Ordered the Greek pizza from this place on Skip. The Greek pizza has vegetarian ingredients and Ive ordered it from here before without a problem. This time I received the pizza and it had ground meat on it. I contacted Skip and they said I couldnt receive a refund even though the pizza was wrong and I cant eat ground meat. Out $20 for a pizza I cant eat.

Pizza was very good, the location was clean, my order is always ready on time, AND its Halal, so I dont have to worry about eating pork here.

Ordered a large pizza and requested green peppers, feta cheese and pineapple. I got a pizza with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. I called to tell them and the guy mumbles it was a misunderstanding. No apology and no professionalism. Do not recommend at all, unless you want to receive a pizza completely different from your order.

When you have old, stale, hard dried out pizza by the slice you should feed it to the homeless or throw it out and most definitely shouldnt make your customers pay for it or at LEAST tell your customers its old and disgusting

This is one of the best fastfood I have ever tasted, this is far better than Mary Brown and Popeyes, the chicken was super juicy and the pizza was perfect. It was super good to know that it was a halal place as its not easy to find halal places. Everything in there menu was amazing if you could, I would ask you to try everything.

I heard of this place a while back and I finally got to try it, the food here is delicious and the customer service is amazing. The food personally tastes delicious and I would definitely recommend you to try this place, since it gives you various different options to choose from. Recently we tried their chicken and its the best chicken youll ever try in alberta. The chicken was extremely tasty and juicy. Im so glad i found a halal place to go to.

I have not tried their pizza but their Tasty Bread is not so tasty. Its dry and flavorless. Their mild chicken wings were also a bust, little to no sauce, had to add my own when I got home. I find this place very pricy for their quality.

Their pizza tastes great as it always has unlimited toppings. The employees make it the way you want. Ive seen other reviews about less sauce, but if you ask, they always add extra toppings and sauce. Their new chicken is extremely juicy and definitely worth a try.

The younger guy working behind the counter and cooking is very friendly and the pizza is Decent for the price. I hesitate to give full stars because the working conditions seem poor and I question what corners are cut with food safety. For example, half the ceiling lights in the place appear to be burnt out or broken and have been that way the last couple times we ordered. While I will still order from here (their donair pizza is really good), I wont be giving anymore stars until conditions improve.

This is easily one of the best Pizza places in all of Airdrie. Their Donair pizza is amazing, and always consistent. The staff is all very friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys good pizza. I would try it once, and Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Pizza is one of those things where you either like the brand or you dont. This is not frozen pizza for sure. I have been to a few of these locations. This one ranks up there with the one in red deer. Hot thick tasky roof of your mouth melting pizza. Had a conversation with the owner while our pizza cooked about cats aince we were nearby picking up or bengal from surgery. The pizza did not let us down. They sell a few other foods here too but pizza is their primary product for sale. Thanks for the hot pizza. We will be back. They do sell by the slice when they are available with a pop for a good deal.

I have been a regular customer here for about 5 years and only now thought to write a review. This is my absolute favourite pizza place in Airdrie and I have tried them all. CPU generally isnt a quality pizza chain and other locations I have been to have been pretty bad. But this location on East Lake Blvd is the best. The staff is great and the pizza is consistently good. Definitely worth trying if you are craving a solid pizza for a great price.

I ve always supported this establishment I went in there today to order pizza by the slice like I always do there s an Asian guy in there totally ignorant because I asked him if he could put some fresh pineapple on top I was even willing to pay they ve always done this at that location and then he tries to tell me no they won t do it way to lose a customer I ll never come back and I ll never support there and I ll make sure when my company orders pizza we don t order it from you anymore

As of May 5th everning, we ordered chicken tandoori large pizzas 2x what we received was pepperoni all over. As the business has a new owner the business must focus on customer satisfaction and be professional in order taking and fluent in language.. They need to do better..

Pizza was great time to get across the street to our hotel room was ridiculous did not read to add cutlery and plates disappointed

Waited 50 mins for it to be delivered across the street to Bert church, once it finally arrived, it was a struggle to pay as the pay machine was not working and the driver was very rude. Pizza pepperoni was not cooked fully and overall just disipointed.

I guess this was my fault, going here sober and in daylight hours. The counters havent been wiped down in a while and the sriracha bottle has a thick residue on it. All around this place is pretty gross, my food wasnt much better... the website has chicken as an option in either butter or bbq, I guess you just have to wait and see. I wanted butter chicken but Im not even sure what I got, and I have a really good palate, this should have been easy.

Overall service is great, pizzas are made and delivered relatively quickly and staff are responsive to concerns and questions. Only issue is that they dont have sweet sauce, even though the website and app have sweet sauce as an option. They also do not call when they change the type of sauce on your order.

The pizza here was really good, we ordered through skip the dishes, however, the wings were not edible they were not cooked properly and had a smell to them like they were still raw, we had to throw out all 20 wings. Disappointed in the wings but i would order the pepperoni pizza again for sure.

