Been here quite a few times but this last visit was exceptional. Always friendly staff with quick service.

There is not many of these locations that have survived and this one is a great example of fresh ans great tasting food.

The lady did not even take my order, took so long, did not even say hi to me. I was standing there for 10 minutes. Bad services ever i got.

Very very RUDE!! IGNORANT service and atmosphere..I was wondering why not 1 person was in there too..Never going back to this one!!!!!!

I love pita pit, but this location is the worst, they never put enough of the veggies in salads and this has happened to me multiple times at only this location, the amount they put into a regular salad makes it a small and i have been ripped of my money many times from here.

Thank you, Megan, for giving such great hospitality and service. You made a usual awkward and stressful experience for me amazing. The food was also wonderful. I will be returning. Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options including falafel from what I read on the menu. Dietary restrictions: They have a display containing every ingredient that may have an allergan/dietary restriction to it.

They never have sorbet dessert available. Either they are out of them or their machines are not working.

EDIT: I m back! Yay!!! They got rid of the awful staff and went back to fantastic staff!!! My pita was perfect again. I missed my pitas but the staff they had there were sooo awful I couldn t justify going there. Now I ll be back regularly! The ladies working there today on May the fourth be with you !!! You re awesome! Been eating here at least once a week for 2 years. After today WON T be back! You have to ask over and over to get vegetables. I got the scrapings of the bucket on everything. Don t get carrots - they re usually black and look like they ve been sitting out for weeks. I ordered bacon , paid for bacon and told them to keep it as they don t know what well done is. It looked like raw and slimy. To top it off I think there was more mustard than all the toppings put together. The service was terrible. The last 3 visits have been beyond disappointing. Three times- strike you re out! You lost a good customer today. See ya Oh yeah and it s expensive too. So not good food, bad service and costs too much!

Worst experience here all three of the girls here couldent speak fluent English Asked for a ginger ale 3 times and the one girl still Couldent figure out what I was saying Found the 2 other customers had troubles communicating with the workers also

Worst food Ive ever ordered. Rotten lettuce and no flavour. Disgusting. O rice in rice bowls. Wort ever. Rotten and disgusting!!!!

Best in Town, Better than other location in Abbotsford. Pick ready always on Time, Nice Staff & Great customer service.

The lady so rude!!! Maybe racism!! Should neever rude to any people. Never go againnn!!!! And i saw in the review most people said rude to that lady.

Service is the worst. Cheap on how much veggies they put on. But Service slow only one in the store it took 10 mins just to place an order and then another 5 to make it

*edit because the business wants more info. Nothing here is fresh Even the pickles are dried out. The cheeses look like they sitting out for days. The lesser used veggies have definitely not been replaced in a while. The staff barely even talk to you if you dont tip

If i could give zero stars, I would. I come to Pita pit on south fraser regularly after my workout. The same old white lady with grey hair is always there. I dont think ive ever met such a rude lady. Everytime i come in she never greets me or any other customers. I asked for lettuce she said well theres 2 types pick one then sighs and rolls her eyes. Not to mention, the way she speaks to her employees is so rude, Ive seen her yell at the employees. If shes the manager, she needs to get fired. Theres another location by fraser highway. I highly recommend going there. She needs to check her attitude because myself and couple of my friends who also go to pita pit have had similar experiences. I really hope she reads this review because she needs to learn to be kind and welcoming rather than arrogant and rude. Ive read all the 1 star comments and they ALL said the staff is rude and unwelcoming starting from 4 YEARS AGO?? Why hasnt anyone taken action to fire the old lady that works there? I didnt order attitude with my pita pit. Please take action instead of asking customers to reach out to head office.

Staff are amazing when it come to allergies. She was able to help me with the gluten free options and was so knowledgeable. Great food, great staff, will definitely be returning!

Whats not to love? The fro yo is a little pricey but everything is delicious and staff are nice.

I visit almost 2 times every week. They always have fresh food and it tastes good. Great service.

On my quest for a great pita, I found this one to be very ordinary. They are very sparing with their sauces, even when you ask for additional. The best description that comes to mind is DRY. For some this may completely hit the mark.

During a pretty busy rush they struggled to take our order, over charged me after we tried several times to clarify a kids order instead of a regular one. Everyone has days that arent perfect Im sure others will have a better experience

Ok food but lacked sauce and direction. On a positive note everyone was friendly and the ingredients were good. Well sized wraps. However .... This was a rather large order $250 to be exact and there was one request for absolutely no tomatoes or onions on all 21 of the wraps and they all came with them except one, THANKFULLY NOT AN ALLERGY. That one that was special ordered was requested to have double the sauce ... it had absolutely none :( A bit disappointed that the simple instructions were mistakes on all of the sandwiches at least the 4 salads were fine.

