Ordered ONE item and they managed to give me the wrong thing… I tried calling the store but it just goes to their main customer service line and after three unsuccessful tries to connect with someone I submitted a ticket online. I still have not heard back…. Ridiculously low attention to detail and ZERO care for customers.

I got the pizza cookie yesterday and the cookie was very good but one of their workers started yelling and swearing at another customer even though the customer didn't raise his voice. It was kinda scary as me and my friend are both teenage girls and it was a grown man yelling at the top of his lungs food yummy tho
The past three times I ordered from the pizzhut here in airdrie, it has been nothing but a disappointment. . They don’t want to honour the deal pricing. Management is rude and abrasive when you point out the price of the deal you ordered online. I was even able to show a screenshot. Highly just suggest just taking your money elsewhere. Waited an hour for food to get here and it was quite literally 3x the price.
Horrible Pizza Hut. Ordered online and paid for my order online. I came into the store 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready only to be told that they hadn't even started it yet. Skip drivers and Door Dash drivers came and went with a few orders each numerous times. If I wasn't one of these drivers I was told to sit down and wait rather rudely. An order that was ordered online and paid for online took an additional 50 minutes because it kept getting put off for other orders. Yes it was Halloween and yes I understand they were busy but there should be someone controlling the orders and having them come out in order of being ordered. Many people walked out without food and fortunately for them they hadn't already paid. Poorly run business and it will be the last time I frequent this or any other Pizza Hut.

We found the staff to be very friendly and service oriented. They welcomed us right away and took our order while making some great suggestions for pizzas, wings and drinks. We dined in and had hot and tasty Hawaiian pizza and Triple Set Pizza. They were excellent! The garlic parmasaen boneless wings needed a little more sauce as well as the mild hot wings. The Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and cooked perfectly! We enjoyed a quiet area while dining and talking. The washroom should have been cleaner and the restaurant could use a bit of a renovation, but all in all it was a very positive experience.

We order regularly here and tonight I was waiting over 55mins for my order. Asked 2 different people where my order was and they disappeared and never came back from the kitchen! Will not be ordering again from here after the rudeness of the staff!

Decent pizza. But double cheese you d expect the whole thing to be covered yet I can still see the crust/sauce through it all over the place. Can t imagine what it would be like if you just got regular cheese.

Not impressed. This is the first time we ordered from here, we had a papperoni and also the Hawaiian (which the second pizza is on for $1 right now) The pepperoni was ok but the Hawaiian was like a dry crust with very little cheese and a few little tid bits of pineapple. Worst one Ive ever had. Wont be ordering here again. I guess thats why the second pizza was $1.00!!! Bye bye Pizza Hut.

The food is good but it s a bit pricey and the walk in specials seem to have been removed. Parking: It s a small lot so sometimes there is no parking particularly if a bunch of delivery drivers are waiting. Wheelchair accessibility: A small lip at the door but otherwise it s accessible

Ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni lovers ,one cheese got the pizzas and they were both cheese. Tried calling back and was hung up on 3 times. Spent almost an hour trying to get through only to have the person tell us all I can give you is a 20$ credit. We paid 26$ for the pizza and was told we could only get a 20$ credit. We said send us a new pizza and they said we cant do that. We got a supervisor and he said the same thing. We asked why and then suddenly oh I see your pizza was delivered to the wrong address, and we were dumbfounded about the customer service of this place. We didnt get what we paid for how about just saying ok we will send you a new pizza. I still have a 5$ credit somehow and will not be using it as we will never be ordering from here again and will be telling people to stay far away from this location.

Tried to order on line but kept getting messages about not being able to be completed. Tried to call but phone just rang. Came in person to put in order and was actually cheaper than doing it on line. My family love the pizzas and always have left overs.

