Best service we have experienced in a long time. We were a group of 4, and our server was so kind. He was mindful of the fact we were catching up/visiting prior to looking at the menu, so we were very delayed to order, informative about food & drink specials and very accommodating to the dairy allergy at the table. The wings were fresh, hot, crispy, meaty, and on sale! Hearty portion of wings and a good mix of flats and wings. During our meal, our server was tentative but not annoying or quick to push us out. He cleared the table right away, offered desert and refills, etc. I am very impressed with the service and quality, quantity, and quiet atmosphere. Keep in mind we did side on the side of the resteraunt closest to the roadway and Windows vs. the central part of the resteraunt with the TVs, etc. Without a doubt, I will be back! I waited 1 hour for my food to come which is a bit outrageous considering there was only 2 other people there at the time I arrived. Food is good. Service is okay. I will change my review accordingly if this changes. Overall it s hit and miss with this place. Parking: Decent parking

Great service and great wingz guys! The only problem recently is that all your hot wings have been nerfed and basically nothing is spicy anymore besides the bobby. Jakarta has been nullified in both flavor and heat, such a let down. Was my favorite. Chilean chili is like entry level spice now, flavor is still good. BBQ heat is probably one of the tastiet wings on the menu, but I feel like even the heat in that ones gone down. Love Wings Abbotsford but you need to reignite the spice!

Service was great, and the wings were pretty good, but the spicy thunder chicken burger was tough to eat, not that spicy, and Im rather certain it gave me food poisoning too.

The wings were good, the lemon pepper wings had too much salt on them though. The waiter was friendly, the food was out quickly, but the drinks took a while. Main issue is the price, its overpriced. The only days I can see myself going are on wings special Wednesday or Sunday. But even then a pound of wings costs $12 and you need to buy a drink with that.

I ordered an Irish coffee & told me they had never made one before. It was flawless! 10/10 service & drink! Wings were delicious too!

After we got our bill we noticed a 18% tip was automatically added because there was 8 of us in the group. The service was poor, the waitress basically ignored us with only a couple other tables occupied. She would walk by without even looking toward us, so we had to flag her down. We had no idea the 18% was added until we got the bill, so a $80 tip for a frustrating night out. Its no wonder the place was empty at 7:00pm on a Friday night.

I didn t eat any food there tonight but my group did . They all had wings , chicken strips ect and said it was good but the spicy wings were too spicy ( they should have ordered mild lol ) The waitress was really friendly and attentive though and brought me drinks very quickly . I would definitely go back again to try the food on another night . Was impressed with the waitress and her professionalism.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Wings. The food was decent and the service was great. Its a bit dark but considering its a lively sports bar with tons of TVs that was ok. I would happily go back with a large group to watch a game and hang out.

OK Instarted aorta OK but the booth was super tight, now I am a bigger guy but not that big. Even the thin folks said it was weirdly close seat to table. The waitress was obviously new but what she lacked in experience she fully made up for in positive friendly attitude. The wings well they tasted decent, not bad but not great. $18.75 for ten wings (Thats right $1.88 Each) now food prices are up but them wings are not time or labour intensive. Drop in fryer, drop in bowl with sauce or spice (prepackaged bulk economic flavours nothing unique), coat evenly. There cost is about 87cents chicken, flavor, labour if I made them at home and paid my time, so mark up is not extreme but they get larger discounts and they were nit as good not nearly. Beer selection meh! It is a Wing Bar right? Dont get me started on Sticks and dip lol 2 pieces each of soft floppy 5 carrots and celery with a small portion cup of dip for 3.75 lol. Yes they have to pay the server but honestly the beer mark up was high the wine... one glass cost as much as the bottle of the same and they pay server min wage but I still tip good. Too top it off we sat resteraunt side and had pleasant conversation at 6pm with the other couple who joined us with the hickey game playing on TV with the volume down low but enough we could hear or ignore it. When the game ended UFC came on, some dont enjoy that but whatever same volume just ignore it but then it was turned LOUD (shouting so you can hear me over it lol) we asked if they could turn it down, asked a second time and it was turned down slightly to just be turned back up. For F sake make it that loud in the Bar area maybe but not the dining area. Think I am recommending it or going back?

