Waited 20 mins to start my order, the cash machines did not work which added more time, slowest wendys Ive ever been to.

How tf do you forget chicken and blue cheese in a apple pecan salad which has both? Do better.

The worst place to order from. You will never get the order that you payed for. I tried 5 times. Once i got my order right. The rest was waste of my time and money. The worst owners who never looks after their workers and is there to just collect a coin. Close the place, do ppl a favour.

Well they friendly with the dogs...and us too! We got our frosty well one vanilla 2 chocolate and we all enjoyed them alot!

Avoid this Wendys location at all costs. This has been by far the most disorganized and worst fast food restaurant Ive ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was a chaotic mess. My order was completely wrong, the place was shockingly dirty, the staff seemed slow and disinterested, and the food itself was ice cold. This is the kind of experience that makes you seriously question returning to a Wendys restaurant ever again. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this particular Wendys location. The complete lack of organization and poor execution across the board means youre taking a big risk of leaving with more than just an unsatisfying meal - you might just end up with a nasty case of food poisoning. Ill never be setting foot in this Wendys again.

I cant go through the drive street anymore. I never get the order right? Only do it speak in their language in the kitchen and the service is terrible. And I think the big potato was sitting all day.

A guy named Gurwinder is a very hardworking man. I always see him working hard and he makes sure everyone gets their food on time. I always see him when I come there very humble guy.

Received food poisoning from a bacon deluxe cheeseburger.

I ordered and paid for a Dave triple and got a double. The only reason I didnt go back was because I was on lunch break at work. Not happy! Was hoping for 3 patties and got 2.

Was the best Wendys until recently allowing vagrants and panhandling people to hangout instore. If they were just eating OK but a lot are just camping on property. It really ruins the atmosphere of eating in.

The food is fairly good, but the service is consistently TERRIBLE. No matter how many chances I give them or how often I contact management for terrible service, it Sheng improve. If they didnt have to Wendys name, they would not be open. Please improve your managers so they train your staff on how to treat us who spend our money at your facility.

After a long work day we decided to take a walk and order something fast, and a healthier choice option and for the, quality , Wendys boasts about we went with that tonight. Im NOT to sure whats happening with and to this location over the years, but I would strongly recommend to avoid it if you want to keep your stomach and intact and out of the washroom and that being your destination after eating or worse!! First, there wasnt a clean table or area to sit at and the store was empty. Your shoes stick to the floor when you walk around due to all the spills and pop on the floor. I politely tried to break the lengthy socials of the employees and including their manager, whom were all sitting on the food prep counters and backs to the guests in the store. Finally asked the manager and one other employee if we could please have a table wiped so we could sit down. The employee replied, are you being serious, then rolled his eyes. Second, the fountain drinks were out of C02, and we tried both machines. My husband again went to the manager and asked if she could please change the tank, or if she could please perhaps pour one from the machine at drive thru. Her reply was all the machines run off the same C02 and she didnt know how to change it and no she wouldnt be doing it. She then continued her social time and sat back on the counter. Third, our food was ready and we sat down to eat. I took a bite of the chicken and it was still frozen. I said, OMG I dont really want to go back up but I dont want to get sick either. So I approached again, the employee took it after I explained and walked away. I was like ummm okay so I called the manager over and she replied, what you want fresh ones? I said well yes obviously please as I do need to eat and we did come here for that reason. Lastly, the food inspector should visit this one location, for everyones sake!! Theres no options for a zero or it would have been for everything sadly.

So i dont understand the criteria from this store, i always see homeless people in and outside of the store. they can buy one item and sit there all day using wifi, or just sit in front of the store.Nothing against homeless people . Today i went there after work to get a burger for me and my daughter. forgot the frosty!!! Went back there a few hours later to buy it, but the dining area was closed so i tried to go on the drive thru , unfortunately i dont have a car! so they wouldnt serve me on my bike.... Thanks for the dude that bought her a frosty. If you gonna let all that happen at your store, you could at least let people buy food on their bikes. Is not the worst ive seen at that location.....

