Ordered 2 cheeses got none. No sprouts. Empty pita waste of money UPDATE. I recently went to the extreme pita in town and the service / pita was full perfect. Why would anyone even come give these scam ppl business at pita pit.

ordered 2 chicken caesars with bacon. each pita came with 1 slice of bacon and minimal chicken. i prefer to have my pitas as is and not with loads is additional toppings. i unwrapped them when i got home and they were less than half full. basically just bread and lettuce for $28 for 2. immediately regret going there.. won't again.
Be aware of what they are charging!! Guy tried to charge $35 on two pita’s and two bags of chips. I questioned twice when he said the total. I gave him $35 and then immediately gave me $10 back. I won’t be back they are not trustworthy. Brutal!!
Food is palatable, but they never have all the ingredients, and they don't tell you when you order that they don't have all the ingredients (ie: Romaine, ceasar dressing, parmesan, crouton etc.). Furthermore I ordered a Chicken Ceasar wrap and my chicken was made alongside a Buffalo Chicken therefore my Chicken Ceasar was cooked in Buffalo hot sauce 😡 Staffing is always an issue at peak times, one person taking orders, answering phones and preparing orders, long wait times on lunch hour. Not going back.....I have gone 4 or 5 times, always the same issues.
I've been coming to this location for over 20 years now and I'm afraid I may not come in again. This is the second time that I've gotten a pita that completely falls apart in my hands and this time I had to eat it with a fork. I love what you offer but the quality of things are not what they use to be.
My rice bowl is full and very delicious. I always come to this location for a take-out lunch.
Made a decent order here. Everything was wrong. Smoothies were liquid, and had orange in the strawberry banana and half full, no frozen yogurt, and pita was not toasted and onions were not grilled. Picture is an untouched "smoothie". Extremely dissapointed. Will not be going back here ever.

Dec 31/23 - 12:00 pm If i could give zero stars i would. We walked in waited for 10 mins for someone to show up. Did not understand english. We made a gluten free request. Did not understand, calling his buddy buddy what to do and tells us he couldnt clean the grill because it would take too long. Fine give me the turkey cold. We asked for lettuce he goes to the back brings out mushrooms and spinach. We are severely sensitive to mushrooms and he did not want to redo it. Asked to take the muchrooms off. I will never come here again. Infact, i believe a health inspector should pay a visit here. And they just very well might......

Would not go back guy was so concerned with the customer behind us he kept wanting to go serve him instead of cooking our food. He then over cooked my wifes chicken so it was soggy and gross. All the veggies were almost rotten. Would not go back. Terrible service.

I believe this is the only location that survived the whole Covid thing. None left in Calgary, and that sucks. If you are in Airdrie, stop and try a chicken pita. You wont be sorry!

I used to eat here all the time I can t believe how small of portion the chicken is in the wrap literally 1 ounce he put two pieces on the grill. I don t know if it s because the East Indians have taken over but they don t understand English it was literally the smallest wrap I ve ever seen in my life And I ve eaten there for years. I ll never go back. The pita was so dried out it was crispy. Their motto is fresh, but there anything but fresh they don t have any green peppers even

Ive loved Pita Pit at every location Ive tried. Until tonight. I was so disappointed. I dont know if it was because the guy was working alone and in a hurry? But the wraps were wrapped so so sloppy. The pita itself was not fresh, i had to rip multiple hard pieces off. Just a super disappointing experience for the food i usually love.
The food was excellent staff very friendly. But the restaurant was disgusting. The food area needed a good cleaning, and the bathrooms were terrible.
I love it here but won t go there anymore until the place is clean. I can t imagine the food I eat is in a place that s so unkept. Let me know when it s clean and I ll come back.

Advertising everywhere for products but then you go to order and they don t have anything. What s the point of having it in multiple menus (online, in store, flyers) if you don t carry what you say you do?

Food was great but had to wait 25 minutes for 4 Pitas to be made. Only 1 staff working it was busy on a Sunday afternoon.
Pita was extremely dried up on one side and tasted stale. Vegetables werent fresh, as the lettuce was brown. Very disappointed as that was my lunch!!!!

The product tasted great and was good value but there were two things I noticed. First the employee who served us wasnt engaged in his job at all. Seemed like he just wanted to get back to his smart phone or something. Second we ordered two pitas, a small and a large. For the difference in price, Id go for the large now every time. Small is really small and for the difference in price between them, the large is a much better value. Well go back though. Very tasty.

Quick service and clean
We were having a super busy day at work today, and wanted to put on lunch for the staff (about 70 people). Usually we do pizza....This was a GREAT Treat for everyone! Our staff feels appreciated, and nourished. Ordering yesterday, for pick up today of 6 platters, All ready, at time we needed. Presentation was FANTASTIC. Service was FANTASTIC. They even gave us a platter of cookies for free! Great Job Airdrie Pita Pit!!!
Good if you watch them cook it and let them know its about to be burnt Before it is. When there are no other customers the staff doesnt seem to focus on what they are doing. Better when busy... which seems backwards to me.
We just moved from Guelph to Airdrie and only eat pita pit. I must say..it was disgusting. Not only did they not have white pits but she burned my damn chicken. Who burns chicken when there is only one customer?
Worst service I have ever received. The woman was rude and just did not care. They were out of cheese. I asked if she had more she said nope just like that. I find it highly unlikely they were out. Also had to fight with her to give me a card for the pass. I will NEVER go back to this franchise and my food on the grill was burnt and everything else was watery and sloppy. Should be no stars but I didnt have a choice.
