Placed an order through their website for 5:30 pm yesterday but everywhere was busy for fathers day and i got stuck for 30 mins, I called them to see if they can make it for 6:15 instead of 5:30, they were very understanding and got it ready for me for 6:15. Very amazing food! 10/10

This is my go-to for a healthy lunch... Their jerk chicken burrito or bowl are perfect. They have fresh ingredients and carefully put everything together. The staff is pleasant and they really care about what they are doing. I was even offered a new burrito when they were wrapping it and noticed a small tear in the tortilla. I just told them Id take my first bite right in that spot! Quick and efficient service - no complaints!

Addicted to bar burrito. I am embarrassed to say how much ive eaten here over the past month. Tortillas are DELICIOUS and chips are tasty! Fresh ingredients and I find myself craving the burrito sauce! Nice and tangy with a peppery kick! Yum! Ive gone to this location for years now and I am always met with a warm welcom and positivity, the food is made with care and attention and is delicious.

I used to order from here a lot. The portion size has dramatically decreased yet the prices have gone up. It s very disappointing. The delivery fee has also just gone up and no more free delivery over $20. $50 for 2 burritos is ridiculous. I won t be ordering from here anymore. Grossly disappointed

We came to barBURRITO Airdrie yesterday and dined in while passing through town. We were incredibly impressed by the friendly staff. The ingredients were very fresh and our burrito and quesadilla tasted great! I could have eaten 10 of the churros they were soooo good! We will be back next time we are in town forsure!

Worst Customer Service. Ordered a burrito bowl worth of $16.47 and barely the bowl was filled. Not recommended for the price. Did not follow any notes aswell. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

***UPDATE as per the message below, I sent a message to Urja Shah... after going back and forth and back and forth, Im not able to locate my receipt so they are not doing anything, at the very least they should berate the man who was behind the counter and yelled at me. What a horrible way to operate a business. BUYER BEWARE they are rude to their customers. It would have been nice if they displayed their sale items instead of over selling. Most disappointed if theyre going to have a daily feature they should advertise it better. We could have had our lunch for half price. Bad customer service, and the guy yelling at me that I picked the wrong meat was out of line. The guy behind me made the same mistake as me clearly its not advertised correctly

I wish I could give this less than one star. I ordered a bang bang shrimp bowl and choose burrito sauce as the extra. So they sent the shrimp with no sauce, and said I had to ORDER it. Its literally in the name. Then offered to remake it if I came and got it. I literally already paid a delivery fee. Very rude, unhelpful and disgusting food.

We come here often because it is delicious HEALTHY food, without extra fats. The food is yummy (we usually choose burrito bowls). We are always treated well...the staff is very friendly. The wraps are good too. Thank you for being there for us AlFred & Jo-Ann

Laughed at the other guy for getting his burrito burnt, thats how they always are, just tell them not to grill it if a little color scares you. The real issue is with how cheap some of your workers are with the rice, they try giving half scoop of rice then giving 2 scoops of beans. This is completely backwards, nobody wants to eat a burrito that is mostly beans.

Staff was very helpful, they have a gluten free tortilla that does not fall apart!! Lots of gluten free options. Also less cilantro thank most Dietary restrictions: Gluten free tortillas that held together the whole meal.

If I could do a 0 rating I would. I paid $20 for a steak quesadilla that was supposed to have cheese steak corn onions peppers etc on it and I received a dried up paper thin tortilla that was hard and crumbly with the tiniest bit of rubbery steak and bit of cheese. Pretty sure it had sat out on the counter all day and then reheated as that was what it looked like....definitely not edible!!! Next the sour cream they gave me was watery and off smelling and the salsa i am pretty sure was just crushed up mussy rotten tomatoes. I have pictures to back up my review as well but doesnt let me post them on here You should be ashamed of yourself for the lack of quality!! You obviously have no pride in your business. When you go out of business for charging ridiculous amounts of money for nasty unedible food dont play the victim and cry poor me Airdrie didnt support my business

Delicious tacos.

I came in with my coworkers a couple of days ago. I got the extreme fries with their signature hot sauce. The fries were the perfect crispy and the hot sauce was delicious. I came in today for the same thing and the man said he has a different sauce if Id like to try it. Carolina reaper sauce. Absolutely I said yes!! I had them cover my fries with it after giving me a sample. I havent touched my face. My face is swollen. My mouth feels like someone cut the inside with scissors. Honestly I couldnt be more satisfied. 10/10 will be returning.

