Boston Pizza in Abbotsford

Place was short staffed, they didn t get our drinks until 20 minutes in, we left. They just didn t seem to give a damn & I ve had a bad experience the last 2 times I ve been. Maybe never again?

The servers seemed to be busier than usual. After we put in our order we didnt see her for 25 minutes aside from refilling our glasses of water. After she dropped off our food, we didnt see her at all. We had to ask another server for stuff. The server was friendly the 2 times we did see her but she basically vanished too until it was time to bring the bill. The pizza we ordered was the perogy spicy pizza. It was very spicy and tasted very bland. Ill never eat that pizza again. Boston Pizzas spaghetti sauce and their burgers are much better though. There were random blasts of cold air that seemed to come from the ceiling the whole time we were there. Very off putting when a customer is already cold. No one explained what was going on. The entire experience was underwhelming and sub-par.

Worst service in my life We decided Abbey road was too loud so we came here for a quiet drink and they refused us cause we came from another Bar We were not drunk and had 2 Designated Drivers The WORST service in Abbotsford Trying to be SO STRICT on what you think is someone drinking too much youre gonna lose all your business especially when people have designated drivers We will never return her for business and all of our friends will be notified of your poor habits When people are being responsible, having a driver whom is sober you should be ok with serving a drink.....hope u get shut down

So tonight me and my husband went for pizza and pasta,I love the meateor pizza and I love the spicy meat sauce that s in it ,but my pizza tasted like the sauce from great white north pizza and I explained this to the manager when we paid our bill ,he argued with me even though I told him I knew what both pizzas taste like ,but instead of apologizing he gave me a non chalant attitude and he acted like he didn t care, he didn t care to correct it ,instead he just looked away when we paid our bill ,very unprofessional and unpleasant experience for us .how can a manager argue with a customer like that was shocking this guy should not be a manager if he doesn t care about his customers. Came in around 1pm on a Sunday to the Langley location. Not busy at all. Only 4 other tables had customers. We Waited 10 mins at the front. No one came to seat us so I had to flag down a bar server. Once we were seated the service was very slow. Server didn t come back to ask if we needed anything else or to top off our waters. We had to ask for everything ourselves

I was there to pick up my order . They told me the waiting time is 5 minutes but they made us wait for more than half an hour. The manager was arguing with me saying that you are just a delivery driver and I don t care about your order. This is how your treat everyone??? Really disgusting and disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone to visit this Boston pizza location.

My son said let s go to BP so we did! I ordered a beer with my pizza and noticed must be flat and end of keg .. Asked server if they would double check which they did and was and got new fresh beer! Mother in law ordered French onion soup but isn t what it used to be (used to be super cheesy on top) was like onion water and lightly mentioned to them and they removed from the bill I feel this place could use little attention to some details in the place but they obviously care and work towards improving. Online reviews are rough on businesses but honestly no one s perfect and bad food and employees will always come and go! We hade amazing caring staff today and they showed they cared when we asked and brought small issues up! Always come here and will continue! Thanks BP!

Our server Ralph was such a gentleman! While he was insanely busy in a severely understaffed environment, he still managed to give us excellent service! Definitely will be requesting Ralph on our future visits. A lovely young man!

I have to say this was the absolute worst Boston pizza iv ever had in my life and iv been to many from mission to Langley to Coquitlam Vernon and medicine hat. My family ordered daughter mountain spaghetti witheat balls. The sauce was so bland and the meat ball tasted like prepackaged which were absolutely disgusting I order normal spaghetti and my was so saucy and again no flavour what so ever. My husband go the lasagna and it was not layered like a normal lasagna would be it was just noodles smothered in flavourless sauce and topped off with mozzarella cheese. My husband could only eat the noodles. I would definitely detour you from going to this place go anywhere else this place is disgusting.

Ordered through Skip, portions are small, meals look at if a toddler prepared them. Hire some real cooks and perhaps do some quality control? Place has really gone down hill.

