Went in with my mom to see Dani because she is our favourite server, she was fantastic as usual, but I have a questions?, this was the third time coming here in a row where I noticed she has been working alone. I would like to know why is she working by herself when it s been super busy every time I we have gone in?

The only thing I would suggest is all the windows should be tinted towards the top as the sun is very bright in the mornings and it can bother peoples eyes as the shades don t block the sun out very much but other than that smittys is wonderful 10/10

A hidden gem in Airdrie. The food was VERY good. Atmosphere is nice and bright. Service was AMAZING. Carrie, Dylan and Lucy were my usual servers. ALL were fantastic and the main reason I keep returning. See ya next time.

We love it here, but we sure miss the buffet. When we had it last it was super impressive, but maybe a smidge excessive. Just needs the basics, so we can have an assortment. The staff are fantastic, it s always clean and the food is delicious. Just bring back the buffet please!

My family and I enjoyed our meal tonight with our two young kids. Excellent service, food, and overall atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Love that they had a small kid friendly play section. Wish more restaurant were kid friendly and had something similar! It really helps parents like ourself who would be more inclined to dine in with busy bodies.

Our server was just lovely - we were celebrating our 50th anniversary that day so brunch was part of it. She chatted with us and really ensured we had lovely experience. Staff pleasant to us, 3 adults and four kids, even those not our server. The kids meals were larger than expected cf other restaurants, and the all ypu can eat fish and chips was quite tasty, crispy, not soggy. Our 8 year old declared this is where she wants her birthday party. Kid-friendliness: Staff interacted positively with kids. Wheelchair accessibility: We dont have a wheelchair but it seems very suitable for those that do.

The food, service and overall experience was BEYOND fantastic they have amazing servers ours was named Kat and she was sooo sweet and sooo accommodating and helpful!!! A few servers came up to us and they were all wonderful and had great suggestions and were very friendly. Overall the service was fast, food was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal!!! Kid-friendliness: This location is by far the most kid friendly restaurant I have EVER been too. They have this adorable area and play kitchen for them to play it s absolutely a game changer!!!

I am a regular here since before the pandemic. Since the re opening I have always assumed Lucy was one of the new owners. I was shocked today when I found out she was not. She consistently treats her customers with excellent care and service and you can tell she cares a lot about the restaurant. Good and service is always great for me but I want to shout out Lucy especially, who takes time even if she looks like she s a little overwhelmed. She always has a smile and is so very polite. The whole staff is amazing. Service like this makes it easy to remain a regular.

My Mom dad and I came to This Restaurant but just in time as there is Nothing on Highway 22 between The crows nest pass Highway 3 and Longview as We found a highway that leads faster to Calgary by Bar u ranch to the 2 passed the Seaton area on south side of Calgary we didn t know there was a place with maybe Restaurants around there we passed hard to see found this one but came just in time some things they couldn t do on the menu at the time since one hour to closing time the server explaned but the salad and fish and chips were very good and a nice lady server. The place was very nice and was told Renovated 1 to 2 years ago. Haven t been to Smitty s in a long time but remember one in Cochrane too a long time ago that was very good too.

Great experience for breakfast. The eggs, hash browns and toast were fantastic. Eggs cooked to perfection, hash browns were crispy and fresh and toast cooked perfectly. One of the best breakfasts weve had in a long time. Service was spot on. Efficient, friendly and delivering exactly what we ordered. Wed highly recommend, and well be back.

Really nice breakfast, but if you have kids, this location has a kids play corner which was AMAZING!!!! It was almost like not having kids!! Hahaha Dylan (our server) was lovely, thoughtful and attentive (but not over the top). Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend!!

Dani was amazing. She was so attentive, fun and made our experience great. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made my kids laugh, which is hard because they are teenagers. Didn t need to ask for refills on our drinks, food came out fast and hot. We came from out of town for the night and I would definitely come back when we drive through again.

The group I belong to have been regulars at the Flying Puck for trivia night and it is the best. From Dani ourserver and the trivia host weve had a great time. Not to mention there Tacos - at $3.00 each and they are deliciou . We recently had smittys cater our annual picnic. The taco bar and Mexican salad WOW!!! From the delivery, set up, food and clean up amazing!!! The best ever. Thank you Smittys and staff. Definitely our go to for events, great food, entertainment and service. The best in town. Always fantastic service from Carrie! The food is always tasty and hot. Would love to see an omelet bar on the buffet, as we re not fans of Eggs Benedict, and would have the buffet if omelets were available instead. Will definitely return!

