Doubles are good here.

We tried their doubles and Phulouries with the tamarind sauce recently and loved it.

Great food, I had doubles and the salt fish and bake but I was a bit disappointed that they didnt have any Bake and shark at the time. Will I be back? Theres a strong possibility.

Wont be back... probably should consider wrapping and packaging your doubles better... what a mess. And maybe a smile at the front desk also.. good luck.

First time ordering since the name change. I ordered their wedding size party roti and a party platter of curry chicken for my staff meeting....within 10mins of opening up our dinner the chicken was finished the staff RAVED about how delicious it was. Thank you!

Just yesterday bought a chicken roti dry, no sauce not spicy.. have bought before and good, going to rotilicious in future... so update August 24th, tried again, Rotterdam was not cooked gummy, lots of chicken but little sauce... replace the cook.... I have pictures of what I picked up please let me post.

Today we decided to have sada roti, bhaigan choka, fried ochroes, sada roti, and a dhalpouri with pumpkin. The food was absolutely delicious. We both enjoyed every dish and will order this again for sure. Thank you Curry Tabanka. Vegetarian options: The pumpkin, fried ochroes and bhaigan Choka were all totally delicious. Try it!

Overall not a great experience- Boneless chicken roti - dry and flavorless- seemed as if it had been sitting all day. Jerk chicken- meh, I swear I could taste the PC memories of antigo bay in the receipe. Doubles- sloppily put together, have to say they were the best of the order. Pholarie balls- seemed heated up from frozen, definitely not fresh. Wont be returning.

Loved drupatis doubles as they slapped on a nice tamarind sauce . Sad to see them go and hope the new spot can keep up !

Bought doubles a couple of times in the past 2 weeks and the Chana is hard, so disappointed as drupaties in ajax had the best doubles in my opinion

Lawd!!!! Saturday, May 4th. We ordered curry chicken and curry goat roti, and 2 doubles. The curry chicken was a little dry, and the curry goat was tender, and it tasted good. The doubles were good. This is our first time trying their food. Not again!!! Since Saturday we ordered, we have been on the toilet. The first impression is everything. We cant go back I ate one of the doubles And I offered the other one To my girl shes scared to eat it.

Decided to try the curry chicken n rice. Not enough sauce and chicken, white meat, was very dry....undecided if i will go back Food

Ive tried 2 different dishes there. both delicious staff is always willing to answer questions.

I like them, but u know how it goes, today they good tomorrow they might not be! I had vegetarian roti, truthfully it was not good this time around.

I dont like to give 1 star reviews but I Did not enjoy the food here, something tasted off. Both my son-in-law and myself felt the same way. Not returning here.

I love the doubles from this place, and my daughter enjoys it equally! While I havent tried any other items on their menu, this is the only place I go to get doubles!

Did a takeout order. Front desk said all the food was ready. I asked again if everything was is the bag and the lady confirmed. Drove back home to find 2 dalpuri orders are missing.

Yummy doubles

Ordered online. They did not have a dish that I wanted and never bothered to call me to let me know it wasn t available but waited until I arrived to pick it up to tell me then pretended they didn t have my phone number (included when I signed up to do an online order) When entering the restaurant, the young lady at the counter did not bother greeting me. Just blurted out something that was tough to understand. Asked her to repeat herself three times then told me what name is the order under . They also did not check my order for accuracy and left out a dish. The doubles were good. The curry goat was too salty. The curry chicken was too dry. The bake and saltfish consisted of razor thin pieces of saltfish and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Not a picky eater at all but this was low quality!

My 1st time eating here and food is fantastic. This restaurant offers take out and dining in sit down and eat. Great portion size food and very hot in that food is cook and hot to eat. They have clean washroom. The place is clean. Decorations are simple and wish they could play some music in background. Their menu you can look up. Great carribbean food and drinks here. They offer variety of snacks as well. Lots of parking. Accessible here is great. On public transit bus route.

