The soup was okie..both had a bit of a distinguished taste. Having said that it wasn't bad just odd. We had more wonton soup and french onion. Our server was Jordan she was exceptional kind and authentic no phoniness about her.. not to mention she's stunning.. and as we left other waitresses said thanks for coming which is really nice. So the service was 10 out of 10.. as far as the atmosphere all was good that way except that the music choice was irritating and a little bit too loud..
I booked a table for 9 people and I wasn't told when I reserved the table , or anyone at the table were not told at any point that there was an automatic Gratuity for a large group, which would have been fine except it took 45 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders and even check on us. It took over an hour for the waitress to come over and take our food order. She didn't come and ask how are food was and we waited another 30 minutes after we all finished our meals to get the bills. Our reservation was for 445pm and we didn't get out until 730 because there was no service. Then we all got slapped in the face with a surprise gratuity for the worst service I have ever had. Gratuity should still be earned , you shouldn't be able to slack off because you're guaranteed a tip. It wasn't even that busy there. Like I also said Gratuity would be fine too if they told us about it.
Came here on a Sunday for lunch Food and service were good, kids enjoyed the fish and ships, Morgan did a great job. And we enjoyed the live music
We ordered nachos , tater tots , Korean tacos, s’mores dessert & chicken wings. Fast service everything was delicious. It’s a good spot for family dinners, and you could visit this more often than a fine dine. And catchups with fiends. Good spot
Our service was great, but I will never go here for food ever again. Went here because it was close. I’ve tried the food here a few times through the years and thought it would get better, but it has not. Very bland and flavourless. Calamari was stringy and plain, the salad was so soggy I had just a few bites and I had to return it. They were very kind and removed it from my bill though I did not ask them to do that. So that was nice of them. Our waitress was friendly and was fast. I’m glad we didn’t sit on the patio because there were young kids crawling around everywhere on the concrete out there.
(Wednesday, August 10th) My wife and I walked in the door at 9:03 pm. There are signs telling us to seat ourselves so we did. Our server noticed us and offered us drinks and water and they were brought out within 2 minutes. By 9:45 pm we have only received glasses of water. Our menu was still on the table and haven't seen our server in 40 minutes. We had a feeling she went home and didn't let anyone know she had a table with customers. This was not the case because we noticed she was at the bar area helping customers over there. We had to flag down another server from the bar to place our order. By the way it's late at night and I can only see 4 tables with people in it. We will not be tipping. The tip can go back to us because of the time we wasted here. If anyone wants to eat here. Do NOT come past 9 pm. The staff are complacent. *Update* Forgot to mention that after waiting the 40 minutes to have our order taken. We had to wait another 20 ish minutes for our food. By this time it was past 10pm and we just wanted to go home. We told our server that we just wanted our food packaged up so we could leave as soon as possible. We would loved to have had the food fresh but we were there long enough and didn't care that our burger buns and other food were getting steamed and soggy in the take home containers. (We could have gotten our food faster through skip the dishes if we decided we wanted our food to be that quality..) The manager was very apologetic and reconciled by giving us a free 6 pack of Vodka Sodas and 15% off the total bill.
My wife and I have been here a number of times. It is a family pub style place with a pub as well as a family restaurant. The pub side has TVs with sports on as well as the odd YouTube channel type show. The service is always great. The staff are pleasant and will usually have a refill of your soft drink ready for you just as you're finishing the one in front of you. The food selections are typical of this type of establishment though I would say the quality of the dishes will outdo most others of a similar restaurant type.
Family day lunch date!! Our first time eating at Brewsters and it won't be the last. We both agreed we prefer them to other chain restaurants in town. My wife had the Buffalo chicken wrap and house salad. The wrap was HUGE which, in the world of shrinkflation, was awesome to see. The house salad oddly enough was the star - tasty dressing, and full of variety instead of iceberg in a bowl! I enjoyed the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and fries. I liked that the sandwich had lots of flavor instead of just heat, but I could have taken it hotter. Still a very tasty sandwich. Fries were standard but nicely seasoned. Our waitress was patient, kind and quick with service and rounded out the nice experience.
Really expected more from a $22 burger. The outside was charcoal and the inside not fully cooked. Frozen burgers ???

