Honestly some of the best service ive ever had. Karan and Rohan were super patient in helping me when I intended to place and order for pickup and accidentally ordered delivery. I was in the store and UBER would not help me and wanted to continue to charge me courier tip and delivery charge. They were kind and helped me through it so I wasn t over charged by uber. Thank you guys. THAT is what customer service is supposed to look like.

No peanuts or lime on top.paid fir extra chicken but a very small portion and not very good Not much noodles looks to be a box since the last time we were there about a year ago I wouldnt recommend it anymore

First and only time visiting this location. They messed up my order, and forgot my protein entirely. They didn t even offer me a refund, or a new order. You would expect some better customer service, or at least an apology.

The butter chicken was a huge letdown. The once rich and flavorful dish now tastes bland and uninspired. To make matters worse, they tried to pass off their laziness with a pathetic garnish a single, lonely leaf of cilantro. It s like they ve completely given up on quality. Definitely not worth the price or the hype anymore.

I ordered singapore cashew and bunch other atuff for my family and none of us could eat more than 3 spoons!! Food had no salt in it and it tasted very bad and extremely spicy! All $70+ went to garbage we won t be eating there ever again! Maybe will try a different location but will never go back to airdrie location.

I ordered the Thai Style Chow Mein Box - let me just tell, it was disgusting. I ordered it with the crispy tofu. The tofu was rock solid, It tasted old. The spring tools were quite literally drenched in oil. I also asked them to make extra spicy - they made it mild. The noodles could ve have been cooked a little better, it tasted uncooked. I ordered take out in a box - the presentation was atrocious. The spring rolls were quite literally thrown in there. They weren t cut properly, it was as if they separated them with there hands. Purely distrusting. I give this place -5 if I could.

Had the spicy peanut box, not sure if they were having an off day but its normally much better than it was today. Pretty bland to be honest.

Employee ls are best and very helpful

The lady cashier was very warm and accommodating. She gave us tips on how to get their promo by downloading their app. When we got back to the hotel, we just realized that they gave us an extra bowl of food too. The food was tasty. I highly recommend this branch.

Worst Noodle Box I ever had been. We order 3 different dishes and I dont understand the taste. Our noodles are mostly onion chops and we hardly taste our order. Cant even distinguish the teriyaki sauce. Place is not even well kept, trash is full and some trash on the floor and tables and seating are not thorough clean.

I want to love this place, but each time I eat here, I leave disappointed. Flavours should be hitting with sweet, spicy, sour and umami, but instead theres just one basic note and its not really anything memorable.

Paid extra for extra broccoli and cilantro, there was no broccoli and the (single serving) cilantro was rotten. There was absolutely NIL flavor. The Black Bean was better, but the box came half full! Not worth the $20+ a dish

I m reviewing primarily because of the customer service received. The gentleman who prepared my order projected positivity and filled the room with excitement. Excellent service. Made my time there worthwhile. Parking: This is located in a shopping complex so there s free parking spots right outside the restaurant and others around. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to get into the building, no steps except the curb. Good flooring and it s flat.

Found a bunch of plastic shredded material in our boxes we had delivered. Not sure what they were but . Gross. Three out two meals as they were throughout the entire boxes both in the noodles and rice dishes.

I paid $5.47 for prawns to be added to my pad Thai and ended up with 3 pieces of shrimp just a touch bigger than baby shrimp. Hugely disappointed.

I never leave reviews, but this place was so bad I feel I had to. I have no idea why it is rated so high. The food is gross. The one dish was too spicy for mild, and the portion size was small after rinsing most of the sauce off. The other dish I couldnt even tell what flavour it was going for, bland and tasteless. I found a non-gluten-free ribbon noodle in my bowl when I asked for gluten-free due to allergies. Had to throw it out. Would not eat here again. Id give 0 stars if I could. Dietary restrictions: They dont care if regular noodles get mixed in with gluten free noodles. Or they didnt clean the pots/pans out before cooking my meal!

The atmosphere at this noodle restaurant lacked ambiance. The food was decent but a mediocre dining experience. It would be nice to see some improvements in the cleanliness as well. Overall, its an alright spot for a quick noodle meal.

I needed to bring home dinner for my wife who is gluten free and I knew what her favorite Noodlebox dish is, the Spicy Peanut one. I ordered her meal and proceeded to wait, which didnt take very long anyways. As they were bagging the order, I realized Id forgotten to mention the words gluten-free and celiac allergy. All that work for nothing and Id have to order another one. I mentioned my mistake to the team there, and they were so gracious and said they would make another one free of charge. Not only that, they said I could take the regular one home with me as well. I did not need dinner as Id eaten a couple hours earlier, but I ended up eating it all anyways after having a few bites while it was fresh, haha... It was just so good, I couldnt stop eating it. Now Im very full, and still very impressed with (and thankful for) the team at Noodlebox. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it right even though it was my own mixup! We will continue to make this a regular place to eat! Dietary restrictions: Celiac, gluten-free

Takes forever to get a simple order ready. I waited for literally 40min and still the girl on the counter have audacity to say mam it will only take 5 more minutes that she already said 5 time in the last 40min of waiting never going again there never

The Noodlebix gets an automatic 1 star because of the requirement to provide a tip. There was no option to skip, or to provide less than 15%. A tip is not a requirement, its given at the discretion of the customer for going beyond expectations. The Noodlebox didnt even deliver on expectations - food was expensive ($35 for two meals) and subpar. Noodles were pasty as there wasnt enough sauce to give the food any flavour. If a business is going to demand tips, just raise the price and remove the tip option from the POS.

