Sucks. Waited 30 minutes and no one came to take the order. Had to call someone after. She said i m not your server! Wasted my time and money. Worst customer service ever. I won t recommend.

I ordered a chicken fettuccine pasta and a vegetarian pizza, the pizza was great until we found a hair on the pizza, then i showed them and they were giving us an attitude pretending i was at fault. No napkins were given, no forks, spoons were given at the beginning, the lady who took my order was great, had a smile but the lady on the front was terrible and rude nature. In one word, terrible experience today.. Parking: Free parking in front of boston pizza

Went there yesterday with family to enjoy a pizza night. But it was the worst experience, the topping of the pizza slid right off the crust. We wanted to get some ranch for the pizza, but we didn t see our server for the next 20 mins. So disappointed with the food and service.

They should upgrade their TVs and need more staff to buss the tables.

Unfortunately not our first not good experience here but thought we would give another chance. Brought my food out burnt-knowing it was burnt and tried to cover it with extra parmesan cheese. How do I know that they knew? When the food runner came back to our table she said they have one ready for me if I thought it was too burnt. (It was charcoal black bandera bread). They forgot to bring my sons dinner altogether, I had to ask 3 separate times if they were going to bring his dinner. Server was not attentive at all. And Ive been up since 2:30 with what I believe could be food poisoning. We enjoy BP food but I will not go back to South Fraser Way.

Wings combo, salad was good wings were only warm and tasted borderline foul with little to no seasoning (salt and pepper) Wheelchair accessibility: 1 stall by the door.

I recently visited Boston abbotsford and was disappointed with my experience. I didn t receive salsa with my nachos or the ranch I requested with my pizza. These small but important details really impact the overall meal.Moreover they did not apologize for that when i complain them while paying.. While I ve enjoyed their food in the past, this level of service was disappointing. I hope they can improve attention to detail to ensure a better experience for their customers .

Great Experience at Boston Pizza with Triple Play! I recently visited Boston Pizza at Abbotsford and had an amazing experience. We decided to try the Triple Play, and it was a fantastic choice! The variety in this appetizer platter gave us a little bit of everything: delicious wings, perfectly crispy cactus cut potatoes, and cheesy bread that was so soft and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start our meal. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere made for a great time with family and friends. Boston Pizza never disappoints when you re in the mood for good food and a casual vibe. Highly recommended if you re looking for a tasty meal with a fun, laid-back

The worst experience went there today they gave me table nobody came up to ask for water or anything. We were sitting there for 25 mins and the restaurant was not even busy . Very disappointed. No good staff either

It was good my 98 years old adopted grandmother and I went to celebrate my birthday and share a meal together. The waiter was a bit confused for most of the service and kept forgetting things we asked for. That part was annoying, but I got my free birthday cake and shared it with my grandma.

If I could give 6 stars for the food and service I would! Atmosphere, its a BP. 5 Stars for a BP, but nothing over the top. Now... Service was exceptional, was very well attended, but let me get on to the food! Was there for Pasta Tuesday... Had the Jambalaya Fettuccini ... On a special nite, you may expect a slightly smaller serving, or less protein, or more noodles as filler .. but this was definitely not the case! Im pretty sure there was more protein than noodles, as I had shrimp and sausage at the bottom of the plate (bowl) after all the noodles were gone! Really good serving size, will definitely be going back! Parking: Small parking lot in front of restaurant, not a problem during non-peak times. Lots of parking in the street mall adjacent.

We picked up a pizza from Clearbrook Boston Pizza, which Ive done in the past with no issue. Today though the pizza did not have any detectable sauce on the pizza and had between one and two inches of barren crust. They offered a replacement later, but Ill never go to BP again, and would not trust they would not tamper with the next meal out of spite for daring to complain. Terrible service, terrible food, too expensive for the garbage they push. Shame on them.

