Its the perfect place to have a family brunch. Mohammed and his team are phenomenal! Customer service is excellent and the food is delicious! We had a big group and they were happy to combine tables so we could sit together. The food came out quickly and the portions were great. You definitely get great value for your dollar. I have visited this place twice now and havent been able to get in, I went on the weekend, and it opened at 9 am and was told they were fully booked for the day, can understand. Made a reservation from Google page of the business for family day for 9 am. It was confirmed. We got to eggstatic at 9 am, door were open but we were told the restraunt will open at 10 am and the gentleman very politically told us they had posted the hours on their instagram ????? Google also lets you update business hours for holidays. We want back to our car, decided to change our reservation from 9 am to 10 but there was no availability till 3 pm. Well, went again Dec 2024, the food was amazing as expected but their reservation system needs a major change and they have taken away their check in desk so when you enter you just stand there and hope someone comes to ask you and being a sunday they were swamped. Long story short, once we were seated, service was prompt and efficient. The food was fresh and well presented. The only reason I am giving a one star is because of the manager Mirza. He was so unprofessional talking to us and his staff that we had to leave the restaurant because of his treatment. We ordered the Fatteh as appetizer as well as our breakfast items. After waiting forever our food came and we still had not received our appetizer. We asked the server where the Fatteh was and she said sorry and told me she was going to speak to the manager. After a while Mirza came over and hes like what is the issue, so we told him we never got our appetizer. He got up in our face and was like okay, so what do you want to do now, you want to take it for takeout. This comment really angered us, I advised him that the Fatteh was one of the reasons we came here as it is hard to find and that we would like it with our food. We waited further 10 mins and nothing came, so i advised him to cancel it. As I was saying this to him, he s like well it just came out and the server proceeded to put it on our table. He turns around to the server in the most arrogant rude tone and says next time someone orders the Fatteh you need to tell the kitchen as it is a main and Not appetizer. You do not blame the server for your kitchens incompetence. This was the last straw, you shouldnt talk to your customers in this way and further you should never criticize your staff Infront of your customer, especially considering we got more of a sincere apology from our server than the manager. Mr. Mirza, please educate yourself on your own menu, as the Fatteh is clearly an appetizer and not sold as a main. I have been to the other locations a lot, as you have the best fried chicken Benedict, but will never return to the Ajax one, just because of the unprofessionalism of Mirza. Please hire someone who knows how to run a restaurant. Not sure why my review is being deleted.

Thanks to the manager Mirza we just walked in waited for 10 mins to be seated. The food quality and taste was astonishing and the top-notch service by his team and himself they made it an amazing experience for my family. I m not sure who the manager was, but his behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I first walked in, he waved his hand in my face, signaling me to go away without saying a word. He never asked if I wanted to be put on a waitlist or offered any kind of assistance. I ve never experienced such disrespect. Do you not want my business? After waiting for him to finish his phone call, I asked if I could be added to the waitlist, and he told me it would take about 20 minutes to get a table, which I was fine with. However, after 30 minutes, I returned to check if my table was ready, but the manager seemed completely uninterested. He walked past me multiple times without acknowledging me, went outside, sat on the curb, and continued using his phone. It felt like a mission just to get a word with him. I truly felt unwanted at this place. On the bright side, the servers were wonderful and friendly, but the manager s poor behavior completely ruined my experience. I ve decided not to return because of him. I ve seen a couple of other individuals complain about this manager in the reviews. If it s the same person, I m not sure who employed this individual, but his customer service was the worst I ve encountered.

We had the Pistachio pancakes and the pulled beer Benedict. Both we absolutely fantastic. The Pistachio sauce is a perfect balance for sweetness, pancakes are fluffy and the fruit was fresh. The pulled beef had a smoky sweet bbq taste and the potatoes were seasoned with Zaatar. Loved it+

Food was actually decent but shame the service was mediocre at best. Its like we were almost invisible (main serving guy definitely seemed to have his favourite groups). Teas didnt come with spoons to mix and table barely had any sugar left. Also no ketchup or anything on the table.

Service was not great and felt quite understaffed. Servers took a long time to attend to our table and prioritized other tables. The cups were filthy and when asked to be replaced, they were still filthy. There was also a significant delay in the arrival of one of the meals, leaving us to wait.

We had a reservation that we confirmed online, and I even took a screenshot of the confirmation as proof. However, when we arrived, they refused to seat us, insisting that we show the confirmation email, which I couldn t access because I had mistakenly used an old hacked email account. Despite presenting the screenshot with all the necessary details, they still refused to accommodate us. The lack of understanding and flexibility was shocking an incredibly disappointing experience. If I could, I would rate their service 0 stars. Horrible hospitality and service never going back!

