Such a great place!

We come here all the time. Great food and staff. Always willing to joke and have a great time

Super consistent and delicious food. But the service is simply top notch! My fave place in Airdrie for sure

Unfortunately in BC where I m from we don t have a Harvey s anymore it s always nice to come here and eat a Harvey s burger juicy great and price is worth.

Just had harveys for the first time in a LOOONG time and the staff were awesome and the food was damn good!. Great place to stop in and dine. 10/10!!!

I got 2 angus burger around 10.30pm. It was online order. Patty was really bad, felt like it was sitting there for so long and doesn t even taste good. This is the second time adding Jalapeño s on my burger. I ordered one with Jalapeños and one without, all the time they are messing up the order. I don t really care about the Jalapeño stuff but the burger was really bad and we couldn t eat.

I just visited Harvey s excellent customer service and food was delicious . My kid loved his kids meal. One who took my order was a nice girl with smiling face and the one who packed also did an excellent job will visit it again

The people who work here are always friendly and serve us with a smile. My son asked for tomatoes to eat and the worker gave him a couple in a cup. Sometimes they write mom/dad on our burger wrapper, which is cute. Food is always fresh and they often have coupons. My son likes the poutine. I like the onion rings. They also have cheap mini donuts and $3 shakes all summer I believe

We had amazing service. Definitely recommend Harvey s. we were travelling in a motor home and couldn t do drive through so needed to go in. Even though we missed the time to dine in they allowed us to walk in and order and the food was excellent Kid-friendliness: Very kind and patient when kids we re trying to pick toppings

Sahil took our order, and they genuinely were just the most pleasant person Ive ever met working in fast food/retail/customer service. Their customer service voice sounds sincere and genuine and was patient when we had to pause and think about part of our order. Someone give Sahil a raise. They deserve it.

The worst experience ever! On March 4th myself & Husband pulled up through your drive-thru at 8:25 p.m. to order meals. Once we got to the window a lady greeted us and then proceeded to tell us they are closed. The drive-thru light was on the menu and everything were still open. We said but its before 8:30 pm and we are hungry. you close at 8:30 pm?. She continues to tell us that they had to do cleaning and stuff to get out on time. She refused to take our order at 8:25 pm. We had to wait behind another vehicle while their food was being prepared. Wasting our gas and time. So the car in front of us got their dinner and we had to go hungry. Your sign says you close at 8:30pm so we should have received service and got meals not be turned away because your staff has cleaning duties to do during business hours. We are extremely upset. we hope the manager makes this right. Update the new owners who took over were very excellent and gave me and my husband free meals to make up for troubles. The old owners were the jerks who didnt care about how the service is or how youre treated when you eat food there.

Miranda is quite literally the sweetest worker I have ever come across. She makes the food with care and always greets you like you re an old friend. I don t look forward to going to a fast food place but I know whenever Miranda is working I will have a great meal with above and beyond service. I ve been going to this location near my work for around a year here and there and I ve never been disappointed. Everyone at this location does really well but Miranda is quite literally the best food service employee I ve ever seen.

Amazing staff!

Its always nice when you walk in and the staff seems happy to be there. Stephanie took our order and was very friendly and personable. She even checked that everything was good on our way out when she was wiping tables after helping an older couple bring their order to the table. All of the little things added up to excellent customer service. The food was great too but thats just standard Harveys!

We arrived at 10am on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was clean and ready to go! The lady behind the counter was friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and even though we were the first ones there it was fast service. 10/10

Something happened at a fast food place today. Service! It s like finding a unicorn I know but it really happened. A lovely young lady took our order and was very pleasant and made our burgers with care. Here is the kicker she wasn t busy behind the counter and walked through the dining area and cleaned up and even asked how are meals were. It s pretty easy these days to bang on fast food places but I love to call out a good employee when it should be done. Kudos!

Was trying to use one of the coupons on the app but due to a technical issue was not able to get my order complete. The wonderful people working there were able to still honour the coupon in store. Love this Harveys location. We were here to pick up a mobile order and to receive a birthday treat in the email - a free apple pie. Angus burger is our favourite along with their poutine...their pies are great too. The staff were so enthusiastic and provided great service even for a pickup order. They made the coffee fresh when we got there and all of them said Happy birthday...looked like a happy place to work. This has been our go-to location and we will be coming back. Thank you all the staff at this location. Parking: Free parking lot in front.

