Last minute headed out last night for hubbys birthday dinner & a couple of drinks, my parents recommended Old Town to us many times... we just moved back to Airdrie a few years ago now and I personally havent been here since its rebranding. Were well aware we are late to the goodness served out of this establishment. Before we even mentioned it was his birthday they gave us our side order of Caesar salad free after we forgot to add it during order. Drinks were great, they do the classic Caesar perfectly with that good original rim salt! We had a couple of pizzas and shared the veal cutlet special and they were all sooo good. The complimentary birthday slice of cake was really good hubby said and the staff were kind enough to send it home with a little candle. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Huge fans of the fresh garlic in the Caesar salad, we would come back just for the salad and pizzas alone. This was my husbands first time here and he was very pleased with the food and service.

Went Dec 2024 first time Order large Ham & Pineapple pizza - Zero flavour whatsoever. Lifted up toppings and hardly any pizza sauce underneath. Maybe why it had no flavour! My friend found a piece of wood in her baked quesadilla. No thanks Old Town!

The Food is GREAT !!!! Service is always Good. They have Specials every night at a Great Price!! Love the Pizza, Steak Sandwich, Beef Dip and Wings !!! Parking can be interesting but I park by the Registry Office and walk over. Overall Great place !!!!

We just moved to Airdrie, and see that this place is always packed when we drive bye so we had to try it out, and Im happy we did! Great food at an affordable price! We had 2 appetizers, 2 Entrees and 2 drinks for under $100! 10/10 will definitely be going again!

I grew up with Spiros pizza in Calgary, thinking they were the best, then discovered Old Town Pizza, there pizza is great value but besides that the pizza is my favorite since moved to Airdrie, and just discovered them as was ordering from another place in Airdrie last few years, but Old Town has made me not want to think about any other pizza place. Its outstanding

We did a pick up. Best pizza I have had in ages. That place was packed, and everyone looked happy. Maybe I missed the sign, but they should have a separate line for pickup. I felt weird walking past all the people who had reservations. Will definately buy there again Parking: Lots of parking, but it was full.

I had an all meat pizza and the Greek meatballs. Both were really tasty but the pizza was fantastic. Everything you want out of a local pizza place with tasty sauce, a really nice crust, and plenty of cheese. This place will be a fixture for me now any time Im in town. I cant comment on the service although the delivery was very prompt and the food was nice and hot still when I got it.

My family had been coming here the last few weeks once a week, but after tonight not anymore. Blonde, middle aged waitress/manager seems to always treat us awful. She is not our usual older waitress who was off today (we love her). The first time we saw her she bumped into me hard while holding my two year old enroute to our table and didn t even apologize. Then tonight, while it was extremely slow (only a couple tables) she served us. She commented multiple times on my toddler when we were calming him down (he s fussy sometimes and only two), gave us to go boxes with almost full plates while actively eating and without us asking, and then continued to comment on our kid being tired (he had a three hour nap before we came so unlikely). We felt judged a rushed. Why a manager thinks it s appropriate to comment on someone else s kid is beyond me. Do not come here if you have small kids.

Wings were fresh and delicious even on an incredibly busy wing night. The food never disappoints and the staff are amazing, from the bartenders to the waitresses to the food runners - and the cooks that often go unnoticed, exceptional!

Update: this place is still the best. We were here three thursdays in a row for their steak night! And just had lunch on a saturday and had their pizza! So good! And service is always friendly and amazing! Been here three times on wednesday wings night. Service is fast. Wings are pretty good.

Went there this evening and was told there would be a 20 minute wait 40 minutes later a waitress walked up to me and asked if my group of 4 adults and two babies could sit at two different tables because they had too many reservations to sit us together. When I asked why we were not told that 40 minutes earlier I got a condescending smile and oppz sorry. Its not had to be honest.

My sister in law took me here for lunch. Food was amazing and delicious. Big serving for one person. Yummy fettuccine carbonara.

It s cheap, the quantity is plentiful, and it s okay! In particular, the cheese oven spaghetti is as delicious as eating it in Korea. Its very noisy in the evening and quite quiet at lunch.

My new go to restaurant in Airdrie! Food and prices are great, along with daily specials for certain items and a 7-day (dine in only) pizza special. Parking: First lot usually packed but there s another lot on the other side of the building. Kid-friendliness: Booths with TVs for entertainment.

The food is great, and the daily specials are the best around, but the place is a bit of a zoo. Sometimes its a good environment, but its not uncommon anymore to sit down and see the staff glaring at one another about some issue. The bright side of that is, you can catch a fight in person and it doesnt have to be UFC night either. Anyways, if youre with a group thats mostly in the early 20s, some may be uncomfortable with all the biker gang members that wear their gang branded clothing. Sometimes it seems like the biker gangs own the bar.

really not a fan of the food, I find the pizzas have too many of the toppings and the taste gets overwhelmed by these toppings flavors very fast

Went to this pizza place while visiting a friend in Red Deer. The pizza was amazing. To say it is the best pizza I have ever had is an understatement. Our waitress was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.

