First time here at this location today and we were really impressed. Definitely a 5 star Denny’s! Amneet our server was super kind and friendly. She really made us feel at home and everything she did was so timely. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious breakfast. We had the moons over hammy and the grand slam. God bless the staff who work here and see you next time :)
I enjoy the friendly service at this 24 hour location. Parul is a really sweet young lady. One evening we spent time chatting - I was the only one dining at the late hour. It was great she remembered me this morning. She’s awesome!
My son wanted confetti pancakes for his birthday. We got 3 little plain pancakes with no toppings or cream cheese icing. I ordered grapes as a side. These did not come at all. I ordered seasonal fruit for my baby. This did not come either. I ordered a $6 side of potatoes, I got maybe a 1/4 of a portion. Everything else ordered is very poor quality. I complained to Uber for the missing food and got a $3 credit. Nice. Will not be ordering from here in the future and do not recommended to any else. Here is a picture of my $44 breakfast- what a joke.
Came here for my daughter’s birthday breakfast as that’s what she really wanted. Got in at 10:25 order finally taken at around 10:40 drinks included at that time after the waitress walked by us tons of times and ignore us trying to wave her down, she told my husband when he mentioned he had to get to work soon “well it’s busy so I make no promises” it wasn’t busy it wasn’t even half full with people and 2 large tables left soon after we got there, well at 11:10 he had to leave Sadly or be late to work, our food was brought over a few minutes later, once done we then had to wait over 20 minutes for our bill finally getting it and leaving at 11:50 we will not ever be back again. Then when I tried to explain that it’s a little ridiculous to wait over 20 minutes for the bill when again we where trying to wave her down she again used the excuse of we are busy and short staffed again it wasn’t that busy and there was two waitresses, if your understaffed let people know as you sit them, don’t be rude don’t cut off the customers when they are trying to talk and say it’s fine don’t worry about it. I’ve worked in restaurants for years as a waitress a cook and bussing there’s ways to handle being short staffed and “busy” so between the poor service and some food being over cooked and some being cold we will never be back to this location again.
Went to denny for my birthday and had a great breakfast, berry french toast slam(I got 14.59$ off my total). Loved every part of my experience. Good food, prices, and nice staff.
Typically this Denny's is AMAZING. But tonight my desserts were packaged in the wrong to go containers and it has made my experience really crappy. I can't re-heat the cookie part because they did not keep the ice cream separate. The ice cream melted everywhere and the caramel stained my new dress. I'm very upset with the preparation.
As always. a great lunch (I usually order breakfast 😋)... Parul always looks after us ! great waitress and our coffee cup was never empty! quick service too...a step back into the Diner experience of yesteryear. I really enjoyed this... I order from the 55+ menu and the portion is good ! I live near so I'm coming back often.
I really like going to Denny's. They may not be IHOP, but this is still a great diner to get eat at. They are open 24 hours a day, so you can come anytime. Some of their best features to have are their Double Berry Banana Pancakes, the Country-Fried Steak and the Grandslam Breakfast Platter of course. I even tried their Brisket BBQ Skillet. The brisket was meaty and not overly burnt, like the menu describes, and all the other ingredients were consistently good. I also had their Cali Club Sandwich, which I thought was delicious and fresh in its ingredients. The coffee is excellent, especially paired with any meal. The service is not perfect since you have to wait a little bit for someone to give you service. Most of the time, however, you do not have to wait for a table. Also, sometimes when I order their promotional choices, they either do not have it in stock or discontinued it, even though they are featured on their menu they gave me. I like going to this Denny's location because I like the food, and I always feel welcomed. I recommend it.

Stopped at this Denny s on our way to the Okanogan and had a fantastic time. I haven t been to Denny s in years and was so excited to come back. Alana was our waitress and she was fantastic. I had the lumberjack and coffee and it was so good. They re even giving me a coffee to go, which is the best news ever to finish my road trip.
Server was great, past 2 days with food poisoning, not so much.