We came, asked for seats they gave us seats. The group of guys came 10 after us and they gave them drinks and took their order. We waited for another 10 minutes and they were ignoring us they didn t even give us drinks. This place is horrible dont go here. Avoid this place at any cost. Whoever is reading this you need to manage this place properly. I am so disappointed.

All the pop was flat. Both meals were overcooked. Attitude from server and manager was unacceptable when we raised our concerns.

We had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza Abbotsford during our recent family lunch outing! Our server was absolutely amazing, showing great patience and kindness towards our kids, especially one with autism. Their understanding and accommodating nature made a huge difference in making our meal enjoyable. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, too! Kudos to the team for a great service. Well definitely be back! 5 stars from our family!

It would be 0 star had it not have been for the waitress that was amazing and tried hard to help but still had to give it 1 star. Ok. Went to dine in and literally took us almost 10 mins to get seated when the place was empty. Looked over to see what the holdup was and 3 staff members were just giggling and enjoying life. So I ordered a grill chicken clubhouse. Sandwich came with a chicken nugget between bread until the waitress noticed something was wrong. Then she got it remade on a rush and the rush sandwich came out what tasted like burnt rubber. There was also zero napkins provided. Had to go to random tables and take the cutlery which had napkins wrapped around it. Horrible and this isnt the first time. I never Google review and only will if its awesome or pathetic. This is one of those times.

Worst visit ever! Took my family there for dinner tonight. We all ordered and waited for our stuff. Waitress comes back and tells me theres no ingredients for my drink. Whatever , I change my drink. No biggie. My hubby ordered a sandwich and tomato basil soup, when the waitress brought out his soup it was chicken noodle. So he sent it back and changed his order cuz he wanted to dip his sandwich in tomato soup but they didnt have it. We waited again for the food, thinking it would take longer cuz he changed his order. Well 15 mins later, his food comes and my kids food. But mine is no where to be seen. I had ordered a full rack of ribs with garlic mash potatoes and a side Cesar salad. I ask the waitress about my food, she says they are bringing it out. 10 mins later i all again and I get told my order went to a different table and they will bring mine out in a couple mins. 20 mins later, my hubby and kids are done dinner and I have not gotten mine yet. So I tell her to put it in a to go container. Waited another 15 mins. And still nothing. By now we have been here for over an hour and I got to sit there while everyone else ate. Ended up leaving hungry myself. Save yourself the headache

Came in overhearing a customer complaining about the quality of the beer. Ordered 2 dramatically different beers and both were indistinguishable, and quite off tasting. After expressing something was wrong with their draught beer was offered another serving of it, rather than something else. Then my wife ordered Thai chili chicken and it came as dry chicken with no sauce. When we asked the manager for cutlery as we hadn t been given any yet, she rolled her eyes and gave us attitude about it. Then when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the lack of any sauce at all on the chicken we were once again given attitude and given a tiny dish of sauce. Unfortunate experience as the server was very friendly but the food quality and manager handling of the situation was absolutely abysmal

Have to say your promotion person sucks. Sitting out front for the parade & they came out with coupons for the kids. The group next to us called for Auntie Kim so she walked by our kids to hand them all coupons. Nice job. Will find somewhere else for lunch today for sure.

The waiters here are really nice, friendly and helpfull! Vegetarian options: They have two vegetarian pizzas on the menu and you can create your own pizza aswell. I had the mediterranian and I can highly recommend it! The choice of toppings is awesome same as the taste!

We just ate here and the service was awful we had Trinity S as a server and she was very rude, unhelpful and we constantly had to keep asking her to bring us stuff that was suppose to come with our food. We will never eat here again unless

It used to be my go to place for a cheese pizza and a Long Island. Unfortunately, the pop is flat and the Long Islands don t taste right- they re never consistent and not enough ice. The pizza used to be a bit thicker with more cheese and now it s basically a flatbread with hardly any cheese or sauce. Shrinkflation? The service was more than slow, we were forgotten about. No one came by to ask if we wanted a refill on water/drinks or how our food was. It was not busy on a Friday night

Server was alone covering all tables , stood 10 minutes in the entry waiting, could see she was trying, food was massively disappointing fries were cold gravy was watery lumpy and cold and garlic bread with the pasta was soggy for the prices charged you would think quality would be better, not coming back

Good for get-togethers

For BP, this location is consistently on point with the quality of the food. Usually not too busy either. Staff is welcoming and takes care to see that you are well served. For BP corporate, prices are up everywhere so improving your game for daily specials would be greatly appreciated by the huddled masses.

