It was great food and friendly service. I recommend this Airdrie location for lunch to avoid the school kids lunch rush.
This has been one of the best Subway's I've been to in a very long time. The employee on shift was fantastic. He was busy but took the time to ask us how we were doing & how our day was. Our subs were delicious & I wished that every Subway wrapped their sandwiches the way this employee did it. We will definitely be back when we come to Airdrie. Great experience! I just went there yesterday night at closing time of the store, one young girl was working over there I just forgot her name she is very polite and she has a great positive attitude she made my sandwich with smile on her face even it was her time for closing the store. I wish I could give her more stars, I will definitely visit again this store
The employee did not know simply questions about the ingredients/menu items, did not understand what we were saying which lead to an incorrect order, and were not allowed to sit inside to eat because they were closing in 15 minutes… 15 minutes…….. it took longer to order two basic subs. Pretty dismal experience.
No hello when I came in. They just threw my sub together.
Ordered online, the staff don't seem to know how to read. I asked for no cheese on one sub, cheese was added, asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers on other subs, no extra was put on. When I asked the staff about the cheese, he didn’t seem to care to make another. I went to another location right after for cookies as they didn’t have the ones I wanted at this location, they gave me extra tomatoes and cucumbers even though I hadn’t ordered my subs from them. I’m sure you can do better if you tried!
My favourite subway location in Airdrie. They put lots on the sandwich and aren’t stingy with any of the toppings or veggies. The bread is also great and not dry at all. Cookies are standard for any subway.

The sandwich artists make all the difference at this shop. They remember who we are and even our orders. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always hot and made fresh to order.
I walked in and was NOT!! greeted with a hello, the employee said NEXT! to me in a very disrespectful way instead of hello and slapped my sub together messy and lopsided with my veggies loaded on one side and not the other, it was cold and under warmed like what the flipledongle!!. I was very unhappy with the service and food and it felt like they just wanted me out of the store. I also saw the employees using no gloves or touching their phone with the gloves
I usually go to this location. Many in Aidrie but I feel this one is the best till tonight. Went there and ordered 3 subs. Two the same kind and one a pizza sub. Requested double meat on the pizza sub. Recieved it but when I asked for shredded cheese, I was asked if I wanted double cheese. I said no thats fine. The attendant processed to grab a minimal amount of cheese and spread it on. The amount of cheese didnt even remotely cover the sub, leaving the last 3rd pretty much empty of cheese. I asked him to add some cheese to that portion. He said it would mean extra cheese then. I asked him why he didnt spread the first amount evenly in the first place. Hes response was he never understood what I meant. This is a customer service job. I didnt ask for extra, I asked him to do his job. It really isnt that difficult. I will never go back there after this complete disrespect.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood and waited while nobody else was in line, there were three people working and nobody even spoke to me. Instead they just talked to each other and began working on online orders. I continued to wait and still nobody helped me. Extremely rude. I left while my family struggled to order theirs, and were met with terrible attitude, terrible customer service, and it was clear that these three people were talking about us. Been coming to this subway for years and have never been so disappointed.
Bread is dry and rock hard, both subs with different bread types. Been craving subway for a long time and what a disappointment. Not going to return to this location.
Locked the doors over 10 minutes before they closed. The employee shooed me away (very rudely) even though I could have ordered, paid, and left all before they closed. Maybe they should change their hours online and on their sign if they aren t actually going to be open.
Came during a dead period (1pm) and staff ignored us for several minutes before finally taking our order. They were rude and didn t even say hi. Pop and chip shelves were basically empty, and they were out of several meats and gave my friend a lot of attitude when they asked about this. The bread was also hard. I ve worked at Subway before so I understand stuff happens, but the customer service was just not good. Also, they ended up charging my friend for double meat even though they didn t get double meat.
The older lady who made my food was incredibly rude and shouted at me for my order when I asked for things and repeatedly misheard me. Additionally she grabbed a disgusting phone that was on the counter and did not change her gloves before continuing with my sandwich. She put all of the things right in the centre and got frustrated when I asked for her to add vegetables to the end sides of the bread. I am very disappointed with this visit at this location and do not recommend coming here.

Ordered the new brisket sub. Normally the meat portion is significant at other locations. This was not the case here. The debit machine automatically included a tip of $5. Even though I checked no tip. It s amazing that a chain restaurant has such drastic standards

They serve super stale bread. Unfortunate to get home and have a sub hard as rock and taste old.
The staff at this location slaps your sub together with little regard to how it looks or how it will eat. Each time I order the veggie delight, the vegetables and sauce are so messy the sub is hard to eat without it either falling apart or making such a mess. I have also had to ask each time for the staff to change their gloves from working with meat sub to making a veggie sub.
Hands down worst subway I ve been too. The customer service sucks, they slap your sub no matter the quality of it. the food is mediocre. I Don t suggest going to this Subway.

So at the time of this review. Subway has a buy a foot long with a drink and get a 2nd footlong free. Great offer. They also have some remixes of common sandwiches like the great Canadian club, smoked bacon and ham and a few others. Just make sure you read the add and put in the discount code to get the free sandwich if the promo is still on. The staff are very friendly snd helpfull. The veg is fresh and so Is the meat and bread. The store was out of some flavorings for the pop machine but otherwise the food was great and no issues.
I have been to this location a few times because its a convenient location. I will be driving a few extra minutes from now on to go somewhere else. If you see the older white lady when you walk in, just leave. Shes rude, and can not take any direction. Every time shes sloppily thrown my sandwiches together I have to tell her everything twice, and you cant tell her more than one simple thing at a time. She will stop between every step and take a little break and start looking around all confused and forget what she was doing, then argue with you about y our simple order, and still get it wrong. I dont understand whats so complicated about following simple direction. Everytime I go here I leave frustrated with my sub all messed up. Take some extra time to go to a dirrerent location.

