Worst restaurant Ive been. Food is terrible. Price in menu is different from what they charge. Staff is very rude, very impolite especially the cashier / owner. Dont recommend this place. Will never come back

They haven t answered their phone all day I have been calling for the last 2 hours I wish there was a better way to order ahead. They don t have any where online to order from so unfortunately will just order from another pho place. Other than the lack of service they have good food. Edit: I love the response, this is why they have the best pho around. Can t wait til the restaurant is open again

I oldered one large beef noodle soup for take out by phone and a woman I talked to said it takes 10min. But when my husband got there for pick up, there is nothing prepared and she said she didn t get any order from me. I had a call list. No apologies. And then they started to cook, when I got food at home, the noodle is undercooked. It s a terrible experience. I totally waste my money.

Seemed like a popular place so I got the coconut shrimp noodle soup the broth was good but the veggies were way to big to eat in a hot soup and such Ransome veggies like red pepper and even celery . That is usually not what I would expect in this kind of dish

Well these people decided to take vacation from july15 to july30 and I guess they dont care about updating their systems to reflect that so Ive just wasted time and money and now cant get to another place before closing.

Popped in with my family this week for lunch and we were super happy. The food was great and the waitress was super friendly. I loved the pho broth.

LOVE this place. Almost always have the Veggie Tofu noodle soup and firecracker prawns but have had a few other things that dont have pork or beef in them and the dishes were also good. We go here alot :)

Best pho in abbotsford!

I have been visiting this restaurant since I came to Canada in 2017. I have always had a good impression of this restaurant. But today they changed my opinion of this restaurant. When my boyfriend and I wanted to share a large size house special, we got a smaller portion than the usual medium size. The amount of both the vermicelli and the beef was obviously reduced. The pink raw beef that I saw every time I went there was also fully cooked today. The waitress said it was because the soup was too hot, which is never happened before and unacceptable. I understand the impact of inflation on small businesses, but you should also keep your original intention and be responsible to your customers.

I love mom and pop pho shops that do it proper. This place legitimately competes with some of the best pho spots in Vancouver and its in Abbotsford.

We love this place. So good. It s definitely nothing fancy. But the broth is delicious and the springs rolls are crispy.

This pho was simply not up to snuff, taste was not great

They gave me wrong order for pickup and overcharged me. When I called to ask about this they acknowledged that they overcharged me and we agreed that they will give me amount of the difference. Upon arrival, they tried to lowball and refused to give the amount we talked about (they didnt give a receipt too). The staff in there acknowledged how ridiculous the manager/owners are for trying to change what we talked about.

Best PHO around by far I have disliked pho for years I come here and now I ve visited multiple times and will continue to return.

Pho here is so flavourful, absolutely loved it. I ordered house special chicken Pho, they gave very fresh bean sprouts along with fresh basil leaves.

Used to love this place, but now the prices have gone up and the portions definitely down. I counted 4 small pieces of meat in my pho bowl last night.

Friendly greeting as I came in. Quick to get food. I expected a little bit more rice noodles in my bowl. Maybe Ill have to get the large next time. Also Im not sure why there was fat from meat in my food instead of just meat. Still, everything was tasty.

Really good authentic vietnamese restaurant.

I personally dont like the type of food served here but my wife swears by them driving to another city to eat there. Shes eaten at all of Pho places and absolutely loves the dish here.

Just ordered some crispy pork lettuce rolls. So much smaller than they used to be prices gone up and they don t even have some real pork in there anymore it s just a cheap piece of pork meat. Highly disappointed

Came in yesterday night, all the way from chilliwack as my boyfriend wanted to try a different spot. He said that they had great reviews, I should have looked for myself. We ordered the hot and sour soup and I explained that I wanted to try it with everything else we were ordering only for it to arrive as a packed up order. The service was poor and the restaurant was not busy.. for everything that we ordered only thing that we liked was the fried wonton. Will not be back, I only tipped them because I always tip even if the food and service werent great

One of the best pho in town!! That being said, it s good but not comparable to the best in the country. However, if you live in this city, it s a good fix when you re craving pho.

Been coming here more in recent months, decent value for the meals. Great for a quick lunch. The server is cheerful and polite.

The flavor of coriander is just right and the soup is delicious. If you dislike cilantro, I think you should tell me in advance. I really enjoyed it. I recommend Beef Pho! Personally, I think fried shrimp is better than spring rolls.

