I just a bought a pizza for 5.95 and it is best. Crust is very tasty and they added lots of toppings.

When I am writing this review time is 11:29 PM. I call this store for small orders which was just pizza there was person named Jay Patel . Pick up the call very rudely and answer me that he is not taking my order because he cleaned the oven when I that can I get pizza he replied me that he ran out of pizza pan. What rude answer I want this issue needs to be addressed by owner

Not only that but I forgot to select vegan cheese, and the owner made us a new pizza within 15 minutes at no charge! I tried to pay but he was very insistent that we didn t. So kind! So now this will be our pizza place we order from for birthdays and our family pizza nights. :)

Ordered tandoori chicken pizza. It took them an hour to deliver it. When I got the pizza it wasn t even hot. It was so salty no one could eat it. Nastiest pizza I ve ever had, won t order from here again.

They out the thinnest layer of cheese you could possibly imagine on the cheese pizza, it was so thin the cheese was crispy dry, asked for extra chili flakes, ginger and cilantro on tandoori pizza which they managed to do the opposite and didnt add chili flakes at all, called the location and told them about it and they said they make it according to the standards. The NE calgary location does a much better job at making their pizzas, should send employees their to learns a few tips.

Do not use Uber eats for this establishment. I ordered food waited an hour to find out they hadn t started the order. Tried to deal with Uber eats and they cancelled the order with their chat bot without even talking to me. Not this restaurants fault on the Uber eats side, but absolutely there fault on the ridiculous timeline. I don t even right reviews but avoid this place at all cost with any delivery services.

Locally owned pizza joint. A lot of different flavours to choose from. No dining, just for take away.

Thought wed give this pizza place a try and WOW. All I can say is there is not a lot of good pizza in Airdrie, but these guys make a fantastic pizza. I also LOVE the sesame seed crust. The price is very reasonable to. The place is also clean and newly renovated (its a new business) and the staff are friendly in my experience.

Overall, I like their variety of pizzas, their crust with sesame seeds, and having other options such as pasta, salad, wings, nachos, quesadillas, and a variety of dessert items. I would not recommend their house pizza sauce which is sweet and spiced. You can always sub it for an unsweetened unspiced sauce which is 100% better. Overall, I enjoy their pizzas and their selection.

First time ordering from here. Crust with sesame was very nice. Ordered a personal beef and mushroom. Less than a table spoon of mushrooms and beef on entire pizza with maybe 2 table spoons of cheese. Looks nothing like the pictures on their website. No reason to go back as way better options anywhere in Airdrie.

Horrible experience, cold pizza waited two hours. When contacted store employee hung up on me won t ever get pizza from this place again. Staff are rude, pizza subpar they re lucky they even got a star.

To start the two pizzas and Caesar salad I ordered took an hour and fifteen minutes to get delivered. When I got my room temperature pizza I was dissatisfied at the amount of cheese not used and the salad was brown all over.. I won t be ordering again.

Made an order through Uber Eats.. took almost 2 hours. Delays happen of course, thats not an issue at all.. but the driver was at the restaurant for almost an hour just waiting. He said the staff was very rude to him and told him they dont care much for online orders.. not very professional. Ordered previously and food was very good, but this time could tell no effort put in. Pizza was almost uncooked in the middle, and to boot they didnt even send us the right pizza at all. Dry ribs were not dry, very undercooked and had an odd taste.. Sucks because when they are on they are great, but how they handled this order was very poor and unfair to the driver. To be fair, I was not there in person and only heard one side of the story.. but 2+ hours for 2 pizzas indicates something is off.

We ordered from here today and was absolutely disappointed. Pizza was very burnt and if youve ever ordered from any other location in Calgary you can really tell the difference. We usually order from the Saddle Ridge location and was looking forward to a local location but will not be going back. Asked for extra sauce and there was barely any and toppings were a fraction of what they are at other locations. We called to leave feedback as we know this location is fairly new and were just given excuses such as the oven is set to the temperature its supposed to be and that the other locations are probably putting extra toppings on and was told the feedback would not change anything as they are doing everything they should be.

I ordered paneer tikka pizza.. pizza was really great. Spice level was up to mark. Pizza was well cooked and topping was evenly distributed. Please order ahead as they re overwhelmed with lot s of orders but pizza is always freshly baked!! When we ordered for the first time pizza was really good, but second time there was too much pizza sauce and because of that the toppings and cheese was not settled properly.

I was happy we got red swan pizza in airdrie but disappointed It s not the same quality as in Calgary. I ordered for delivery for certain time but they delivered way earlier.

ordered a meat lovers with pineapple and mushroom we went to pick it up and it only 6 mins from our home. opened it up - it was burnt no pineapple no mushroom and stone cold. called and complained they offered to make a new one but a 25 min wait - okay go get the new one - no compensation no offers - this one is a giant BUST there are much better places in Airdrie for pizza - definitely never going back to this one. 1 out of 10 stars is 1 too many - the second pizza at least had the correct toppings, was hot but still overcooked and somewhat tasteless.

