I bought a foot long cold cut combo and she put shredded cheese on it that was the right amount for a 6 in I told her that’s not enough for a foot long. She then charged me for extra cheese. She didn’t give me extra cheese 😡she gave me what is supposed to be on a foot long
The people working here are pretty rude. And they slap your sandwich together. When I asked for it to be made nicely they were even more rude. Not worth the money
This place has gone significantly downhill in that the subs have become awful. If you don’t pay attention, you’ll be walking out of there with nothing on your bread. This is a picture of a loaded veggie sub that costs top dollar. Nothing on it but sauce and no veggies hardly to be seen.
Arrived 10-15 minutes before closing and clerk wasn’t going to serve us as she started cleaning up. Needed to convince to be served and then on restricted a basis only with no toasting. Received sub finally and ended up with the wrong topping dressing.
Both ladies were excellent, super kind, and efficient. My experience with them could not have been better. There was an awful customer that unfortunately came in and took out his anger on them for making what he'd asked as he asked it. Both ladies handled the situation very well despite his unwarranted anger towards them.
It was clean nice lighting and cool nice for a hot day they were nice didn’t rush me and didn’t constantly say (and thennn) no complaints 11/10 would go again
Should’ve checked reviews before I ordered here. Ditto to the last review…worst Subway I have ever been to. Ordered two rice bowls that were so small they barely filled half the bowl. I also ordered jerk chicken and shawarma chicken…got plain old regular chicken with both. They’re either total cheapskates or incompetent or both. Will never order here again.
I ordered takeout from Uber eats from this location. I started eating it only to realize one whole side of the bun was moldy.. I reported it to Uber eats but didn’t recieve any email back so I ended up calling this location to report it to someone working there and they then pretended like they suddenly couldn’t hear me on the phone although seconds earlier he could hear me no problem. So unprofessional, and I am questioning the cleanliness of this location. I am now sick from this.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Every time we go you dont have bread baked, the veggies are soggy/wilted/brown, no shredded cheese for the Salad. You throw in full vegetables in the salad instead of cutting them like every other Subway. Its disappointing and gross. After multiple chances we will not be back.
Used to be good.. Now they skimp on toppings just to save a buck.. And they are so rude.. I will not be back

Worst restaurant in all of Airdrie, I ordered subs for my GF and I online with delivery fees and all, when I called to see about the delivery (as it was very late) the guy answered the phone and said we dont deliver, so I asked for a refund, he said he would refunded it. 2 weeks later, no refund I went into the store 3 times to see about my refund and nobody in the store can speak any English. I was given the run around the a manager would call me and that also never happened. I ended up having to call my credit card company and after an investigation, they refunded me the $30. This is the worst run Subway I have ever been to, avoid at all costs.
Ordered my subs at 2:30 so they would be ready for pick up at 4:30 . Got there at 4:30 and hey haven t even started them even though I got the email that they were almost ready and as they re making them they were making them wrong and had to correct them. Extremely disappointing when there s so many other choices in Airdrie and I will definitely be making another choice next time.
Absolutely the worst experience I ve had in a take out restaurant. After having to wait for 15 mins and ordering one sandwich the employees responded with you want another sandwich or not followed by my bread being cut into several pieces. Then coming home to eat old stale bread.
People that work here seem to be unhappy made sandwiche with 0 care
Avoid this subway. I have been here repeatedly and they consistently really skimp on the toppings. If you do go specifically ask them to put a little more but dont say extra cause they will charge for it.
The service here isn t great, that and there are better places to get sandwiches.

