ordered takeout cheese bread had barely no cheese on it paid 60 bucks youd think they could cover them with 5 bucks of cheese cutting cost looses customers train your staff or dont be so hard on them they are scared to do whats right

Ordered and paid for boneless chicken bites and got French fries and when I called to ask where my chicken was the lady that answered the phone was very rude and kept telling me she made my meal and it was correct even though I ordered honey garlic chicken she said it was bbq and I still ended up with fries

Wheres your lunch buffet. Twice we have wanted to visit for the buffet and its not been available. Do you even serve lunch buffet anymore? Poor service offering to order from take out menu and sit in your restaurant

Always so friendly upon arrival. Usually a very busy place with the order list quite long, but the staff handle it with ease.

My wife and I use Pizza hut as our go to place for pizza. The quality has been steadily dropping over the last year until last night when I received a pepperoni pizza with less toppings than a dellisio. If I wanted that Id buy a frozen pizza. I will not order again until they start putting real amounts of toppings back on. Bye pizza but. Edit. Gave them a try again after a long time. Tried the new Handcrafted Light and Airy Crust. It was like eating a pizza cracker. You would do good to avoid this new option. I enjoyed the classic crust though. Am upping my rating. Though, the cost is really increasing through the years.

The food is great but we wanted to eat in and they no longer do that for families.

Food is absolutely awesome at Pizza Hut. The service is great as long as youre not dining in. I dont understand why they do not have servers or fountain pop but $1.50 for a can is crazy

Ordered chicken fajita pizza. I just say no chicken with no flavor. My worst pizza experience so far. Its was just bland, worst than a simple cheese pizza. They should review their preparation seriously. If you need a price revision, then please do it, but dont compromise with the name of the big brand. Atleast each slice should have one pepper and atleast one small piece of chicken.

Horrible store to deal with! No one picks up the phone! They don t deliver your order. I ordered pizza from here and was given a two hour window before my pizza was delivered this timeframe past. I called the store multiple times. The phone was only answered once, and they were very dismissive of the fact that that my order was over an hour late. My order was marked as delivered, but never showed up. I have tried reaching out about this multiple times and nothing has been done about it. I would not deal with the store ever again.

Terrible, Terrible service I ordered delivery from door dash I got my order and totally wrong (not the drivers fault). Ordered a veggie pizza and bread sticks to only get a pepperoni pizza half an hour later. I called the store to only get a half apology and to be told they might deliver my correct order but will have to wait 1 hours more. If that was not enough asked to be compensated in someway to be told no and phone hunged up mid conversation. Had to call back to even know are they delivering or not to say sure. Horrible customer service.

Pizza is great, however I was greatly disappointed by the mozzarella sticks. They had almost no cheese in them, nothing more than a light coating around the edges. I thought they were empty at first... so youre basically paying for $7.99 worth of breading. Thats my only qualm!

I walked into this place for a pizza lunch! I wanted to dine in and perhaps order the lunch Buffet. I discover that the Dine in is Closed. I ask why and I am met with a very rude and sarcastic Covid... This was on Feb 15, 2023, at roughly 1pm in the afternoon Pretty much all restrictions have been removed on Restaurants in the Province of British Columbia for some considerable time now! When I said that the covid restricts where over and have been for some time I was just rudely laughed at. This sounds to me like the staff do not know how to give the proper service to paying customers! You know I was not not gonna say anything but the staffs sarcastic laughter. Oh yeah This location deserves every bit of my negative review but not because of the food it is because of the lack of friendly service! I am also gonna comment about the online ordering app which is confusing as can be even to the most experienced. Listen Up Pizza Hut Head Office , if the staff are rude and will not allow dine in based on wishy washy antique nonsense! Along with well below useful ordering app! WHY ... JUST WHY would I bother to order from Pizza Hut? I mean ANY Pizza Hut! Unless I get a satisfactory response from Head Office within two weeks I will NEVER bother with Pizza Hut ever again anywhere. Loosing me as a customer also means you will loose many other customers. I also want a full written apology from the rude staff that also laughed with a promise that it will never happen again. Your staff need to learn that it is the money from the customers that pay the bills.

The worse customer service, rude staff which cut the ph while talking. Girls are not trained for ph manners. If a customer want to tlk in punjabi so they sud respect that and speak in punjabi. One of the best delivery pizzas in a very long time! Was incredibly fast, and came to the door so fresh, crisp crust and hot. Had to drop a star as the boneless bites come with a ridiculously small amount of sauce. Other locations have no sauce issues. Pizza here is great, recommend the boneless bites anywhere else.

We order online and often do the $5,$5,$5 deal as it makes it so much more affordable. Food is hot and prepped in a timely manner.

My order was supposed to be ready by 6:57pm to be picked up but ended up waiting there untill 7:20pm. Very disappointed. Tho the staff working at the front was very friendly.

Great lunch deals

Had delivery from these guys last night. Got the wrong pizza delivered. Usually not a big deal with most take-out. Not this time. Have to go through a call center to get any service, have to wait til the restaurant decides to call us back, wait again for whats supposed to be the right order to show up. 45 min later delivery at the door, no seal on the box. Whats up with that? oh sometimes they seal the food, sometimes they dont R-E-A-L-L-Y?!! why do you advertise that the food is sealed then? Take that pie back too. Call to complain, call center gets restaurant to call us to sort it out. Professionals at the restaurant keep hanging up on us. Takes a call to head office to straighten this out. Got a store credit. (As if Im EVER ordering from there again). Had to make frozen dinner for meal. You get what you pay for.(sometimes)

Best pepperoni pizza around

Normally my favourite pizza to order but they want 6.95 now for delivery! My bill for one medium two topping pizza and a dessert is almost 40 and I m still expected to pay a tip. They ve definitely lost me as a regular customer.