I ve been to this Pizza Hut plenty of times over the past several years. The staff are always really nice; today I spoke with Princess (I think she said) at about 5:15pm, she was very kind and helpful! Please give some appreciation to your employees, management! I typically get the medium buffalo or honey BBQ boneless wings/nuggets on Wednesdays when they have the special. I love the nuggets, my only complaint would be sometimes they don t have enough sauce. As many times as I ve been here, there are rarely problems with the food and I can t think of any times there has been significant errors with my order. Thank you Pizza Hut team!

Amazing how there is a number and they show open but no one answers the call. Timing shows 11pm but at 9pm the automated customer support says store is closed. there should be a number for people to reach the store . Poor customer support

Not happy with todays delivery. I placed an order and about 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time the order still said confirmed. Called the store and they said the driver had already returned. The driver left the order on the porch. Didnt ring the bell, or knock on the door or anything. So the pizza sat for like 25 minutes in the cold. It was a soggy mess from the cold porch and the condensation of the formerly hot pizza. The biggest negative was the response from the store when I called. Not apologetic at all and basically an oh well attitude. I order there frequently but probably wont again.
Don t even bother ordering from this place. The wings have been good for the price you pay but 1/2 the time you don t even get what you order. Get some actual people in there to do the job. Waste of time and money. Current order. Receipt on bag says on onion rings. I got a box full of soggy fries . And the dips I asked for never came. Will never order from you again. Just a waste of time and money.
This order was poorly executed. They screwed up the delivery. Took 70 minutes. The pizza was cold so I brought it back. Talked to them them about service and customer expectations and waited for my new hot food. They tried to pull one over on us. Dont let restaurants do that to you. Force them to serve you quality food with exceptional service if they want your business. There are a lot of options to poor service and suspicious business practices. Best part! He got it. He realized he made a mistake. He seemed to genuinely care but he only had that chance because I gave him a option to fix it. Many people would just accept the poor quality or complain in Facebook. It better to give them a chance to learn.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! I wouldnt even give this location any starts. Worst customer service by the manager Ann. Ordered pizza at 5pm..no one showed up. Called location at 640 and spoke with staff wanting an update who said yea its on its way..as anyone in this situation..i told them im not paying for my late pizza. They expected me to pay half..when I told them Im not paying for my pizza that was to be here hours ago..they had the audacity to cancel my order. I called back and spoke with Ann the manager who was not one bit understanding.. when I said my kids have been hungry and waiting for dinner she said thats not relevant as she has no kids and does not understand what a mother is feeling at this time. Pathetic and very disrespectful
Pizza here is not that bad but can certainly be better, gave them a try because is the only Pizza Hut in Airdrie but I think you are better of trying other local pizzerias.

Vegetarian options: the crust is sticky and we were unable to take it out from the box. the worst service we ever had from pizza hut. it was undercooked and we can literally taste the raw dough. wasn t worth paying this much amount. Food
Ordered a timed order to be delivered during a specific time frame, it was an hour late, which would not have been that big of a deal if I had been able to get through to somebody at the store but I could not the phone would just ring and ring. I understand busy times and delayed pizza but find it unacceptable that I could not even get through to the restaurant to ensure my order was properly received.

Ordered for delivery online through their website, someone phoned us and verbally confirmed the order over the phone which I thought was fine. Later, we received the wrong order, so of course we phoned the restaurant to let them know and they had the nerve to argue that somehow WE ordered the wrong items? We checked our confirmation receipt and we ordered correctly, they just sent the wrong food and unfortunately refused to correct it.

Pizza hut refused to correct the order that was screwed up through Uber eats. They first hung up, then their solution was to connect with Uber eats. No idea if they ever did. Nothing was rectified. They felt they were not responsible for an order over $200. Totally unacceptable.
Read the reviews before ordering, Absolutely disgusting service, I order one large pizza and one medium with 4 toppings, they made two large pizzas with 2 toppings. Horrible customer service, no listening skills at all. I wish I can not gave any stars. They do not admit their mistakes and make arguments. I suggest DO NOT ORDER PIZZA from this location.
