The food is fantastic, sometimes their is a barrier in correlation with the customer service, if you ask for something you may not get it , like extra of what ever set item you order may be missing, this happens quite frequently. When taking soups to go they may not always separate dry goods from wet causing problems during transportation.
I have been to this location a few times now however this time around I wasn’t so impressed. The food was mediocre, I got the Tokyo Glaze with tofu and the kung pao. The tofu tasted very rubbery.. not to mention after paying I saw a sign on the back of the window that said 2 for 22$ but the cashier failed to mention it. I paid full price for my meals and when I asked her about the deal she said “you need to mention it to me before the purchase” , which i found rather frustrating as I didn’t realize I needed to look at all the walls in the restaurant prior to ordering to see if they have a promotion happening.
First of all, I’d like to start with the service here. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been treated this well at any establishment. I’m guessing it was the owner serving us because people just aren’t this nice anymore. Secondly, I couldn’t help notice how clean the place was. You literally couldn’t find a speck of dirt or a crumb anywhere. Like seriously, not even in the hard to clean places. Finally, the food was great. Very delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! 5/5
Stopped in for a late lunch today to go. Had the Mongolian Stir Fry with Beef. Was pretty good. Lots of noodles or should I say “oodles” of noodles. 😂 A bit on the salty side so if you are sensitive I’m sure you could make a special request.
Wish I didn’t stop here. I got the butter chicken Mac and cheese and the salad rolls. I’ve never been so disappointed. There’s hardly any shrimp in the rolls and when u do get to one it is so fishy and dehydrated/old. The Mac and cheese had a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top and there was hardly any taste. At least it had real chicken, but other than that is was awful. I think I ate 1/4th of my food, and I like food. I spent $21 for this garbage. The Staff were so kind, I hate to be so disrespectful, but ick. I’m mad I wasted so much money on something I can’t even stomach. Also the seating was so dirty I didn’t want to sit down. Grease stains all over the benches.
Great place for kids and adults! This has been an incredible alternative to burgers and pizza for my 6 year old when we're out and about. They have a great kids meal option and it's a very generous portion. My son also loves that he gets to pick out the box, as they have fun graphics to choose from. The staff is very friendly and nice, overall just great service and yummy food!
The Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese and Butter Chicken Poutine are very tasty, although I haven't tried the other dishes, so I can not say whether they are good or not. The staff was very nice. The wait was somewhat long for 3 dishes with no one else inside as takeout orders seemed to take priority but it was nothing too crazy. Overall, a very good place to eat some noodles.
First timer here, I really enjoyed the combo box I got from them. Everything tasted phenomenal and the spice was just right. The only thing I disliked in the box was the big strips of cabbage I think or maybe it was leek but it was very “branchy” threw the whole experience of the food off. Once I figure out what it was I’ll asked to have it removed on my next order. Other than that great Value!!!

This place is great! Super friendly staff with nice conversations and service. Plus delicious food made in an open fire wok right in front of you. I got the hakka chilli chicken, the portions are very good and the flavour and texture is on point. Would definitely come again!

Best Wor Wonton soup ever! The young man who took our order was friendly, efficient and checked on us more than once to see how we were doing! Excellent service! An A+ and will definitely return! Kid-friendliness: Very patient & friendly with my friend s young grandson, gave him paper to draw on. A kids meal was offered in a cute box containing an entée and a juice box. Perhaps crayons & pictures to colour would help to entertain younger kids once they were finished their meal! Wheelchair accessibility: Although bars were installed by the toilet, the toilet itself was quite low. Automatic doors would be a huge asset to enter & exit the restaurant!

Recently visited the Oodles Noodle location in Airdrie. Your Veggie Lover lists Mix Sauce on the menu which contains Oyster sauce in the ingredient list posted in your store. Guessing it is the same menu in all the locations. Please make the necessary sauce changes to the Veggie Lover item as it is not a vegetarian meal. People who do not eat meat products would not know about this. It is false advertisement. We ended up getting the onion cake (mostly dough), Lemongrass box, 1000 years and stir-fry vegetables box (which filled only half the box). The food was very disappointing and bland. None of the flavors came through in the sauces and none of them tasted good. If we werent too tired to drive back to the restaurant after work, we would have gone back for a refund.

Tried for the first time last night and I quite liked it! We got the ginger beef and sangipura (I may be spelling that wrong). I would have liked if the ginger beef was a bit crispier but the flavours were very solid - you can taste the real ginger. Large portions as well and nice fresh veggies. Ill be back!

From ordering upto savouring the last drip of the sauce of your oodle noodle will give you the most satisfying feeling ever!! Would love to go back every payday or whenever I feel down. The interior is instagramable too!

A great new find!....Had the Kung Pao with beef made extra spicy....Almost as good as some of the Hawkers dishes I had throughout my extensive travels in the Far East. Requested the cook to spice it up like you want to hurt me. She surely completed the task!....Fairly priced, good portion size, and a broad menu. I Shall Return
The classic Edmonton asian fusion chain has finally made it to the greater Calgary area. Super friendly staff, extremely clean and inviting restaurant if you want to eat in. The food is always hot and packed with flavor. Pricing/portions are very reasonable for this style of quick noodle based dishes. Definitely hope this becomes a staple to the people of Airdrie and Calgary.