I was there with my family and specified out dairy and gluten allergy Shortly after eating here I had violent gas upset stomach and proceeded to vomit after spending 100 of specialty nachos. The bathroom had used dirty underwear in the stall it was overall the worst dining experience I have had yet Dietary restrictions: Celiac

Nice place to go and get a drink and a bite to eat. Kids allowed in the lounge area was great. The servers are super friendly, zero complaints there. The food i found was a bit mixed, calamari portion was small but also a bit rubbery. Bison burger was a bit tough to eat, kids mac n cheese fairly bland, the poke salad was very good though as was kids cheese pizza and house salad. Dessert portion was large and tasted good. My family did love the place though so overall it was a good experience.

I was staying in Airidre, down in Calgary for an Art exhibition over the weekend At Art Space and Design Art Galleries. I Stopped out at Brewsters this evening with my Dad. I Was served by Paris. I Had fantastic customer service, this was easily one of the best experiences at a Restaurant Ive had in the past year. Fantastic food and great service. If you are in the airdire Area I would highly recommend Brewsters A+++

A place I visit sometimes! On this day, I ordered Korean-style tacos, beef ribs, and calamari. The tacos were covered in red pepper sauce and were very delicious. The food is generally delicious and the atmosphere is nice! A singer sang a song on stage in the evening

Honestly, if you are not a part of the regulars that go there you will not be treated very well. I went there with a group, they left and I was treated very poorly after the big spenders left. Worst experience in Airdrie so far.
We had a decent time at Brewsters, but we ordered the happy hour nachos which the waitress asked if we wanted to add chicken or beef. At no point did she say that it would cost $8 to add an extremely small amount of chicken to $13 dollar nachos!!
Hadn t been here in forever cause I for some reason thought the food sucked, last time I was in I had the pork belly tacos, and it was Flippin phenomenal, will be coming back again and again

Went for a late lunch at Brewsters today. Our waitress Jordan was amazing way to go girl keep it up! Lobster and artichoke dip highly recommended, so tasty! Our steak sandwiches were great, cooked just right. Open mic from 2 to 5 on Sundays, we got the chance to hear some awesome local talent. Thank you for a great experience Brewsters!

Pretty wicked place
Food was ok.. nothing special. Salad was served in a warm bowel. The beer was not cold,no frosted glasses. Service was mediocre. When we arrived it was seat yourself and it took a while to be greeted, the waitress thought it was best to clean off a table before checking in with us. It was not awful but there are many other restaurants to choose from and we will probably not go back to Brewsters.

For the past 11 years Brewsters has been one of our go to spots. Love their beer. Service is on point. The menu needs a refresh yet what they have is prepared well and very tasty. Great prices on beer to go too and a family friendly section for flexibility.
Amazing service with our Kids very accommodating
Brewsters Airdrie is my favourite hangout for many reasons. Excellent managers Sara, Kayla, and Mel. Marvellous bartenders Kylie and Tamara. Fantastic servers like McKenna, Callie, Paige, Nikida, Isabella, Morgan, Paris, Cynthia, and Crystal! Food is fabulous. Atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Lots of TVs and awesome music Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. And fun trivia nights on Wednesdays!
We had a girls night out last night. Our waitress Crystal(sp) was awesome!!! I ordered the Steak Sandwich and it was the ball steak that was not tender at all. Our waitress was kind and took it back. Instead I had the Stacked Brisket Sandwich. It was delicious! Also my other friends had the Brewsters Burger and Butter Chicken. Those dishes were also delicious! I will definitely go back.

We were disappointed with todays special of fish and chips. The fish did not appear to be hand battered and fried. Instead it looked small and smooth-almost like fish you would find in the store freezer section Our server was good and the atmosphere pleasant. Only concern was the fish

I have been impressed with Brewster and had a great time there. However the last time I went i was not so impressed, our waitress was great, but the kitchen seemed to have dropped the ball...our food was sent to the wrong table and then they had to remake it and thats where everything went wrong. And it had already taken so long for our food to come i wasnt about to have things re made. I actually took our nachos home and re make them as they were cold and the cheese was barely melted. Not the best date night.
Alright I go to Brewsters every month sometimes twice I always have amazing service and great drink my waitress and bartenders take amazing care of me and my family and tonight was no different you guys all are amazing keep up the great work we adore you and your sevices
The food was really good. Although one in our party ordered the steak sandwich that was very chewy. The server and kitchen made it right and brought something else which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and the beer is nice too. Patio looks like a nice place to have a drink on a hot day which I plan on doing when I return!
We went based on a recommendation, but we wouldnt recommend it ourselves. The chicken wrap was good, the fish & chips were average (but the coleslaw that came with it was HORRIBLE). The server was ok... Not worth a 2nd visit.