Got to Enjoy a DELICIOUS Salmon Power Bowl!! Sooooo good!!! Definitely will Order that again!! Hope you keep it on the Menu for a long time!!

The atmosphere and service is fantastic. Their pizza isnt as flavorful as I was used to but it is a good family outing for sure.

I came here with my family for dinner. Our servers name was Harshil Kaundal. He did a fantastic job of serving us in a timely and friendly manner as well as answering any questions we had. Harshil gave us some great recommendations and made our overall experience great.

Went out last week with my family 6 ppl. The food is okay but service was very poor. Asked server we ordered our ranch 10 minutes ago and still dont have it, he replied I have seven tables to serve you are not the only one. They charge premium money for their food and require tip on the top of that. My bill was around 180$; I ended up paying 30$ approx for 4 ranch and a sour cream. I guess I will hesitate to go at Abby Boston Pizza again. My kids love Boston pizza and we go there once a month.

The cheese amd mac and ravioli were barely warm and soggy garlic bread . Not baked . Wow ! Surrey Boston at least gives you that option. Not what sauce you want . Huh ? Terrible . Disappointed truly when it was a celebration dinner.

Hands down the worst pizza bread received in our order last night. We ordered 3 to go and all 3 were so over cooked, hard and crunchy we could not eat them. If we sit in the restaurant this doesnt seem to be a problem. Its almost always an issue with our take out.

This time around, I got everything I ordered. Last time they forgot a meatball and plate of spaghetti, I only received 1 dish rather than the 2 it comes with. Plus, last time they overcharged me

I came in for lunch, it was pretty dead, 3 other tables , i waited 15 minutes no one acknowledged us, then went up and asked if someone can take our order, after we got our food the server did not come back to check in, we waited cause we wanted water refill and cutlery, eventually we just grabbed cuttlery from another table, then we waited around for the bill no one came, so i went to the bar and asked the server, If it was busy, i can understand but it was dead. Food is pretty good. Service is non existent. Our server only saw us twice, just to take our order. I thought that maybe their shift had ended and someone else had taken over as our server but apparently not. Another server brought us our food, but that was basically the last time we had an interaction with staff other than asking for the bill multiple times just to be ignored. Had to wait 25 minutes to pay, and only got service when I literally walked up to the hostess for payment. They were not understaffed. They were almost overstaffed, with what looked like the employees having a party in the kitchen. Managers were present but didnt care as they were socializing at the bar. Save yourself some headache and wasted time. Get takeout instead.

I just want to start by saying that I have never had a more terrible experience at a restaurant! When we got seated, the waiter didnt give us enough utensils for everyone. That was not much of an issue, though. When we got our drinks, we asked for straws, but the waiter did not bring enough straws for everyone at the table. After asking for a straw several times, he finally came over and gave one. The waiter would rarely come to the table; he would come every 20 30 minutes. Whenever he would come, he would be rushing to leave right in the middle of us giving him our requests. We understand it was slightly busy, but we came here several times during busy times, and we never got this kind of service. Some time passes, and we decide to ignore that and figure that it must not be a bigger issue than we think it is. He was also very unprofessional and was swearing. Finally, when it got to the payment process, this is where everything got worse. The waiter got the bill wrong four times, and each time we would explain to him the changes that needed to be made. My friends mom was already there when we started the payment process, and she had to wait 30 minutes for the bill to be right. At that point, we were all too tired and asked him to bring a pen and paper so we could write down what we ordered so that it would be easier for him. My friends mom came to talk to him about the situation, and he completely ignored her. He also overcharged my friend for her order, and when she confronted him, He threw money at her and said, Take it. We were all trying to keep our cool, but it was very difficult to do so because of the constant attitude that we received from him. He told his manager about us, and when we went to pick up our to go orders, they both gave us dirty looks, and he said to her, Look, its those girls. They also got our order wrong and forgot to make my pizza, so they just handed me a random box of pizza in the incorrect size. As we left, we could see them glaring at us and giving us dirty looks. I am very disappointed to say that I will never step foot in this establishment again and will be taking my business somewhere else. Our waiters name was Cory, and I believe that the managers name was Amanda.

