We tried out Jollibees as weve never gone there before. We got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, 3 Piece Combo, and a 2 Piece + Jolly Spaghetti. Place was busy, and with so many people waiting on food, it was slow. The dining area was dirty, and when the food was ready; Crispy Chicken was greasy but good, Fries were dry and tasteless. The gravy was not good as it was Watery and Tasteless. The Spaghetti was good, but is an acquired taste. Though them talking amongst themselves in Tagalog is pretty rude. Parking: Despite the place being full, the parking lot was really empty... for some reason.

Fries can be hit or miss like every other fast food chain. The chicken sandwiches are what its all about for me, and they are quite good.

The chicken is not very good and the fries are bland.

The only problem I had was, I did not order more

The food is great service is bad. The customer service at front to order is rude and not welcoming. Female front desk cashier was very snobby and welcoming. She did not smile,greet, or ask to take our order. She waited for us to ask and it was an awkward moment. Please have better and friendly front cash servers to serve more friendlier. I will be sure to tell others about this experience. Hire humble friendly people not just any Filipino to work there. Have experience good customer service background. Other then that food is excellent

I was really disappointed. The chicken was supposed to be spicy, but it lacked any real heat or flavor. It felt like they toned down the spice to the point where it was almost flavorless. On top of that, the chicken itself was incredibly dry.

This is the closest Jollibee to my house, which is a 4 hour drive. Ive been here a couple times before. Previously, their fried spicy chicken was very juicy, and quite spicy compared to the spicy chicken from Popeyes, Mary Browns, etc, and I highly recommended this fast food chain to friends. A few weeks ago, I ordered their 1 piece jolly crispy spicy chicken with spaghetti, and the piece I got was tiny, dry, and spice level almost zero. The good news is I will not crave Jollibee, and feel the need to make the 4 hour drive.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by cashier name as lovely during my visit on Friday, and i must say, her customer service was exceptional! she greeted me with warm smile and made the entire checkout process quick and pleasant. she was attentive and made sure i had everything i needed. It s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. I will definitely visit again.Thank you lovely, for making my day better!

Interior seating or Dine-In tables and chairs was so messy and dirty, gosh no body cares about it. Long line up to place order and only one counter open and second one closed and employees just looking at the line up and nobody even supervisor or manager think to open the other counter to mitigate the long line up. Placed order for dine-in but after see the tables was not clean or dirty with food waste and soda or juice spilled over table changed dine in to pick up option after so much disappointed after seen the dine-in area.

So tried jolibee for the first time ever to see if the hype was real and first thing that i noticed is the prices are so high! But maybe thats cuz it tastes so good. So i continued. Got a small order of just 2 piece and fries with the mango peach pie and a gravy. Just to test it out first. Even tho it was a small amount of food it still came out to 17or 16 dollars or so... So tried the chicken and was not blown away and honestly would rank this in 4th place mary browns, kfc, chicken joy to me are superior. The gravy had a different taste. The pie was the best thing about the meal. I think this place is good for those wanting a nostalgic reminder of the Phillipines. For those who grew up on this and was part of their childhood or life back home. I will prob be back to grab a mango peach pie or two but as for the chicken. I prob wont return.

Good location. Chicken was tasty and spicier enough . Staffs were welcoming. Restroom alone needs some cleaning periodically . Far better than KFC and poppeyes in terms of taste

Drive thru service is worst it took me 22 mins for my order to think its just 1 burger steak and 2 crispy chicken sandwich.

Its a multinational fast food chain and is no diffrent than KFC, Burger King and Taco Bell. I dont know why Fillipinos treat Jollibee like its some holy grail. Its the same old heart stopping, arterie clogging, cancer causing goodness that you can find just about anywhere.

I normally door dash food from here for my boyfriend. The food always turns out a 10/10. And if he likes it, I m giving it a 5 stars. Thank you for giving my boyfriend the same jolibee experience I used to back in the days of living in the Philippines.

The food is really good for fast food. The chicken is juicy and white. My only thing is the cost for extra sauce seems a bit extreme.

Ordered spicy chicken and even though they came with the spicy flags they were not spicy. The chicken also not as hot as they normally would. Their size was a bit smaller than usual. We completed the survey and provided our feedback and we only received automated response from the Ajax store manager. Bad customer service experience overall! As you all can see, the owner s response is more disappointing than the actual food. No ownership and no effort to make up the bad experience.