Food and service is always so nice

It is the best pho from west Vancouver to hope , great big portions . Very friendly staff followed by amazing service . All around great place , we go all the time for pho and never want to go anywhere else .

A week and half ago my wife and I went there to give it another try, as our favourite Pho restaurant was closed . My wives pho was the wrong one and the chicken wings were raw. We sent the wings back. They re-deep fried the wings and brought them back to us. I know they were the exact ones as I had butterflied my piece to see how raw it was and my wife had a bite out of her piece. You could see the 2 pieces on the plate they brought back to us. We were disgusted by this and sent them back. We then cancelled the wing order. They then brought them to the table behind us ( we could tell by the shape of the ones we bit into and butterflied ) We refused to pay for the wings and my wife s bowl of Pho. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable as a place serving people. Although times are tough for restaurants at this time it is not acceptable for them to do this to hard working people!!! Shame on you! I hope your food licence is taken away I am sad for the person that ate my food that was bitten into.

I ordered a bowl of Seafood pho last night,it was alright. Broth wasnt as flavorful as some others Ive had. There were a few pieces of something resembling meat but I couldnt even chew it. Completely like rubber.

I love my pho! I try to have it almost in every city I visit. Abbotsford #1 Pho is definitely top 3 pho soup places Ive had across several provinces and states. If youre looking for authentic pho with solid service, then definitely check this place out. I usually only have pho soup, so I cant speak to any of the other menu options. It all looks fresh and appetizing when it comes out, but I stick with my fave. Youll love this place, enjoy!

I have come in a handful of times. Quick and efficient service with good prices. Good pho, very aromatic and beefy. I always get the beef ball noodle soup. Best most authentic pho in the Fraser Valley

I always order the WonTon - sometimes with noodles, sometimes not - its always excellent either way. The prawn salad rolls are excellent! The chairs are starting to get a little worn, but thats expected with how busy they are. Well be back!

Yes, this place is absolutely the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in all of Fraser Valley! You will find newer, shinier restaurants but that doesn t beat flavour. The food here speaks for itself and is why we will only get our Pho fix from here (except Tuesdays when you re closed )

I have been to almost all the pho places in Abbotsford and Aldergrove, and for years the Pho Tran in Aldergrove was my favourite, but not anymore. The pho here is phenomenal. The staff is helpful and they are located centrally with a lot of parking.

This is my go to takeout place for Vietnamese food! Their pho and vermicelle taste better then any other restaurant in town and at a great price. I have never sat in but the service I get at the takeout counter is fantastic.

Service was very good even though they were quite busy. I had a very nice bowl of pho - tasty and reasonably priced.

It was delicious for the price. We went with two children and two adults, and we ordered three dishes at first, but it was so good that we ordered one more. We were grateful for the staffs friendly explanation and sense. Next time, we will visit again.

My second time coming here. First time, ordered the pho and the food was great. Second time, ordered the hot and sour beef and it was probably the worst I have had. The noodles didn t seem cooked, the broth tasted bland. I would not recommend hot and sour beef noodle soup.

The restaurant definitely feels like a mom and pop establishment, with all the good reviews I had to come see what the fuss was about. The pho was amazing and very flavorful (probably my favourite pho so far). The spring rolls were also quite good. While I cant speak for the whole range of dishes I really enjoyed the food here and would definitely recommend.

I got takeout from this pho place three times, and it s always been really good. The pho still tastes great even when I eat it at home. It s a convenient and yummy choice for a quick meal.

Does the #10 usually only come with one meatball and a small piece of tripe and tendon? I did ask for extra meat and paid the extra charge for it, and by meat I ment all non noodle ingredients involved ie: beef, ball, tripe, tendon, what the soup comes with right, Miss communication I guess. But still seems like the portions just got substituted instead of added. Good spot and tasty soup, dont be stingy when people ask for extra and pay for it. Unfortunately I cannot make two reviews. I went back and ordered another #10 house special to-go, no extras, just the basic. I got home and opened it up to see NO tripe, and NO tendon. Still tasty soup but inconsistent, thats to bad..

Me and my girlfriend came in for dinner tonight, I had a chicken pho and it was the best chicken pho I have had for a long time and Ive tried many from different places their broth is defanitely on point and will defanitely be back again .

Being of Vietnamese descent - I am quite picky when it comes to Pho. I have tried almost every Vietnamese restaurant in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Hands down my favourite place in the area with great service. Pho Dac Biet #10 with a side of rare beef - squeeze lime on the rare beef and enjoy. Make sure you are okay with tendon and tripe. Mama doesn t like seeing food being wasted!! Support your local mom and pop :)

I have been here a few times now and the service is quick and the food is good. Not large portions or the best flavours but consistent. Not the best in town but I would say the third best in Abby thus far.