The food is the same as any other Boston Pizza .The service is below average . I went with my friend the waitress got a table of 4 and another table of 13 guests came after we were there those 2 tables were served before us , We had to wait near 20 minutes to get the menu and another 30 minutes to place our orders .

I ordered Nachos from this place through skipthedishes. As picture shows the truth there are only chips, a little bit of cheese, couple olive pieces and Jalapenoes pieces but no veggies at all. If I have to eat only chips I have a full bag at home to eat. I was so disappointed and never gonna order agin or recommend to go at this place.

I got a four-star not read it on my last service tonight as a hole for all my visits in the last couple months. The service is always fantastic. They are tentative and friendly. Always get the order correct and food quality is wonderful. My order specifically tonight was for the spicy crispy chicken macaroni baked with cheese. Also, everything tastes OK there was a strange texture. We noticed that when we went to stir up our pasta with the cheese of course the cheese comes off as one layer being baked on top, but there was a white crumbly substance underneath the cheese layer. It was like a grain.(reminded me of couscous). Have no idea what it was and did NOT like the texture.hMy order specifically tonight was for the spicy crispy chicken macaroni baked with cheese. Just had a take out order for the game day meal deal. Its a bit of a hit or miss with their food items. Unfortunately, the food quality has gone down since I was there last year. The Royal pizza was bland with little sauce. The bourbon BBQ was good, no complaints there, but the pizzas are small for what you pay. The boneless wings were again hit or miss. My sons honey garlic had 9 decent sized pieces, as did my husbands hot honey. Mine was Thai chili, 6 smaller pieces with little sauce. Im not sure why that was. Im not a Karen, but for $63 Im not impressed by the consistency, portion size or quality vs price point. Unsure if Ill return or recommend.

Just left the restaurant after sitting for 10 minutes and not having one server come and take our drink order. When we left I thanked the 3 servers that were standing up front doing nothing for not serving us, to which they responded your welcome, have a great night. Seriously sadden by how far downhill service has gone at Boston Pizza. Wont be returning.

My servers name was Rian. He kept death staring my table and wasn t nice at all. I overheard him talking badly about our table to his coworkers, thinking that we couldn t hear him. He was pushing for us to leave, taking plates when we didn t ask, but most importantly his customer service was terrible. They were also clearly disrespecting the hostess, all she was doing was trying to help him out. and he kept giving her dirty looks, snapping at her to leave, while continuing to give us dirty looks. your hostess was amazing, but you need better servers.

The food was OK. I have pizza a lot in town, and it wasnt that great. They forgot to tell me that an extra sauce for dipping fries is 3.29.00. Maybe thats the way they do it in Boston. The sandwich I had today was great. The server was awesome.

1. Change table was broken in mens washroom - almost dropped my daughter 2. No hot water to wash hands - was broken 5 months ago and still not fixed 3. $100 for 2 adults and a child to eat and not be full. Service was amazing but doesn t make up for the cheap owners.

