Carson is the absolute best! Always has a smile on his face and very attentive. Definitely will be back just for him.

Carson knocked it out of the park! Fast friendly service, he was great! The food was delicious, and despite it being super busy our food arrived quickly. I cannot recommend this location enough! 3rd visit, and its still great!

We came in tonight for our son s 13th birthday. Was a great evening and our server Savanna was absolutely incredible. Checked up on us frequently, topped our drinks up, made sure my mom s food allergies were not there to harm her, as well as took care of our son for his bday. Will most definitely come back again soon. To the manager be sure to take care of her. It s people like her that make places like this worth while to come too. Thanks again Savanna.

Came in with my daughter after a very difficult day where I was at a Celebration of Life for a dear friend. Monique was our server and she was super cheery and excellent!!! The food was hot, delicious and came out very quickly. We ordered the burnt ends, anjitos and chicken burrito bowl super fresh, hot and delicious! Then of course a skillet cookie. Thanks to Monique for making a tough day a lot better she s a great asset to the restaurant.

One of worst service I have seen. The waiters is so careless. They serve wrong food and didn t even replace or apologise. Same with the drinks. Having only 4 tables in the restaurant how can you be so careless. Food is ok but totally disappointed and I will never visit again.

If you want a quick fix for some ribs and bbq this is the place to go. Its a very well run food chain. Well trained staff. Probably had a staff member at some point that had a bad day. Thats about all I can complain about.

I came in on a Saturday night and I was greeted by the best server I have ever had the pleasure of being served by: Genevieve! As far as food and atmosphere go it was pretty on par with the other Montanas I have visited but the star of the show was the service. If you ever go this Montanas location and get Genevieve know that you are in great hands!

They had an offer for all-day ribs at $33, and everything was fantastic the taste, quality of the food, and overall experience. Highly recommended!

The worst chicken wings in all of Alberta. If you want soggy batter chicken wings with barley any sause, come to further as this is the place.

The server Gen was so amazing. She was very fast and attentive, gave us amazing recommendations. This is now my favourite restaurant, and her service definitely impacted that. I made sure to tip her well;)

We came to Montana s to celebrate my husband s birthday, and Kai was our server. He was smiling and brought great energy to our table. He was funny and attentive, and we really enjoyed the experience. The best part was my husband got to wear the horns and got to listen to his favourite birthday song all in all it was a great night out.

I had ordered the fish and chips. The chips were greasy , soggy and cold and the fish was so over cooked it was like eating a well done steak.

Just had a meal here 2nd time coming. Young lad who served us (Aiden) was only attentive when he wanted to clear our plates. Meal was great, asked for side of sauce, never came, had a dessert to share ( cheesecake) came out frozen. Overall the service was really bad this time. 1st visit was during Stampede for level of how busy it was and service was great then... Shame really, girls seemed flat out rushing around ours seemed to wonder around aimlessly

On June 10, my granddaughter, wife and me went for a dinner. It was a bit late for staying, but anyway, we faced a bad experience with our request - Grill Trio. Rib wasn t really fresh done and it was dry, showing clearly that it was sitting there for quite a while. We asked for sauce aside, but it didn t come like that; instead it came on top of the ribs. Running late for our program we couldn t complain about it. It isn t our first time. Long ago I faced same problem, but I let it go. This time I didn t have same patience. Thank you

We arrived and got seating right away. Waited 15 for the server to take our drink order. Watching other people come in and be seated have their drink order be taken. Still no one come to the table. Now the people that came in after us are getting their drink and no server for us. It was just my husband and I so why no service. We got up and left because they did not want our money.

Just wanted to share our good experience. Fathers Day in a restaurant is crazy. We went in expecting a wait and it was busy. Front of house staff were friendly and gave us a realistic time frame to wait for a table. The wait was less than they stated. We were seated and our server Danelle came quickly and got our drink order in. Shortly after she was back to take our food order. We ordered an appy - 4 cheese dip (so good) and it was up pretty quick. The restaurant was full so we expected a wait for food but it was reasonable. Quality and taste was good. I had the chicken fajitas and the portion size was great. The real purpose for this review was to commend Danelle, our server. She had a lot of tables but still was able to check in on us regularly. So often in restaurants the service these days is terrible yet the still expect the best tip. For the first time in a while I felt the tip was earned. Hadnt been to Montanas in a while but hat tip to the managers and the staff, this was a great dinner out! Thank you.

Why have a restaurant open if you don t have 9/10ths the items on your menu? Not a very stocked place for food. Items on the menu weren t available won t ever be coming back here again they even ran out of beverages. Waitresses were very uninformed on menu, specials and what they actually had to serve. Stay away from this location at all costs leaving hungry after wasting 30 minutes of disappointment of menu items not available.open for over 5 years and still don t have any of the kinks worked out at this location management should be ashamed

I m going to review this Montana s again because I can t say enough great things about this restaurant. I reviewed it several weeks ago and went back today. The service is absolutely amazing. Incredible friendly staff. Always smiling, and extremely attentive. The food is so, so delicious! Their garlic and cheese pull-away bread is my favourite appetizer. Definitely worth a try!! I ve tried many items on their menu, and my food is always cooked to perfection. I love going to this restaurant. I ve lived in Airdrie for 11 years now and have eaten at most of the restaurants here. This Montana s is definitely the best restaurant in the city.

