Pizza simple taste good delivery fast

Getting very disappointed at Pizza 73. Ive been coming to this location since I moved to Airdrie in 2019. The past 2 years their prices have been going up like crazy. Still, the quality is EXACTLY the same as 2019. I never expected premium pizza from them when they had cheap prices, but now that they are charging premium prices, the quality for the pizza is no longer worthy. Everyone nowadays like to claim inflation. Well, the reason there is inflation is because greedy companies like this one are creating it to make more money. Just another restaurant chain to remove from my list and to cook and eat my own food more and more...

Always they mess up the topings and forget something or the other. Even after calling the number, they dont rectify or deliver the missing sides and all nor there is a direct number to call. Pathetic loot of money and cheap way to make money on customers. Food : 2/5

I ordered a pizza at work in NW Calgary and it was awesome! Ordered the same pizza from you and it had virtually no toppings on it! Cheap out like that and youll keep losing customers. I wont be ordering from you again. Too disappointing!

Lovely branch. We ordered wings and poppers and they were as delicious as any other i ve tried in Calgary.

This doesnt qualify as pizza anymore in my opinion. Ive been ordering from the same place for 8+ years. Its been a slow and steady decline of the amount of toppings. Now its despicable. Compare a donair from Shwarma Palace to a medium donair pizza from Pizza 73; one donair could provide toppings for at least a DOZEN medium donair pizzas from Pizza 73 (plus a tiny amount of cheese). Half the pizza just had a paper thin layer of cheese with no toppings, and some had nothing... Just call it what it is: pizza bread.

This is the second time we have stopped at this location. The service is great, food was hot and it s still the best pizza 73 location we been to. Thanks again

A good deal for the money

It s a long post. Sorry. I ordered from skip the dishes. Says the order was confirmed and was being worked on. It was mentioned in the app that the restaurant handles their own delivery. Skip notify s me my order was delivered. I have a doorbell camera. Nothing shows up. I call the number on google search for Pizza 73. They are not helpful at all. I was nearly ready to request a refund and order something else from elsewhere. Instead I decided to drive to the location. She states she has no order for my address. She writes my order down. Comps my order and apologizes. Nice as pie and I m glad she was able to help me. I requested a refund from skip. And from now on will skip, skip. And use the app or pickup in person. Food was as always good and will always be my go to pizza place.

I order small pizza with coke at around 21:15 ,I received without coke. Please be carefull while packing order. Thanks

It s Pizza 73, what else do you want? Honestly this is our go to pizza joint in Airdrie when we want a good fast pizza. If I want a GOOD pizza we get Paul s but this location is the next best thing. It s always been hot when delivered, the location is convenient when I pick up, the pizza is great and the kids love the dipping sauces. We will continue to keep this location on speed dial. They have never disappointed me. Not once!

Stayed at a Hotel in neighboring Balzac and after calling almost every pizza place nearby and being told insane delivery charges, insane wait times or just told no they wouldnt deliver we gave Pizza 73 Airdrie a try. They were quick, didnt charge a ridiculous delivery fee and the pizza was great. Driver was also very friendly. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered through skip and they manage their own delivery 2 hours later no pizza from the location that s 10 minutes away. Complained to skip and they can t get ahold of anyone. Tried to call the location to inquire and you can only reach pizza 73 s call centre that promptly informed me skip orders aren t their problem. A wonderful circle of ineptitude where no one s accountable.

Ordered chicken sandwich and it came uncooked raw which is very dangerous

Yes, there are a million pizza places in Airdrie; this Pizza 73 seperates itself from the croud with excellent service paired with piping hot food that is cooked perfectly. I will be ordering again from here soon.

Best pizza Ive had in a long time and I love the variety of wings! The crust is amazing, it is just the right amount of crispy and fluffy. The price is great too. I switched to Pizza 73 from Dominos and Im so glad that I did. Now if you guys would get pasta options, Id be even happier!

They are pretty good

I ordered from here today and was very disappointed. Ive ordered in the past and its been sub-par but today was terrible. We ordered 3 pizzas and there was barely any toppings or cheese on any of the pizzas. When I say there was barely any cheese you could see the sauce at the bottom for most of the pizza. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. When we lived in Calgary we used to order from the saddle town pizza 73 all the time and never had issues.

Probably the worst meal that was ever delivered to me. The food was soggy, cold and just disgusting. I wouldnt order from here ever again.

Have tried multiple times the last two days to order for delivery and website refuses to let me Place an order because it doesn t recognize address . House has been here for 20 years and have never had a problem until lately. Very inconvenient and will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

We had it for the first time on request of a friend.Sorry to say the pizza was not at all up to the mark.The taste was extremely bland and sad.Dominos is way better then this.Will never recommend it to anyone.Not worth the money !!

Their plant based chicken sandwich had cheese on it, and pretty sure was smothered in buttery hot sauce. Pizza Pizza plant based sandwiches are better, there just aren t any around.

I did an order today and the delivery was out of delivery time by 12 minutes and when I called the customer service they said you will get compensation of $10 on the next order. My point is if a customer is not happy will he order again just to get the compensation? The employee SAM employee if 11 says that is company policy. This is not a good way to keep the customer happy...

