of 14.41 . No that s wrong , now I had pay 17.41 for a small portion of food, I don t think I will go back
Took out 2 Singapore cashew sumo size meals. The wife eating bit into a 1.5 inch of fine sterl wire. Be careful and watchful of what you bite into. You might be surprised
I came here for the second time today, the first time the food was good and thats why I decided to go again. Today I ordered the buffalo chicken poutine and when I opened the box when I got home the fries smelt and tasty mouldy. I couldnt even eat it. My husband ordered a different poutine and they put way to much teriyaki sauce and salt he could barely eat his to. It was a waste of $30, wont be going to this place again and its way to overpriced for the amount of food you get.
Ordered 2 Singapore cashews, 2 drinks (mobile bandit deal for the second box free), a side of fries and apple pie spring rolls. Didnt get the deal price, didnt get the correct spring rolls, and the second box was a sweet Mongolian with cashews? Quite confused.

As far as the food goes its definitely one of the best locations that Ive been to. Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly.
Very disappointed. I ordered bulgogi beef and there were 3 regular sized pieces of beef in it and then a few tiny pieces. This was nowhere near the amount there should have been. There were however excessive amounts of onions included. The portion was also very small. I ordered the half order as typically a full order is too much for me but if this was a half size then I easily could have eaten a full size and then some. It was also extremely salty. Im typically a salt lover but even I couldnt finish it.

Reviews in here must be fake. This place is a huge disappointment and waste of money. Horrible quality. Everything tasted bland old and overcooked. Portions are bad too. I counted 3 coin size pieces of meat in their full size meal. I do not recommend this place.

Pretty decent food, got the fully loaded fries and the chicken was a bit hard but I just prefer soft foods, wasn t really the cleanest especially the bathroom which is surprising during these times, but would definitely go there again.

Always good and fresh. I switch it up here and there but love it hot! You can mix and match any noodles to any dish and thats what I do as I love the skinny chowmein noodles. Try DAN DAN HOT if you like the heat!

My bf and i always order our food to go and for about a year we went their regularly, with great service and yummy food. We moved across town and our visits became less frequent however when i called to order to go (aprox a year later) and gave my order she stopped me halfway thru and said extra cashews , sauce on the side She remembered my voice and order from over a year prior and i think that is outstanding as far as customer service goes.

Counter girl was rude, barked at me the whole time she took my order and aggressively dropped the debit machine down in front of me before shed even finished entering the transaction. Food was okay, albeit a bit salty, but fairly pricey given the portion size. Local mom and pop shops offer larger sizes for comparable prices. This was my first time here and I dont think Ill be back.

My husband and I come here often with our kids. We always get the Thai lemongrass and cashew dishes with the vegan chicken. The owners are so nice and friendly- they already know what we want when we go to order and always chat with us about how we are doing etc. The portions are generous and the food is so fresh and tasty. We will always come back here to eat - hands down the best wok box weve been too!
I guess customer service isn t a thing in Abbotsford. I am not sure when it was okay to be on the phone and ignoring your customers through every part of the interaction. I find it rude not to be acknowledged at all when I am a paying customer. The food was okay, but I won t be back as I don t like the service.

Good helping in the regular size. I like the spring rolls! There was potato in there, but the crust part wasnt crumbly at all. Hong Kong spice does have a good flavorful amount of spice - not super spicey that your nose will run, but a little kick for sure. Not the best ventilation in there, so its aromatic and hot sitting inside

Wow, you can order a delicious dish if you do or do not or cannot take the heat but you also can get one that can take you back to Thailand and feel the burn. I can hardly wait to go back and highly recomend everyone to be adventurous and give it a try.