Food is amazing but poor portion size. I always order the burrito bowl, but only get half of it. I can literally count my toppings on my bowl. I love the food and would like see an improvement.

I visited this location recently at around 6:30 on monday. The two workers that served us were very rude and had terrible customer service skills. I asked for three churros and the one guy put two instead and when i asked to change it before i completed my transaction, he rudely shouted at me to press the cancel button when i misheard him. None of them even said thank you or cared that we were there. Please train your employees on proper customer service skills because this is not acceptable to treat your customers this way!

Food was great at a good price.

This used to be my go to taco place in Airdrie, but unfortunately my last couple visits have been brutal. The quality that I came to enjoy has vanished. The ground beef is more like soggt meat water which just destroys taco shells, hard or soft. I had to skip the lettuce on my last visit as it looked like it had been sitting in the sun for a week and looked vile. Really disappointing to see the decline of a place I really enjoyed when it opened.

Always fresh quality ingredients, friendly staff, fast service, and a lot of options. Love their bang bang sauce, and the fresh crispy corn tortilla chips they put on the side. Absolutely love this place!

I really like the taste and the ingredients are fresh. My only issue is the portion sizes and the amount of sauce they put. My burrito bowl is only half filled and the sauce is more like a decoration. :)

Its my first experience buying and eating chicken burrito. It sure taste good but not my favorite. My children loved it and craving for more of it. They have friendly and courteous workers, a neat and well arranged eating place that can seat about 10-15 people. They have good parking lots and different signs for first time buyers. This is a great place to buy Burrito .

I came into bar burrito with my husband got our food when building our burrito We had asked for the hot sauce because We particularly have a high spice tolerance and have had it many times and enjoy spicy food I was told by the worker no that he would only put a little bit in one because it was to hot for me and he refused to. Really disappointed as I had to pay 30$ for something I didn t even want.

Asked for a water of water and I was denied for a cup of water and was told to buy water. I spent $25 for 2. Not even a cup of water being offered. Never going back.

I got a bowl and I asked the gentlemen for jalapeños, he put 3 pieces and ripped them apart, and I asked if he can put a bit more on and he did the same thing. Same issue for the rest of veggies, they would literally put only about a tablespoon of every veggie I asked for and if you ask for more they give you half a tablespoon more ..Ridiculous.

Very concerning to see your employee preparing food while wearing mask BELOW his nose! After I asked that he wear it properly, within 3 or 4 mins, it was back below his nose!!! This is unacceptable and we will never be back to bar burrito.

This USED to be an absolutely phenomenal place to get burritos... The new, STINGY management ruined it. Cant even get napkins included with your order. And dont dare to ask for veggies - those are extra apparently.

Not vegan-friendly. They dont let you replace the cheese with anything else and it costs the same without, so youre forced to support animal cruelty.

Great family run business

Would NOT order food from this location. This restaurant needs to figure out their food delivery apps. They accepted my order twice but did not make it. I contacted UberEats and they said there was no issue. The gentlemen on the phone at this barBURRITO didnt seem to care about my order at all.

Fantastic place. Gluten free options with care taken if it s an allergy and not just a preference. Very tasty food, easy to customize to taste, and friendly staff. It was a bit hard to hear over the fans since the cook top is right behind the counter but staff were patient to repeat themselves. Will definitely be back!

Favourite burrito place in town. Variety of proteins is neat but Im all in it for something spicy. The signature sauce is the best spice in town for these types of establishments. Staff has always been quick and friendly, always clean, always full on all options. Its run well but again .... that sig sauce will keep me coming back and recommending to everyone.

This new fresh Mexican Grill is a great and fun restaurant/ grill. The food was great and much better pricing than most other Mexican Restaurants. I will be coming back. There is always enough staff, very cleaned and organized. Everyone is extremely nice. The place is new and opened just a week ago. I highly recommend this new grill.

Food was okay BUT employee announced to loudly that she was going to the washroom (talking to owner really who was checking on things behind counter). Older owners were there sitting watching how everything was being done which was uncomfortable. Then they started talking to this employee who was quite boisterous. This didnt make for an even close to relaxing lunch for my husband and myself as they were quite distracting. We will not go back bar none! Some lessons on being professional are needed. Some trust by the owners are needed as well.

Friend and I went here for lunch. He is Gluten-free and says he just wanted more rice. I got a large burrito with extra cheese and extra Gauc with a root beer. Total cost $16.81 for my meal alone. Food was okay. Lots of meat In the burrito but the shredded pork was kinda tasteless. Was a good portion. Employees all still learning as well.

