Foods great, Chai is delicious, staff are friendly, its just a really nice place :)

I bought a Halwa Puri from here which did not taste like Halwa Puri at all. Puris were like Parathas & Halwa was tasteless. Changes were hard. All of this was very expensive. I will not come be returning to this place.

I have ordered multiple times from this store . I love their food and customer service I have tried naan and curries all are amazing worth recommending keep up the good work guys

Ordered manchurian on weekend and it was taste like as they put whole pack of cumin in one serving of manchurian and no taste of soy sauce and only taste of ketchup and cumins with veggies. Overall, it was not taste as machurian that we ordered from another restaurants. My family ordered different food on different occasions, other food tastes good but I don t recommend manchurian.

Best ever food in airdrie . We came from manitoba for few days and we tried other places before we went to this place but after for continues 3 days we stick to this place for breakfast and dinner we tried their alooo paratha and paneer paratha and it was soo good Thank you for delicious food and we will definitely came back again on our next visit . This place is 10/10

We have always had a great experience at this location. The food as well as the service has always been excellent. We particularly enjoy the Veg Thali, Veg Pakoras, and Bread Pakoras. I also really like that they have Limca and Thumbs up at this location. Having grown up in India, it always brings back fond memories!

Visited here first time, we tried the masala chai and regular chai, it was amazing.We enjoyed our evening tea. We will come back to try other dishes.

waited over 30-40 mins for my naan when i got them they did not look like actual naans cooked they look like naans you buy from superstore and warmed them up pls ask and double check on the quality your getting Food : 1/5 |

We tried their food few months back it was good but last time we bought sweets from them and it was totally garbage gulab jamun was sour. Today order food from them through Uber , totally disgusting food my 10 year old can make better samosa than their food . Very poor will not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely amazing! From the outside, yes it looks like a little cafe tucked into a strip mall. But they have a full Indian restaurant menu. I have not had a disappointing experience yet. If doing take out, I recommend ordering ahead of time as they prepare at order. Which makes it even better, you know your food is not just sitting there waiting for someone to order it.

Ohhh God!!! If you want to eat today you have to order yesterday. Waited more than 45 mins to get few pakoras and samosa! What a delay! Won t go back ever! Also that loud music!

We waited to order from here because of the diverse reviews. We ordered a wide range of items to really get a feel for the food and OMG everything was delicious!!! We will definitely be repeat customers.

We tried the food after a coworkers endorsement and it did not disappoint. We ordered an array of different options from the menu and everything was well prepared and the taste was exceptional. We will definitely order again. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Great service good food and verity of food choices. Ordered samosa chaat curry pakora rice Naan and chicken tikka. Everything was great and I love the people... and everything non veg is halal so specially muslim people can go there for halal!!!!

Really good food and great service

Very disappointed. Ordered bhatora cholay and Poori halwa. No difference in both orders accept halva added in poori halva plater. Bhatoora and poori made with same dough, we didnt feel any difference in poori and bhatoora texture. Dont waste your money they are making people fool. Not recommended at all.

There was a metal wire in my food. Staff took out the wire and gave back the plate to me to eat. I never went back.

Very impressed. Tried the Golf Guppay, veg. Pakora, masala fries, Halva Puri. And some sort of sauce that changed our lives. Milk cakes were good as well. Huge shout out!!!!

This place is excellent! We enjoyed our food here, samosa chat was to die for, & masala tea was the best ever! Will be back for more!!

Stopped here for lunch with my mother-in-law. Very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the food. The food was so fresh and delicious. So much flavor and the perfect amount of heat. Will certainly be coming back.

Hands down best samosas in airdrie

This is the worse restaurant in the airdrie. The lady who works here is the worse employee i have ever seen. She doesnt even know how to talk with a customer. Zero customer service.

Very low quality of food. You can see that these fries are not fresh food at all. Wrost Indian restaurant. Last time I tried the Veggie Burger all i can taste was ketchup on the both sides of Buns.

We ordered samosas and pakoras from Samosa Cafe last weekend for a samosa sampling party. Everyone brought samosas and pakoras from restaurants in Calgary, including from a lot of great ones in the NE. It was unanimous that Samosa Cafe had the absolute best samosas AND pakoras. They were sooo perfect. And Ive eaten a lot of samosas. I cant comment on their other dishes because I havent tried them yet but I will definitely be back to do so.

