SUPREET was excellent to deal with. I was super impressed with her service and will definitely be back.

It was ok. I stayed for a week in the hotel next door. So breakfast was at Dannys daily. The waitress was absolutely wonderful and funny. I felt bad a few times bc its just her in the mornings and it gets busy!! But she handled it.

Lazy manager, I literally watched him pour himself a drink after he farted around wat hing his waitress punch in an order, knowing full well I was their to pick my take out order 1620 my order was ready 1645 he finally got a clue an handed it to me.

Waitress didnt even offer a coffee refill, portion size has shrunk dramatically. Food was still delicious

Our breakfast was very good. Plenty of food. The fruit bowl I had was fresh and plentiful. No bad pieces. It s Denny s, predictable. It exceeded my expectations.

Located closer to hotel we were staying and close to airport. Parking available.

If i could give no stars i would be. Went for dinner there last night with the family. Absolutely appalled by the service (or lack-there-of). One server for the dining room, and the manager hiding on expo watching her struggle but not coming to help. Waited for over half an hour before even getting drinks. Have never had an issue with this restaurant until last night, but will definitely not be returning. As well, will be letting friends and family and anyone else who would like to know, how terrible the service is here.

We were seated promptly, waitress asked if we were ready to order, said we needed a couple of minutes. 15 minutes went by and we never did get to order. We walked out.

Bad service. They take too long. The furniture looks worn. Simple foods.

I usually order a Santa Fe skillet from this location and substitute the sausage for hashbrowns however theyre telling me they cannot accommodate me as I do not eat pork and they can only sub for more pork items. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry myself for ten years, I am appalled.

Got stuck in the screaming child section. Waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Had to go into the kitchen to get my own coffee refill after asking three times and waiting 20 minutes for a refill. My toast was quite literally completely untoasted and slathered in butter Some of the worst service Ive ever experienced, and some of the worst food Ive received from a Dennys (which should speak volumes)

We LOVE coming to this location! Any time of day, they just have great food and great service! Supreet is our favourite server. She is kind and attentive and even gave me a rose on Mother s Day last year. The best things on the menu is the breakfast poutine (also the cheapest thing on the menu) and the seasonal pumpkin pecan pancakes. TRY IT! Vegetarian options: The breakfast poutine is the best thing on the menu and is vegetarian!

Its Dennys, and as Dennys go, this one was above standard. Even though we were there at midnight the food was perfect Parking: Two sides to park on Wheelchair accessibility: Theyve got ramps and buttons

This was a late night spur-of-the-moment decision for me and some friends, and it was exactly the right choice to make. Special shout-out to our server, Jagman, who did wonderfully at keeping up with us and with other tables at such a late hour! Dietary restrictions: The hollandaise sauce is gluten-free, which isnt always the case at restaurants!

Really wish they would better list the add a special substitute item for BYOGS to the receipt instead of it looking like they are overcharging you an egg add on for 2.39 and a special for another 2.39 why not just have the add on ONCE of 4.78 I feel bad I got confused with the bill to the server but realized it wasn t her over charging but their stupid squirrel system. I can t be the only one who gets confused with the bill when it is laid out like it is. I just wanted to give my input so maybe they can fix it so they don t get more unnecessary upset customers. Some ppl can t admit when they are wrong like I was, and it may cause more issues. :-)

Five of us had an absolutely wonderful mid week birthday celebration lunch. Everyone s meal was delicious and the service was 10/10. Can t remember the last time we ve had such a terrific server. She had all the qualities of an ideal server. Thank you!

No concept of customer service whatsoever. The other location in Abbotsford on Simon is somewhat better, both in that sense and in the quality of food to come out of the kitchen.

BAR ONE DENNYS Was a good experince for your typical quality dennys. Food came quick for an averagely bussy lunch rush, with what seemed like 2 servers on shift Food was hot looked good and tasted good . Manager was even busy helping customers . Will definately go again. Good job dennys team.

Recently visited Denny s Abbotsford location with some friends, Great service, we were helped by kiran, we got seated right away, she was very friendly and quick. The food was amazing, will definitely come back again.

I would not even rate the service,it was so horrible, our waitress was so rude,never brought our drinks,never came back after asking for our bill ,she acted so like we were a bother to her .not to mention my husband is potatoes looked like they were picked out of the garbage .when I showed her she looked pissed at me

Deepali provided quick and kind service.