I am just giving review because of Sean the manager on duty. He is soo hardworking person, we saw him running and doing all the stuff alone on the floor. He was soo decent amd welcoming person. I would love to come back just because of him. Just wanted to see more employers like him.

Horrible and rude I went to go pick up an order and they treated me so wrongly. I feel like it was because I am a person of colour and I think this is insane that in 2024 that racism is still here. Hopefully they fix this because I will not be attending here. For the food aspect there is nothing wrong with the food but the service is so poor. I was confused with how you pick up an order and I handed them the phone to talk to my cousin who ordered the food they were so rude to my cousin. I will not be coming here and noir should you untill they fix this issue. The person who was displaying childish racist behaviour was Anna.

My friends and I stopped in here earlier today, the server at the front entrance saw us and walked away and then my friend got her attention to come to the front and midway serving we were passed off to another server who seated us.. we waited 10-15 minutes and no one came to us and as we walk out to leave we crossed paths with our server who didn t stop us once! We didn t cause any disturbance, we were polite and kindly waited so does BP wanna explain why we were treated like this? We weren t even served water!

The server helped me out by letting me know about the options, and what the meal incudes. I did not get the nice servers name fortunatley. They have glutten free optons as well as vegan ootions, or any other allergies just let them know. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking lot. Buttons to open main doors.

Had double rye on ice with side of oj needed more oj for rye manager brings a large glass of oj and charges almost 5. Fast service friendly staff

This was a tough visit. Wife and I met after work for dinner. She had beef dip and I had 7 cheese ravioli. Her beef dip was full of fat and grissle and she would not eat it. The ravioli came out cool. I asked for a re-heat and the microwave failed. On a positive note... the server was spot on. She was quick and engaging and did her best with what she had to work with.

My husband and I had a terrible take out experience from ordering here. We first tried to order online but the site kept glitching and not acceptinh payment from either of our cards so we decided to call instead to place the order the person on the other end kept hanging up the phone and this took about 2-3 attempts before someone actually answers the phone. While ordering the girl who was on the other end seemed a bit rude and sounded like she just plainly didnt want to take orders. When my wife arrived to pick up the orders the girl completely messed on the orders we originally ordered 2 dinner for 1 which was supposed to two small pizza and salad 1 dessert and 2 sodas what we ended up was 2 medium pizzas and 2 large salads my wife complained to the manager but he seemed unapologetic with the whole thing and claimed he will give a fantastic discount it wasnt it was only 8 dollars off...the original order was only supposed to be 54.99 but was actually 86.03 we ended up spending more money then we originally intended. My wife did have the option to wait another 20-30 to get the order correct but we choose not to wait as she already drove 20 minutes to pick up the food and I was at home with a baby it was a ruined date night for us and I dont think we will ever come back with the terrible service.

They were able to accommodate a girls soccer team with parents. Enjoyed getting an entire section that kept our party together and separate from the rest of the restaurant attendees. Food was good, but took some time to get there. Kids were having a great experience.

Terrible customer service from a possible manager. Sunday 2:55pm We arrived and asked if she could accommodate a group of 16 we understood it was last minute but we were just wondering if she could. Her exact words were you want to bring a group of 16??!!? Here right now?!? usually people call ahead of time they call and make reservations! Her attitude was terrible terrible. There are ways of say things without being rude. Her attitude was the worst she could have said you know what I don t have a lot of cooks there will be a long wait but no she was making us feel like how dare you ask me that There were no customers inside I can see why We went to the old spaguetti factory instead and they had no issue accommodating us really go there instead

I have gone to BP many times for date night or for late night appies and we have been so impressed with the service. We get taken care of by server A each time and she is the absolute best. She is so kind, good at her job and understanding. We have had lots of good chats. Thank you A you are amazing!

Although friendly, service is slow, appear to be untrained and lacking direction from floor manager or shift lead. No hussle lots of wandering with empty hands with tables needing to be cleared, cheques to be dropped, payments to be taken, people to be seated. This is the 5th time weve been to this location in a year and the second time we have walked out waiting to be seated with no line.

