The Canadian Brewhouse (Airdrie) in Airdrie

First time at this location, and it did not disappoint. Canadian brewhouse is our go-to place for nachos, absolutely loaded with cheese and all the toppings! Really cant go wrong! Be back soon!

The bar staff, Amanda and Natalia always make you feel welcome and appreciated. Authentic people.

Annie and jay are amazing always have a good time. Best hospitality in airdrie.

Best bar grub in town. Draft is always fresh. The service is slow. But its been like that for years. Worth the wait though. Great place to go if you company has kids. Separate seating area but theres tvs everywhere so you still can watch the game. Parking: Come early. By 5 if you want to be close. Otherwise, youll just have to walk a little. But yo well find a spot. Kid-friendliness: There is a separate area for the kiddies. But if its full, you can use any part of the bar. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter as there is a WCR near the door and the entrance is flat.

Ive ate a lot of food and watched many games here. The service has absolutely gone to heck.

I came in with a friend on Saturday for wine, appies & sports. We sat at the bar and were very well taken care of by Amanda. She was more than happy to put the baseball game on one TV so I could see that along with the Flames game. She was very attentive as we ordered one appy at a time while watching the games and made sure our waters were filled before we asked. All our food was great too, and the house wine was surprisingly good. All in all, it was great night out!

Came here with a group of 4 recently for their Steak Flight Nights. Had a fantastic experience, food was great and the staff were excellent.

The brewhouse the best go to spot. Either to have a couple drinks and a meal, or just to have a good time with friends. Highly recommend Jay the main bartender. He s always getting the party started.

Gluten free fish and chips were not good at all. Pre-breaded and frozen , tiny portion. Easily something I could have bought and baked in my oven at home. Probably bought them from a grocery store and jacked up the price. Gluten free offering have gone downhill for the brewhouse in recent years.

Busy busy place. As it should be. We like to go to canadian brew houses for their specialty days. This one happened to be Atlantic lobster day. You prepay for tickets to the event and they order a lobster for you that day. Lobster was well cooker. Not overly so u.feel like your chewing on rubber. The only CON is that the maccaroni was SUPER dry and eating that with bread... not the greatest. Need to add something diff as a side. Lots of parking here and the staff was friendly. Clean bathrooms and quick service.

Its pub food. Lots of verity most things are over $15 up to high $20. Pops and non alcohol drinks start at $4.50. No free refills. Fun place to watch the playoffs. Down load the app! You can earn lots of cool stuff! And you can reserve a table very easily Kid-friendliness: Under 18 allowed until 9pm. No under 18 seated after 8pm. Wheelchair accessibility: There is some seating but most tables and booths are higher bar level. Washrooms do have wheel chair accessibility

Waiters and waitresses are always on the ball and super nice, great food and great drinks

Went to The Canadian Brewhouse in airdrie. I ordered a double vodka water and an apple juice for my son. THEY PUT THE VODKA IN THE APPLE JUICE. I m happy I took a sip of his drink because I like apple juice but had to run to the bathroom because it was so strong and unexpected I threw up. This is not ok. #canadianbrewhouse We brought this up with management at the time and they blew it off as no big deal and an honest mistake If you re going to run a family friendly establishment this is the kind of thing that cannot happen. Had I not tried my son s apple juice he would have had 2 ounces of vodka.

Came in for a nice lunch and to relax and felt like a classic poutine while my husband ordered something else and I think I possibly had just ordered the nastiest one Ive ever tired the gravy was watery and white and I dont even know how to explaine what the taste was ... how the hell do u screw up a poutine in Canada in a place called canadian brew house. 12.00 for a cup full of crap come on man this is not even close to a half decent value for the portion size. DO NOT CALL THAT GOOD, save your money and go to mcdonalds its better then this place. If I could give it a negative I would.

Met some old friends here yesterday and left the place disappointed. We sat for 10-15 mins before we even got our drinks and we re served by at least 4 different staff over our time there. Food was decent but service was very slow and unenthusiastic. May have been a bad day but hard to say so when there were plenty of servers around us but none of them made us feel welcome.

I visited this afternoon, and the waitress informed me that due to a high number of reservations, we would need to leave before 7 PM if we stayed for dinner. I found this quite upsetting, and I had to find another location instead. I wanted to share this experience with you in case it happens again. I wonder if that is possible to clearly state in the front door that walk-in is not welcome here and people can save their time at least !

Very good food and reasonable prices. Sports pub atmosphere but also a section for families which was ideal. The benchmark for how Nachos should be made !

Food was good overall, but the cranberry juice we were served was more like undiluted maple syrup, and the pork my sister ordered was extremely salty. Service and atmosphere where good though.

Went for lunch and the batting cages. Food is consistent and they are either able to make things vegetarian for me or they do have vegetarian options. It was my first time at the batting cages and I had a blast. Our server was good about checking on us and making sure we had what we needed

Mackenzie gave the best service Ive had in years, she continuously cared for my needs. Highly recommend. Faith is the best up and coming bartender behind the slab, definitly reccomend. If you judge off of a skip order, you should re-evaluate how to indulge in good food

Food with solid with wide variety of solid options, and the team was willing to explore different combinations for you. Along with this the service was great, with our waitress being awesome. She was quite attentive and caring but not overbearing and gave us time to have a conversation while still making sure that we were still taking care of. A bonus to this place is that it does have a batting cage that is quite affordable, with bats and helmets if needed. Solid option for a day or with their patio and drink specials

Sat down on a long high table, couldnt reach the floor or the tests on the chair.. kept sliding off the chair, it was slippery... asked to be moved, but no response.. waited for food close to an hr... very uncomfortable place to eat.. its off my places to go again list

UPDATED - Emailed the person below on their email address provided twice and still no reply!!! I guess they just try to do this to make it look like they are responding to complaints! Ordered take out on Thursday night for the second time. Had asked for the fries to be put in a box just like the rest of the food instead of the open paper since it doesn t contain the heat. Nope didn t listen and got home with stone cold fries again. Tried calling 3 times that night but no answer. Shame because we are regulars every month and ordered take out because it was our anniversary and couldn t dine in that night. Won t be returning for cold food again.