Service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. The environment was nice, calm and inviting. Our server, Lucy, was very kind and made lots of jokes which were actually funny and made the table happy. The one thing I would personally change is just more colour in the restaurant! The painting are quiet nice but a bit more colour might benefit the restaurant even more.

Cat was our server this morning and was bubbly and with a full genuine smile. She took the time to explain details of each order. She found ways to communicate with four seniors with their quirks and hearing issues. She anticipated our needs without us asking. The food was excellent and the orders were complete. I had the So-Cal Benedict. The Medium poached eggs were perfect. I d like to mention that the bathroom was spotless and everything worked as it should.

We were on our way to Banff and stopped to have a quick breakfast at smitty . We got served by Dylan She was amazing and suggested us some food dishes Which was 10/10

The Good: I stopped by because I had seen a Cobb salad advertised. There were people in the restaurant but the lounge was empty with the TVs on so I opted for that. The place was spotless and the server was friendly and efficient. The Bad: The price! Wings on wing nights are $14.99, about regular price at other establishments but the kicker was the $8.49 16 oz glass of beer which, for those who like to compare apples to apples, is $10.62 a pint! Outrageous but explains why the place is empty. The Ugly: The Cobb is listed in the menu as a bed of lettuce with all the ingredients for a Cobb salad on top. What I was served was a bowl full of lettuce with 5 of the sorriest, driest pieces of packaged chicken one could imagine on top beside what had to be the smallest egg Ive ever seen. There was a spoonfull of jarred bacon bits, a spoonfull of MINCED TOMATOES ( I cant say Ive ever been served minced tomatoes in a salad but I suppose if you are only going to serve a quarter of a tomatoe in a salad it does give it some volume). The star of the salad was 2 (or 3) spoonfulls of real blue cheese however the effect of this was to completely overpower all the other flavours, such as they were. Although the lettuce was supposed to be dressed with ranch if it was, it was dressed so lightly that I could find no evidence of it. It is a real stretch of the imagination calling this a Cobb salad. I can say that neither the concept or execution worked for me. Response to owner: Make no mistake, I left a 1 star review based solely on the salad that was presented to me, not anything to do with wings or their pricing. I had assumed that if the waitress was going to explain the special of the day ( Wed. in this case) she would explain all aspects of the special, ie, the price includes a drink of your choice. If she did, and I missed it, my apologies however I didnt leave a 1 star rating based on information I did or didnt receive but rather on the physical evidence of what was put right in front of me. F.Y.I., the cost spread for an order of wings and a pint (20 oz) in Airdrie ranges from $9.50 to $19.00 so at first glance it may seem like this lounge is right in the middle of the pack and so it would be if one had only one drink. As soon as one is asked to pay $10.62 for a second, or heaven forbid, a third pint, this bar loses any competitive edge. So, while I indeed will be back to see if there are changes to the Cobb salad, it wont be for wings and beer.

Prices are ridiculously. It is absolutely horrible what they charged for chocolate milk $5.45 a glass, and orange juice $5.65 a glass. Beyond gouging and absolutely disgusting. Even with $5 off per person for staying at the hotel, this breakfast was way over priced for what you get.

Katrina was awesome, we were in a rush to make a Taekwondo Tournament, and she was super friendly, and super speedy service and the food was absolutely delicious. My eggs benedict was one of the beat Ive had in a while. 100% satisfied!

Definitely a go to place in our house for breakfast.

Always happy when I come to the Flying Puck. The food is stellar and affordable. Dani and Cat are always such a joy when I come in. All of the wait staff I ve met have made me come back and recommend the Flying Puck repeatedly. As a foodie, I very rarely go to the same place more than once and I come here weekly, usually on wing nights. Best wings in Airdrie, best staff and the best deals. My favourite local joint, feels like home because of the amazing staff. They were also very accommodating to our hockey team, parents and siblings. Thanks for the food and hospitality!