Why is it everytime we order dip, that is more over priced than most, we never receive it? Food was great but super frustrated about spending money on something that is always forgotten. I understand forgetting the napkins, etc simply because those are free, but when they charge you for something it s not cool

Hello. Great staff. Very helpful and patient and understanding. Watched the staff change a paid order for a customer with no problem. No other restaurant would do that. The pizza was much better and cheaper than Ricardos pizza. I definitely recommend this restaurant

We had a room down the street. So we paid up front and asked them to deliver to our room. Pizza was amazing.

The food is good but I called yesterday to place an order for 3 bbq chicken pizzas and the person on the phone puts down chicken wings and when I correct her she says ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Like what? Im just trying to order I was being polite too and then she asked me if I was pranking her so I just cut it and drove 20 minutes to a different one.

Asked for half and half pizza paid for my food then girl said oh we dont do half and half but Ill make it for you then they were just standing around staring at me and then later they were talking and again some other girl came to explain that they dont do half n half pizza I said whats the problem the girl already told me and Ive already paid for my food she just looked at me stupid and said oh Im just making sure u understand. We like Pizza Hut because you can optionally choose the crust with cheese filling. Sometimes the pizza is very greasy, you could change something so that its not too much. there are many tables and chairs in the store, the area is currently closed. You can only order something to take away, pick up or deliver. Parking: there are enough parking possibilities.

i called to make a pickup order and she said she only has 5 wings left but i will still be charged full, then when i asked her to hold on to figure out what to order instead she hung up in face and they are not picking up my calls, even answering and hanging up. so rude

Very disappointed! If I could zero I would. We asked for a well done pizza and confirmed with lady on the phone and she said it would be. We just opened pizza box and the dough is still wet and the pizza is undercooked. My wife is 8 months pregnant and this is a dangerous thing to do to someone. We called them to make them aware but lady on phone just kept denying and making excuses. I am surprised food agency has not shut this place down. Would avoid at all costs!!!

Helen and Sukhpreet helped me on Dec 12th. They were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They made sure the order was accurate and made efficiently. Would highly recommend this location, and these two employees made my experience fantastic.

My kids love their pizza, but lately there has been so much confusion on the order. The person that takes the order doesnt speak clearly nor understand the order. i repeated the order 4 times and they still messed up the order. Soooooo frustrating.

Amazing food quality and services

The most unprofessional customer service that I have ever seen. I placed a delivery order and there were items missing. Pizza Hut ended up coming back to my place to deliver the missing items but only after the supervisor on shift accused me of lying multiple times. I ended up filing a complaint about her unprofessional behaviour and ended up getting a call back from Pizza Hut a couple days later to apologize for the poor service. In an attempt to make up for the awful experience they had offered to refund my previous order/add credits to my account. I accepted their offer and the phone call was concluded. About a week later I made a pick up order and when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and use some of the credits on my account; I was told that there were no credits on my account. I tried to explain the situation to the supervisor and I was told that there was nothing that she could do and that she would have the manager call me the next day to see if we could sort out the issue. I waited 3 days and never got a call so I called them to see what was going on. I was told that the manager would call me back within a couple of days...it s been weeks and I haven t heard anything back from any of the Pizza Hut employees. I like Pizza Hut s food and I was a frequent customer but after multiple miserable experience with the staff, I will never spend another dime there.

I love Pizza Huts pizza and all other items on their menu. The delivery service is good too

Always a good pizza. I order online and sit in the parking lot and wait. The online coupons can save you a bundle.

I order from here almost every week, they are not always great a getting my order right. Pizza hut does not have great customer service and does not always fix it. Middle of the road pizza and not the greatest service but I like it still. Boneless bites good also.

Unprofessional & Worst customer service. Keep reading reviews down and people have similar experiences like me. I called south fraser pizza hut location to order pizza, first lady answer and take my name, phone number then hang up without asking whats my order. I called second time and said someone take my info but didnt ask for an order then hangup but this time lady who answer has communication barrier to explain things. Second lady at front kept asking me questions and couldnt find my address in the system and said call whatcom location , feels shes avoiding to take order may be busy but I was like i live close to you guys but she didnt get and after i insists her to check again shes like let me check with driver. I am like forget it I can pickup. I was placing order but she was not explaining things properly then i told her to pass phone to somone else. At the end i placed an order and they gave me 25 minutes. I thought finally my order is placed and we can pickup but after 15 minutes i got call back oven shut down we cant get your order ready. I am like oh no its fine. At the end i got another call now oven working we can get your order ready. Simple pizza ordering process take me an hour but still no pizza. I would suggest everyone not to go south fraser pizza hut location

I work close by and let me say this Pizza Hut is busy! The workers are great and work extremely hard, they definitely need more help!!! The lady at the front is always doing a million things at once, and she is still very kind towards customers. Most importantly my pizza is always fresh!