I love this pita pit, there salad bowls are great for someone who is gluten free. Fresh ingredients are always offered. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They are also on Skip the Dishes.

Screwed our orders up! Touching hair and face and then on our food with no gloves. Very dirty store and staff standing around gossiping to each other! We found that theres 2 staff whom were being very disrespectful and rude to a very sweet disabled and handicapped couple ahead of us. They were rolling eyes at them and laughing! NOT COOL AT ALL!!!

Service was good, ordering was confusing. Looking to buy a specific pita, but they amount of additional options they me off. I thought I could just order a Southwest pita and that was enough.

The lady was rude, i had to repeat myself so many times, the smoothie i got my extremely small and not blended well, she gave us attitude Once she finished grilling the filling for the pita she dropped half of it into the grease catcher then continued to grab it and try to out it into my pita, i had to ask her to stop and she gor defensive and rude. Terrible expérience would not come again

What a joke! Brought our kids here to use their player of the game certificates that they received from flag football and they wouldnt accept it. When asked for contact info for a manager I was denied. Worst customer service ever. You should have seen our kids faces and how disappointed they were.

Ordered a blackberry smoothie. The employee mixed it with plastic wrapping so every sip contained plastic wrapper.

They didnt have many of their toppings available, the lettuce was brown and they did not have enough staff. 2 people for lunch time on Friday is very poor planning.

This location is hit and miss as far as service goes. Most of the ladies here seem to hate their job. They also seem to have very little interest in washing their hands which is a problem when youre handling other peoples food. The falafels are delicious though and I love them!

I just got my 3.5 year old a wrap and found a large piece of sharp plastic in it.

Huge fan of how customizable the pitas are! The smoothies and cookies are definatly worth a try aswell. Pretty awesome how there s a 10% off for GoodLife members which is super convenient being right next to the gym

Ive been to many Pita Pits and admit this is probably the location with worst service. Floors need to be cleaned, lots of ingredients missing or not fresh. It was 2pm and go to get cookies and they realized now they only had raisin cookies.

The only reason Im giving a 4/5 is because of one man. Hes a tall buff red head who made both my fiancé and I extremely happy with the customer service and food. If only he could work there 24/7 we wouldnt go anywhere else. We love pita pit but the customer service is one the worst Ive ever come across. As a person who also works in customer service I gotta say this was just awful... No one should have to feel uncomfortable ordering food or being made to feel like a hinderence when asking for something to be put on the grill. Im not sure if its a requirement to hate the job and everything around you to work there... That being said I continue to go to this location just in case we bump into that guy again, hes restored faith in pitas for us!

Very good experience. Food is so good I love the fruit smoothies! Only go when the big brown eyed girl is working because she is very nice and never ruins my pita! Everyone else breaks it somehow and makes it hard to eat. Highly recommend

The worker Shayla provided much help and care to me, i felt like a valued costumer.

Need more then 2 staff workers on at lunch time. We stood in line for 15min without being served. The 2 girls working today were pretty new and very slow so the line up was almost out the door. Food is always amazing, but service lately has gone downhill

Service is prompt but tastes like there are chemicals (e.g. MSG) on a lot of vegetables that they serve as use a lot of pre-packaged vegetables such as lettuce that comes pre-packaged. Also know they do not wash vegetables before serving them in their pitas to customers.

Quality fast food with lots of veggies.

Very cheap, their chicken is barely a quarter of half of a breast and i ordered their large sandwich.

I dont have a problem with the food served here; I find it pretty tasty. Unfortuantely, I avoid going to this particular location because the service is terrible. I have been to this Pita Pit 3-4 times in the past and have had to deal with incredibly rude employees each time. The last time I went, the employee serving me ripped the pita and did not offer to remake it. I dont know who hires these people but they have no customer service skills or any social skills in general. With their tone and facial expressions, you would think they would literally rather be doing anything other than working at Pita Pit. My last experience there was fefinitely the worst. The girl not only ruined my pita but interrupted me every time I tried telling her what I did and did not want on it. I did not order attitude with my pita, thank you very much. IF I decide to eat here again and am treated this way, I will let the manager know about this issue.
