Clean, testy and feb staff love them

Food here is amazing, but the wait time is atrocious. 25 Minute wait. Staff also allowed a group of teenagers eat Crumble Cookies within the dining area, which soured the dining experience with the teenagers immature disruptive behaviour. They never ordered anything. Will be eating here again, the food was phenomenal. But the over all experience was subpar.

Great place to have fried chicken. I had the hot as cluck sandwitch it was pretty good.

Just went and they had a black friday special going on. The food was very good, very filling. ambiance 10/10, they even have board games available to play while you wait which I thought was so cute. Washrooms are also very clean and also has a bidet. Kid-friendliness: colouring book and crayons available, children s book too!

Really good food

Food is really good, I went for the Nashville fries and liked them a lot. Ended up getting it again on Uber eats but they have me it in a little small box compared to the medium box I got in store, so I feel like they scammed me but the food is amazing portions not so much.

Came here after work with my family and was greeted by lovely staff, I ordered the cluck yeah, cluck fries, and tender clucks. Food was to die for, chicken was juicy and the seasoning on the fries was amazing. will be back soon

I had the Oh ! So Cheesy As Cluck sandwich, but instead of the bun, I replaced it with the waffle. Sooooo good! Everything went together perfectly and was delicious! The service is friendly and I will definitely return!

Do not go to this store!!!!! I paid $52 for two sandwiches and two sides, both sandwiches had only two pieces of chicken when a whole chicken breast is advertised biggest waste of money!

Nice clean place, the board games are a nice added touch for dining in. The staff were really nice and the service was great. The food was pretty decent, for the price I don t think you get the value. Theres no reason the cluck yea chicken & waffle sandwich should be priced at $16.99 as it only come with a small chicken tender cut in half on each half if the sandwich (over 2 small chicken tenders) most of the sandwich consisted of sauce and coleslaw. I wouldn t order it again as I think it should have a way larger piece of chicken for that price or that should at least be the price for a combo.

Happened upon this place while driving from Whitby to Toronto. Absolutely delicious sandwich! Ordered the Hot As Cluck. The service was super friendly -- happy I stopped here!

Food Quality 11/10. Flavour and spiciness is perfect! I want to speak about the owners of this Ajax location. Not specifically the younger staff, but the mother & father are living proof that good people exist! They treat me and my guest like their own family. They have been familiar with me and my order for a while and they go above and beyond to promise I have a tasty family meal. Their efforts will always be remembered and I will ALWAYS choose cluck clucks over anywhere else. I wish I could have clucks clucks every day and I wish every establishment had service like these wonderful people. 5/5 Stars- 10/10 Service

I saw her go out of her way being kind and I didnt feel bad at all for how much we spent eating there . Whatever you do DO NOT order the buy 1 get 1 on uber. Its a complete rip off even if u add the 30% uber upcharges restaurants add. I get that inflation has increased the price on a lot of things, but this was a stright gouge on thier own customers. The food tastes good, so I wont give it a 1 based on the portion alone. The chicken is equivelent to 2 chicken nuggets in the sandwhich...... DO BETTER.

We placed our order service was great . The restaurant was decorated nicely. The main issue was the food. We very disappointed. We ordered 2 cluck yeah on promotion for $30 plus 1 free side. The waffles were soggy bc of the coleslaw and the chicken was drowning in Chipotle sauce. We ended up eating half the sandwich and leaving the rest. The cheese rings were good tho. I wouldnt recommend $35 on 2 sandwiches n rings .

Please dont tell your delivery drivers 2-3 minutes and take 15-20. I asked 3 times to make sure and was assured it shouldnt take more than 5. Not my first time either. We lose money waiting, Im fasting and tired. Being dishonest in ramadan as well.

I ordered a cluck yeah combo which was grossly overpriced at $28.25, after which they decided to make me wait 45 minutes. The sandwich consisted of 2 very small and overcooked tenders, which were too small for the waffle. The food was very poorly put together, you would imagine if it took so long to give me my food, at least it would be good. Non the less, don t waste you re time or money.