One of the worst experiences, the manager on duty this morning was a complete unprofessional, despite having reservations we werent allowed in because the manager claims there was nothing in the system. showed him proof of reservation and despite that manager flipped back and forth on his word making no logical sense and denied entry.

My husband and I went to this location on November 24 we didnt have a reservation so they told us to come in and leave our name and number and they will call us and let us know when they have a table available and it will be 30 minute wait this was at 11.30 am to be exact 45- 50 minutes later we still didnt get a call so we decided to go back inside and check and to our surprise they were seating other walk- ins before us. We finally got seated and the manager came to us and said we have to move you to another table at the back because there was a larger family thats needed the table we originally got seated at we got up politely and said yes but as I walked to the back the table was very small in a tight corner I spoke to the manager and said we dont want to sit at thay table so he gave us another table by the door. We scanned the qr code for the menu my husband order a tea latte and they gave him a coffee instead, he also order an appetizer and later a chicken sandwich to our surprise his chicken sandwich went to the wrong table so my husband only had the appetizer - not only thats no spoon for me to stir my coffe or his - the servers were extremely slow and mixing orders - not to say understaffed - after an hour of being there my husband never recievd his chicken sandwich at this point we jus wanted our bill and leave when the waitress came to give us the bill we told her about everything and she said the chicken sandwich went to the wrong table as she mixed the order and wanted us to take it to go - we refused and said its OK. Overall horrible service the manager is greedy doesnt care about people or their experience the mississauga location is far better - better food better service and definitely more professional. I dont recommend this location to anyone.

My daughter and I wanted to try a different breakfast spot. And we werent disappointed. At this cafe and breakfast spot, good vibes were clean, and the server was very friendly and polite. I started with a Turkish coffee, and it was as fresh. It was my first time trying it delicious. We ordered spicy hummus with cauliflower and a pita bread. It was perfect. Pita bread was made fresh. For the main meal, we had salmon salad with mango sauce and egg salmon bedindent. The presentation of the meal . The whole meal plus tip $83 its a bit pricy for breakfast. We did enjoy it. Once in a while, you can treat yourself.

Amazing proportions for the price. Staff is also super attentive and friendly. Must try the eggstatic omelet! The dressing for the salad was so good.

Walking into this restaurant, you get the impression of a serious dining experience, complete with a menu full of fancy options. However, don t let the elaborate names fool you sometimes, it s just a plain potato. That said, it s a good potato! I did notice that the Benedict looked good, although I didn t try it myself. If you appreciate simplicity in your meals, you might enjoy it, but dont expect too much from the more extravagant dishes.

Nice place for breakfast and always book your table beforehand or else be prepared to wait in line

Food was good, service could be better for how popular it is on the weekend, and the atmosphere feels a little too congested for a dine in breakfast restaurant in the suburbs. Turkish coffee wasnt served traditionally, and Kadak chai was nice and strong, but too sweet even for a sweet tea drinker. Cilbril spicy potatoes was nice and flavorful, but a tad too tangy for my liking. All the dishes had too much potatoes and it felt a bit wasteful. Servers looked overwhelmed and were often confused which table ordered what. We were asked about items we didnt order more than a couple of times. Might try again on a weekday.

This is a fantastic spot for brunch, but it s usually packed make sure to reserve a table a day or two in advance. We highly recommend their Cilbir, Spicy Potato, and the Biscoffee Frappuccino. Their pita s are freshly baked so do give them a try if they are not included in your dish. We also tried the Foul, but it was a bit too runny and bland for our taste. The mini falafels were nice but felt slightly dry without the tahini. On our next visit, we re planning to try their waffles they looked tempting, and a lot of diners seemed to be enjoying them. The ambience is super cute with a cozy café vibe, and the service is warm and incredibly quick. Definitely a must-visit for brunch lovers!

This was my first time at Eggstatic, and my spouse s third. Beautifully presented and amazing food, the service was very nice. Mirza was literally a lifesaver for us since they didnt tell us on the phone that we had to reserve. Then I heard from a friend that her family had a good experience with the way Mirza treated them. Also it was a full house on Sunday morning and our food came within minutes. It is pricey but the portion size is huge. I got the eggs benedict and the sauce was very nicely done. The aesthetic - from the plates, to the plating, the tables, lighting, menu design, decor is gorgeous. Ambience / interior is beautiful but not overdone . Very tasteful.

Was really excited to check this place out. We walked in on a weekday, where there were many empty tables. We requested a highchair. Unfortunately, they did not have any available. This is a neighborhood with a lot of young children, we saw at least 4 other kids without highchairs - only 3 were in use. The service was also VERY slow! It took staff 15 mins to just come say hello. We decided to walk out. Very disappointed in the service. Hoping they make changes.