I came in Friday night. I have to eat gluten free (celiac). When I asked the server if what I wanted was gluten free, she seemed confused but proceeded to say yes. I ve been sick since and it s been 3 days. Seems like a great place otherwise, I just really wish the staff was more informed/ cautious of allergies and dietary restrictions.

I have been wanting to cone anchovies try their Saturday special veal cutlets. It was not as expected, the was good but the veal itself seemed a little preformed instead of veal cutlet pounded and drenched in four then egg wash the flour again It was good but not great, tried and probably not come back for this particular special. However the steak sandwich in Thursday is pretty consistent and delicious.

Stepped by a few times now and every time has been great. Havent been disappointed with any food choices. Wed stand out the most to me as they have cheap wings and amazing pizzas. They have 2 sides and are family friendly with lots of parking.

Good place..food..everything

Unfortunately we were not able to try the food because we sat seated for 20 minutes with out anyone acknowledging us. Many waitresses walked by that we serving other tables. After 20 minutes we decided to leave and the waiter at the front was on his phone, didn t even look up.

Just placed an order from my cellphone for delivery and the gal taking the order was extremely grouchy and frustrated. Felt Like I should cancel my order. Could have some better customer service!! So disappointed!

Great service, food and atmosphere

Yesterday (Thursday 18 July) my friend and I went to eat. We didnt expect a guitar singer (screamer) to be in the main area, and despite getting a table as far from him as possible, the noise was so loud as to have us yelling at each other across the table. It peaked at 87dB (I measured it) which is illegal without hearing protection provided. Of course, few people know that. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was made from Costco meat - it tasted badly off, cheap and greasy and I had to return it. The (Heinz) ketchup bottle has been refilled with (Costco) ketchup, probably for many years now, judging by the grease-stained labels. The ketchup tastes like Costco ketchup. The $3.25 per soft drink (I had 7Up) was made with tap water and you could taste the tap water! Disgusting for that price. I could have had a can of the real thing for less. My friend had a steak and caesar salad. The salad was greasy. The steak was average at best, and the onions and mushrooms as garnish were also greasy. Our server clearly had an attitude (Ive worked for many years in service) but to her credit she held it back and offered me a full refund on the meal, which I accepted. Hence 3 stars and not 1. I wont ever eat here again though. I dont want to get sick.

We go here almost every Wednesday for date night. The food is great and the staff is friendly. Its so good that it is always busy and they need more parking. But I don think that is something that should stop you from going. It is worth the trip.

Its a great place to have a comfortable meeting and meal. The taste is good, the price is cheap, and the staff is really friendly, so its a place I want to visit often. I highly recommend it as it is a great place to eat out with family or entertain guests~~~^^

I LOVE this place so much that I dont want to tell you about it, or i will never get in or it will be too busy. Lol They have excellent food and at a very affordable price. Take my family of 6 out, and we always have a great time. Caitlyn who is a server there, is amazing as well. Wing night is highly recommended, and their pizza is just as amazing. Worst experience.. we will never go back! Meals were wrong, drinks were terrible.. customer service was horrible. We were there yesterday and we were sitting in the banquet room there was 11 of us and each person had their own bill. We still had to pay a tip and I would have rather not. we asked our server multiple times for stuff and we were ignored. I asked four times to get lemon with my water and finally as soon as I said, excuse me ma am may I please get that lemon for my water she finally brought me a bowl with two that look like they were shrivelled up from a while ago, if you would like to talk to me directly, please give me your name and I will call you and talk to on the phone I can tell you exactly what was on my bill. I can tell you how much it was.

We had a great dinner at Old Town tonight. I ate salmon and salad, and my husband had a steak sandwich. Our food was cooked just right, and there was so much we couldnt finish it all. Well definitely go back again.

Old Town Pizza offers a cozy and lively vibe, complete with a DJ and karaoke that add to the festive atmosphere. The drinks served are refreshingly cold. While I havent sampled the food yet, the service was a mixed experience. The first waitress was attentive and personable; however, the second waitress didnt quite meet the same standard. Despite this, were looking forward to our next visit.

Emma was a great waitress 10/10 service. Very accommodating. Caribbean wing very interesting, worth trying because of the unique flavour but I probably wouldnt order it again. Hot Honey garlic wings werent very garlicky but it wasnt bad. Donair pizza said generous amount of donair but it was only 1 layer so I was quite disappointed in the height. Pizza tasted good regardless

THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD!!! Heres why: I had to post this before I left... First of all, if you look at the picture, my bill owing.. Has been crossed off... why?... so; I called in and made my order thinking I had the money to cover it... even added a extra side to bump the bill up (thinking I was more than able to afford it)... Upon checking my account... Suddenly it shows a payment had been taken out... and I was now broke... I called in, apologized for the unfortunate inconvenience and explained that I had no choice but to cancel my order. They were kind and understanding and submitted my request to cancel... Soon after, I got a call back from the Manager, telling me the order was already made, and offered me to still come get it and pay next time... I am shocked and AMAZED with the kind and very genuine and pure response with their offer... I have never in my life seen or heard let alone experienced such a show of good faith by any institution ever before as this... This restaurant was already my favorite, and my most recommended choice when given the choice... And now, they are absolutely holding that 1st place in my heart and soul for as long as I live... They could easily be doing this for me, and completely risk the very realistic possibility that I never return, and never keep my word on paying back next time... I could easily change my number or just show up and never giving my number would mean they wouldnt even know it was me who owed them for this meal... however. With this show of their good faith.. I absolutely plan on ordering another meal come pay day, paying for the amount owing, and plan to personally give them the biggest percentage tip Ive ever given before... and I hold my word on this... OldTown... next time you see me, next week, when I pay my owing and the order I make next... You will be getting a 100% tip. This I promise.. thank you for being so genuine, so rare, and generous beyond compare of any other institute out there. OLD TOWN FOR LIFE!!

This establishment may have the best bar in the world. The following list highlights the many elite features: 1. The staff are amazing. Kim, Jeff, Selena in particular can banter, whip up drinks, hang, and serve with the best of them. We met like 5 other great staff too. All top of the line. 2. The happy hour is like 5 hours during peak hours. We are pounding beers like crazy and racking up $25 bills. 3. The daily specials are awesome (except maybe the veal cutlet one). Great food portions, prices. Also the hot wing / onion ring combo was life changing. 4. The music bingo night was phenomenal. We had dance offs, won trivia, heard great tunes, and the host of it even bought as a jug of beer. 5. In the corner there are like 4 tables stacked together, which forced us to mingle with local characters, and other curling teams. Some of them think we are hockey players. Others have become our curling coach, 6. We instantly won on the VLT machine. Easy money baby. 7. The decor on the wall is both confusing and amazing. Is it cowboy themed? Music themed? Sport themed? Biker themed? Somehow it s all of the above and more. 8. It was stumbling distance to a hotel and the curling rink. The convenience is superb. 9. The shot selection is phenomenal, plus we came often enough to get some bonus prizes. 10. We have come here 7 times in 2 days and we still keep coming back. It s got staying power. I recommend franchising and creating locations in every small town in Canada. Overall we had a great experience here. A+ weekend.

The best food & staff in town as far as Im concerned

Its the usual pub food youd expect from a place like this. Nothing fancy. Was just there last night and ordered the steak sandwich medium. Came out well done and had to send it back. Waited for our bill for nearly 20 minutes and the section we were sat in wasnt very busy.

Coziest country restaurant, their butternut ravioli has to be my favourite by far.

Best Pizza in town, and Ive tried most of them

My family and I went to celebrate some birthdays. There is ample room for large gatherings though that particular dining room had a lot of room reverb which made the din white loud and difficult to hear our party at times due to the number of people in the room. It could use some baffling to dampen the overall sound. The service staff was friendly and prompt with greeting us and taking our orders. The food came out in a timely manner and the portion sizes were more than generous. I had the veal cutlet special which was only. $13! The veal was lightly breaded and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Didnt even need a knife to cut through it. The mash, and side that accompanied the dish were fresh and flavorful. I cant stand when a restaurant uses frozen veg. These were not. Gravy was a bit on the salty side but it meant I didnt need to add any seasoning to the dish. I would definitely order again. I tried some of the fish and chips my girlfriend had. Batter was very crispy though the edges were over done in her fish which made it cheery and dry. Overall it was a great dining experience, I definitely recommend Old Town if youre in Airdrie. Quality and quantity for the dollar its hard to beat which explains why its full all the time.

I have just moved to Airdrie and so far we really like this place. They have late night delivery which is was perfect while moving. The pizza was small but very good. The carbonate pasta is the best I have had from a restaurant in a long time. Went on Monday for the beef dip special with a ceasar salad. I would not order the ceasar salad again it was way too garlicy for me and I love garlic I put it on everything. The roast beef was way overcooked and very dry and tough. My husband got the beef and vegetable soup as a side with his beef dip and gave me a bite. It was delicious. I would recommend most dishes so far from here.

This is consistently the only restaurant in airdrie my family wants to go to. I have never been disappointed by a meal here. The only downside is the parking lot, there is not enough parking for their capacity. But I still give it 5 stars because the food is great and it is priced well!

Great pizza, reminds of the best pizzas I had in my childhood in the 90s. First time Ive tried their pizza, but it was somehow nostalgic (in a very good way). Loads of cheese, high quality toppings, cooked to perfection. Stick to your ribs kind of pizza, in all the right ways. Staff are very friendly and efficient, owner is such a nice man too. Stop in for some of the best pizza you can get anywhere.

Went there on a Friday night around 5pm, lounge side was very busy, and restaurant side was filling up, got a table right away. Our server was very friendly, food came out hot and rather quickly considering how busy it was. Wife had fish/chips, I had beef dip, both were delicious, will definitely be going back again. Best pizza in the house dont forget that its special steak day $12 every thursday . Much cheaper than bigmac at mcdonald or any other fastfood. But you will be wowwed how tasty it is. And zervice is fast and friendly. Cant say no more.. its our thursday