On Friday April 7 2023. I placed a take out order for spicy chicken thai bites as appetizer a long with a large chicken custom pizza which came out to be 75.00 with tip. The meal was for the nurses at abbotsford hospital from myself as a thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. I pick up the pizza and bites and deliver it personally to hospital. I had two slices myself and thought after finishing the first slice that i will never order food from Boston Pizza again. The cheese was not melted at all the dough was pretty much raw. The most embarrassing thing was not one of the staff had one slice. Such a waste of 75.00. I know that isnt a lot of money to some people but to me it was very disappointing. Im sorry to boston pipiz for this review, but i will never eat at your franchise again and will tell anyone i know the same. It had been 6yrs since the last time ive eaten there and will never go back this time. Brandon P

I had a friend pickup a large lasagna and a garlic toast at your restaurant Saturday afternoon. She said she had a glass of wine while waiting 45 minutes for the order which you charged her $7.49 and the lasagna and soggy garlic toast was $19.29 the total bill was $28.87 after taxes added. That was the worst lasagna if you could call it that I ve ever seen or tasted, not only was smaller in size than usual but very little meat sauce on it! If this franchise represents what Boston Pizza has become, then I ll not ever be ordering from there or any other one in the world from now on! It was totally gross and the quality has gone into the category of dog puke in a container!

Good food but terrible customer service. I mean why work in the service industry if you arent going to smile or make customers feel welcomed? Servers would rather act busy than help live customers, it is a leave it to the next server to deal with mentality. This is the first time Ive been to an empty restaurant where all servers dont want to acknowledge or serve a customer. Love the chicken ceasar salad here. Huge portions but needs more dressing. Used to love the ravioli but its only cheese ravioli now and reg garlic bread, no more twisty bread. Love the pizza bread and sauce too.

Honestly, any time my wife and I go to Boston Pizza we just order 2 or 3 appetizers and they fill us up. They are really good!

Service was WOW. I can t remember his name, it started with a Y and he worked on the bar side but he gave me samples of some beers to try and was super attentive. The food was so good, we had the pizza flight and not shown was the triple play appetizer. Thai chicken was definitely a bit cold but the excellent service makes up for it.

We enjoyed food. Pizza was excellent. Cutlery was the issue in our last 2 visits .We were 4 person at the table, we only 2 forks and spoons. No serving spoons was offered . If these minor things are taken care of, it can be excellent place to enjoy.

The staff here are excellent. Theyre really personal and care about your order and delivering it promptly. I highly recommend for a mid-day lunch to take advantage of the happy hour specials from 2-5. If you like sweet and spicy, try the Thai Chicken Bites

Had to wave down the server which was apprently the manager didnt look like one. Looks they were trying to push everyone out and refusing people to dine in. Restuarant was very dirty.

I m honesty quite annoyed by this place 90% out of all the times I have been here. The service is not horrible but it would be nice if I got asked how my meal was or even during the meal if there is anything else I need but that never happens. However the service in my opinion is better than the food which is sad. The only reason I keep coming here is because my daughter only eats chicken strips and her favourite ones are from here. I don t care for much on the menu because of the quality so I usually go for the Big Dipper but even that is sad as there was 1 red pepper ring cut in half on the whole sandwich and barely visible braised onions which is my favourite part. The beef is hard to chew and the onion rings(3 small ones) we re almost burnt. Good thing for the Ajou sauce. The only thing I do find good here is the deserts. Wish my daughter would love chicken strips from anywhere else but here lol. Definitely not worth the price.

They got my order wrong but fixed it quickly. Its a little more expensive than I usually spend, but it was decent.

Trash service from the moment we entered into the completely empty restaurant, food took forever and was either burnt to a crisp or ice cold, server never once checked on us or asked how things were, no inquiries about drink refills, just overall garbage. Also someone tried to break into my car in the parking lot. Go anywhere else.

Amazing place, amazing food! I live it around here

Been here many times but only doing a review now. Had the maple Bacon burger, which was very flavorful and fresh and the salad also was good with balsamic vinaigrette. My friend had the lasagna and she really enjoyed it as well. Big portions. Great price. The tall handsome Danish server, Sorry forgot your name was also very friendly and helpful!!