Super sad, went for Wings and was really disappointed. For a place called Wings they sent out two really small portions of wings, 1Lb for $18, but got 9 small wings. They must count the wings not actually weigh them. I wouldn t have served them personally.

This place used to be a lot better and we would frequent it often. The last couple times I have gone have been disappointing. The food feels overpriced for what it is and the last time we were served cold food. We waited over an hour to receive the food and the waiter was not transparent with the bill. Ive given them a few chances now but it has only got progressively worse. I have also emailed them multiple times about my last experience and not received any response. Ill look to go elsewhere.

Giving 2 stars because wings used to be ok. Sadly they have gone downhill fast. The service is abysmal. We had to literally go find someone to ask them to take our order. We ordered 3 plates of wings and some yam fries, 2 softdrinks to drink. The maple bourbon ended up being dry rub which we didnt realize. Our fault for not seeing or understanding what d meant next to them but even accepting our mistake they were not good. The Buffalo wings were awful. Soggy is the best way I can describe them, like they were baked but not quite enough. Not once did anyone come ask if we wanted drink refills and when we told them the wings were actually nasty they just basically shrugged it off. It was superbowl Sunday at about 2:30. There were probably more Staff in the place than patrons. There was no reason for such poor service. The fact that it was so dead in there, even by the time we left and the game had started really tells of how bad this place has become. It should be jumping for a superbowl party, not dead. What a shame, they used to be good but 3 orders of wings, yam fries and 2 fountain drinks was $59. Service should have been exceptional, not non existent.

The place is run down. Service is poor. Servers are rude. The owner doesn t care. The General Manager does nothing. Very dirty place, nobody cleans. Don t come here.

The food was not very great. I understand it was busy because they were hosting UFC but there is no reason for the food to be not cooked and presented properly. We barely ate anything. The service though, was amazing. Karina was our server and she took great care of us. She was very well put together and professional. She seemed to be very calm even when it was really busy. I would maybe be coming back at a less busier time and see how the food is then.

Food was absolutely delicious except the pop was flat. However, service was terrible. I completely understand being slow when it s busy, but we were 1/3 tables. 2 separate orders came out wrong, even though it was repeated to the server twice. They kept walking by our table without checking on refills, or if we needed anything. And didn t clear any plates the whole time. Poor hospitality.

Honestly the best place to hangout in the Abbotsford area, they have a lot of veggie friendly options for people who arent in to wings. The Wings are always fresh and really flavorful. Theres so many options to choose from and each has its own unique taste. Staff is amazing and customer service is always on par. Such a friendly vibe.

Wings were a bit expensive but they had a great selection of flavors. Our beers had a metallic aftertaste, taps probably need to be cleaned.

Went in here tonight after a long day on the football field. The server was alright I guess. Didn t get drinks refilled and had to ask repeatedly. Son had chicken strips and enjoyed them. I had the fish and chips, fish was pretty bland and the tartar sauce was super sweet. Overall, mediocre at best.

Poor service. Mediocre wings. Very slow. I got 9 small wings with my order. My buddy got 12 giant wings with his order. Pricey $17.50 for my 9 wings. Wouldnt recommend.

Great wings but a bit expensive if you dont go on their wing days, which I believe is Wednesday and Sunday. The staff is very friendly. The parking lot is a bit crammed, so can be a hit or miss depending on how busy the restaurant is.

Go to place for Sunday Funday . The wings here are always fresh and crispy. Bonus points for consistently introducing new flavours!

Food was mediocre for price

The hostess was very polite; said welcome and offered us to sit anywhere we like. The restaurant was pretty much empty. There were only 2 other tables occupied. We chose a seat by the window. Then the waitress came and asked us if we could move to another location because our current location was inconvenient for her. So, i apologized for the inconvenience and walked out. The surprised look on the waitresss face was worth a million. She had no clue why we were leaving. Instead we went to Tim Hortons and truly enjoyed our lunch.

