Ordered a Marinated Chicken bowl and it was a sloppy mess and disgusting. Not at all as advertised. I ordered a side of Crustos and realized I didnt receive them until I got home.

Traveling to the past times

The worst tacos I had in my life from this place. I ordered 9 tacos including beef and chicken and , chicken and beef were cold and stiff, no pickle, no sauce even the cheese was cold too. And the topping was spoiled and tasteless lettuce only. Please don t waste your money like I did. There are other good Mexican restaurants to go to The update is that everyone who had tacos at home got sick to their stomach!!!!!!

On Feb. 2 I used the drive through. I ordered 4 hard tacos a large mexi fry and a large beef and cheese burrito. All 4 tacos only had beef and lettuce, no tomato, no cheese. The burrito only had beef in it. Im so disappointed at their ability to wreck taco night.

Been eating at Taco Time for decades... This franchise did a great job and gave me lots of hot sauces. Clean and tidy

Always a great experience. The food is what you expert to have at Taco Time. The owner has a great personality and always goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel appreciated. My family and I have eaten here many times before and will continue to do so.

Tacos were flavorless had to litter with hot sauce to get it down. Meat had absolutely no flavor and was extremely dry tacos were loaded with lettuce more than anything else. Bad aftertaste with oil sopped pallet. wrapping was poor and the hot sauce wasn t anything special either.I got 4 chicken soft 4 beef hard 2 mexibowls. Looked really good though absolutely no flavour. a large Diet Coke bottle of water. $61.00 meal. Outrageously priced for what you get. Service was quick through drive though. . Two thumbs down and dissapointing.

The staff at this Taco Time went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. The workers stayed a little late on christmas eve to feed my family with smiles on their faces!! I would definitely come here again for the amazing service

This is one of the best taco time locations in Alberta. The location is very clean, food is great, staff are really nice and like to chat with you... They even come by the table while you are eating to ask how everything is... How many taco times do that?

4 stars- the gentleman serving us has great customer service. There was a slight breakdown with my order but he recovered with grace. I would recommend having a taco night here.

We had Adi and his crew cater our staff party, they were great! Came in early to set up the warmers, brought the food out in time, awesome service! And we even got ice cream through them for dessert!

Very epic sauce place staff is chill food is good

Please beware of this place. I had ordered a salad, and the guy who took my order had a pair of clear gloves on which he used to put in my order. Then I noticed he used the same pair of gloves to make my salad. He had another customer and used the same pair of gloves to ring in the order. I was disgusted and when he told me my food was ready, I asked if he had changed his gloves to make my food and he said no. I asked him politely to please make me another salad because that is completely unsanitary. He did change his gloves to make me a new salad but I m pretty sure he continued doing the same thing. Please take caution when ordering food from there. I will not be returning.

I have being visiting tacotime for quite a long time with my friends and family, they have excellent variety of tacos and burritos for both vegetarian as well non vegetarian customers and they also have excellent customer servcie. I recommend to everyone for a healthy meal at this place.

Great food and great service. The Deluxe MaxiFries were served in a microwave-safe plastic container rather than a cardboard box, so customers could carry them easily, eat without any mess, and reheat them if necessary. It is very thoughtful that this store owner puts their customers first. Im staying in Airdrie for two more days and definitely will return. I cant wait to try their cheesecakes at La Diperie next door.

We ordered 2 combos as well as an extra mexifries, the fries were very clearly cooked in extremely old oil, leaving a lasting bitter taste that was almost like gasoline, our two drinks were DRIPPING soda, our first one was so overfilled we had to spill much of it out in the snow (drive thru order), and our second one was only half filled (yet again drenched in pepsi on the outside)

This is the best taco and burrito place me and my family have visited till now, definitely value for money. Excellent customer service and food quality. I would recommend to try out their Special Veggie Deluxe Mexi Fries and Bean & Corn Quesadilla.