Food was kinda dry and took over an hour to wait for it and there were only half a dozen people in there. I asked more than once for someone to turn down the Air conditioning unit and no one did . # So if you want to have Sub par food and have them freeze you out then this is the place to go!

Its a horrible place to enjoy a meal 15 min wait after 4 waitresses walk by dont even look at you when they finally come and you tell them this they just look at you with starry eyes and say can i help you as if they heard nothing RICHARD put this place in shape like you used to or sell it Mel G

My 8 personal Hawaiian pizza was 4 of crust with 4 of toppings. Two pieces of ham. Ten small pieces of pineapple. Took forever to be seated. Drinks took more than ten minutes to arrive. Saw six people standing around talking while we waited for our drinks and then for our food. Food

One of the worst services I ve ever had. I used to be a server and can understand being slow if it s busy or there s only one server, but this last service was inexcusable. There was maybe 5 tables and there were three servers plus a manager and a hostess. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for a server to ask us for drinks. It took another 10 minutes to get two waters and an alcoholic drink. Then we got ignored for 30 minutes without even being asked if we wanted food. Our server constantly looked over at us but never came over to get our food order. Management didn t do anything, our server didn t do anything, and it was not busy at all. Would not recommend you go to this place if you re looking for even average service.

Ordered for a pick up, was told approximate time, I arrived, was not quite ready which is ok, however was told it would be about 5 minutes, 15 minutes goes by, get my order and the pizza was cold. Pasta was ok not hot for just coming out of the oven. Seems like the order sat.. overall was not a good experience. Have had better for the price paid.

It was really the worst experience. Had to wait like 10 mins to be seated and rather than cleaning the table right away for us to be seated the person was doing other things. No priority given being the customers. Our server was even worse we had to wait like 15 mins for our to go boxes and cheque. No water, napkins or cutlery was given with our food. When asked for cutlery she brought us the wet forks in the same napkin. No sense at all. Hated it overall. As per food we got Fettucini Jambalaya, The Triple and Mixed Drink which were good. Not recommended still!

I went there for dinner today and sit almost 15 minutes waited for a server to get a order but nobody came. once I ordered my food then they changed the server and we waited again almost 10 mins for him. our first server was watching us when we were waiting but didnt came to ask our order. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else to get good service.

The food and service was ridiculous. I had to ask for plates cutlery and it wasn t even busy I understand if its busy it happens. I ordered Chicken wings for starter they were cold i complained then she reheat it then i ordered veggie pizza for my mom and it had chicken it in. Pasta was cold looked like it was premade. My mom is strictly vegetarian and she was so disappointed and angry.We went to celebrate our anniversary but it was so bad. Will never come back again.

Went for lunch and ordered the plant based burger. I usually like pretty much any type of burger but this one was not good at all. I really wanted to like it but it lacked flavor, had a rubbery consistency and was cold. I ate about half and then told the server just so they had some feedback. They very nicely took my meal off the bill (they offered, I never asked). My friend had a lasagna which was delicious!

There Pizza is really good. Also had some beers $4.00 per sleeve at happy hour! Food

Food was cold. They did warm it up but no discount or complimentary item offered. The waiter after getting things warmed up seemed to be avoiding us.

Food was ok. The server needed to speak up and also learn how to serve the food. She was serving the food over top of one of us and I personally would not want to have to smell my servers

I am really big fan of Boston Pizza but this location s service was worst. Rude staff. We were 8 people and went to this location. We got our drinks, water dripping without coasters. We got our food and waited 5 minutes and ask ourselves for cutlery. 2 of us order pizza and guess what no cutlery for pizza people also no stands for pizzas and too much toppings on the pizzas. No spatula for the pizza. At last I showed everything to our server and her attitude was seemed rude. Her exact words were we are understaff and you guys came in middle of our busy rush how we are on fault for this. We paid our bill and she said i hope we have more staff next time . We would never be coming to this location ever. Ruined our Saturday.

