“I visited Gateway Pizza in Abbotsford recently, and their Roomali Roti (naan) exceeded my expectations. It was soft, warm, and thin, with just the right amount of elasticity. Not a good experience with them at all. Placed an order of naan on friend’s recommendation. Instead of letting us know that they don’t make regular naan they gave us romali naan and when we called to let them know that we got wrong order then they said we don’t make regular naan.
Ordered takeout and arrived at the designated pickup time, but NO ONE was present at the front desk for 5-7 minutes! When someone finally showed up, they claimed my food wasn't ready because I arrived "early". Unacceptable! Zero care for customers' time or satisfaction. Unprofessional and disorganized. Won't be returning.

Worst chicken biryani ever i ordered . They dont know how to cook biryani. Chicken biryani was mixed with vegetable and sweet pataotoes .chicken was sliced cut as patatoe pieces. Like who do this It was waste of $18 Please dont order biryani ...I have to throw it in garbage bin. Because it was not chicken biryani at all..
I ordered from here and the person over the phone was no help. I was trying to range how much to order for 6 people and massively over ordered due to their feedback. We had butter chicken (regular), methi malai (large), and karahi paneer (large). We also ordered fish pakora and 16 rumali roti. Do not order the garlic roti. They just toss garlic powder on it and it s gross. They need to start using some garlic butter because this was terrible. The regular rumali roti is great though, best thing they make. Butter chicken and methi malai were good. The paneer and fish weren t good. I think they do some things well and will return for them, but they also have some bad dishes.
Guys pls check out before placing order if dishes are actually as described in menu. You will be surprised by the difference between gravy and dry stuff Customer service is pathetic, upon complaining, response received was more disappointing our regular customers know which one is gravy dish don t go to menu Never going again

Ordered paneer and few bread. While having food i got big stone and barely missed breaking my tooth. I called the restaurant guy answered. I told him i got stone in the dish he didn t bothered to apologize and replied bring it back and will give you another one. Like they don t care about people time and money.
I cant believe this place is still running. I ordered a chicken curry and it didnt taste right. The chicken used was not good- possibly an old stock of chicken leftover. I called to complaint and a lady answered. When shared my concern, she told me that no one has ever complained about their food before and if I dont like the way they cook, I shouldnt come back to their restaurant. Extremely rude behavior, awful food and no respect for their customers.