My wife and I dropped in here after a day out of the house. I ve never been in the place and we ordered a couple sandwiches and sides to bring home for the family. The place was very bright and clean when we went in. The food portions are VERY generous. Lots of food for what you pay for this and the food tasted fantastic. The staff were really friendly and helpful as we were figuring out the menu. I very much support anyone else heading into this place for a meal.

For the price, this was not worth it. I ordered Hot as Cluck combo and the Twaco combo but it did not taste good. I feel sick after eating that. Try one of their sandwiches if anything. Was not worth it for over $50 for 2 people especially for a fast food spot.

Weve been looking for a chicken and waffles place for some time. Didnt realize this gem was 5 minutes away from home! Ordered What the Cluck and the Cluck Yeah. Both were amazing.The Cluck Yeah is a little messy, so if youre eating in, be prepared! Luckily, I am always armed with wet wipes The service was great, and we will definitely visit again.

4.9 We had the Nashville chicken poutine and I wish I took a picture but as soon as we got it we hauled it down. 2 people can easily fill themselves up with this poutine. It was amazing. The only flaw was that some pieces of chicken were grilled others were fried so I would knock down a star for that. But other than that I would highly recommend the poutine. The fries were flavoured the sauce was amazing and it was the right amount of spicy. Kid-friendliness: The owner is really nice and there were kids at the restaurant

Very nice place. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Reccomend the waffle chicken sandwich I got the spicy one with pickles on the side and it was amazing! The waffle was fluffy but had a bit of a crunchyness to it and the chicken with the sauces was delicious! Definitely reccomend trying chicken and waffle. Only thing that could of made it better would be something sweet on top like maple syrup!

The chicken sandwiches were AMAZING. The fries were crispy, well seasoned and a little spicy. We ordered dine in, grabbed a table and figured when it was ready we d run up to the counter and grab it. No. They brought it right out to us. The woman working cash was great. It was our first time, she had excellent suggestions and was extremely friendly and personable. Some of the tables in the dining room needed a wipe, but otherwise our experience was excellent. Dietary restrictions: We are not Muslim and do not require our food to be halal, however it was all excellent and I would return despite not being their target audience. Kid-friendliness: Cute dining room with bright branding very family friendly.

Was somewhat disappointed with food, tasted slightly different than the other locations weve had previously. My waffle was under cooked and the owner was kind to make another one which was great. Stumbled upon this establishment after making a business stop at UPS. I was pleasantly surprised by the cool, hip and fresh interior of the restaurant. The service was great! This place has some great fried chicken and waffles. My husband and I got the Hot As Cluck combo with the cheesy Frys and the Mother Clucker. Both meals were delicious. Was in Ajax visiting family and my sister recommended Cluck Clucks. First of all, the staff was amazing, incredibly accommodating and answered all our concerns. The chicken was tender and the sauces were amazing (my favorites were the chipotle aioili and the honey garlic). The waffles were soft and flavorful and the potato wedges were to die for! Our party of 12 left incredibly satisfied and raving about their meals, highly recommended!

I ve been to other cluck cluck locations however this one was a first and I stopped by for the fried chicken cheese fries as I saw it on social media. The people were great and super friendly which I loved however let s get to the food. The chicken cheese fries were horrible, I don t say that about many things but I could not finish it because of the taste. It s like a fake cheese sauce drowning the fries the sauce is not good. I m not sure who likes these fries, stick to the chicken and waffles here. Do not get the cheese fries I ll def be back for the chicken and waffles to maybe adjust the review but would give a 1/5 for the fries sorry to have that experience.