3rd time in a row ordering from this location through skip I am so glad I didnt order again for my entire family of 6 and waste 100! We couldnt even eat our order the bread was so dry and old the subs made completely wrong Cookies were rock hard we couldnt even eat any of this! Ordered a pizza sub with green pepper and received a pizza sub with house sauce cucumber and lettuce! Sooo gross!
Really disappointed AGAIN. Third time Ive ordered from Skip The Dishes and had a terrible sub. 1/2 the normal veggies, missing an entire veggie selection, and it was hanging out of the bag when delivered. Ive seen them use stickers for wrapping closure before, clearly too lazy to do it right. I mean COME ON! You had one job. The least you could do is actually provide half decent food when I pay $12+ for a sub. This was the last decent location in Airdrie, looks like it went into the gutter as well.

Worst sub Ive ever had...the veggies were falling out, all the meat was jammed al on one side. I asked for extra mayo but she put like half the bottle on. And I asked for it toasted and the meat was ice cold...super disappointed I wont be going back to that location.

Stopped here on my way back to Edmonton on a business trip. Tired and hungry I stopped in and stared at the menu sign for a long time. The person behind the counter was very patient. I asked about the new beyond meat options and she was very helpful in offering her opinion about it, even letting me taste some. Great service, exceptional attitude on a snowy cold winter night. I will absolutely stop here again on my way through. Thank you!

If Sandra ever yells at my child again, I will be the one doing the yelling. Sandra needs to learn how to listen to the customer instead of making them repeat the order numerous times. Staff are rude and unfriendly. They put all the sauce in one spot and ingredients are thrown on to your sub. Food is super unfresh, bread was literally hard as a rock.

The staff is extremely friendly and they don t cheep our on portion sizes. I always order the chopped salad and at the yankee valley and 8th st location the salad is half the size even when you ask for more veg.
Love the gluten free bun, just get it double toasted before you start the process and once you get your sub and toppings, get it toasted again. It helps with the dryness and crumbling.

Ordered through Skip the dishes, was delivered an entirely wrong order. It took multiple calls to get someone on the phone to fix it, was told itd be a 30-40 minute wait... Okay...Almost an hour thirty later I called again to ensure some was on the way, heard Okay... and hung up on. Called again twice with no answer.
Served us raw cookies that are entirely unsafe to eat. When we brought this up, they apologized and said the oven has not been working right for two days. How anyone could package this and serve it to a customer is beyond me. The dough was not even slightly cooked, and people can get very sick from eating at this location.

A few weeks ago one evening I went to this Subway for dinner. The employee gave me a hard time because I was coming 10 minutes before close. I only got there so late because the Subway by Woodside was closed early and had a sign saying Go to the Sierra Springs location . I was hoping this was a one off in poor service, but unfortunately it was not. I went this morning for a breakfast sub and my sandwich was still frozen when I started eating it in the car. Moreover, the flat bread was old and crusty and fell completely apart and made a mess all over my dress clothes.
Ordered sandwiches from skip the dishes. I told them to toast my sandwiches but they didnt. Took too much time to prepare the food and it was cold. Wont be ordering from here again.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! When I asked for a signature wrap he asked what kind of bread.... (uh oh first sign this wasnt going to go well) then proceeded to only put half the required amount of meat on the wrap. Didnt give me the choice of cheese just put shredded... I didnt want cheese but I left it alone as it wasnt terribly much. The next guy took over and just started putting random veggies on my wrap.... I asked him to stop as there are certain foods I can not have... all he said was well its part of the recipe. Im sorry sir but no, I can not eat that. Once we were past that I looked at the extreamly sad excuse of a wrap in front of me... he attempted to roll it up only to fold it like a piece of paper and tossed it in a wrapper... I have worked many years in the food industry to know common food sense si needles to say being as hangry as I was I walked out. My husband had about the same experience ordering his and our daughters food too... though he did pay for it and left. NEVER EVER going back.
Dont order through skip the dishes. I have never seen such a stingy sub when I ordered most of the veggies. Any subway Ive ever had is busting open and this had like 5 leaves of spinach and maybe 4 pickle slices....on a foot long! Also, my sons m&m cookie had 2 m&ms. Will not visit this location ever.

This is by far the worst subway Ive ever been to. I normally would never post a bad review online but people need to know not to waste their money here. First off, it was the slowest service ever. There was one lady in front of me who was at the veggie part of her sub. Then she goes to pay and walks away. The girl says, oh it wasnt approved..the woman says, well the machine said otherwise. Then she opens her online account and shows the girl that indeed a charge for subway came out of her account. Well the girl at the till still made her pay for sub a second time. Then it was my turn. Again, so slow. When I was just out of high school I managed a subway for a couple years. This girl literally picked up hand fulls of veggies and threw them on my sandwich. It was disgusting. Then a man came in wanting an egg salad sandwich, another girl pops out of the back and cant find the scooper for it. Shes looking looking looking, cant find it. So she just grabs the scoop from the tuna. The man says um No im sorry if between the two of you, you cant find a proper scooper to make a sandwich, Ill take my business elsewhere, and leaves the restaurant. I dont blame him. Thats just utter laziness and not food safe compliant at all. This is all happening while my girl is STILL moving at the slowest possible rate making my sub. Its finally my time to pay....and guess what happens...it wasnt approved when it damn well was and charged my bank already. Imagine how many times this is happened and people have had to pay for their food twice. Its ridiculous. So the owner/manager of this location needs to do himself a favor. Find better staff, train them properly to follow franchise portions and food safe regulations, and fix your damn till and stop ripping people off money. Rant over.