Maria (the cashier) and Emma (the server) were such a delight to chat with. It went from your poutine dishes are so small to the ghost pepper mayo is super hot or something rather. Good vibes all around and I was blessed to have a few laughs with these ladies. I hope you two get a raise!!!!

Used the drive-thru this visit. Wife and I had ordered 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers. After ordering the fixings for the first burger, the initial lady running the drive-thru told us they had a limited number of junior sized burger patties, and that we could only order ONE burger. As she was explaining this to us, another lady interrupted the order and went on to provide the exact same explanation, then asked us to repeat our fixings order. So I repeated the order, and added an original burger with the same fixings. My issue was that instead of having a guaranteed sale of 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers, the store decided to save them for a future customer that may or may not purchase them. Was a very frustrating interaction due to having someone interrupt when the drive-thru lady was doing just fine, and to have to repeat our order. Seems like the actions of an overbearing person in charge.

Havent eaten at Harveys in a long time and had the crispy chicken. It was delightful.

It is small BUT feels cozy and staff was very friendly. Meal size was large. Too much mustard though. Would ve liked my burgers hot as they were warm temp at most.

Good chicken wrap and a very tasty poutine. But the young lady at the counter.... absolutely disrespectful and rude. Me and my fiancee were amazed at how she was speaking to us. Other people would love to have your job... act like your grateful.

The girl at the drive thru seems to be annoyed to be working there. Never says hi, bye or anything at all. Just hands you your food and rolls her eyes and closes the window. Food is still great but I would recommend keeping her on the grill and away from a customer facing roll

Been twice in the last 2 weeks at 20 after 8 and the place was deserted. Need to update your morning hours so you dont waste peoples time.

I went to Harveys for the first time ever today. The food was scrumptious if I do say so myself. I had a classic chicken nugget meal and I could not have asked for more. The staff were very nice and efficient during a rush. I would recommend I am now a Harveys kinda guy

Got a Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger with everything on it. I asked for extra pickles and I got what I ordered. Food was fresh, taste was very good and very budget friendly. Lots of toppings for simple burger. Has drive thru making it more convenient. I also tried their poutine once, and yes it was the best.

I like to take my family of 6 here for lunch fairly regularly. As much as I love Harveys I think this one is the best.

Great, Fresh and Hot Double cheese Burger,and a Junior cheese and bacon Hamburger. Pick your own toppings. Onion rings were excellent . Poutine delicious. Best of all ...Beef is sourced from CANADIAN Farmers. Staff friendly and not shy on toppings. YUMMY

The last time I was at Harvey s, my experience was not great. Today my experience was one of the best I have ever had. Staff was friendly, warm and caring, fast, efficient, food was cooked and served well and they just went the extra as they enjoyed their jobs. I was met by Maria who was very pleasant and happy and was just awesome. When done my meal which Mirranda very politely brought out to me , I said I had a complaint .her face was sullen and concerned. She Oh no what sir? To which I replied My complaint is why can t other places be as good as yours? I was so impressed by both Maria and Mirranda I just had to share my gratitude and appreciation. Thanks for restoring my faith in Harvey s and people. You guys rock ..spread the love. Vegetarian options: Nice they have them

I have seen the reviews with pictures and our food looked Nothing like that. Our burgers were cold and they didnt get any of our toppings right. The onion rings were dark brown and tasted like old grease. The fries were overcooked and dry. Just because we got it delivered doesnt mean you can serve us food like that. There were 6 of us and we thought we would try something different for a Fathers day meal. Very disappointing.

Ordered a side garden salad. Was given a box with shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes & banana peppers. I would laugh, but someone made this & thought it was a good idea.. which is just sad

My brother and myself stopped for lunch and was a bit of a wait but the only 2 ladies that were there were absolutely amazing. They apologized so many times for the delay but were so friendly and a ton of smiles. Wished I caught their names as besides the awesome lunch, they made our day. Thanks again

Double wrapped my food in the way that was obvious they wanted to make it explode on my lap. Had to bang on the window to ask for ketchup. Overall horrible experience the chicken was cold and dry.