This one of the best locations of eggstatic as its close to my place full of good calm and relaxing vibes and its always on top of my To-go list on weekends. Service is alot better then what it use to be. The food portions are better then Mississauga and bay.Food is always served quick and the same quality everytime we visit. Pancakes are the ones which drags me to this place every weekend to start my day with as well as the pulled beef and stake and eggs. Highly recommended if you are looking forward to have some quality food and time with friends and family. Definitely coming back next weekend too..

I was really expecting to like this place more. I like their modern fusion take on brunch offerings, but their PRICES are just WAY TOO HIGH! FOOD: food was mid, pretty pricey for what you re getting. i ordered a vanilla latte as well, and it wasn t even hot; it was room temperature. the flavour of it was ok, but i wouldn t get it again. i paid almost $85 for 2 breakfast items & 2 drinks. SERVICE: the server was very kind and doing a great job considering she had a lot of tables and big groups. piece of advice to FOH: check up on your tables more during service to ensure everything is okay! ATMOSPHERE: the aesthetic of the restaurant is very sleek and modern; and the decor inside was beautiful. however, some areas near where we were seated were a little dirty and could use a wipe down to prevent further buildup.

Servers not able to handle full house. Was served water in dirty glasses. Asked for a coffee with cream, was given black coffee saying they are out of cream. Prices are crazy high with the lowest possible service. Not gonna go back to this place!

The food was amazing! The spicy Nashville Benedict had a nice spice level to it. I ordered my eggs medium and the seasoning used on the eggs complimented the level of heat on the dish. 1 plate was more than filling. The biscoff frappuccino is a must! Very sugary and sweet the cookie didn t make it salty.

Went to eggstatic for brunch, was pleasantly surprised the entire menu was 100% hand slaughtered halal. The place was packed! Everything we ordered was made fresh with top quality ingredients. The manager Mirza is very professional and personable. This is an impressive spot, the aesthetic is wonderful. They work hard to make you feel comfortable both in atmosphere and with their interaction. The food is amazing, I personally have several food allergies that they accommodated promptly without compromising the taste. Highly recommend!

Came in the area for my toddler as he wanted a smoothie. When we drove up I realized it was closed and wasn t sure where to go as I waiting on someone at the grocery store. Saw a breakfast place I ve been wanting to try and asked if they did smoothies to go. They advised what their options were but all included ice cream or sugar. The manager generously offered to make a custom drink for my son that was only with fruit and milk! Talk about great customer service. Hoping to try this place soon for the food but so far great impression.

We arent usually breakfast people but this is our most favorite breakfast/lunch spot. Love the food here and its always consistent. Our go to is the Pulled Beef Omlette and the fried chicken benedict. The kids get the classic kids meal and they are usually happy with it.

I have come here before and enjoyed the food but my overall experience recently has ruined my views on this place. My boyfriend and I were sat and waited to be greeted by our server for over 10mins, finally one of the staff greeted us and told us that our server was too busy so she would take our order. We didn t see our server at all until cashing out. I was given expired cream for my tea that completely ruined my appetite. The service was so slow and we were ignored almost the entire time, despite sitting near the food window, that my boyfriend told me he wouldn t want to come back. The expired cream ruined my appetite and i only managed to finish a small portion of my pancakes before feeling nauseous. Overall, i don t think i will return after the service i received.

Love going here with my best friend for brunch. Its a great atmosphere, super kind staff and overall good vibes. The menu has a good variety without being too much. Ive gone about 5 times and everytime the quality and taste has been amazing. Cant go wrong with any choice it seems. Great new place in Ajax! The food was good, with many options to choose from. The service was above and beyond. When we went, it started raining really hard and customers were drenched to the bone. The manager got his umbrella and escorted us and other customers to our cars. It is truly rare to see such down-to-earth and chivalrous staff nowadays. Overall the experience was phenomenal and we would definitely recommend.

