Ordered delivery at 4pm. Told 30-40 mins. 2 hours later food showed up cold with a sorry to make it warmer. Not impressed. Seems to be going down hill, used to be our go to place.

People are super friendly, and I have to say the size of the pizza is awesome and the taste is amazing! Highly recommended!

Pizza is good, if they have it Frequently don t have pizza around lunchtime?

The pizza is inconsistent. A few times we have gone it has been amazing leaving us wanting more. Unfortunately we had a bad experience and thought it was a one off so tried again and that was not the case. We will still try it one more time as we did enjoy it to start with but usually its cheesy and had good amout of toppings

First time walking in couldn t help but notice how clean this restaurant was. Talk about service with a smile, all staff members including the owner were extremely friendly. Don t get me started on the food, it was so good that I ll be back tomorrow. Hands down the best pizza I ve had since moving to Alberta.

Always a hit or miss with this place order take out with skip the dishes and the only they gave us the wrong order (update )we figured we would give this place another try yet again!! They messed the order once again seems to be an on going issue doesn t matter if u use skip or Call them!! they just don t wanna give u what u order!! Always messing up the bbq chicken with the other chicken pizza. We will no longer support this business and will drive to the calgary location were they give you what u want

Their pizza is absolutely delicious and their service is always great! This is my new favorite spot to eat. The wings are my absolute favorite wings out of any place in Airdrie and Calgary.

This is by far the best pizza we have found in Airdrie. Far superior to any larger chain restaurants and easily beats the other local pizza joints. The pizza is always well made and there are tons of options for toppings. The staff are always super courteous, helpful and have always followed direction.

We just moved to airdrie almost a year ago and we ve found our favourite pizza joint, the donair pizza is top notch (comparable to Seniores pizza in Calgary) the garlic sticks are also phenomenal

Great Pizza! Have a ton of options. My favourite one is Meat Lovers and Chicken Tandoori. Both are on point! Consistently good and fresh. Its my go to pizza place in Airdrie! Plus had their wings multiple times - I hey are bomb as-well - get the honey garlic ones!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas for $45 dollars with delivery. And litterly not enough toppings. Not enough sauce or cheese!! STOP cheaping out on your toppings! This place has gone down in quality and is not worth spending your money. Chicago deep dish or CPU is a better option for your hard earned money!

I order butter chicken for 16.79$ ( served with rice) but I got rice served with butter chicken it s not even a portion for kids. Never go back there. I don t recommend

Really bad customer service. Three times ordered Butter Chicken Pizza but got BBQ Chicken pizza when opened up at home. Today I ordered Butter Chicken pizza over the phone again and came to pick up my order they said you ordered BBQ chicken pizza. I repeated three times over the phone for Butter Chicken Pizza. They don t even want to listen anything from customers and started arguing and stated they are right. Pure desi style garbage customer service. Even they are expensive in all over the town with zero customer service and not making proper customer orders.

2 stars because Pizza was ok. However, the person that prepped our order in store was walking around outside with no shoes on, then went inside, and proceeded to serve our pick up order. She washed and sanitized her hands sure that s good but I have never experienced anything like that so I was a bit shook. Maybe tell your staff to wear shoes????

We order panjabi veggi pizza . It s was very bad in taste nd poor quality my . Daughter had stomach pain after eating half a slice . Over loaded with cheese and sauce . Worst pizza of my life .

Took over an hour and when it arrived was barely warm. Thought I was ordering from Mr Pizza. Where is the cheese???? Quality was poor and prices were ridiculous. Had to add cheese to eat it. Almost didnt pay for it, but not the delivery guys fault. PASS for next time. Will never order again. Ended up throwing it all out.

Pizza Cottage in Airdrie has the most tastiest pizzas! Its the right amount of savoury and spicy, and the bread/crust is so fluffy. Priced are reasonable and they always have good deals! The staff is so polite and quick, they make sure you leave satisfied. Definitely has become my favourite out of all of the bigger chains!

My family and I visited this place while we were visiting Banff and Calgary. We were not disappointed! The portions are great and the flavor options are plentiful. We really enjoyed the family vibe the place gave off.

The pizza delivery was very very late, and the operator on the line was no help. He would only way that it was on its way. we live 3 blocks from the restaurant, and it took another 15 minutes to arrive. not impressed.

I live in Mississauga Ontario, every time I come to Calgary/Airdrie Pizza Cottage is a must stop! Their pizza is very delicious and baked wings are next level! store front is always spic span and friendly staff, if you are local or traveling this way it s worth stopping by.

Becareful ordering from this place, they do not advertise Halal and no pork in products so if you didn t know this and ordered 5 topping pizza and you ask for bacon your getting turkey or chicken. Wasted $50 at this place tonight.

Spent 60 dollars and they sent me the wrong pizza and forgot my pop. So I called and they sent another pizza and pop. This time wrong pop. Food was OK but not good.