We come here often (maybe too often!) we try to come weekly, if not every couple weeks. The beer, food, and incredible service keeps us coming back. All the service staff is fantastic, their specials are great and the patio is awesome on a hot day! See you soon

The servers here actually give a damn which is more than I can say for the majority of pubs and restaurants in Airdrie. Its between here and Old Town for the top places to go for a cold beer and good food.
food was horrible i got 1/4 of a caesar salad the gave me a replacement with tons of vinegar in it. the burger tasted like it was pre cooked in the fridge then just microwaved and all of the food was cold. the waitresses get payed to tell there friends to right 5 star reviews

We are new to Airdrie and our son loves wings, so we like to try out the local places! We wont be back. While our server was attentive enough, the food was mediocre at best. My wings came out cold - as if they had been stored in the fridge and simply reheated in a microwave. My son, who LOVES HOT WINGS, was told the wings he ordered were very hot and he said I would probably would have liked them as thats how NOT hot they were. With all the available wing places in town, this was definitely does NOT stand out.
Went for a casual night out and food. Ended up staying for bingo and had a great time and won some cool prizes. Beer and food were great and atmosphere was awesome.
Ordered through Skip the Dishes, not all items were delivered. They were not able to deliver my missing items and the manager the next day was unwilling to compensate me for having to order from another restaurant and paying another delivery fee and tip to the driver. I would if I order from them again to follow up to make sure people there are completing the order. They even tried blaming the delivery driver for taking the items even though the packages were sealed by there own staples.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and came over because it was close by and had good reviews. We travel around North America and Europe frequently and spend lots of time eating in restaurants. I don t do many restaurant reviews unless they really stand out. This one did: very flavorful, fresh delicious food (Korean brisket tacos and garden salad) a nice mix of tasty beers (I like fruit beers, my husband likes lagers and dark beers & we were both pleased with our options) nice atmosphere - clean, spacious, with live musicians that were just the right volume to allow for conversation while still enjoying the music. and best of all, Paris our server! From the first greeting to our departure she was friendly, personable, clever, funny and just a joy to meet! Thanks for making our stay in Airdrie extra pleasant Paris!
Good food in a cozy and casual place. Enjoyed a live band while we had it dinner. I dont drink beer myself, so I cant comment on the beer selection. I can say that there were plenty of other drink choices such that I had no trouble enjoying myself.

Treated myself to a skip the dishes order from Brewsters. I decided to try their new Cobb salad. They honored my request for all the dressings and sauces to be on the side, which is important to me as I have had a stomach bypass and cannot eat a whole entree serving in one sitting. I do wish Id also requested the crispy chicken and tortilla chips also be on the side to keep crisp and not wilt lettuce, but I know for next time. It was a delicious meal and I think it will be a new favorite. I would love it if salads and entrees like this could be offered as an appetizer size. I also would like them to put the tuna poke salad on the skip order menu. Other restaurants have tuna (raw) poke salads on the menu but none are as good as theirs.

Incredible experience at this location! Was in town to visit family and wanted to check this place out. Victor was our server and it was a memorable experience. Offered tasty menu recommendations and was very friendly and personable. Chatted with our table and checked with us the perfect amount of times while also letting us enjoy our family visit.

We came with a group of 50, over half of being kids. The staff was amazing. They made sure no one was forgotten, had our food ready very quickly and were very accommodating. Everyone left well fed and very happy. The beer was great too!

It was my first time at Brewsters and I had a lovely experience. We weren t sure what to get, but Paris was so helpful. She explained all of the beers to us. It was also trivia night and there were so many people, the energy was so fun! :D She recommended lots of different options to us on the menu and we weren t disappointed. She was funny and kind. We ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Just wanna share an amazingly responsible experience I had with the girls who work here. 3 very entitled airdrie locals screaming obscenities and very intoxicated. Were asked to leave for screaming and being belligerent. Meaghan and Kylie handled it like pros.. with these entitled people yelling non stop in their faces.. Huge praise to these servers. Absolute saints

We traveled to BC looking for good food, we should have stayed in AB, best beef dip Ive had in a while and the wor won ton soup was fantastic.
Good beers and friendly staff. I walked in wearing a flames jersey for the battle of Alberta and some staff were wearing *gasp* oilers jerseys. Of course I had to make some noise (friendly sports banter). They had the last laugh though as the oilers won that day. Ill be back

Great food quality and service. The selection of gluten free choices are much better then most places these days. They allow kids as well which is nice for a brewery. And let s not forget the amazing selection of beers as well. Great place to take the family out and still enjoy the pub atmosphere.