I literally love Jollibee in general and everything they serve

First time at a Jollibee and I had pretty high expectations given what Id been told about the food, and it was pretty good! The store was very cute, very spacious, decent amount of customers. Got a bucket meal, and the chicken was good! Nothing crazy, but it was very crisp and juicy, seasoned pretty normally and was good reheated. Fries were nice, shoestring and akin to McDonalds but definitely a lot better. Had a really nice atmosphere, especially for a fast food place. In general, very yummy! Just keep in mind its fast food at the end of the day.

Food is good, but the customer service goes far beyond horrible. I was waiting for my order and other people came in and customer service girl was rude to them, along with no patience to give customer to select order. I was also treated the same way. Heres a suggestion for the scum bag, leave your personal problem at home. Dont bring it to work cause negative attitude towards customers is not appreciated. I do hope management see this on going problem here.

Went there twice. First time got an aloha burger with a pineapple juice and fries. The fries werent too special but the juice and burger were delicious. The burger was a good philippine twist on the traditional burger with pineapple and a special fruit sauce ontop--you cant get this anywhere else. The second time we got pieces of chicken. It wasnt really special and I wish I wouldve gotten the burger again. All-in-all the service and food is great and I would recommend this when driving through Ajax

Recently visited Jollibee Ajax, it was a delightful experience. Brianna, the friendly cashier, greeted me with a warm smile and took my order promptly.

On July 16,2024. I got a meal for $70, first time payment was declined (the guy didnt give me declined receipt) I have to pay once again. I checked my bank balance right after I made a payments, they charged me twice ($140 for a meal, tried to working with them many times and have not received any response until now. Bad experience.

Took forever for someone to acknowledge us. Forever for them to prepare it and then when it got to us, half of it was cold. And the mashed potato s were obviously instant mash. However the spaghetti was good.

Nice atmosphere and great chicken

Food was ok but spicy chicken sandwich had almost no sauce and was too dry to eat. Asked for more sauce and was told that would cost 90 cents when I only wanted it because it was almost left off the sandwich. Pach mango pie and fries were good, but I wouldnt get the sandwich again. This was the Ajax, ON location.

Like the food was not the best but the customer service there was INSANE so I cant really judge them badly even though I felt ripped off paying 20$ for that stale chicken and soggy bread. Like the food there is down right horrendous, I would not recommend it again.

What happened to the Jollibees fried chicken?! You made the bucket container so small and.the.new small bucket have the fried chicken inside so small too. And the price was 3 times higher than it used to be. DECEPTIVE.

My go-to Jollibee when I visit my cousin in Pickering. Super fast service, very friendly staff, not as crowded as other Jollibees in Toronto and very clean! The manager even gave us drinks and pies while we waited for our huge order to bring back to Montreal. Food taste great as always. Hoping they ll open a franchise in Montreal soon

Great chicken but expensive.

Ordered through the drive thru. Asked for a thigh piece with the spaghetti, was told it was possible to do so. I get my food and I get a leg piece. Clearly the staff don t pay enough attention to their job, hence the low rating reviews in this location.

Who can say something not good for Jollibee chicken. Its always hot and fresh. We also got burgers and spaghetti. And it really taste so good. Staffs are nice and accommodating too. I left my visa card in the store, and it was kept and returned by the management.

I would like to thank the staff of this location for locating my belt bag by the washroom, they are very professional and very honest.

Ordered food for dine in but it took them such a long time that I ended taking them out. When I asked the crew for my order, they just looked at me with blank faces and dont get me started with the managers who were just standing there. What a waste of my time. Im getting my chicken elsewhere thats for sure.

Came here when I was travelling from Houston, TX. It has been awhile since I REALLY enjoyed Jollibee. All other times have been okay, but theres something about this location that makes it taste better than the locations in Texas or Cali.

Yesterday, I really waited 30+ mins for 2 piece of chicken. Because there are big orders infront of us so I didn t wanna bother them but it turns out that they didn t even know this order existed. And I got diarrhea from the chicken .

I was excited ordering in as Jollibee doesnt have much locations around gta but the staff and food disappointed me. We waited long only to be served with cold fries and burger. The burger patty in my yum burger was also 1/3 smaller than the other locations. The staff who took our order didnt bother to greet us and just waited in silence for us to take order. Staff needs more training for proper customer service

This location is clean and the food was just fine. However, customer service was subpar. The cashier was not approachable. No warm greetings provided unlike other Jollibee locations. My group had to wait a really long time just to get cold fries and burger even though it was not busy.