This is a regular Denny s, although the inside of the location feels pretty modern and clean. The real star of the show though? The server named Yvonne! She took care of our table of 8 as if we were just 2, handling requests with ease and a smoothness and finesse that can only be aquired through hard work and experience. I don t live near this Denny s at all, but I would happily make the drive out just to have Yvonne as my server. Always polite, patient and kind. She didn t mind waiting while we were deciding on food, despite it being a Saturday morning and super busy in there. It s people like her who are the backbone of this great country, working hard every day to serve her fellow Canadians and make their day a little bit better. I m honestly surprised Yvonne hasn t opened her own Denny s yet. With her work ethic and the way she treats her customers, I d bet my house on it being a smashing all around success! Thank you, Yvonne, for having my family and me. We enjoyed our time very much thanks to you. Keep it up! Vegetarian options: Lots of options that don t have meat, pancakes with berries to name one. Parking: You can park just around the corner in front of the Sandman Inn. Kid-friendliness: Perfect place for your kids to have a meal.

My boyfriend and I meet for a 4am breakfast every Friday as we are on opposite shifts, we have Krish as our waiter each time and he is more than accommodating and kind with fast service. We have never had an issue with our meals, Andur is a great cook - Together they make for a great experience :)

I came for dine- in yesterday late night with my friends and our server Kiran was amazing at service. I loved the way she came again and looked after us. And of course the food was amazing.

I went to dennys at this location and I must say that I got the best service and food compared to other locations. I was there a week ago with my husband And I must say that Kiran served us with so much love and she knew everything about the menu. Food

Our waitress Anisha was fantastic! She is probably one of the best servers I have ever had! Her sense of humour and friendliness are top of the line! I will definitely be coming back and hope Anisha serves us again in the future!

Dennys is what it is - a relatively inexpensive, all-day diner with a huge menu. The service is usually good here, the place is kept clean. The only thing that could improve it (significantly, for me) would be more consistency with the food (for example: the hashbrowns are forever a hit or miss). Otherwise, you know what youre getting when you pick Dennys, and for the kind of place it is, they do a good job. Parking: Lots of parking for dennys at the back of the building (its not well signed)

I didnt like almost everything, many tables were dirty for 30-40 minutes, the toilets were dirty, I had to wait for the bill several times and call people, unfortunately, it was a very bad experience

From door to the table, top notch service. Melina was our host and she did an amazing job at receiving us. Anisha took our order and served our food, This was probably the best service we had in a while. Definitely coming back here.

Dennys has been my go to since university, I visited this one on my travels. Yvonne was excellent, guided a friend and me through the menu, and made the visit one we d definitely want to revisit

The Dennys at Mt Lehman always provides good food and service. We are regulars to Dennys. They have a good selection of 55+ meals. This time we had Ranjit serve us. A true professional.

Poor customer service. The food and service is better at the Gladwin location in Abbotsford. The bench and table were covered in crumbs and other questionable smears. Would recommend the other location over this one.

Server was awfull I had to look for someone to get us seated and to get extra napkins and and she never checked in with us about our food our server then told us that we had to go to the front desk to pay our bill. My mom is in a wheelchair and everyone else is getting to pay at the table. My is struggling because she is over stimulated it would have been nice to just have done everything at the table

We had a wonderful experience at Dennys despite our two young kids throwing tantrums and making things challenging. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, ensuring our group felt welcome and comfortable throughout our meal. Their understanding and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend this location for family dining!

Service was good, couple of points. Service was good except for the fact that they tried to serve me burnt toast with the burnt side turned inside to try and hide. Second point is I wanted a Chicken Fried Steak dinner (because it was dinner time) with an egg, the waitress said I couldnt have an egg as a side so the waitress recommended that I order the chicken fried steak breakfast which I agreed to not knowing I only get 1 steak not 2. In the end I was still hungry, not happy and will probably not go back to Dennys for awhile because of this

Such a bad experience! . They did not know difference between cheescake & cheesesticks . Even , we ordered cheesecake , They give us twice cheess stick. Instead of apologies , They was trying to show , Customer was wrong because of communication . We place a order over the phone ..

I was a sandman hotel guest and had Denny s after a long time . Would like to give 5 star rating to all chefs and servers for delicious breakfast and professionalism . I stayed 4 days , came everyday for breakfast and throughly enjoyed it every day. Kudos to Supreet , Valery , Yvonne, param, Harman , devinder, neelam, nikhit, dhanushka and Gagan ! Keep up the good work ! I would rate this Denny number 1 in all North America.

We had great service with a very large group. The servers were very attentive to make sure that everyones food was exactly what was ordered, but, next time maple syrup for the pancakes would everything so much better! The pancake syrup is NOT the same as maple syrup.

We were at this Dennys yesterday morning for Mothers Day and the place was hopping! The food was pretty good and our server, Yvonne, was excellent. Would definitely dine here again!