Amazing find! Love this place for its Indian flavor pizzas. Must must try their spicy paneer pizza. The place is clean and well organized. Orders are ready on time and we have never been disappointed. Ever since we gave this place a shot we havent ordered pizza from anywhere else. There is no dine in option here but great for delivery and take out!

Pizza was 5/10 just okay. Nothing memorable. Worst part of it was that I was charged twice. THe teller said the payment did not go through the first time when it actually did. Then when I called to rectify it the agent said my manager is hard and this happened yesterday and he is hesitant to return your money. I had to go through my bank. What a scam!

Ordered pizza tonight . So many choices !!!! Called and asked for a honey garlic chicken and Hawaiian but was surprised when staff offered 3 mediums for almost the same price as 2!!! Yeas! Added beef and bacon to the list ! The delivery was here within 35 minutes ( way across town ) I was happy I tried them all!!!! Beef and bacon was super delicious ! The smile and greetings from the pizza guy was the second best besides the honey garlic pizza!

My husband went there around 6:30 pm today and left an hour later with wrong orders. He brought home 5 boxes of pizzas which he thought 2 of them was chicken wings but to his surprised it s all pizzas. He actually ordered 1 pep, 1 hawaian, bread stick, 12pcs chicken wings honey garlic and 12 bbq. Imagine they make large pizza chicken honey garlic sauce and large chicken pizza with bbq sauce. To make things worse I tried to eat it so we don t waste it but I just couldn t take the taste of mix veg with chicken and honey garlic sauce plus the bbq sauce.

This pizza is terrible. The toppings are fine, but the crust is so bad. Very bland, and very dense. Beware of the deals on the sides, the garlic cheesy bread is so tiny, not worth $9. The cheesecake is a miniature, mass-produced, pre-packaged slice. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here for the first time yesterday. Very good pizza, ordered the chicken bacon ranch and my sons creation of pepperoni and pineapple. I have never had sesame seeds on a pizza before but it was actually very nice. The staff was very polite, pizza was ready for pick up right when we walked in the door (20min after ordering). We loved 2 of our 3 choices: #23 Lemon Garlic Shrimp, & #27 Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas were delicious. #37 Tandoori Chicken pizza was much too spicy for us, & Im surprised the staff member suggested it when I told him that we disliked spicy food. However, well definitely return, as the quality of the rest was fabulous!

The ordering process was easy, the prices were very clearly listed, and there were many different types to choose from. We got the M-T-W deal and an order of cinnamon bread, coming to 45$ including delivery. Very happy with the sauce, toppings, flavour, and crust. The sesame seeds are a nice touch. Delivered quickly, still nice and hot, and they sent a 2L of Coke as a nice little extra. I will order again, and I hope you give it a try too. *3 people ate, there is enough leftover for lunch and snacks tomorrow.

Great gourmet pizza options at super affordable pricing! I have been getting Swans sesame crust pizza since its inception in Saskatoon in 2014 when I was going to uni there. The prices have always been consistent so is the taste. I hope they keep this location open, I feel like there isnt enough customers, hopefully Airdrie shows up and keep this store going!

DISGUSTING: We just moved to airdrie and was looking for a new pizza place. Picked up a Large paneer pizza and there was a STRAND OF HAIR in my slice. Totally disgusted by it! HYGEINE AND FOOD CLEANLINESS ALWAYS COMES FIRST!

Lovely take out pizza spot. 2 for 1 a pleasant surprise. We ordered regular crust hawaiian and pepperoni - both great. Sauce is very flavorful, plenty of toppings. Loved the addition of sesame seeds - my personal favorite!

I went for Pizza to end my night & it was amazing. They made Pizza as per my order and naked sure it was piping hot & delicious I m a big fan of Airdrie Red Swan My fam enjoyed the food.. Give these guys a try & they will not dis-appoint.

The vegetarian pizza last night was delicious. Loaded with toppings and juicy, bit of zing from banana peppers gave it a nice kick!

Extremely unprofessional experience

Ill keep this short, Ive tried a hell of a lot of pizza and I think Red Swan right here in Airdrie Alberta might make the best pizza Ive ever eaten hands down. Im updating this review because Im not sure I can make a new one and I told them Id give my review only to come here and discover that I have a time ago reviewed them as positively as Im able to already. But let me say the following If Dave El Presidente Portnoy were to review the pizza at Red Swan in Airdrie. He would undoubtedly rate it his first ever 10 out of 10 and if he didnt its cuz hes been eating too much pizza and he needs to give his brain a break and have some salad once in a while. Red Swan is great! Nice kind staff to!