Typical brew house with mediocre food and worst service. Havent had a good experience at any location to date and just tired of even trying and giving them chances. They dont do anything to even try and make it better.

This was our 3rd time here and we tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. The service is terrible every time, even when there is only a few people in the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food. We ordered 30 wings (wing Wednesday) and spinach dip. When the spinach dip came out it was cold. You d think you would staff properly at least once. Absolutely embarrassing. Give your head a shake. Be better Regards, A few lost customers

Went for lunch and drinks with a friend, I had the taco salad, which was very blah, no dressing, and the nacho chips were put on the bottom, which made it very difficult to eat. The server was nice ish very pushy to get us ordered and out the door it seemed. We sat on the patio, which had a lot of birds flying around on it, with bird poop all over.

Great place to eat and enjoy a drink

I usually really love the Brewhouse but this visit was disappointing. The soda pop was flat (which happens) but they couldnt (or didnt know how) to fix it. A lot of people were working but we never saw our server aside from the time she took our order and when we paid (different staff brought our food). I also highly recommend you NEVER try the all dressed chicken sandwich. Sounds good on paper but it was terrible. I appreciate them taking my drink off my bill but I wish my server had checked in with us more frequently so I could have ordered something else and sent my meal back instead of sitting there and not being able to speak to her until she brought the bill. I have a feeling they were doing some new staff training today, which could have been a contributing factor. Nevertheless, it was a disappointing experience today.

Fod rate at 4 for brewhouse food, we all know this isnt ruth Chriss. Ate out on the patio, during game 2 of stanly cup, tvs were not working have had 3 months to fix them and still not fixed. New batting cages are nice. Balls throw way to low. And now on to our watress, we asked twice to get cutlery and after 20 mins of all 5 adults and 3 children they bring out cutlery. 3 people couldnt eat without forks so they sat for 20 mins watching everyone else eat. Not the first time this has happend at airdrie brew house so we stopped going there last year. Ic nothing has changed same mangamnet I am guessing. Have complained atv3 times and they do nothing. Tip starts at 16 percent, then 18 then 22, ya you didnt deserve 16 your lucky I gave 12%

I came in the other night with a few friends and our server, Megan B was amazing! Right from the beginning she was so attentive by asking what we wanted for drinks and then was back soon for our food orders. We were between a couple things for an appetizer and megan recommended the steak bites which did not disappoint! She also recommended the chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious! I ve gone here twice and both times the service has been horrendous. You have to wait 20 plus minutes for drinks. They don t take dirty plates away. They don t offer refills or another drink.you have to ask for water. You have to ask for napkins .You have to ask for the bills. You lost money by not coming back for more drinks. You guys need to figure out staffing. You have serious issues going on.

$30 Tri-stacked nachos that were just one layer of toppings and then just a pile of broken, plain chips

Rib eye special tonight during battle of AB. Got served food but didnt get utensils for 5/6 mins afterwards. Usually an amazing place to go for game night but the food was cold as a result. Beers were cold and atmosphere was still good. Nitpicking to ight but usual review would be 4/4.5 stars.

It s unfortunate that they fired the best server. Trinity made my days better, and her service has always been amazing! Management can t offer a proper reason for her dismissal which I find suspicious. Management seems to have horribly handled her situation. I hope that Brewhouse can handle future situations like this better.

I got the news my regular tuesday server Trinity has been fired for reputational risk. I gotta say she was one of the hardest working servers there. Everytime i was in she was there and working hard and treated me with the upmost respect. If she was leaving any reputation it was hard working and always kind. I will no longer be coming in as I can t support this decision.

As a regular patron of Brewhiuse Ive always enjoyed the warm atmosphere and excellent service. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, I was shocked to learn that my favorite server Trinity had been fired. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service were a highlight of my visits, and her absence was keenly felt during my most recent visit. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the establishment seemed disorganized and disjointed.

Canadian Brewhouse has awesome food, especially their Maple Bacon Chicken Wings. They re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and taste like bacon and sweet maple syrup mixed together. They re so good, you ll want to eat them all the time! Don t forget to grab a beer to go with them for the perfect combo. If you love tasty food, you ve gotta try these wings! Parking: While there s lots of parking get here early for a closer spot! Spaces fill quickly, especially on wing night!

Lasagna was good but the portions are quite small. After eating I was just as hungry after I ate as when I came in. So got a burger on the way home. Service is good. The horn that sounds is a little too loud for my liking as it was the first time here. Maybe next Ill come when there is no hockey game is on.

Burger was no different than Mcs if you take out the stamp on the bun. some of the fries tasted like ROTTEN. The staff only cared about tables with more people. Very unprofessional and disorganized. No one even seats you but there is a huge sign you should wait (for a ghost) to seat you. So I ended up going up to the bar and ask them where I can sit.

Food was good, but the sevice was exceptionally slow