I have been coming here since i was 18 years young. 15 years later I now have a family of my own and we ALL still love eatting here. My oldest daughter is a pho phanatic and refuses to eat it from anywhere else, and I assure you it has EVERYTHING to do with the amazingly clean, authentic broth, great service, family atmosphere and past 13 years of memories she has here. You wont find better Vietnamese food anywhere else in the lower mainland. The pho is amazing, the wonton soup will cure any hangover or cold, and I lived off the salad rolls during my last pregnancy, just typing this is making me hungry..... I am literally on my way to order my food now thanks for 15 years of amazing food and memories

This is my go to for pho and salad rolls. My daughter and I will order take out from here when shes in town. It her favorite too.

I came in for a quick lunch and ordered the salad rolls. They were really good but didnt have any mint inside which I like. I asked the server and she replied that they dont put any mint in but I can bring you some on the side. That was nice of them and very friendly service.

Recently visited and got a bowl of beef meatball pho and the fried wonton appetizer. I chose the spot because of the reviews, but felt as though I was misdirected. The broth was not flavourful, and the noodles were soggy and mushy right out of the kitchen. The wontons, although crispy, only tasted of oil and nothing else. they were sitting in a bowl that had a layer of oil in the bottom of it which was unappetizing. I also got a Vietnamese coffee, which traditionally come with condensed milk and slow drips over ice. This was basically a McDonald s iced coffee, not strong, no condensed milk and it came in a sealed plastic cup. Overall, a disappointing experience, won t be going back.

Ordered two house specials. The soup tasted good and there was quite a bit of noodles. The biggest disappointment was that there was literally only one little piece of tripe in each one and one little piece of tendon. I was expecting more, it s not really the house special when there is bare minimum put into it. I get that things have gotten expensive but it is ridiculous how they mislead people by putting that on the menu

Fast, clean and delicious!

First time here and I had Pho Tai take out. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The take out format for their pho is the best Ive had so far in that all the meat is already placed in the bowl but not just lumped in there, they lay the rare beef out in flat pieces arranged around the bowl in a pretty yet functional design that allows for the beef to easily cook. I personally have been going here for the past 2 years and never have had any issues. Out of all the pho places in Abbotsford I find that this restaurant has the most flavour in their dishes. The exterior appeal of the restaurant is not the greatest but trust me when I say their food will win you over.

Food here is consistent and excellent! This is my go-to pho place and much better than any of the other options in Abbotsford (and super authentic!). Staff is awesome, food always comes quick and hot, and very reasonably priced.

This place is incredible! We tried a couple of their dishes including their pho, spicy soup, and grilled pork and chicken plate. Everything was flavourful and made from quality! I finished off my meal with their Vietnamese ice coffee. I would drive out of my way to come back to this place for another bowl!

Went there to eat today. Order my daughter a rice and fried chicken. When they brought it out looks really good, as I tried to cut up the chicken I realized the whole inside of the chicken was completely FROZEN. Not even a sorry or anything as we told them they took it back and refried the SAME chicken. Brought it back outside burnt and inside just warm. On top of that I had a salad roll. The lady forgot my sauce, she told me shell be back with the sauce after like 40 mins still NO sauce, and were not a first time Comer. We come often. But that was the last straw for us. Never going back again

Pho broth had very little taste. the restaurant was gross inside. unsanitary. salad rolls were pre made and dry and not fresh. all the condiments were filthy. not cleaned. and i didnt get bean sprouts. i got the rare beef and beef balls. there was no rare beef in my soup and asked about it. she told me it was there. she lied to my face and ripped me off. i know my pho. this place is awful, unsanitary, rude and treat you poorly. do not go here

Terrible customer service. My daughter called order for P/u brought it home and it was the wrong order. She called back to let them know and the lady yelled at her and said come back. We took the wrong order back and because I was wearing a mask and hoodie she thought it was my daughter. Started yelling and saying you said this. I yelled back and said it was my daughter and I was there when she ordered. As she is yelling the other guy took the food I brought back and handed it to another customer. OH MY GOD, I could have spit in it. The lady kept yelling I took the food and told her I will make sure we never come here again. We have been loyal regular customers to them. The lady is so rude. I would never go there.