I have always loved this pizza franchise! When I realized there was one in Airdrie I was estatic! The pizza was always thick and full of meat and veggies. When we brought the pizza home and opened the box it was the thinnest pizza Ive ever seen. We ordered the unlimited everything on it: the meat was not even a full layer, looked like they used inexpensive brand. Could see the dough between the layer of meat as well as raw onions were added. Way to hot for my liking. The sauce barely covered the bottom of pizza. I was so disappointed with this. I totally understand this covid pedemic has hurt many businesses, but dont take it out on the pizzas. I would be careful if ordering, keep your expectations low.

Order the try triple over the phone. My mistake was I said large over the phone and there large is actually a medium. Owner charged us $3 for 3 marinara sauce. The amount came to $51.00 you would think that they would not charge you $3 for the sauce. I still paid it thinking that its okay as the pizza is great. To be honest people, the owner seems tired of running the business cause it comes out when you dont understand your customers. We asked the owner how we could fix our mistake and his remark was arrogant and without understanding. If he said once to us that Im sorry I can not do anything expect to give you 3 free sauces then I would be so glad as a customer. It shows in his character and his food how unhappy this owner is in this business. I know as I was a owner once and thats why I sold my business! Pizza is good, but to be honest I can find good pizza else where, I just think a business deserves your money if you show value and respect in customer service. And that wasnt shown to me today! So I will not return.

Amazing food, I come there for lunch sometimes and the donair pizza is delicious, I enjoy all of their pizzas. The quality is always good and the food is always served warm. If you want to get pizza in Airdrie this is the place to go. They have several locations across Alberta, including Calgary, Chesterere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Drumheller and more.

Complete rip off terribly dry pizza the guy is a lier u ask for less number of topping just so they don t cheap out still bare minimum. If you ask for lots of different topping you won t see everything you asked for. When we complained he said next time we ll give you even less cuz you complaining haha u think I would come again.. no thanks. I even seen the guy put the cash in till then grab slices with his hand before washing them. Really disappointed because in Calgary they are a lot different.

absolutely terrible place to go if youre looking to walk in and buy a single slice right away. they never have anything ready and there is always a wait even for a slice or two. how can you advertise pizza by the slice if theres never pizza ready. i have came here a few times thinking it might be better, and its always the same thing. i come in right at 12 when there should be lots of ready pizza. their time management sucks. never coming again.

We usually just order pickup from this location and like what we get. The prices are okay, food freshly made and quantity is good too. I just wish their crust was a little less thick so that we can get full flavor of the pizza and toppings.

It took over an hour to have a pizza delivered. I ordered from skip and the owner of the restaurant called me and told me not to order from there. To order from his site, then he tried to charge me for 2 delivery fees. I said no, then he said he would still send it out and it was skip that delivered. But the driver didn t get paid to do it cause the owner told her I had canceled. Which isn t true. I showed her my receipt and now the driver isn t getting her tip or paid for the delivery. Shady business over there, plus the pizza was mediocre.

Ordered a pizza on my way out of Calgary coming Back to airdrie, when I got here to pick it up I was made to wait another 49 minutes in store. Eventually I just left without the pizza after my wife came in and pointed out the flies and bugs all around. Honestly I used to enjoy this pizza but this experience has absolutely ruined it. No one should ever go here.

I was aware from reviews here that this could go either way - luckily we were pleasantly surprised. Two medium thin crust pizzas, one pepperoni, one veggie pesto, ready in 20 minutes when they d said 25, piping hot, very tasty and all for $31. Good choice for Brits smarting every day over the horrific exchange rate making everything seem extortionate - this really wasn t, and delicious too.

Staff are rude and unfriendly. Get an estimate of when to pick up online to come into the store to get it and be told AFTER PAYING that it will be another 15-30 minutes! They won t even bother calling to warn you ahead of time that it won t be ready on time. Despite pizzas having unlimited toppings if you choose more that 4-5 they start placing super tiny portions, if they followed the rest of the chain they wouldn t be doing that. Overall highly disappointed. For the price you might as well get dominos or something else that will actually have toppings.

Pizza is always fresh and delicious at this location. When in Airdrie its our go-to pizza spot. The donair pizza here is especially good!

The CPU website/online ordering is horrible, i placed an order online waited 45 minutes then decided to follow up to see the status of the delivery, only to find out the actually location closed shortly after i placed my order.

Better than one star but definitely doesnt deserve the four it has. The website is awful. Delivery took over 40 minutes because they dont have their own delivery staff. Pizza is seriously mediocre, sauce is bland and barely there, cheese is abundant but cheap, it tastes like melted cheese strings and finally the crust is very bland. The price is decent for what you get but in Airdrie you get much more for your money from Papa Johns, Dominos and Sophies Pizza, Sophies may be much more expensive but at least the quality is infinity better.

I just got a donair pizza from here and it was the worst i ever had. They were so cheap and the service was horrible. They tried charging me for things that are free and never do and the workers are so ignorate and rude. This place should have never gotten 4 stars watch out and do not order here.

Stick to the pizza in my opinion. We tried some of their other menu items and my god we were so disappointed. The burger seemed like it was prepared a week ago.. fries are absolutely awful and soggy.. samosa not edible (some sort of paste inside).. lasagna had so much grease it was swimming in it and also not edible.. chicken wings under cooked and slimy.. cheese bread tasted like cheese cardboard.. On the plus side the onion rings were really good.. and the pizza is indeed good.