I used to go to the Eggstatic locations in Bayview and Ajax because I liked their food and service. However, during my last visit to the Ajax location, I had the steak beef, and it was terrible. I went to Eggstatic in Ajax today. First of all I liked the inside view. Like I always praised for its unique and diverse breakfast and brunch options. Customers rave about its creative dishes that blend Middle Eastern and North American flavors. I tried many good dishes there. One standout item is the Shakshuka, a Middle Eastern favorite featuring a rich tomato sauce, sautéed peppers, feta cheese, and poached eggs served with freshly baked pita. Other popular dishes include the Kafta Croissant, Eggstatic Tomato Jacket, and Crispy Chicken Benedict. I came here a few weeks ago with my family for brunch on a Saturday around noon. It does get quite busy so I recommend calling in advance to make reservations for brunch time. We walked in and were told the wait was 30 minutes. Mirza helped us and he provided excellent service. He was super attentive and helpful. He recommended the Nashville Benedict and Pulled Beef Omelette and it was a really tasty! The eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly. Entrees are about $25 per person but the portions are huge. I must also recommend their ice coffee - best Ive had in GTA and reasonably priced! Id probably come back just to get their coffee! :) Food is halal and nice family-friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Excellent spot for some brunch dining and its also halal. The restaurant is very well kept and is neat and well decorated. It makes for a nice dining experience. Tried a couple of items including the pistachio pancakes and the pulled beef and mushroom sandwich. Both were excellent. The pulled beef was very flavourful with a generous amount of sauce and the brioche bun was a great touch. The pancakes were so buttery soft and tasted great with the pistachio sauce and the ice cream. Recently tried the Nashville chicken egg Benedict on waffle and really enjoyed that as well. Finished off with lotus biscoff cheese cake which tasted decadent. All items were fantastic. Recommended and will be back to try more items. Vegetarian options: Pancakes and egg options

This was our first time visiting Eggstatic in Ajax, and the food was very good. Their menu has great selections. However, there was little to no air conditioning inside the restaurant, and we were sweating as we were eating. Overall, its a great place to have brunch. Make sure to get a reservation as they are very busy on weekends.

Ive been to the other Egg-static Locations, but this was my first time here at the new Ajax one. Ordered 3 Eggs Benedict on a croissant and 3 pulled beef sandwich. At the other locations the croissant was always split in half and two chicken and two eggs are provided. At the Ajax location, I was given one croissant squashed down with one chicken piece and 2 eggs. Further more I was charged an additional 3$ for choosing croissant as the base even thought it was one of the options (Ive never been charged this for all the times I ordered this item from the menu at the other locations. We usually tip when we go to restaurants, however we were a group of 6 and a 18% gratuity was added to our bill without notice, which I have never experienced at any of the other locations. Our total bill came to nearly $200. If youre thinking about dining at this location, I hope you come across this review before you do, I Love Eggstatic, but definitely not this location.

This place is simply amazing. Yesterday we tried to eat there it was really busy, but the lovely Laiba was so kind and patient put us on the waiting list. The next day we came back and she remembered us and greeted us like weve been friends for years. The kind gentleman Makida was our server today, we had a very great breakfast, their home made potatoes are amazing. Beautiful place, kind people and great food, you wont regret it when you come here. Parking: Lots of space. Kid-friendliness: Yes.

I ve been to the one in Toronto and it was so much better. The food at the Ajax site is not well cooked or seasoned. It s like a completely different restaurant. Even after they asked how we felt about the food, we were honest about being disappointed. The waiter was not surprised and agreed, they said they had heard other customers say the same. I hope they improve since Ajax needs more breakfast spots. I recommend that the chefs step it up.

Sunday Aug 11 @ we entered at 3.50pm they say one specific area is closed and cannot b used to sit. I just dont understand why. But we insist we wanted specific area. In the end they said ok. And at 4.27pm they said kitchen is closed. I dont get it.. They said manager is gone for the day. Is that why workers say this.? I wish I can give u guys zero stars. I wish to hear from owner abt this.. I hope this is not the start of the end of your restaurant. Sorry to say. V r never gonna come back. U rather say closing at 4.15pm. why leaving it open till 5pm. N closing kitchen at 4.15pm.. thanks to extraordinary service by Lekan. So I decided to leave a tip for him. He asked the kitchen n they said kitchen is closed at 4.28... Except for him I seen everyone else were chilling n sitting around preparing to leave for the day. Very upsetting to see this.

1. Fake full online bookings. Almost empty when we got there but online was nearly impossible to get a reservation. 2. Slow service but friendly staff. 3. It feels like dining in a chimney! Strong smell and cloud of smoke that kept me coughing. 4. Beautiful interior. 5. Terrible coffee and the food was not the best. 6. Big portions (except for the coffee and sausages) and plate is assorted nicely. 7. Got one incorrect order. 8. After paying 26$ for your omelette you would expect some sort of bread to eat it with it but no! 9. Extremely expensive and overpriced. Wouldn t go here again..

I had brunch today at Eggstatic and it was great! we were greeted at the door by a polite gentleman, our food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. we had the Classic Middle Eastern, Mushroom and Pulled Beef omelette and Pulled Beef Benedict. Honestly, I saw people complain about the prices here but the portions are massive and quality very good. You pay a bit more for quality. Coffee is great too! I was given a free refill to-go. Highly recommend and would come back!