I was in this location today, March 23, 2023 at approx 12:45pm. I will also state that I frequent this location at least 1 a week if not more! When I walked in there was one lady in front of me. She proceeded to order from 1 out of 2 employees, while I waited. I was then called upon by the second employee. As my sub was being made I witnessed the other employee drop a knife on the floor that is used to cut the sandwich s. She then picked it up, took it over to the sink RINSED it off with water (NO SOAP) and then proceeded to cut the customers sub. I stood their in shock for a second, thinking that the customer would say something. When she didn t I said Excuse me, but I just watched you drop that knife on the floor run it under water WITH NO SOAP and now you re using it to touch her food?! With a look of annoyance she walked to the bread to grab another sub bun. Feeling terrible that this lady now had to wait for her sandwich, I told the employee who was helping me, that I wanted to pay for her sub. With a snarky attitude she said Why? This is NOT ok!! I will never be back.
Ordered steak and cheese because roast beef was permanently taken off the menu. The first serve was rude, cut my flat bread... clearly doesnt know what half a 12-inch is and gave me the smaller half. I only put lettuce on my sandwich, I had to ask the next server to put more lettuce three times. I asked for a little sauce, and she still put two layers of it. I always get fountain root beer, and they didnt have that either. Wont go back to this location.
Its a sandwich shop that seems to be everywhere, not bad for quickly prepared subs. The fact that they have a tip option built into their debit machines is irritating. Minimum is 15% like you would tip waitstaff in a restaurant. So you have to press custom and then whatever range you prefer. I think they should pay their staff better and not rely on people donating their salaries.
Just ordered for the first time using the app. I usually go in, in person so i can watch them making it. But of course the coupon was only for ordering through the app. Everything i asked for extra of there almost none and to top it off when i went to fix the second portion of my sub I opened it and there was a hair in it . Appetite instantly gone.
My wife just ordered us supper. She ordered me three snacker sandwich things, toasted. The food arrives. All three were on sub buns, none of them were toasted and they tasted like they were made three weeks ago. that subway

Attended yesterday for take out. . Ordered a salami with extra meat (double meat). I question whether it was actually double meat I paid a premium of $4 This is my 2nd and last bad experience at this store.
i order a sub and the lady told me she can not bake it because she needs to clean it .it was 7 pm and they close at 10 Pm food was ok also she put too many pickles the. normal.

I went in today to order 4 combos. The 2 young guys were so rude! They kept talking in their language, looking at me and laughing. Then when i paid, they both walked to the back. (I said thank you have a great day and they were nowhere to be seen). Im sorry I dont dress fancy when Im exhausted, but you made me feel so terrible that I wont ever go back. Customer service is #1. Perhaps these 2 should be taught manners

I like this location because the veggies always seem fresh and in good quality.
Have gone here a few times now and nothing has changed. Slow service. Unsanitary. Tables were dirty and there was food all over the ground. The cashier made 7 sandwiches with the same dirty gloves on. Touched the cash register/door handles and everything and then would go ahead to make a sandwich.
The Subs are made with love, plus I have never had a crunchy cookie from this location. Win win!! 10/10

This is the second time I ve asked for extra honey mustard and I get basically a dry sub.. it was inedible. There s lots of better sub places in Airdrie.

The women working at the time I went both were very soft talkers which is even worse with a mask on. Because it was a hot day my friend and I decided to eat inside. I understand that eating in a dining room of a restaurant during a pandemic is not preferred by most people but I was not in the mood for melting with my sandwich. They stared at us while we ate when we were the only ones in the building. I think the staff needs a refresher on what to do when there are people eating.
If you ever feel like you juat a burden for being there. Thats the vibe i got i wont be back anytime soon nobody likes ffeling that way.

Did not enforce Covid protocols of the patrons in the restaurant while my wife was waiting to place her order for our family. There were four young couples walking around the restaurant with their masks below their faces and kissing while standing at the counter placing their order. They need to enforce the protocols to keep all patrons safe. Will be reporting to AHS as well. It is the other patron s issue but ultimately, subway is responsible for keeping all customers safe. Very unhappy with the lack of employee accountability.

Service is usually prompt and the quality follows suit. There is only one employee at this location that I am not elated about having, as she throws together sandwiches, literally. Fresh produce, and a clean establishment overall.
Like wow pathetic customer service by one of the girls working there. Tuna sandwich was awful...how can you screw up a subway sandwich? Avoid this location at all cost.

We didnt have a great experience here today. The veggies and meat looked like they were days old and the tomatoes were all mush and the cucumbers dehydrated. We asked for fresh veggies and they said that was all they had. Super disappointed with the lack of freshness in the food here today.

This Subway was the final straw that made me stop going to Subway all together and start going to Quiznos. I ordered the tuna sandwich one evening, and was given two plastic soup spoon fulls (the ones they give when people order soup) of tuna on my sandwich. It isnt just this location. I dont know if its head office telling them to cut back on toppings or what, but it isnt worth the price anymore. Its a joke. Went to Quiznos for the first time, loaded my sub for the same price. Never going back.

Usually good, today not impressed at all. Had a 12 flatbread double cold cut combo. Flatbread was so old that the edges were very hard, I could not eat the edges of the bread. It was not heated or toasted, so the hard bread was just from being old. Disappointed for sure.