Cute packaging of food but not flavourful.
Tofu was soggy and gross. Not a lot of flavour. Mixed vegetables consisted of mostly cabbage and carrots, 2 pieces of broccoli.

The person working took the dietary restrictions of the people ordering before us seriously. While there was an extra wait for us I appreciated the fact that they appear to take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously. Once the previous order was filled our order was quick, delicious and delivered right to our table.

Ive been eating here quite a bit over the last few months and the staff are always so friendly, the food is delicious everytime, large portions and reasonably priced for the type of food it is. Definitely recommend checking them out if youre in Airdrie.
More people should eat here! Absolutely love the food and Ive had it quite a few times at this point! Personal favourites at this point are the Singapura box, the Hakka chilli chicken, and the Mongolian beef! Delicious, filling, and fresh! Amazing owners and staff! Very accommodating and caring! Can accommodate seafood/shellfish allergies. Switching the shrimp in the salad rolls for chicken was super easy! Great takeout containers with cool art! Honestly wanted to try this place for awhile as I always support local restaurants in airdrie. The food was hot and well portioned however quite expensive for the quality. This is only based off one dish and my first experience but if youre going to advertise your food is authentic I would expect the ingredients and quality of ingredients to match that description. There was little care taken into quality of the meat (or lack there of) along with other ingredients in this dish, very confusing type of cuisine. Sorry but 2 stars is enough.

Bland, mushy noodles with no flavour or texture. Was super disappointed.
Food arrived and the courier swiftly placed the delivery on the table on our porch, RANDY the doorbell and took off. The soup was not in the soup bowl but in the bottom of the delivery bag. Disgusting ! Called up Oodle Noodle and basically was told it had nothing to do with them! Will not be going back there.
Very friendly staff, clean place. Food however is on the bland side, flavours arent as strong as similar restaurants.
We ordered two appetizers and two different main courses, all vegetarian. The green onion cakes were different, which was fun, though they could be more flavorful. The vegetarian spring rolls were fine. The main courses, however, had few vegetables or good flavor or nutrition. They were both mostly just sweet, oily noodles. There was plenty of it, though. To be honest, there are so many restaurants around here that we probably wont be back.
Did take out here and got the tofu lemongrass box and Vietnamese salad rolls. The staff were lovely and very friendly. I found the food salty though and there was no lemongrass flavour in the noodles I got. I do have to say that they put in a good amount of veggies though and the Vietnamese salad rolls were great. I just think the sauce they use is too salty for my taste. Edit: I have tried oodle noodle in edmonton but this location just fell short of my expectations.

Most of our order was decent, but that butter chicken mac n cheese was awful. It was bland mac n cheese with curry. Nothing else. Not even close to butter chicken
This was my first time ordering from Oodle Noodle. Everything was nice and hot , and the portions are very large. The Vietnamese spring rolls where lovely I really enjoyed them. I ordered the low carb meal and it wasnt bad at all , it just wasnt anything special. I wasnt really enjoying it and I wish I could tell you why. I think it just taste like a very plain stir fry I made once. When I order out I look for something special and different. These views are mine alone , and everyone has different preferences so I would still say give them a try. After all this is only one dish on the menu.
Ordered the first time here to try out and support locals. Absolutely tasteless, their thousand flavour was nothing but sweet and full of teriyaki sauce and noodles. I even paid for extra veggies there was more noodles than anything else. No flavour at all. I do not recommend this place or order from here again.

I think Ive had better noodles from the grocery store. Ordered the spicy noodle bowl and did not detect a single hint of spice. Sauce doesnt taste made in house more like out of a jar. Chicken looked boiled then diced up with no color whatsoever. Ordered the veggie spring rolls but got pork and they were pretty lackluster. This is just plain bad

I finally got a chance be to try out this new restaurant in Airdrie and all I can say is WOW There portions are HUGE and everything is made fresh in a wok right in front of you! The freshness and taste is out of this world It is my new favourite place in Airdrie to eat! They have a massive dining area and it super clean and modern. Can t say enough great things about this place. I had the Premium Box called the Bun Cha Gio and it came with 3 spring rolls and enough for my to have leftovers for lunch for $15.95! Amazing! Check out this hidden gem located on the corner of Center Ave & Main Street. Lots of parking available. Even after eating almost all the huge portion I don t feel all gross and greasy. So healthy and delicious. If you download the Oodle Noodle App you get a FREE Noodle Box as well Enjoy
I ordered the Kung pow and I didnt like the over cooked chicken, the large chunks of cabbage or the flavor, but it was OK. Ill definitely be choosing Noodlebox over this place.

I ordered some gluten free laksa. The food was simple and the taste. Wow. It was very tasty. The vegetables tasted fresh. The flavours were well balanced.
I have to preface that this review is for me personally - my taste preferences. We ordered a family bundle meal via door dash. The food arrived on time and was hot. But the flavours themselves we found were just really lacking and not a more authentic style we normally like. But again that s not likely who they are or who they cater to, we just prefer more authentic flavours, spice etc. The noodles were cooked fine and the quantity was sufficient for the price. There was also one big piece of beef gristle in one of our boxes. So all that being said, the low rating is simply because just mainly weren t a huge fan of the flavours and we tried 4 kinds.
Well be back for sure and cant wait to try all the menu. Clean and nice place plus friendly staff. Highly recommended