Mediocre food and pretty horrible customer service. Ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. The burrito was made first and they said that there would be a few minutes wait while more steak was made for my quesadilla. I got the toppings selected for the burrito and finished up ordering and paying at the till. While I was finishing ordering, they burned the burrito and had to re-wrap it. I waited a few more minutes after being told they would have more steak out soon. During this time they managed to burn another burrito of the woman who ordered after me. Finally, after about 10 minutes of waiting, they told me that steak would be another 10 minutes and asked if I would like to change my meat instead of waiting. All the while the rest of my order was sitting getting cold. For this inconvenience I was offered a free churro. The food was okay, not bad but nothing special or worth going out for. They looked like they were reusing a pile of trays without washing them, seemed to just dust off the bit of cheese and tomato from building the previous orders and slapped your food on it. On top of all that, they charged me for an added side of guacamole which I didnt ask for or receive. The place is a disorganized mess. Skip it, you can do better.

Came here for the 1st time today. I had never been before and the team member walked me through everything and was VERY knowledgable (Asian guy with glasses). Props to the training team as you can tell they were trained well. Nowadays its tough to find team members with strong knowledge of the product they serve with friendly customer service. This is a big level up on a Quesada or Mucho burrito. Keep doing what youre doing. Only been open a month and apparently only the 2nd one in southern Alberta. Cheers!

Was ok. Decent value for your money but seemed to be a copy of Quesada in Kings Heights. Flavor wise Quesada is better and the portions are just as good as here.

Food was ok, and Staff was nice until I asked for a cup of water and they refused me saying they will not provide that, and that I had to purchase bottled water. I dont even know if this is legal, and if it is, then not offering tap water is incredibly poor customer service. Id be happy to revisit the review if I see that their policies change, but not offering tap water when requested is not acceptable.

Great customer service, the store was quite clean. The reason i give it such a poor review is because the food quality was not as great as we expected. Felt lile it was not fresh at the time. The size of the food was quite small for the prices. I feel like i can pay 20 dollars at another mexican burrito place in the city and get a more fresh option for a better price. All in all there is potential for this restaurant but food freshness must be improved and serving sizes.

I came here with my hubsand and kids after a long day of work. We decided to try it out because it is new. The menu wasnt very clear. Two 8 inch tortillas or one 12 for the quesadilla. From my understand- one order was made with two tortillas. (four tortillas total) FOR ONE ORDER. I was mistaken and when I had explained that we only needed one, they rolled their eyes and acted irritated. So I said whatever, its all good. We had three orders of quesadillas and one burrito. I then had asked for three meals...I wanted one juice box and two cans..they gave us bottles...even though I had stated juice box and cans. After that, they gave us one fry (which was cold) and two more fries about 5 minutes later. At this point, I was frustrated. My kids were frustrated and whining. The employees were staring at us as if we were in the wrong for being upset. Lets also add to the fact that the food tasted blah and old. A 55$ order for us to be completely disappointed. Save your money folks, just go to quesada.

I was there last night and got some to go to meet my wife over at Edo, lets just say she made the better decision on where to eat than I did! I ordered a regular classic chicken burrito combo with a bottle of pop, chips and salsa, while the toppings looked fresh none of the main ingredients such as the chicken, salsa (including the side order of it to go with the chips), rice or beans had any flavor whatsoever! Another peeve I have is when they made the burrito they spread out the beans, rice and chicken, however the rest of the toppings including the salsa and sour cream were plopped right in the middle, so when eating you only got any of those toppings on select bites in the middle .and to be honest by the time I got to the middle of the burrito I was so disappointed I threw the rest out! So needless to say I didn t see any value in the meal at $13.68 (I would gladly pay more for better food). I am not sure with the lack of quality and zero differentiating themselves from others such as Quesada (Better Flavour), Mucho Burrito (Better Flavour and way better Salsa), Costa Vida (Better Flavour and differentiate their burritos by smothering / baking them), Taco Time (Equally as bad as barBurrito) and more to come how they plan on succeeding in this market? Maybe they should do a little secret shopping and be honest with themselves on how they stack up to adjust accordingly. P.S. It was a pretty good burrito, but I was really happy and surprised with the fries, so nice and crunchy. Their hottest sauce wasnt super crazy, I had a little sweat and had to blow my nose. The only thing that sets it apart from all the other build your own burrito places is the fries, and the unique protein options.