Vegetarian options: I mistakenly order 2 non veg instead of on veg one non veg.. I called customer service can u do something all they did is sorry .. very disappointed .. I recently moved to Airdrie & I must say poor customer service even the person who delivered the pizza didn t even wait for me to come out. He left it out on door mat ..

Quick and clean.

Ordered pizza before they closed, waited for over an hour and they never showed. Then called customer service and the store was closed and we never got our pizza. Reason I gave them 2 stars is only for customer service because we received a $10 credit. UPDATE: they ended up sending out someone to deliver our pizza even after the delivery guy was suppose to be off and go home. He worked off the clock to get us our pizza. Very much appreciated and I meant to update this but didn t have the time to. I do recommend this Pizza 73

Ordered pizza for the family today and was very disappointed, had very little toppings and may has well just Ordered a cheese pizza. Very sad for the cost of thier pizza, its not that hard to add a few more toppings. Will never Order from here again.

If you want a truly great wing I recommend the golden crispy pak extra extra well done! And pick your favourite dipping sauces, this is one of the only pizza 73 that actually listens to what you want and delivers. Pizza 73 is always my place to go for quality pizza. But this experience is changing my mind. There was barely any cheese on my chicken deluxe. I normally don t post my review but couldn t hold myself back.i am very vary disappointed. The flavor was ok but whats a pizza without cheese. ?!

Usually I would give pizza 73 5 stars but today I gave it 1 star for one reason only! This company needs to fix the problems they are constantly having with there online ordering system. Im so frustrated and annoyed! For a year Ive had no problems with ordering online but today I went on to order and apparently my address no longer exists and apparently there is no store in my area. I know theres a store in my area because I drove past it this morning. Fix your good damn online app.

We ordered pizza one veggie and one chicken, we found hair in Chicken pizza then we called to customers service they gave us $10 credit on call. My kids said we didnt eat pizza so order chicken wings we ordered and there was a hair stuck inside the wing .we called in customer service again and talked to guy name( Max Well ). We never ever go to this place again.

Pizza is usually pretty good but our last visit our Hawaiian had way too much sauce on it. I had to double check the receipt that it didnt accidentally ask for double sauce (I didnt). I couldnt imagine what I wouldve got if I did order double. Wouldve been a soup haha

I ordered delivery and the person who gave me my pizza saw a sign on the lawn that said I was graduating and paid for my pizza for me. I regret not asking for this persons name, it was an act of kindness that will live with me for a long time. Delivery has always been well mannered and within the time-frame I have been given by pizza 73, as well, and in all my years of ordering from this location I have never been disappointed by the food or service. I hope my delivery person has an excellent day and week.

Placed my order today, which was hard because almost everything I picked out was out of stock... I ordered my pizza with a special direction to put the cheese on top of the toppings. That must have been hard because they couldnt pull it off in the end :( also the most tasteless pizza Ive ever eaten, so its easy to say I wont be a returning consumer.

Pizza was mediocre at best. what ever you do dont get the strawberry cheesecake truffles unless you like soggy cake covered in mold. I wasnt joking..

Unfortunately this location does not know how to make a pizza. Go to some of the local airdrie pizza shops they are much better.

Walked in to the Airdrie location and the customer service was good. The store front was clean and welcoming. I ordered two pies both thin crust and with extra sauce and neither were correct. I asked twice to verify the order and was told it was as ordered. I got home and was left down...again. They cant seem to get it right and Ill be going to panago next time for sure

I order from here quite often and it s akways really good how ever tonight I ordered at around 930 and the food that I received looks as if it had been sitting for a long Time. It looks as though I was given old wings, no sauce on them, all drums which was odd. And th I curly fries I got was about 1/4 of the amount it usually comes with. Not impressed

I stopped ordering from Pizza 73 as this is the only location in Airdrie. The pizza was like cardboard and the wings so small, shriveled up and looked like they had been pre-cooked and sat out to dry. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. There are better Pizza places in Airdrie to order from.

Pizzas tasted like yeast and vinegar. Tasted like an old pizza reheated with a few tasteless toppings added on top. Really disappointing noone ate any of it and the only offered a $7 discount vaild for 6months. Definitely do not recommend this place. I agree with the other reviews that there are much better places to order from.

Ordered 2 large Pizzas, Delux and Chicken bacon. Both were the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had. Tasted like straight up bread. Very minimalistic on toppings. Just cheap cheap low quality. I do not remember Pizza 73 being this garbage. Maybe its only this location with its cheap managers/owners but thats the end of Pizza 73 for me nonetheless. Stay away. Garbage!

I usually like this pizza place. Its good value for money with a 2nd item free. Unfortunately the last couple of times the pizza base has been undercooked making the pizza almost inedible. As for the donair pizza - dont bother. A lack of meat and very bland.

Despite the horrendous, unusable website, this location is particularly friendly.

I love Pizza 73 in Calgary but the Airdrie one is absolutely the worst. I have given them a few chances and they are consistently horrible. Never again!!!!

Pizza was delivered in a timely manor, and was delicious, absolutely toppy tippers.

Taste and Quality is OK. Hit or miss with ordering though, if they are busy expect to be waiting for 45 minutes to get your pizza even though they tell you less than a half hour.