Food was great & location was huge and clean for the best part. BUT service was bad. We ve been to a couple of locations around Toronto and we were always greeted so nicely & what they would say back in Philippines welcome to jollibee . But when we first came into the cashier, we noticed that the employees seemed like they were tired and did not even want to work there. I get it, fast food chains could be exhausting because I ce worked at one before but the worst part was, they weren t busy! There was only 3-4 customers dining in and no one was there before and after we ordered, not even when we were eating. There was only me and my friends ordering and the service was SO SLOW. Cashier didn t even bother smiling or asking us what we wanted, she literally stood there, waiting for us to just say what we want. No follow ups if we wanted anything else or even ask us how we want to pay. They also assumed that we knew where the straws were and literally straight up give us the drinks without asking or telling us where the straws were. Its so bad that it s making me write this review, because Jollibee always had the great reputation of smiling and greeting each customer that come into the store. Employees need to be trained better and actually uphold the quality of service that Jolibee has back home.

I went order today July 30 around 6pm to drive through and when I was paying the girl that on the window was no customer service at no hi no smile no thank you just give you the order. Was so disappointed on the customer service that person should be at ht back as she no good in customer service. Wont not recommend this location.

I enjoyed the chicken joy, spaghetti and peach mango pie. The staff were great and friendly. I will definitely come back.

TBH not sure why this spot was hyped. Its good but just mid. The chicken is similar to Popeyes but the sides are lacking.

It takes about 20 min to put in an order because they dont listen to you.

Update June 2024: Prices have skyrocketed ($88.13 for combo D), they dont accept the free pie from the survey anymore (no expiry on it, why didnt they take it), fries were cold, and the one girl at drivethrough is always miserable / rude. Chicken is still good though, but not hot (temperature). ~~~~~ Decided to try this Jollibee out this morning, as it opens early had to wait a bit for the ten piece bucket, pies, fries, and mash. Overall food was good. Tried the banana langka for the first time today, and was not a fan... Ill stick to my peach mango pie going forward lol. Chicken was good, as usual. Fries were not hot when we finally got them, and even cold by the time they made it home.

Always have an awesome meal here, the staff was really quick and helpful!

Not selling what is advertised on the their own menu board. They want you to buy everything individually. If you don t want to offer something, update your menu board. edit: it s not a matter of the kitchen being out of something. They want to charge everything individually claiming they don t offer that combo anymore but it s still on the menu board. 12.99 they want to charge 17.50 instead.

Here is my opinion on this fast food restaurant. 06 July, 2024 09:00 Pros: A) Located near the highway B) Kept well clean. C) Food was tasty and tasted really good. D) Gave us extra pies after ordering for eating so long. So that s a plus. E) Washrooms are clean and maintained. Cons: 1) Service was super SLOW. 2) The Employees seemed like they did not want to be there or they were tired that day. C) Weird entry and Layout especially their parking lot as you need to enter after the Drive thru. Conclusion: Very good in terms of food and cleanliness. Bad in service attitude and design. I would recommend but they need to improve and be better because it was a little disappointing. I m indifferent. Wheelchair accessibility: It s only one floor.

Great service, food and very clean. The food is expensive which I feel is why it won t blow up in Canada. Fast food offerings like everything else has gone up in price but this is a bit extreme.

I came here 3 times, twice they have messed up my order and the third and last time was the final straw. I ordered a bucket of spicy chicken, there was barely any spicy or that red seasoning on it, Secondly I noticed, it taste very off, I could tell the chicken was old and refried because the meat was inedible and hard and grayish in colour, usually when I order from like mary browns or popeyes, if I leave it out for a bit, it still tastes fine and I can reheat it in the airfryer and the taste is still the same, but not jollibee here, I reheated it and it was dry and hard and could tell it was old chicken. So disappointed because the scarborough location is usually fresh compared to Ajax.

Its our first time eating Jollibee Ajax, the store is clean, the staff team are polite and very accommodating, overall I enjoyed my experience dining here.

The quality of chicken is deteriorating at this location. The legs are like turkey legs in size, but the quality is so low. Same with the thighs. They look like ostrich thighs but taste like nothing. Just feel like biting into a tub of oil. They need to get better quality meats and improve the recipe to make it tastier. I think someone told them that grease is taste so more, the better. Im extremely disappointed. And the gravy, oh boy. Can be used to clean dishes.

Clean resto and food was fresh. Not certain if it really opens at 9 (according to Google) or 10am. But we arrived at 10:15am and had to wait extra 10 minutes for a box of 6 pieces.

The wife loved her spicey chicken but my white tenders were chewy and tough..not happy..had jollibee at Manila airport and it was white and fabulous there in the Philippines..maybe overcooked I guess but for the money not worth it.

Sorry but I am so disappointed. This is the first time I ordered a bucket of chicken and it was dry not moist at all like when you first open the store. Keep your fried chicken moist and customers wont be disappointed. It was like they cooked it twice.