Ive always loved coming here as its close and a great place to bring the kids for a pub atmosphere. I gave 3 stars today because Ive noticed a couple of occasions lately when paying with cash (not just here) the server asks me if I want change. Maybe Im old fashioned but I find that so rude and presumptuous. Ill tell you what I want for change, if any, if Ive done the math or Ill leave you what I feel is fair on the table. For a $28 bill dont ask me if I want any change from a $50. Assume I do. Likewise for a $6 drink from a $10.
Nice atmosphere. Live music on a early Friday night was a nice touch. We enjoyed our meals and appreciate a good raspberry beer. The service was great. There was plenty of staff on and they were constantly looking for ways to help people or things to do. I applaud the management. I will return.

Been coming here every other Tuesday with my kids for the last 9 years for wings because it was a good cheap meal. Not anymore. Its not even a cheap meal now at $7.50 for 10.

I had the Bacon Mac & Cheese side and the pretzel. They were both done very well and tasted great! One of us had thr Reuben Quesadilla, he was pleasantly surprised by the taste! The rest of the group had various flavours of wings... all were eaten in record time! Thank you Katie and serving staff and the food wizards in the back!

Went in for a growler fill. You can still bring in your own growlers or purchase one there. I was the only customer. The girl at the bar was friendly and efficient. I appeciate the $12 fills for good beer! There was also a painter in there as they are putting on a fresh coat of paint.

The food has gone way down hill here over the years. Our last visit was definitely a fail. The Korean chicken bites were tough overcooked pieces of chicken absolutely smothered in Korean bbq sauce which tasted like pure soy sauce marinaded in a salt bath. Needless to say this appetizer was so salty we couldnt even eat it. The chicken fingers looked like a Costco frozen special, pale not crispy whatsoever, honestly the chicken strips at 711 would beat them hands down and thats saying something. The servers are nice but the food has really taken a dive.
We havent been here for a while, was disappointed in the food. Ordered the fried chicken appie was dry and had an extreme amount of salt. Didnt eat my main course, stuck to the side salad. Waitress was the only redeeming factor in our visit.

Awesome, inventive food, made fresh to order (the haddock is hand battered and fried fresh for every order of fish and chips!). Outstanding variety of beers and local spirits and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun with staff to match! New management has really put a shine on the place. Wing night is the night to check it out and enjoy a Bellini or two!
Really enjoyed my meal here and the waitress was super friendly! I ended up getting the kids cheese pizza and a side of the bacon mac and cheese. It was the perfect amount for me. The mac and cheese was really good, I ve had mac and cheese at other restaurants and it turns out terrible. Here it was perfectly made, the bacon was also a nice touch. The kids pizza was also great. Would definitely recommend!
We ordered out from here so I can t speak to how it is in person. The food was great, nothing crazy, but definitely tasty. I also ordered their house canned vodka sodas and they are pretty tasty as well, comparable to white claws. The staff member that greeting me when I picked up my order was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place.

We had an excellent experience a few weeks ago. Our service provided by Chantelle was outstanding and we got a chance to meet the manager Nathan. Nathan was able to help us out with our child s dietary needs and was at most supportive. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was relaxed. Glad to see that wing night is now on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
Great service UT peri peri boneless chicken wings were over fried and dry as the Sahara in summer. Pity.

We ordered through skip and due to a delay with the driver, our food was sitting at the restaurant for awhile. When I called, Nathan was extremely helpful and even remade the food for us. We really appreciate your help! The food was great as always. Thank you

The Calamari was over cooked and under seasoned. The rest of the food was average however Kylie our server for the evening was great and quick on the refills. Thanks Kylie!
Brewsters Airdrie is awesome! We ordered takeout for our company Christmas lunch for about 20 people. We ordered the day before. Our order was ready on time, everything we ordered was included, and our meals were delicious. Staff was very friendly as always. Also wanted to extend a big thank you to Sara for being so organized and making our takeout experience fantastic. Highly recommend :)
Went to Brewster today for our anniversary lunch date. Had a fantastic time, the food was amazing and the service was very friendly. We will definitely be going back soon!