Paid for my order. Was told it was cancelled. No problem. Paid. Checked my account. 2 withdrawals for $47.88. Went into the store and brought it to their attention, nicely and non confrontationally. Got a story that it ll be returned to my account in 3 days .. and at that point if it isn t returned come back and talk to them . It s a bad look over less than $50. Really liked to come here but unfortunately the only way to know that I m not being ripped off is to use cash here. Very disappointing.

The owner are so nice they have never messed up in the slightest they are always so kind and happy love this place!!!

Food was okay. Service not so much. We got charged 23 dollars for 1 toco bowl, 1 bottle of water and 1 softdrink, which seemed over priced. Got up to drive-through and paid. A few minutes later was given food but noticed I never got the bottle water. I asked and they claim it was not included and wanted to charge me another 3.50 ish and I said no. I left and checked my receipt to confirm and noticed there was no receipt.

I mean, its TacoTime. You know what youre in for going in. Its been a while and I dont think I was physically prepared. Its been a fee days since and I think Im confident now to leave the house without packing my own TP. Honestly, I dont know how I used to eat this stuff on the regular. Food

They microwave their food dont cook anything fresh I was there at 1030 am and instead of making ground beef for the day they microwaved a giant container full of ground beef. I understand its fast-food but they are gonna kill someone with how unsafe their food is never recommend.

Burrito classic was good, but the crustos were all smashed up, and there was just more than half what you typically get.

I got a chicken quesadilla made by Puneet,l. The best one I have ever ate. The staff was soo incredible and welcoming, truly had a wonderful experience. And I suggest to anyones first time get the quesadilla. BTW THE ICE CREAM SIDE IS AN AMAZING IDEA!!!!!

Best taco time for kms

Your standard chain restaurant, if you ate at one you have ate at them all. Bonus it is never busy here

Ordered thru skip the dishes. Forgot half my order. Called the store they told me to come pick it up(if I had a ride I wouldn t have ordered delivery) and contacted skip the dishes and they said they wouldn t give my money back for the items missing. Bad service overall

Staff was friendly but holy slow! Our very simple order (kids meal and two burrito combos) took 20 minutes. The mexifries were out sitting on the counter within a few minutes and the burritos were ready 10+ minutes later. Yay for cold fries? We left our vehicle at 7 and got back into it at 7:25. For the price ($40), its not awesome to have to wait that long.

I walked up to the building and didnt realize it was drive thru only. Fortunately the owner was outside working with the renovators and greeted me very friendly and offered to still take my order. So he brought out the machine, I paid and got my food. It was delicious and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend this location for excellent service!

Best place in Airdrie. Adi and his team run the best Taco Time in Canada. Tacos taste great and the ice cream is a nice way to finish off the meal.

I have been coming here for a long time. Today I was touched by the amount of attention to their customers no matter how busy! Everyone I have ever dealt with here is exceptional! The new addition of the ice cream bar is great as well!

This has been an incredibly pleasant experience. They came and asked me how my meal was and even brought me some free carrot cake. I definitely think that if you enjoy the food and want a great experience this is place for you

Taco Bell is garbage compared to Taco Time. We are regulars for soft beef tacos!

Super friendly staff and plenty of gluten-friendly options. We enjoyed listening to Focus on the Family while eating - it s great to hear family friendly broadcasting being played in a restaurant. And to have LaDiperie in the same building - well, that s just a bonus!

Just moved back to Airdrie and had to get some dinner on moving in day. I was tired and a little cranky to say the least. The service I received in the restaurant totally changed my mood. Right from the start they attentive, friendly and all smiles. I work in customer service and know when service is exceptional. They even came out of the back while we were eating and asked if we needed anything else. This is a fast food place? Wow! Thank you so much to the taco time team and management in Airdrie. You made my day!!!

Food was so so, I didnt really enjoy too much, but the service was so great! As others have mentioned, theres a gentlemen that came around to check on everyone and I thought it was really nice and thoughtful. Great job on the service side.