Food flavor, on point, with the right amount of spices and hot pepper, which made the food tolerable for those who have mild-hot spice tolerances. service was pleasant and food was served fast. Atmosphere was clean. A great experience.

Absolutely the best Caribbean food i Have had in canada. The doubles was authentic and not dry. And on top of that the service was very speedy without compromising the quality of the food. No where else tops Drupati s Ajax!

Love doubles and was driving by and saw the sign. Went in and ordered some regular ones and the ones with chicken. I liked how they ask you if you want spicy or non as we don t eat spice. The doubles were legit, better than the other places I ve tried and the prices are reasonable for the size. Service is quick. Will return to try other foods

Hi, I ordered doubles today and we had specified that one be with Hot Pepper and everything in it and the second one with just Bandanya and Medium Pepper. Both doubles came with No Pepper at all. I did not want to stop eating in the middle and go up to the counter and show them. I was hopeful. But it seems like I can t depend on them to get my order right. We also bought 6 Dhalpuri and 1 wedding size. I hope that is good.

Too hyped

Food was okay. First time trying a double and it was delicious! I ordered takeout and they put some lettuce, tomato and cucumber in the container with jerk and rice and it got very warm and limp. Very spicy even with clicking little spice. Great portion.

One of my go-to places for lunch, about once every few weeks. I get the chicken roti. I also like the chicken doubles. Nice lady at the counter. There is tables but more like a take out vibe.

Always fresh. Always great taste. But 4 stars because I feel like daal poori and paratha has no salt. It s very bland but still taste fresh. I wish they would season it better their paratha and daal poori.

Amazing hospitality and tasty delicious food. We tried Double, Fuluri, Alu Pie, Dalpuri and they gave us complimentary curry to taste. I recommend this restaurant. Vegetarian options: Dalpuri, Double, Fuluri

Love the Doubles. Would give them 5 stars if the manner in which they dish it up (particularly for a take away) wasn t quite so uncivilized. Impossible to eat without making a huge mess. The amount of sauce they add is never consistent either. It would be great if each roti could be rolled up separately like a wrap with the chana and sauces inside so it doesn t all spill out like it does now.

My favorite roti place - call ahead if you can as its a popular choice. Chicken or goat roti (ask for slight pepper if youre like me)... youll win with either choice.

I love the food here! Pulauri is so good! The tamarind sauce is awesome too. Doubles are great tasting but definitely needs to be secured a little better for eating. The dough is stretched out a little too much and the channa spills out of both sides making it very hard to eat. Perhaps seal the sides like other places do. Today I found a hair in my doubles and that was a little gross. Please wear hair nets it s standard restaurant practice for a reason. Won t stop me from coming back but this shouldn t happen again.

I think Drupari has the best doubles in Durham. My favorite is their regular double with chickpea filling. Tried other menu items as well, but nothing exceptional. Its better if you take out from this place.

This is an excellent place to get your spicy food. The doubles are fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The store is clean and well lite. I usually have it to go but you can stay and enjoy as well.

Shady Business Double check your receipts when ordering at this place, there could be random extra items that you are charged for. I ordered some dinner for take out and was charged for extra items that I didnt order nor were they in the bag. I noticed too late when I got home and when I called them they stated that if a previous order is in the system that does not get processed it may end up on the next order. Sounds very shady to me, and a sad way to try and earn extra revenue.

One of the main restaurants in Pickering where I get my doubles and parathas from. The doubles are amazing and they offer whole wheat paratha, which isn t available in any other West Indian restaurants I ve visited.

Update: Google auto corrected roti to rotisserie and made an error in the original posting. Friendly service. Large portions and a large amount of boneless chicken. We did not put hot sauce on the roti. We had four roti and found that it could have been more seasoned for flavour, without having additional hot sauce. You can have the roti wrapped or with the meat separately from the wrap.