Food was amazing. Service was pretty bad. Took 20 minutes to get served a drink (ice tea and water). Even with Covid reductions service was indifferent at best. Would definitely order take out but doubt we would return for dine in.
Had to rewrite my original review from a year ago due to COVID-19. The staff here is doing amazing at providing a clean and safe atmosphere for there customers. Still upbeat and great service I have enjoyed over the last 2 years. Menu is a limited menu for now but still comes out tasting great. Definitely stop by and support them because they continue to be amazing.

Stopped in on our way through to Banff. Wow! Try the Bavarian Beef Dip!!! It was so good. The au jus is thick and full of flavor. Everything about it was phenomenal. Had the tater tot side, and those are also very good. Seasoned well and have a chipolte aioli on top. Also had the fish tacos. They were tasty, but felt like they could have a bit more to them. Great portions! Got the house salad with it, and it was great. Always enjoy the mass selection of beers here. Something for everyone. Clean resraurant and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Definitely would stop here again.
Okay overall- I find their food is going downhill. Used to be one of my favs. I have been numerous times and the service has been great. Although the other day I went and the service was absolutely terrible. Took forever and it was not busy at all on the patio. Also- the cost of your ceaser salad is ridiculous. Sorry but gonna try ojs from now on.
This place is sooo amazing! We got served by Cynthia (I really hope this is her name!) very outgoing, fun, and did not sugar code anything. She was patient with us as we were waiting for a guy friend to join us for dinner. But, if I were to come back, I will request Cynthia as a server. She makes you feel like youre at home. Thanks girl!! love your vibe. Think its time for you to get a raise!! <3
Great nachos and fish tacos!
We live in walking distance to Brewsters and love the atmosphere. From the live music nights to the open summer patio- we are always enjoying our visits. We like to recognize that one server in particular has become a corner stone to our visits- Cynthia! Such a beaming human who truly pampers us. From helping us tailor some menu items for dietary restrictions to birthday visits- shes someone we look forward to seeing as she stands out with her energy and knowledge. The kitchen staff have also always accommodated adjustments to dishes and the new vegan friendly items are a welcome sight. No matter the combination of hungry travelers coming to dine here, everyone leaves happy.
We visited Brewsters within the first couple of weeks after they re-opened in May, and were served by Cynthia. She was fun, bubbly and made us feel at home, even to the point of teasing my husband (your highness, right Cynthia?!). We went back one other time and she served us again and then havent been back all summer until last night. She welcomed us the moment we walked in, remembering the highness comment, laughing with us as we found a table. Cynthia is an asset to your team, making the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks as well to Brewsters for keeping things clean, safe & properly spaced.

If I could rate this a 0 stars i would service is terrible, sat down for 20 mins waiting for anyone to ask if i needed anything and no one did. New to Airdrie and will never return to this poor excuse for a big city pub
OMG! Where do I even start!?! Me and my family on Tuesday go get their AMAZING chicken wings! You can just walk in and seat yourself anywhere youd like. And do you know how EXTREMELY lucky you would be to have Jake to be your waiter!?! Hes so nice! I recommend to ask him to be your waiter! The manager of Brewsters better give you a raise!!

Would give 10 stars if possible!!!! Cynthia is pretty much family now since we go so often! The Brewsters Burger, gyoza, and the wings are just some of the amazing dishes served here. Not one to write reviews but this place deserves it. See you soon :)
I wish I would have taken a picture of my food. The only time I think I will ever say that. I had the Brewsters burger and it was hands down the best burger I have ever had! The fries are delicious as well and I also loved the gravy. The staff are very friendly and the washrooms were clean. I like that there are a lot of tvs to catch a game. Will definitely be returning!!
Staying in the area for a few days and tried various other restaurants before crowing Brewsters as our favorite. Kept coming back for the burgers and also loved their fries and raspberry beer. Atmosphere and staff excellent and great value for the price. We had dinner at Brewster s on a Sunday evening. The food was quite good and our server, Martina, was amazing! The French onion soup was one of the best ones we ve had in a restaurant. Will definitely be back!