I ordered garlic naan for takeout. They gave us frozen naan which was awful. Never recommend this place

I ordered some food yesterday. It was overpriced and the taste was too bland. No spices. The sauces were thin like water with no taste. I make better samosa and pakode as compare their food. Not worth it.

This guy had his bare foot out on the table nobody working there did anything about it. Although the samosas were excellent.

Edit for a response: We did mention the spice level for the dishes, and we have specifically asked you guys if you can do the butter chicken poutine, which you have accepted but have yet to mention that cheese will not be included. ======================= We ordered butter chicken poutine, Samosa chat, and two Samosas from this place. We have gone through the reviews but dared to buy the food from here. The fries in the Butter Chicken Poutine were soggy, and they had not added any cheese. Poutine comes with cheese, and I wonder how these guys forgot to add that. In Samosas and Samosa chat, we had to add salt to them. It was just bland. I am never coming back or buying anything from these guys! I would not recommend it to anyone who would crave Indian street food.

I just buy samosa from your shop but According to price $1.50 we are not satisfied your samosa size so I think you should think about samosa size according to the price.

Ordered the aloo tikki chaat, it was so good!

We requested chhole naan, but we were disappointed to find that instead of freshly prepared naan, we were served pre-packaged, frozen naan from a grocery store. When dining at a restaurant, we anticipate that the food will be made fresh rather than served from pre-made items.

I have never had Indian Street food so I had to ask the server for suggestions on what to order. She suggested the samosa chaat and it was so good! Ill definitely be back!

Editing the review after my second visit today. Their samosa chat was out of this world. Authentic taste and aromatic flavours. Definitely close to the street food that we get in India. Very well priced at 7$, it was filling. The samosas were much tastier than the previous visit ones as the filling was different. Totally, a must visit Indian food joint in Airdrie.

Size of samosas are really small, Can t able to find samosa in samosa chat, preheated naans not even fresh, daal makhi doesn t even taste like daal makhni.. as a community we support new business but not worth it

We ordered takeaway for our familys Thanksgiving potluck. This was for eight people. Our order included butter chicken, rice, samosas, and garlic naan. The butter chicken was very good. Savoiry and not too spicey (the mild version). I had asked if the rice would be th saffron rice and was told yes, however it was ony plain rice. We were told the Naan was not fresh baked, nonetheless, it was very good. The garlic version and was flavourful. The samosas were very good as well. All those who had butter chicken at the dinner really enjoyed it. The serving for eight was plentiful as well. We even enjoyed the leftovers the next day. Will most certainly return and try other menue items in support of this local family business.

Finally it s open, nice cozy place and the food is great! I had their signature dish Samosa and it was the best I ever had in Calgary!

I ordered the Samosa Chaat and Veggie Pakora. The samosa chaat was pretty good and well seasoned. The pakora was quite dense and too dark, made it feel really heavy...customer service was OK, not rude but not very warm and welcoming either.

It is not Fresh only well heated.Even samosas are frozen because inside potatoes were so old dishes are not cooked by chefs that s they are not fresh.

Good food and good quantity you will fill up with a single meal might take it home quality is good as well like home made. Tea is to die for love it Recommendation to owner use less oil on bhaturas please and food need some more taste like restaurant as right now it tasted like home made ( in a good way but can use some more taste full recipe)

Went in for a late dinner! And bought a dozen samosas with mint chutney . AMAZING! The filling was great! The breading was great! Annndddd the price was amazing too! Will definitely be back!

order from food delivery butter chicken was horrible not authentic the jalebi was like stale and not fresh so chewy and not crispy like all the other ones you can get in airdire i order a naan and it was the smallest naan ever?? never have i seen an indian restaurant give such a small naan chole was ok but that s about it bauthura was meh this is not an authentic indian resurant and def not fresh like the others in airdrie this is my experience edit: i literally ordered this have my receipt and everything why would i lie about this? don t eat from here! it was not fresh at all next time i ll come take a picture of everything and show the truth please save your time and eat else where

Made a lunch stop at cafe! Lovely lady at cash counter! Very polite and friendly. Helped me decide which one to get from the menu. Nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated with decorative umbrellas! Ordered Masala Chai (per recommendation from lady at the counter) Veggie punjabi patty burger with noodles and veggie samosa. I am glad they made it all Mild per my preference.

Very worst experience.... There is no such thing as customer service.. The chimney of the store was also closed so there was smoke in the entire store....

What a great little place. Everything was great, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Got the butter chicken, rice, garlic naan, and of course 1 of each kind of samosa s. Well worth it.

The veggie samosas are very good and a great price.