We ve enjoyed Montanas in Airdrie numerous times and the food was always great BUT not this last visit! Went there to introduce a friend to my fave Beef Rib and they ran out. It was not busy, but maybe earlier it was? Bummer, so ordered fish & chips. Waited a long time for cold food and the fish had a different (worse) coating. Our lovely server offered to bring us new orders and did fairly quickly. But also cold even the gravy was only lukewarm and lumpy. I d expect the kitchen, when food is sent back would make an effort to make the replacement better! Sent the gravy back a second time asking them to microwave it which they did - yay. This restaurant lost a regular customer.

First try, absolutely never again! We came in to celebrate a kids birthday, ordered meals for 5 guests, waited for almost 40 (!) minutes to get our food and received only meals for 4 people - how does this look?! No apologizes, nothing, had to reorder it again and wait to get it served. Ribs were dry, fries mushy and not fresh, wings were cold. Brutal!

When I came into I was welcomed with a friendly host and was seated right away and my server came over in seconds. When I ordered my drink it was brought fast and they let me take my time when I was ordering, the food came out faster than I anticipated and was Cooked perfectly and just how I wanted. If you want to eat somewhere nice and that has a good environment for your family this is the place.

We dined in on Sunday, March 3rd. Took Friends from out of town, who are Huge curling fans. We thought, hey Montanas is a brand new MAJOR sponsor of the Brier! We arrived at the Airdrie location at approximately 6pm. We were seated very promptly, and after getting settled in, we noticed not one of the many tv s were playing the curling game. The staff did eventually get the game on, after tracking down some batteries for the remote. It was a fairly chilly evening out side, but it was almost colder in the restaurant. Many people were complaining about the temp, which no one was able to rectify. To be honest, I was embarrassed that I even suggested your venue. Into Parking: Airdrie Alberta Many many spots

Edit March 2024, went in again and had same server again (Kaylee, hope I spelt that right) was top notch service, never had an empty beer and food was great! Very people friendly to everyone in the bar area, gold star employee for sure. Stopped in and ate in the bar area, server I had was awesome! Even though was a bit busy, she handled the tables and the bar efficiently. Food was as always at Montanas very good.

There was nothing right from the minute we entered. We arrived @ 5:45 and my husband finally got his starter soup at 6:30 and my son got his started wings a few minutes later. The 2 children with us waited an hour and every one else longer. My order was the only one that was correct. 3 different waitresses with 3 different reasons what was happening. This was a very disappointing birthday supper for my son and we will not be back.

Came here a couple times previously but this time ensured we wont be returning. First time, we had a wonderful waitress, food was delicious, and I was hoping it would stay like that. The second time the food was mediocre, service was terrible, and I was planning to not come back. After deciding to return for a third time, we sat there for 15 minutes as every other table got waited on, tried to get someones attention/ask about it and everyone just looked at me, walked past, and never acknowledged us. No hi, no asking if weve been helped yet, not even a drink. We decided to just get up and leave so I did not even get a chance to see if the food got better. Wont return again.

So I sent this message to their Facebook and have not recieved an acknowledgment whatsoever. So we just picked up our order, and drove all the way home to crossfield and the sweet potato fries I ordered and paid extra for my kids meal were just regular fries. the ribs were burnt, and the cornbread was hard as a rock. Im not trying to be a jerk, but im really frustrated as we almost never get to airdrie and obviously coming back to have this fixed isnt an option. I guess I just want to say that I am really disappointed in our order. Im just really disappointed in the whole experience.

The waitress had zero personality. Total RBF unless with her cohorts around the bar. Wait time for basic dishes was atrocious. YES it was wing day but the place was empty. Saw two tables come in after us and get served, ate and paid tab before our appy even came out. When food did arrive is was cold and had to be returned to kitchen for a reheat. No sincere apology let alone throwing us a discount or a free dish. Paid the whole tab with zero tip. Will not be returning.

Got here for a nice Mel with wife, ordered 10oz steak was informed they Had ran out offered 12 oz steak at no discount, manager then approached and stated 12 oz not available only 10 oz, expressed concern that server had stated differences, steak cam out looked nice asked for medium, recieved steak that was still walking, even manager agreed , my meal comp, if this was my restaurant I would have compet who table, I am trained 3 star chef from uk and would not be happy with this kind of service, will not return to this restaurant. Need to hire people who know how to cook meals Well after months of back and forth with guest services and promises to sent dining card, I have still not received anything. This business needs to work on their customer service as well as cooking

Coldest beer in town. Still a great standby, service, cleanliness and quality can be expected. Getting a tad pricey but still worthwhile.

Its all great for a sit down restaurant experience. I do wish there to perhaps be a bit better of a meat only meal or appetizer selection. It makes it difficult to eat out with my family when its very limited. Otherwise when we do go out as a family its always Montanas or we should have stuck with Montanas. Went in there today with a group of friends, service was amazing. All my friends had an amazing experience with their food, unfortunately my ribs were a little too chewy for my liking, i however didn t complain to be very honest i never do lol. The server however (Dominique) noticed i had only taken a few bites when i asked for the bill. when she came they had taken the ribs off our bill without us even asking. I ve never experienced this anywhere ever, i ve left full plates of food with only a bite taken and still paid the full bill because i myself have a restaurant and understand the food never comes out the same every single time there s so many factors that lead up to an amazing dish and not all of them are in the hands of the chef. Will definitely be adding the airdrie montana s as a regular go to.

Great food and lots of it. Had dinner theres Friday night with my family. Best food ever.

The server we had was great. The issue is the drinks are so filled with ice that you can t have about three sips before you need to purchase another. When we approached the manager because after the meal came cold to the table we d suggest some advice he seemed to be a guy who didn t care about anything as long as he was getting his bonus.

Yawn....same same same. Nothing special about this place. Typical cardboard overpriced bland food and waitresses that are only there because they need a job.