Drupatis used to be our place for doubles. We went a couple weeks ago with someone who is visiting from Trinidad and he said it was the worst doubles he have ever had in life, even the worst doubles man in Trinidad is better than what we got. The Chana was tasteless, hard and crunchy. We also usually buy buss up shut, but this too was disappointing, one paratha was barely enough for 2 people. I dono what they doing, but they gone to the dogs .

This will be my third time enjoying your doubles, roti and curry! We travelled 12 hrs today and almost missed picking up our order from typical 401 traffic and accidents etc. We were met with smiles and the absolute best feast of doubles any of us have ever had! The thoughtful addition of cassava cake and a coconut cake was just the icing on the cake! We will be back Tuesday to pick up some more to take home! Thanks ever so much!!

I had placed an order over Skip The Dishes not realizing I had place the order for pick-up. I dont drive and the owner called the see if someone was on their way to pick up the order as they were about to close and just wanted to make sure someone was on their way and how far. I explained to her I had thought I had placed the order for delivery and that I dont drive. I felt so awful for the mix-up. She ended up asking for my home address and personally hand-delivering my meal as she was heading my way anyway. NOW THAT IS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! In all my years of using Uber Eats and similar platforms have I ever had this kind of service. Not to mention she gave us a whole bag of phoulari for free! Thank you so much! We will definitely be ordering from you again, cause on top of the great service the food was AMAZING!!! Great flavours!

I ordered a bunch of doubles for a party and they were really good. Im not an expert on them by any means, but they are as good if not better than the others Ive tried and I like that they allow you to choose the spice level. The inside of the place does needs some updating if you wanted to dine in though.

We ordered aloo chick pea doubles. There was way too much curry powder on the roti, absolutely no taste in Aloo chana. We also ordered mango doubles. It was full of mango pickles that was not that much edible. Roti was also not completely cooked from the edges. It was our first trial. Never going back.

Good food when you want to do the curry meal. My Trini wife likes it and shes pretty particular about these things. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. Not much of a place to dine in at, but you can if you like that sort of thing.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant for my vegetarian meals, I ordered a variety of dishes and let me tell you the food was tasty (fantastic) and wow the portion size was more than sufficient for my family and I we enjoyed every bite. the service was A class, I highly recommend this restaurant to the public.

Was there a change in management recently? The last couple of visits there has been a noticeable difference in food preparation. There is way too much Dahl Puri, the goat filling I had was dry and tough compared to what was tender, juicy, with the right amount of gravy. The food tastes like it was made by an angry unhappy person. Which is too bad. We used to enjoy the food here.

We tried the doubles, chicken roti and potato and channa roti. All were great and lady was really friendly.

We ordered a large beef and shrimp roti. Despite the large size, there was hardly any filling in it- especially in the shrimp one. I ate 3/4th of the roti dry- really disappointing. Some other roti spots are much better- they dont skimp out and charge less per roti.

Delicious tamarind chutney/sauce in the doubles! You have to eat it in the parking lot. Lol the bara dont travel fabulously. We tried the polite recently and were hooked. Ask for a double side of tamarind sauce and be prepared to just drink it. Lol

Im a regular patron of Drupatis scarborough and decided to try the Ajax location. I had to put up with a very rude cashier and waited for half an hr for my food with was served cold and tasteless!. After being treated this way I wont recommend this place!

The worst Doubles Ive ever had in life!! The Doubles are so flat and paper thin, that I wouldnt even consider it Doubles??!! It should be call sometime else. I would discourage any one from buying Doubles from Drupatis until they learn how to make REAL Doubles!! PERIOD!!

The doubles are good, so the food we have tried so far is not the issue. Customer service is the issue. The people working here are rude. They act like it is an inconvenience for them to take your order. News flash: The people who are ordering from you are keeping you in business. Be thankful at least that you have customers especially at a time like this. You need to treat your customers with respect. Your food is good, but in my opinion not good enough to excuse your customer service.