I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality - it exceeded expectations! The menu offered variety, and every dish was a delightful surprise. Service was friendly, and though the ambiance was modest, it had a charm. Considering a return.

Ordered a Grilled Caesar and found a foreign object when I took a bite, I have 0 idea what this is but it s nasty. I think it might be a lint ball I m not sure. I was super happy the last time I ordered there salads. but this is disgusting.

The staff are so rude. The lady taking our order had the most disgusted look on her face and looked me up and down numerous times. You can see all the staff standing around and chatting and slowing getting to their tasks. I mean at least pretend to look busy. The chicken strips i got were half the size as usual too.

Placed a skip order and it included a delicious large lemonade and they sent a pink lemonade instead. Unacceptable Wendys. Unacceptable. Do better. >:[

A lady at drive thru window at last night near about 2am when i was picking my order she talked with me in very very very very rude behaviour her tone was very aggressive and voice was very loud.She literally don t know that how to deal with customers,shame on that lady and will never go again

The fries were cold, the drive thru forgot a burger I paid for. My family was very disappointed.

Food is HOT and fresh, and employees are friendly too. I like that their food isnt overly seasoned. Unfortunately there are current types of people with ridiculous personal hygiene standards in the store all the time, especially at night. Strongly recommend buying take out.

Were moving and needed some energy. Being after 1 am, not much is open. Used the drive thru and got the orders in quick time. Hot and tasty.

Placed an order for 6 combos for pick up at about 1 am. Considering it was a Saturday the staff where all smiles, efficient and very friendly. The food was good and order was accurate. Keep up the good work !!!

I went through the drive through. The debit machine wouldnt work and when they did find one that did, I could hardly reach it through the window. This isnt the first time. What I dont get is why they have not dealt with this problem yet. It was frustrating.

This is for sure the WORST Wendys Ive been too. I ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap and was given a mess thrown in a bag with about a 1/2 cup on onions in there too. Awful. The Staff was also quite unfriendly. Id avoid this location.

The reason I LOVE this wendys is because every single time I have gone here the staff has shown me what an amazing work environment they have created. While Ive been here Ive seen incredible team work and efforts from the staff here. They are kind, funny, professional, they all work together and help each other, while smiling! its honestly a breath of fresh air seeing such commitment to each other as employees. There was never any yelling at one another or blame placed. They educate each other, help each other, and work together to better each other and their environment . Whenever Ive gone here they are smiley and professional and helpful and that says alot about the management there. They figured it out and they are killing it.

Often get orders incorrect and have issues with sauces and other things being put on when not asked too. Skip orders are often incorrect so please take more care when preparing skip orders.

Regular Wendys fast food, extremely slow at the drive thru.

Staff is super slow. Took 20+ minutes to go through the drive-thru with 5 cars in it. They always make you sit for 2-5 minutes before ordering through it. The food is decent but ended up getting the bottom of the fryer, so my fries were meh. There is a reson why McDonalds just makes so much more money. I spend less then 5 minutes in the drive-thru with the same amount of cars. Next time I may just go in.

Usually this location is great but today ended up with wrong sandwich in my order and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Pretty much undrinkable. Makes for a bad start to my day. :(

Staff at night was so bad, especially the lady who was working at the window. I was there at night around 1:30. The lady who took my order, she was literally frustrated, I can tell that she doesn t wanna be there. I do work in a fast food restaurant and give best service, always smile at customers, if I could I would have given 0 stars. After waiting for my order on side, they were not at all apologetic. One bad employee make the whole staff suffer.

Theres an old aunty working at the drive thru right now at 11:30 PM. Theres just one lane and NO CARS, no response at the lane, we said HELLO and she said, hi . We gave the order ans she said ok . No manners, ZERO AND WORST customer service!!!!! Food was given so rudely with no smile!!!!! Wendys must fire these employees that are NOT working right and just there for the money