We were very excited when we saw this place had opened up near by and decided to try it out tonight. We ordered 2 sliders - Classic Cluck and Son of a Cluck. The wait time for dine in and takeout was pretty long - I waited about 20 minutes for my take out order. They seemed to have very few staff working at the back. The restaurant itself is quite nice - very new and clean. My takeout order was okay - the sandwiches tasted good but was very cold by the time we ate and I m not sure why that was the case given we live really close by. I don t know if I was given my food late or they just don t take care of takeout orders well. I was disappointed by my overall experience at this Ajax location.

Over priced for the amount of food. My husband got what the cluck and the 2 chicken pieces were so small. Whenever we go to the other locations they usually have bigger chicken pieces.

I love that their chicken is made to order! So far it has always been made to perfection! The chicken is seasoned well and the waffles taste great. My family and I keep coming back BC it just that good! Keep up the good work and quality of food.

The chicken was perfectly fried but could ve been more seasoned and more spicy , tasted a little bland. The best cheesy fries I ve ever had the cheese was so creamy and rich it tasted like Jamaican cheese I really enjoyed it & im not suppose to eat cheese but 1 day won t hurt me I really enjoyed the food but they forgot my drink , I ordered a combo and no drink came . However it was good lunch

Food is incredible. Service is even better. Flavour is consistent every time I stop by here. One of the best food stops in Durham. Absolutely must try! Theres a bit of a wait sometimes, but its absolutely worth it as they make your food fresh to order! Keep it up guys!

We have been waiting for this to open up. We love the downtown location and I want to say, this one is even better! Chicken and Waffles in Ajax? Yes, please! The food is really good. Everything we have had so far has tasted great. Highly recommend the cheesy cluk fries with chicken . Lots of parking and seating available. We have gone a couple of times and it does get busy. Service was slow (40 min wait) one of the first Friday evenings we went. However even after being frustrated with the wait, the food didnt disappoint and the people there were really friendly. I hope with time, the service gets quicker without compromising on quality. We will definitely be returning again and again.

Got the 2 piece on a waffle with sweet chili maple syrup and let me tell you - it was AMAZING! The chicken was crispy and tasty and the syrup 100/10, the ONLY reason Im giving the food 4 stars is because I wouldve preferred the waffle to be crisper. And also customer service blew my mind - the gentleman on cash was so helpful and patient even when there was a lineup of customers behind me. Will definitely be back again soon!

Clean and tidy restaurant. We ordered the cluck yeah, classic clicker sandwich with fries, little clucker waffle with chicken and 3 peices of fried chicken legs. Everything was delicious and my family and I enjoyed it.

Great new place chicken and waffle place in Ajax thats close to everything (Value Village Plaza next to Costco). Excellent food made fresh and amazing customer service by the owners. They were very helpful with any suggestions and served us very quickly. The seating area was bright and clean, and had lots of room to accommodate the 7 of us (could accommodate maybe 40+ people total). The food itself was fantastic, especially the fried chicken and Cluck Yeah sandwich. The chicken was both crunchy and juicy, and the condiments and sauce inside were perfectly paired with the chicken. Overall excellent experience. My only suggestion is to have a deal of the day option like at other places.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken with fries and a drink. Food was tasty especially the chicken. Tasty food and will return the only thing was I took it to go and they forgot to add napkins. Not a huge deal but napkins are a must. Overall great place and friendly people and tasty chicken Kid-friendliness: Nice and safe store. With plenty of space for parking and traffic

The food was delicious and the serving was large which for the price was nice. The staff was wonderful. They were very nice, patient, (it was our first time there and we had many questions) and helpful. We will definitely go back. Kid-friendliness: My boys LOVED it. They are not really adventurous eaters. Serving was large.

The food is amazing and the inside of the restaurant was really cute and aesthetic. I was blown away at how fresh and filling the dishes were (and get the dessert even if you think you dont have space ;) )

Ordered the 2 peices special. Nothing special, wayyy too oil and over done. Fries are nothing special too, just a tad bit of seasoning sprinkling on them. Was unable to finish as Chicken was tooo oily. Not worth a retry.