Ordered last night for the first time - delicious. Crust was super light and lots of toppings. Needed a little bit more sauce but thats minor. Delivery was almost too fast lol as it got here 30 mins BEFORE it was supposed too, but i would rather early than late. We will order for sure again, its much better than our other place close which we are boycotting due to their reckless covid stand.

I specifically asked for extra saucy, well done Wings.. The gentleman that took my order and probably made it over exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with how the wings and pizza turned out. Thank you very much. We found out must have pizza and wings in town

Ordered online and didnt realize I ordered two family packs when I got to the store to pick up my food there was four large pizzas that I didnt know what was going on and when the guy told me that this was my order I let him know that I only intended on ordering one pack and accidentally ordered to they refunded me for the one family pack and let me keep the entire order thanks guys for being so generous and kind

The Pizza here is pretty good. Good crust and good amount of toppings. Pretty good price for a slice too! Customer service is always good here as well.

Best pizza in Airdrie! We usually get the Tandoori chicken pizza with cheesy bread combo and both are amazing! The cheesy bread has lots of cheese on it and lots of flavour. The Tandoori pizza (amazing crust btw) of my favorite pizza joint in Calgary before they shut down. Above and beyond service from the owner and staff as well!

I tried to order online and was about to finish the order but the last step was trying to force me to put my credit card info in even though I was picking it up and planning to pay with debit. Pretty stupid setup and I guess I won t even get to try the food.

The customization is good, the service is great, and the pizza is satisfactory

As a student within walking distance I would say pizza cottage is a classic hangout and eat spot for students in the area and they have a great selection with their ice cream and sides. The $3 student slice is perfect for a quick bite thats filling and tasty can be a bit hot and crowded in the pizza cottage but for taking out its great meal for your money.

I walked in, ord, ered a meat lovers pizza. The services was GREAT! The lady who took my order was very professional and lovely. She told me how long it would be, with a guarantee smile. Took it Home... pizza taste amazing! The only reason I didn t give a 5 star is that the pizza crust was a bit tough, kind of like a thick cracker. Some advice would be to either soften the crust or add an butter, garlic dip to soften it a bit. *update. The Mcrust Much better. Service is still great, the only criticism I have is that your Hawaiian pizza needs to tone down on the pineapple, you only put one slice of ham but a whole can of pineapple on it.

Love that I can order online & have my pizza ready to pick up. So convenient! Ive ordered a couple of times & they have always had great pizzas & flavours. This is actually our friends new favorite pizza place too as they didnt know about them until I brought their pizza. Its always hot so I can just show up with pizza at our friends place. After finding them on Google , I knew this was our new place to get pizza when in the Airdrie area.

Pizza Cottage is not like the big chains - their boxes just got logos a few weeks ago. They are the little guys, in the little space, delivering big taste. The staff are all friendly, and even called me once when my pick up order was ready before I arrived. The dough is perfect. A little bit sweet, the right density and consistency, and no factory flavour. Toppings are generous and properly distributed on the pizza, leaving just enough crust for those who like it. Try the Punjabi and Tandoori pizzas - amazing!

I am not sure if they have new management, but things have changed at Pizza Cottage lately and it isnt for the better. The pizza dough used to be thicker and perfectly cooked and the sauce used to be just a little tangy. Lately the dough has been way to thin on the main part of the pizza and the crust has been thicker, almost as if they are stretching the dough too much. It has also been under cooked in some parts and a little burnt in others. The sauce seems different now as well, a little sweeter and with a somewhat unpleasant taste and there is rarely enough on the pizza. The service, however, has always been great and they do have some great cheesy bread that is essentially garlic fingers.

I had heard the food was good, so I had looked online for a menu, called, and placed the order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the cost was more than I was quoted online. I was told that there was an error online, and it wasnt valid pricing. After some negotiating, it was honoured. To avoid future confusion, I grabbed a menu from the counter. The pizza is good. Today I placed an order, from the menu that I had grabbed a few weeks ago. I asked, on the phone for the total. Again, it was more than what was quoted. When I asked, I was told that the menus were a mis-print. If informationis incorrect, it should not be made available to clientele, or it should be honoured. Even llamas can get their poop in a group. Its a shame that their customer service is lacking, because the food is good.

Ordered a pizza was told would be 30 mins gave them an hour never showed up. Called to get an ETA and it was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for a driver. Was told it would be another 25 minutes still. Very poor derlievery service.

Food was good. My only complaint would be the delivery person should not hand people the Interac device already at the tip screen. Its a little presumptuous and unprofessional. I understand that drivers depend on the tips but that is the wrong way to go about getting one.

They gave me cold wings and pizza 1 hr after I ordered for 34.99 on a26.99 deal and Jeff argued with me and said it was there delivery service problem and a 8$ delivery fee and im expected to tip as well, unbelievable Ive been with them for 3 years and Jeff was just down right rude