I witnessed staff going the extra mile for an elderly couple. Made me so happy to see the care shown a this fast food place.

Staff was friendly, service was fast, restaurant was clean and neat. Dietary restrictions: To be honest, not much for options here. I am gluten, dairy, egg, and soy intolerant.. it sucks, and all I could do was the salad.. but the dressing was Kraft so soybean oil.. I cant rate the food as I wasnt really able to eat.

Love the burger. The lady was working very hard but she was alone. Hire some more staff for the dinner rush.

Unfortunately management, who couldnt actually speak to the customer instead yells from his back office to the fantastic drive thru staff to charge me for full burgers instead of just the angus patty. I cant and dont eat anything else from the menu as Im on carnivore diet from all my autoimmune health issues. I would gladly pay more per angus beef patty as the last thing Im looking to do is hurt their bottom line. Never did I take toppings when staff offered as it felt like I would be ripping them off. Just charge me $3-4 / patty. Simple. Instead I will no longer boast to a single person (which I did every chance I could) about how worth Harveys burgers were to buy, bun and all. Mrs. Management- you royally messed up on a very happy Previous customer. Have you never heard the story about giving the customer the pickle? Ya didnt think so. Your unwillingness to understand plus arrogance lost you many customers (including those who ate the rest of the menu). Word travels dear sir. Dietary restrictions: A carnivore option. For those who cant eat vegetables or gluten.

If you ever get the opportunity to experience Mirandas service at Harveys you will just keep going back there for food even if youre not hungry. Let that sink in a bit, thats just how sweet, kind and awesome of a person she is when it comes to the service that she gives to her customers I am one of them and I can tell you her customer service is next to none. Keep on doing what youre doing you will go far and do well.

Ordered through Uber Eats last night, there was an issue with the drivers pickup at the restaurant, the driver would not return to the store to fix the problem. I called the store directly and the young lady on the phone was very polite and had already determined that the driver missed part of the order and was working on a solution, we had our food within 10 minutes or so. The Harveys staff went above and beyond to make the order right, and this customer is very happy. I dont usually order from Harveys, but the service was amazing and the food was also very food, I will be back soon for sure. Thank you to all involved in getting my family fed last night!

Was there later in the day. The poutine was good, I especially liked the vegetarian gravy. More cheese than I typically like, but I think most people consider that a plus. Vegetarian options: The gravy is vegetarian according to their websites FAQs

The person who took our order listened intently and with a smile. Excellent service. They really want your food to be perfect and it was! The atmosphere was fun and happy with the music they had playing.

Slow service ignorant employees, had to wait in the front lobby for about 4 minutes before I received any service the lights were off and the employees both gave me dirty looks and sounded very rude and ignorant, smelled like sweat and armpits, tables weren t clean and I ve been to cattle farms with better smelling bathrooms

My family had Harvey s for the first time today. The person taking our order in the drive-thru was wonderful. They were patient as we navigated the menu, polite while taking our order and even offered suggestions on what to order. When we pulled to the front window, the demeanour felt the same, the team was absolutely wonderful. The best part of the whole experience was the quality of the food. For a fast food type of experience, it was the best burger I have had. Thank you for the great customer service and great tasting food.

Fast and tasty

We came to eat on Friday at around 9:20pm staying at the hotel not to far so we have never been to that Harveys. The service was amazing, the food was made with love and fresh. Best Harveys we are from Ontario and dont get that amazing service! Good job you two!

My first Harveys experience, as an American -- but, more importantly, my first ever poutine. I dont know why I decided to go here first for poutine, but I made the right choice. Could have had a few more cheese curds, but I am American. It was delicious. 5 starveys.

Food was good too bad the service was abysmal. Went through the drive thru and they must not have been paying attention. 2 out 3 drinks were wrong. 1 side wrong item. There was no dipping sauce for the nuggets after ordering 2 types. Ketchup missing from the bag after requesting it. Very disappointing.

The food here is always great. I have never received cold food from here. The only issue I have is the short staffing. The poor workers are swamped there was only two of them working when I visit each time. The wait time is very long but the food does not disappoint.

Nice place to eat out

Not only was the drive-through guy friendly but the food was great even super late at night. I came 30 minutes to cling. Fast food in Airdrie is for the most part horrible so thanks for being awesome!