I ordered the Smoked Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli $21. It was delicious with 17 extra large ravioli and dotted with cubed chicken chunks which left me quite full! I totally recommend this dish! The service was prompt and friendly and the meals serve quickly.

Always a good family restaurant. Rian deserves five stars for dealing with a tough situation, very graciously for a homeless person that wandered in, and would not leave. Their GM is outstanding also!

I have no idea what happened to this place it used to be good, tonight there were children screaming and running around the bar side so we got our food to go, i got two pizzas and one was not even edible for human consumption it was possibly one of the worst foods I ve ever tasted and the other was just cheese and Alfredo sauce they forgot the meat and I live to far away to take the food back at this point they were so disorganized there they probably wouldn t have known what to do if I did, we also got a pasta and it was such a small portion a child would still be hungry not traditional BP style at all, stay away from this location people , do yourself a favour and run far away, The worst part is we spent 60 dollars and now still have to go get something for dinner,

Been coming here for years but the service recently has gone down hill. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is the food was amazing. Hats off to the cooks. Our server was Grace. Forgot our waters, then came back and realized she forgot them and then didnt come back. Our food came and instead of asking whos dish was whose, the other girl just started putting the wrong dish in front of the wrong person. Grace never came back at all to check on us. Manager Alison is not nice at all, not management material, not good at her job. The other young staff were very nice. The blonde manager should take a course in management. She was so rude (that s putting it nicely) and she was willing to lose a 20 person table because one person mentioned how we ve been waiting 30 mins for pop drinks. Should I just cancel the whole order? She said. It was 4 hours to get drinks, food, eat and the bill.

Ive been going to Boston Pizza for years not particularly this one but overall in my life, worst experience Ive ever had. An older male server(25-35)who clearly was either tired or over worked but clearly didnt appear like he wanted to be their. I was with my daughter and we ordered a fizzy peach kids drink and a medium pepperoni pizza. I beleive my daughters drink was supposed to be garnished with a couple fuzzy peach candies. Not this time and no explanation as to why. My kid was disappointed she pointed it out. Pizza was made well. But after we had finished and put our dishes aside we sat and we waited and waited and waited, I made eye contact and made a gesture which as being a former server I would have walked over and asked if I needed anything but not this guy just looked and carried on chatting with other employees. Finally I had enough and walked to the edge of the kitchen where he was chatting and asked for a box the bill and 2 waters. I dont complain about much but this needed to be shared. Oh and on top of everything, the restaurant was quite empty we wanted to beat the dinner rush as it is 5:40pm right now as I write this. I still tipped 15% because the pizza was still good but some of the worst service Ive ever had at a Boston Pizza.

Poor coustmer service by Kyle I ordered my food online they made me wait for almost 15 minutes. Handing over my food with an attitude No Thank you or no sorry for wait for a courtesy. Store wasn t busy just to mention. This happened 2nd time which made me to put review. This place use to be great fun happening but customer service now days getting poor.

Faster deliveries

1st time going to this location, usually we go to Sumas location because its closer to home. Went into BP at 1pm and it was dead. We were seated in the pub side and it was us and 2 other tables... 1 guy by himself and a table of 4. We were seated by host and she thru the menus down and was gone before I got my jacket off. We sat and waited for about 12 mins before we saw our waitress. Once she came she took our order drinks and food. Another girl brought our drinks and said she would be back to take our order soon. She left so quick we couldnt respond to say our order was taken. Food came from another server . It was okay. My wife had fries and I had the Mac n cheese burger with cactus chips. The burger was good. The cactus chips were edible , but Ive had way better. We finished and waited for someone to take our plates and ask us if we wanted anything else or to pay. Its the 1st time in years I got sick of waiting (10 mins) so we went to the front desk to pay and still stood around waiting for someone to help me. The restaurant was still dead, only 1 more table of 4 had showed up. We will go to Sumas location from now on if we get a hankering for BP.