Have gone a bunch of times now, but probably one of the best noodlebox places Ive been to. The food looks good even just coming in compostable containers - its attractively presented and tastes good too. Theres a lot of choices, but once I found a couple I really liked I only rarely try different ones. When you order scorching hot - its actually INSANELY hot which is awesome because some places tone it down. That said if you dont regularly eat super spicy (like you know the scoville scale) I recommend going for medium or hot because it doesnt kid around here. If youve never had the very hot, do that before you go anywhere near scorching. The people who work the day to day are awesome and I hope they keep it up!

They dont listen. Asked for mild on both dishes - no chilis. Waited forever. Headed out and were eating on the road. couldnt feel out mouths and our stomachs were killing us. I had pain for days. We ended up throwing them away. It was too far to head back and ask for a new one. Be very clear on your order.

Have ordered on Skip several times. Choose the lowest spice level. Every time it s so spicy I can t eat it. I m not afraid of heat, love wing challenges etc. but why can t I get a bowl with a 0 heat level?!?! Last time I try, not worth $40 to burn your mouth off with someone using the wrong sauce.

Best noodles ever

Went in and ordered 2 dishes got home and there was no sauce on the one meal. Called them to let them know and they told me to come back so they could fix it. When I got there to my surprise they had made both of our meals over and fixed the issues with the order that had an issue. No questions asked. Thank you for fixing the issue and taking that extra step and making both meals again

unfortunately very displeased with this establishment. ordered pad thai and literally got no sauce on the noodles. and the bottom of the cardboard takeout box was full of water. very very disappointing.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, the food is absolutely overpriced and underwhelming. There was so much sauce that it was like soup. You pay$4 for chicken and there were these tiny pieces of chicken that did not make up for the cost.

This review is based on the experience I had there. I love noodlebox but when I was here at this location yesterday with my family, including my 16 months kid. We heard this employee (female) swearing very loud over the phone. She knew we speak the same language. She was using the most disgusting words in that language like mei kya chu___ hu. Tum aayo mei tumhari gan___. This is beyond ridiculous. We heard her swearing about a customer as well who picked up food from there. You dont need customer service skills here, its simple antiquates a human usually have, not to swear in front of a baby. This made us so uncomfortable. We were continuously thinking while having our food, she knows we speak the same language but she is still swearing this loud in the same language. This means she doesnt value a customer dining in the restaurant. Shame on you.

First time ordering from this place, last time too. Very disappointing, it was nothing but noodles and chili flakes, barely any vegetables at all. The Spicy peanut was soooooo saucy it was too much sauce, but oddly enough despite there being so much sauce it was so bland and almost flavorless and needing salt or something to bring out some flavor. We ordered mild/medium spice and I like spicy food, but this was horribly spicy, so much so we had to throw it in trash as it upset our stomachs only after eating a few bites. What a waste of money

So I ordered pad Thai chicken with rice for my dad and butter chicken for myself, the first bit I can look past as the chef mistakenly made the pad Thai with rice noodles instead of rice so he remade it with rice and just gave me the rice noodle one for free so that s alright. When I got home dad and I tucked into our food and my dada found he had no chicken in both of his pad Thai! So I figured I would just call and see if I could get a store credit for this mistake. So I called on and told her the situation and said that she could not do store credit but she could make the protein free next time I ordered. I didn t really except this as I had payed about $40 for my meal and even gave a tip, so I rebutted asking for a free box next time. Not only did she argue with me the entire time but she also kept interrupting me! That in my opinion is unacceptable customer service and I will never be going back there. Noodles were overcooked mush and they forgot the sauce that usually comes with it. Not ordering from here again. Update: figured it s been long enough to try again. Tried the ginger beef box and loved it. Got it a few times without issue. Last time it was too spicy to eat any of it so threw the whole meal away. What a waste. Best ginger beef I ve ever had, but this has to be one of the least consistent restaurants I ve ever eaten from.

When you get the food and its well sauced its delicious. However, the amount of sauce you get seems to be completely random. Sometimes its gross and dry and sometimes its absolutely swimming in sauce. Every time I order, I waffle over getting double sauce, but if its a big sauce day, Im gonna get soup. The food is always delicious (though the spice levels are sometimes off). I get takeout a few times a month, and I actually leave with a smile on my face most times because of the great service and the friendly staff. Gur is the best!

To be honest, not great. The spicy peanut was more of a bland thick peanut butter consistency. Ending up tasting like mush. There may be better dishes there, but of that I cannot say.