I don t normally leave reviews but this Boston Pizza has by far exceeded my expectations on a couple occasions now! Tonight they went above and beyond even when they were not obligated to do so. Last night I ordered from UberEats and was delivered food that was slightly over cooked and that surprised me as I have never had that issue at this location before. I then reached out to UberEats to resolve it and was just ran around in circles and was pretty much told to pound sand. I was devastated that UberEats treated me so badly. I made the choice to call the store and ask for their advice on the situation. Now normally you are directed to UberEats since that is who the order is placed though and I understand that one. Though the Manger that is working this evening went above and beyond and offered to remake the order from last night. Not once did he have to and was more than willing to. This Boston Pizza gives you by far A++ Customer Service! I do apologize to the amazing manager tonight. I did get your name but I don t think I will be spelling it correctly so I have left it out. Also thank you to the nice lady who originally answered the phone to help! Keep up the amazing work!

Unfortunately my boyfriend and ordered take out and they put all our other stuff on top of his chicken mac and cheese was like completely caved in and squished. with alot of the sauce everywhere in the bag and on the other items also they didnt put his chicken in the mac they put it separately for some reason. My food was good. But very poor packaging huge mess. We have a baby so we were way to tired to go back and possibly get a non exploded order of food lol. Also pretty over priced for what it is if we are being factually honest.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, prompt service and great food. I love how the quality of the dishes hasnt declined each visit we make. Spacious dining area with a nice bar area. Mostly coming with the kids, so I really havent been able to take advantage of the adult area.

Came in here on Saturday night at 930 pm after being in childrens hospital all day. The staff made my sons night. So kind and playful with him after 2 days being in the hospital with no fun. I cant say enough for how amazing the staff was. Got us seated right away, got our order right away, and food omg was so good. An incredibly late dinner, but it was worth it with how much we all needed some food. Parking: Tons of parking spots available. Kid-friendliness: Brought our 2 year old in with us for an incredibly late dinner after being in childrens hospital all day with no food. The staff was so amazing with my son, brought crayons over and talked with him when he showed the lady serving us his tablet.

This Boston Pizza was one of the best I have ate at. The service was amazing, food was fresh and served in a timely manner, this BP was one of the cleanest well kept restaurants I have been to. We will definitely be back!

As an allergy guy, this Boston Pizza used to be a one star. Theyve updated their menu, in regards to allergies, quite substantially. They have a lot of gluten-free options and cater well to dairy free as well. The service we get is always fantastic but unfortunately their portion sizes are a little too small. Im always hungry when I leave... But the cost of the food does reflect that... So the price isnt a rip off. If I could get full off of ordering a meal, this would be five stars now. Id be happy to come back with my family.

The food had the taste of Boston pizza, but the beer had more carbonation compared to other locations, giving it a nice fizzy quality. The server was very friendly, although there were some burnt marks on the front plates, which were wiped clean before use.

A very enjoyable suppertime location to relax, watch sports and talk to friends. It was nice to meet other satisfied patrons who were visiting from Ontario. Parking: Park right along the side of the restaurant. Safe, well lit and out of the way of any traffic. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and large convenient doors.

Poor service. Was standing in line and some women walked in and the server went and helped her.. with the manager standing there. Place was dead as can be. Definitely needs more training.

Out for an evening meal after work. Always consistent. I had the salmon bowl. I would recommend it. When we go to BPs we always like to take in one of the games on display. We usually try to take in an oilers game and have HPI on my phone and play horses. It usually makes for an eventful evening

The New mac and cheese is perfect in creamy cheesiness. It was very delicious and i totally recommend you try it.

Huge screens to watch sporting events. Nice atmosphere.

My chicken & mushroom fettuccini was disappointing. Mushrooms were undercooked and the noodles were too soft. I also had a side Caesars salad and it felt like some parts the lettuce just came out of the freezer. The restaurant wasnt busy so there is no reason for this outcome.
