We ve been to Red Robin twice now and got Jacqulyn both time and she s made it an amazing experience. Got the kids involved by telling them about the hidden elf s around the restaurant. She knows the menu well and answered all the questions we had. She was allways a step ahead when it came to refills which can be tough as a table of 11. Will return again!

Delicious food - love the fries and sides brought out early, and the bottomless Root beer float is wonderful

Went for niece and nephews birthday. Hands down best waiter Ive ever had, pretty sure his name was Zachary. Great to see that at a time when waitstaff are feeling entitled some are still willing to actually earn their tips. Girst time Ive ever paid more tip than the highest recommended. Well deserved.

We were a larger group looking for a meeting spot for some extended family from out of town. Our food was as normally expected from Red Robin but our waiter, Trevor, was awesome! Dietary restrictions: Gluten & celiac allergies that needed accommodation

Food is always great the staff are always great although the bathrooms need to be cleaned better especially the family one with the baby changeing table I honestly didnt even wanna put my baby on there to change him the floor looked cleaner, looks like the thing hadent been cleaned in like forever or possibly never ?

Always fantastic burgers, beers, and cocktails, but beware the spontaneous birthday party songs! Our go-to casual dinner place. Vegetarian options: You can get any burger on the menu with a veggie option; either their own patty (which is really good) or an Impossible patty. Nice! Dietary restrictions: They seem to cater to a wide clientele, and they do have gluten-free buns and such... Kid-friendliness: Totally kid-friendly. If thats not your scene, go there around 7:00 or so. Wheelchair accessibility: Yup.

Came back, and it was a great experience. Zachary, our server was friendly and very professional. Its hard to come across good service these days. However, Zachery was definitely an exception and made our experience a great one. The food was delishious and came out quickly. We will be back for sure!!

Visiting from Edmonton, went for dinner, our server Emily was amazing. She made our visit enjoyable, she is very personable, she is fun, and likes to kid around. My Mom and I had the Crispy chicken Tender salad, one of the best salads around.

Delicious burgers are what I enjoy here. I wish they still sold the Beer fondue but their new queso is pretty good too.

Ten of us, 5 adults, 4 children plus a baby went to the Abbotsford location today November 11th for lunch. As you can imagine dining with little people can pose quite a challenge. There were many substitutes, I ve changed my mind s happening, and lots of can I get another s when things started arriving. Our food was excellent and our server went above and beyond. He didn t miss a thing and we all commented to each other on what a friendly, professional, outstanding server he was. Huge!!! And I mean Huge!!! Shout out to Zachary 15 from your guests at table #53. !!! You deserve recognition!

This place was pretty nice. It reminded me of my aunties Alright cooking. Decent, good, not the best thing ever but good edible food. Bottomless Mac n cheese was a little weird tho, However the normal mac n cheese was pretty darn good. Amen yeah

It was a great place to meet up with relatives I hadnt seen for a long time. Parking: 2 handicap at the building with lots of parking across the walkway from the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus, balloons, coloring pages for them. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres no stairs to manoeuvre and I would suggest table seating instead of a booth as there is not much room to move around with a wheelchair.

I have celiac disease and the kitchen was exceptionally accommodating. They have several options from lettuce wraps to gluten free buns, a separate prep area for the food, and dedicated gluten-free fryers. The food itself was exceptional, and Im excited for the next time I can get to a Red Robin location. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available and done well. I am very sensitive to gluten as a celiac and I have never had any issues.

I ordered through skip the dishes and the driver messed up and took forever. However that is not the reason for the poor review the tater sauce makes the meal for popcorn shrimp, the fish and chips and half the blta sandwich was missing??? from the order by leaving that out thank you Red Robin for putting the cherry on top of an already poor delivery experience. Dont leave items out!! and seal the delivery bags.

Red Robin is a Sunday lunch staple for my family. We have always had great service and love the family atmosphere. The food is good and priced fairly. The bottomless fries and drinks are a nice touch too. Highly recommend! One thing to note, sometimes it can be a popular spot for a lot of people and there can be wait times. If you re passing by and I d recommend giving a quick call or checking online to see if it s the busy hour and if there is a wait time.

I have always had a positive experience here. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is family friendly!

The Bottomless Drinks here are worth every penny. As a young lad who drank the dirt infused water splashing out of the gutters, the Cherry Lime Flip gave life to my faltering soul. My life has never been the same since I first tasted this nectar of the gods. Ive graduated University, gotten married, got a stable job, and am journeying towards a family of 6. Thank you Red Robin for changing my life!

Went to Red Robin and to say I was unimpressed would be an understatement. Now don t get me wrong, I did not expect gourmet food at low prices, but unfortunately what I got was poor food at HIGH prices. I did not expect an appetizer (that was just frozen jalapeño poppers heated up), a burger with fries, a popcorn shrimp meal (also previously frozen) and two milkshakes (they were good) would cost 95$. I was shocked. Now I honestly would not have cared if I felt like I wasn t paying the same price as a restaurant that actually made their food in house. The people were very nice and staff was helpful but until they price their food according to the quality I won t be back.

If I could give more stars for service I would! Our server Zack was fantastic! Food was great! Kids had a blast!

Waitress was not attentive, messed up our order, and one person in the party wasnt able to eat with the rest of the group due to the error. Limited apology, and it seem like they didnt care about the mix-up as they delayed coming to the table until absolutely necessary.

I really wanted to put 5 stars for the food. Because the other day I went and had a burger and it was amazing. All I wanted to do was go back and have another one I finally went back today and it must have been a different chef because there was so much salt on the burger I wanted to complain but I dont like complaining. I just didnt eat it all. Im sure next time will be as good as the time before last. And the waitress, what was amazing, very friendly and fun to talk to. I wish I could remember her name.

Great food and service. We always enjoy the food. This review is about kindness of the kithcen manager, Ben who helped me locate my toddlers missing water bottle. I mistakenly left my toddlers favorite water bottle at the table. I called the store next day to inquire about it. He found the bottle for me and left with the front staff for me to pick it up. He was kind and friendly. Thank you Ben.

Keep up the good work I asume

Our server was excellent but we were NOT happy or impressed by the 3 to 5 girls standing around doing nothing and chatting at the reception desk while our server worked many tables in our section. One of us got up to ask one of these girls to get our water! And one of these girls standing around doing nothing was the assistant manager. We asked why they were doing nothing to help the servers (our server in particular), to at the very least bring water to our table. She said they were greeters to seat people. When our food finally arrived after a long wait, the cook did not get our order correct and one of us got up to go to kitchen to have the oversight fixed. We did this because our server was busy waiting on her other tables. When we left, there were many new customers waiting to be seated at the many still empty tables. We honestly feel your location is very poorly managed.

Friendly staff, good food, but I think its time for a reno. The inside is rather aged, the booths are worn down, and feel dirty.