The food was mediocre at best, exactly what you expect from a Dennys. Portions certainly have gone down. Firstly, your staff shouldnt be staring at the ATM machine while the customer is paying. Its rude, intrusive, and unnecessary. Please learn some manners and learn to let your customers enjoy their meal instead of interrupting so many times. Dirty utensils and cracked moldy coffee cups, beyond that the place was sparkling and looked good. We typically like to clear our table/stack dishes after our meal at our leisure but since the waitress kept coming by to ask if everything is okay, she ended up asking us to clear the table immediately after two of us finished eating and one person in the middle of their meal still. What was the point of this intense effort? Why not just pull up a chair and sit with us if you want to be at our table for the entire meal?

I m not one to complain but this place was absolutely terrible! To start got sat down and didn t get greeted by our server for the first 20 mins when she came we all ordered at once half the table got pop and it was completely flat. two of us got bennie s and the sauce tasted like melted cheese whiz, eggs cold and over cooked, avocado was bad and the bathroom had no soap, no toilet paper, no hand sanitizer, no paper towel and hand dryer didn t work. When i asked for soap for the bathroom the employee said i can wash my hands in the back so i did. This restaurant was super dirty. This was my worse restaurant experience ever. I will not be returning.

The food was average - fries a bit overdone. The turkey which was supposed to be slices was just diced up chunks, which was disappointing compared to what it should be. Service was quick and friendly, but our waitress was very pushy to get us to order even though we d just been seated and one of us was still looking through the menu.

It s the second time that I have to face the same issue with them. We gave them order for take out and they said order will be ready within 10 minutes. We reached after 27 minutes and still order was not ready and they told us it will still take 5 more minutes to prepare the order. That was a simple order just a pancake. I told the server, she was nice but what she told me was that they do not accept late-night orders on-call which is understandable but they should have told us on call that you have to be here. She told me that she didnt pick the call for the order someone else from the kitchen took the order. The staff is not well awarded of the company policy. I won t be able to come back again.

She offered me great menu recommendations. What stood out the most was how warm and genuine she was. Its clear that she take pride in her work and genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. If youre looking for excellent service with a smile, this is the place to go. Kudos to Amneet for making my meal to Dennys so enjoyable! Parking: It s has plenty of parking available even for the disabled. And is environmental friendly. Kid-friendliness: It s very kid friendly. kids have their own menus and are providing the crayons to color and solve puzzles.

This evening I went into Denny s on Simon to have a nice meal. The waitress was friendly at first ordering our supper. We got the supper promptly and it was delicious but that was all the service we got. We were not asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and after we were finished we waited for someone, anyone to come by and ask us if we would like our bill but nobody did so we got up and waited at the front. Finally the manager came by and helped us. He asked us if we had a bill. I said nobody came by to give us one. So he printed the bill. I looked at it and asked why the drinks were so expensive. He told me the refills were free. I told him nobody came by our table and asked us if we would like refills. He started to blame us and said, we should have asked for refills. And she didn t bring us refills because it would be a wast of money if we didn t drink it. For one thing a waitress should ask if we would like refills. And nobody came by our table so there was nobody to ask for refills. Anyways he then offered to give us a drink for the road not understanding that that is not the point and that we were thirsty at our meal. He did not understand that we didn t want to take one home with us I couldn t believe it! That he would treat customers like that. Trying to blame us and not understanding that it s not our fault. If I wasn t with my wife I would have had a serious discussion with him about how to be polite to your customers. My next step is to talk with CEO about how his franchisee is destroying Denny s restaurant s reputation. He has no business working in a restaurant.

The service was great, Parul B was very nice and kind. The manager also was very focused and professional. Food is amazing! The place is clean ,nice and washrooms are squeaky clean. Sadly the music is not the best but the chat around the tables drowns the horrible music. The food is plenty and tastes great, the coffee endless and the pancakes are pretty awesome. Dennys is always a good experience for me. Also, you get a discount filling a review so its a win-win.
