Stopped there and the vegetables were so gross, they had been sitting out all day and were like dried right out! When I mentioned to the worker he just said ya we cut all the veggies first thing in the morning and I said gross so they just sit out all day and you don t keep them fresh? He didn t even answer me and just looked at me, Anyways I ordered the donairs for my family anyways because we had to eat not the best donair because I knew how gross the veggies were while I was eating it, not sure I would return or recommend

Im obsessed. Ok I m STILL obsessed with Prarie Donair but I just ordered a combo that comes with fries and they don t have any dipping sauce that comes with it ($1.29 extra) and don t carry ketchup. PD you re better than this. I demand saucy justice.

0 STARS IF I HAD THE OPTION This has got to be the WORST donair I have ever had. First off for the price it is half the size of the one you get at any other donair place . 13 BUCKS FOR A SMALL which is the size of my tiny wrist. My husband got the Philly steak and it tasted like canned dog food. I got the beef and it was so dry I should have just bought a bag of beef Jerky. The wrap is not thin its very thick and tasted doughy. And they wrap them in tinfoil which get stuck to your wrap. Awful place and Ive had donairs across canada through the US. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The food is pretty good, the guy helping was patient with me and told me what was on the wrap. First time trying and would go again.

As promised, I will give these guys an honest review. We saw a post on Facebook, today was day 1 of their opening! We went in and were greeted by all three staff members. Super friendly and within minutes knew we would have to go back just for the staff! Im a large guy so I went to with large donair east coast, my girlfriend went with medium lamb and chicken. We opted for combo and got some killer French fries, very fluffy, perfectly salty! We got home with only a few fries on the way home, had to save them because we were hooked up with Chipotle dip and garlic dip. The donairs were amazing, best Ive had in a while! Go there! Do it now

This place seems very unsanitary. Went in today waited 10 minutes and walked out after seeing how unprofessional and to be honest how gross they were. Watched someone in the kitchen touch theyre nose (without gloves) and go back to touching things around the kitchen. Drywall dust was everywhere and it did not look like it had a proper cleaning before opening! I dont like leaving poor reviews but I feel this is the right thing to do in this case. I wouldnt eat here and dont plan too in the future.

Yesterday I saw ad on Facebook this place is open. So, I decided to try them out. I was welcomed by the owner( don t remember his name).He was very friendly and his service was excellent. As it was my first time at Prairie donair I wasn t sure what to order. Owner suggested me some items from his menu . And it was really delicious.I will definitely come back .

I ve been craving a donair lately and wanted to check this new place out. They did not disappoint! The donair meat was JUICY and flavourful, everything tasted super fresh. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming and seemed excited to have us in. Would highly recommend and will be back again.

I rarely hand out 5 stars, but I really enjoyed the food here. Theres no dine in option, and its a pretty small location, but Im ok with that. I had an order of fries and got some spicy dip and garlic sauce. The fries were excellent on their own, but the dips were a welcomed addition. Lightly seasoned, beautifully crispy and fluffy interior, this is what fries should aspire to be! I had asked for them to make me a donair to their liking, and I got a chicken and beef creation that was sublime! The meats were tender and flavourful, the bread was fresh and delicious, and the layers of sauce made it so there was no flavor fatigue. Ill be back for sure, I still need to check out the Halifax style donair!

These guys have the best tasting donair around. Even in Calgary I have found the Donair to mostly be inadequate. A good east coast donair is hard to find. But these guys have done it way better than anyone around here! If you know a good east coast donair come here! If you don t, you need to come here and try it! Plus their menu is quite vast, even having a different deal every day of the week for a different wrap! And it s conveniently located on Main Street, there is no better after bar food than donair! Eat here, you want be disappointed, I bring all my friends here. Spread the word

Reasonably priced as well in comparison to other donair/shawarma places in town. Vegetarian options: They have falafel as a vegetarian option for Wraps, skillets and salads.

Delightfully delicious. The place is absolutely spotless and it was wonderful to see they practice all the food safety rules, fresh glove, washing hands, all of it. The service was too notch. Friendly, kind and customer service is a top priority. The food we got was spectacular. We had seen online a date night package and even though we went to pick it up and it was an online option only they accommodate us and we recieved this bundle. Its one of the most amazing Donair and Poutine ever. I recommend them completely. Enjoy, you wont be disappointed.

The most tasteless chicken shawarma in Airdrie, the sauces have no flavour. Wanted to try the perogies but they told me they have never had them. Told them to take them off the menu then. They grilled them and they were warm not hot.We tried it and will not come back, save your money.

Owner and staff are super friendly. Been there four times since they opened, every single time the food is fantastic. Cant wait to cycle through the whole menu.

I got the carnivore poutine with extra garlic sauce for tonight, that was fantastic and tomorrow I am having the Philly cheese steak poutine. Based on today five stars. Also is very happy to see on the menu that they are gluten free and keto too.