Food was good, the drinks got mixed up and some items were pretty staggered. Music was also very loud.

****UPDATE: Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Past few visits sadly have been 3/5**** I find myself at WINGS at least once a week for the $10 wing days (Wednesday and Sunday) and every time I am very happy with the experience. They have such a variety of flavours to choose from, when the wings arrive at the table they look they would be used in a commercial, so crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. 10/10 Service is generally pretty good, depends on the time of day, They can get slammed. And when they are busy they open up their underground parking which is nice. If you are looking for an affordable delicious restaurant/sports bar, WINGS aid your place!

I m torn with my review, so I went with 3 stars. Service, not too great. Our server just wasn t around much. Food wing flavors are good. My favorite was honey hot or something like that. We ended up ordering 3 wing meals and got to choose 6 flavors. The wings are so small we started off with two orders and it wasn t enough. So we got more . So with that said, I felt like the price was a little high for small wings and I don t feel like dipping sauce or sticks should of been an up charge. It s a nice one time to try out.

Do NOT get tacos..I ordered tacos through skip, and the tacos I got were 90% slaw. I could barely find meat, and I couldnt find cheese.

The only reason for my low review is service. We were celebrating a friend s 25th birthday and our server (Harsimran) was an absolute vibe spoiler. Reckless attitude, treating us like he is doing us a favour and he refused to come over and check on us. I had to request a different server for extra napkins. Highly disappointed as this is happening for the third straight time. As good as the food is, they need to change their server. Get your server changed if you see that man coming to your table.

The music is a bit too loud if you are going in a large group needing bigger tables. If a smaller group I can see it not being too bad since yall are closer together, Food was ok, I got their provolone beef dip and the au jus was basically gravy (too thick and didnt soak the sandwich) and there wasnt much provolone, despite the name... and the wings were like any other wing Ive had, nothing spectacular about them, but still tasty. our waitress was nice and friendly though

I go here with friends once in awhile for the wing deals and the food was usually ok. But recently the wings are a hit and miss and unfortunately they weren t as good. We had the new wings I think the Tabasco one and the honey hot one. The flavours didn t really stand out. We also had a sticky toffee pudding which are usually really good but tonight it was a little dry and served pretty cold. I wouldn t even write a review but the server we had tonight was horrible. He never checked to see if the food was good. He would be at the bar at his downtime most of the time or just MIA in general. He also NEVER asked us if we wanted refills. After we were done our food he grabbed our plates and cups and didn t even ask if we wanted refills then. That was 20 minutes into our meal. I had to ask him for a refill which was ridiculous. Pretty disappointed in our dinner tonight.

Had a great experience at this wings - the food and atmosphere was excellent. The service from our main server Armaan was impeccable, he was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Was truly impressed with the service provided - would definitely recommend!

Great experience for the first visit

Ive never had or ordered their food before, and I will never again. Not only are the wings tiny or get a small amount. Way overpriced for what I received. Both of my boys said theyve had way better. I couldnt even eat the teriyaki. I will not be a repeat customer. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner with my 2 sons, unfortunately we could hardly eat any of it. I cant believe I spent almost $83 on that food. Never again. I am so upset and disappointed with the food and the fact i spent my birthday dinner money at this place. As a single mother on a tight budget, if I had known how poor the taste and quality were here, I wouldnt have ordered.

These guys do the best wings in Abby, hands down. Perfect size, temperature, and sauce. Delivery or dine in are both great. Their beer selection is terrible for a sports pub, might as well be at a Saskatoon airport lounge in my opinion. I admit it was dumb to order a dessert from a wings pub, but would assume they would send it right side up.

For a place called WINGS you would assume they know how to make them, as opposed to something that tastes like someones closest approximation of what they think wings should maybe taste like. They didnt know what naked wings meant, and after clarifying that I wanted unbreaded they said no, thats how they come pre-prepared. So you are eating frozen breaded wings. Might as well just pick up Pintys from Sobeys. Additionally, naked wings were magically made available when they asked if I was Siliac...which Im not, but apparently thats the magic statement to get non-breaded option. Wings were barely sauced (Buffalo), and was disappointed to hear they wouldnt toss two flavors together because it was wing night. Im sorry, but if you are going to have arbitrary rules, at least have them make sense. How hard it is to mix 2 lbs of wings with a combo of sauces? Surely the same as mixing 2 lbs of wings with 2 separate sauces.

I like this place, but during my recent visit, it was very difficult to make eye contact with the server and I had to wait a long time to place my order.

I had the Southern Crispy Chicken bowl which is really a simple meal. The soggy salad was dripping in dressing, the chips were stale and when the server came by to check on our meals, only gave my male partner eye contact. She disappeared after that and we didn t see her at all until the end of the meal where are plates sat for quite a while. I only finished a /5 of it and d couldn t do any more. There was only 2 other tables there so they weren t busy. The dish and service were both disappointing.

First time.. Chicken burger was good. Quesedilla was disappointing. Teriyaki bown with tofu was terrible. Waited around 25 minutes for the food. Service was disappointing. Wings were normal/average. Overpriced. We did share the feedback with the kitchen staff. They look it politely and professionally, which is appreciated

I came for dinner and I wanted to leave a good review for our server and did not get her name. The Manager answered the phone and told me he couldnt put her on the phone or tell me her name i had her clerk # on my receipt and described my visit in the past hour there. He told me to describe her skin and hair colour and physical features instead in the review. This was abosolutely unprofessional and downright disrespectful to both myself and his employee. This man should be banned from all restaruants. This will be going to BBB. How disgusting of a person would ask a customer to do that. After that customer was about to say such nice things about her service. He just stole that away from her.

They tried hard to provide the service while the prices are over the top and the portions of wings are very small. We went for the ufc and were not told they were on in the morning instead of the evening. The television was so loud, the instant headache had us running for home as fast as we could leave. We will not be returning.

First time here. The food was good enough. The service was absolutely a shame. Getting a second drink is impossible when your server suddenly turns hostess and never comes back to your table. Condiments were not supplied with meal, nor utensils. Suddenly during our meal the music was loud enough we could not even talk across the table to each other. Then a new server showed up 15 after we were done eating and asked if we were the table that wanted more food.

My $18.50 order of teriyaki wings was 9 of the tiniest wings youve ever seen. My main course of Caesar Salad was majorly bland and the added crispy chicken was super dry. It had been sliced up and then dumped back in to the deep fryer, leaving the white meat brown. Not appetizing.

The girl was so rude the one served us , I don t know her name , the wings was very cold, she didn t ask to replace them. This is first and last time we came to this location. I regret the money I spent here, the girl was tall and skinny.

I was at this place 10 years ago and had a bad experience. Took me 10 years to get back and wow, did they change! Food has improved drastically and wings tasted very good. It still had a little mild aftertaste of something fishy but can be ignored. It was Sunday wing day so wings were cheaper than regular price but due to inflation I still felt it was pricy... Another odd rule they enforced was if you buy wings, you need to buy drinks. Something it wasnt written on the menu. Overall, the experience was decent. The wait staff was excellent. Parking: Decent amount of space. Might get full when the restaurant is crowded

Service was terrible! My fiance got Louisiana sweet and most of the wings just tasted like buffalo sauce, we never got checked on so we had to flag down the server to ask for a remake and when she got a new order they tasted even more like buffalo, but again we never got a check back. Our server walked by our table multiple times and never asked of we needed more drinks or if the food was alright. The manager was telling off another server about the lighting and music volume IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, we could hear everything he was saying, it was very unprofessional. When we were finished we stacked our plates on the edge of the table and then waited 5 minutes before our server came by and asked if we were getting anything else, we asked for the bill and then waited another almost 10 minutes before the manager came by and asked if we were waiting for something, and then our server came out VERY quickly with the bill... Maybe she had forgotten that we hadnt payed yet. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one is the chicken wings were cooked perfectly! So if food quality is the only part of going out to a restaurant that matters to you, you would enjoy wings.
