I’m at a loss for words… I’m literally sitting in the restaurant staring at my empty boxes and am considering getting more. Starting with the food: There is NOTHING like this. The spicy mayo in conjunction with the honey mustard is a combo that would cause a caveman’s brain to spontaneously combust. The crispiness of the breading and tenderness of the meat are the best duo since Shaq and Kobe. I would eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if my heart allowed for it. Next, the service: GENERATIONAL. I am not being hyperbolic when I say the staff are the kindest, most genuine, and intelligent people I’ve ever encountered. Particularly Manal, is something else. To the location manager, I hope you know what you have in Manal. Someone like her does not come around everyday. She is the rock of that location on Monday night’s. I’ve never seen such effortless mastery in regards to customer service. It feels like a home atmosphere the second you step foot on the premises. Overall, I rate my experience 11/10 and will be coming back to complete the 5 Big Mary challenge next Monday. I came up one short this week. 😿
One of the best run Mary Browns I went to. Manal was very helpful and had intensive knowledge of the menu and what to offer me that I thought she was the manager. Even going into the store she was keeping the place very clean and helped us find just the right meal for our late night cravings. Will definitely be heading back again when she is working there!

We really loved the chicken and fries. Medium size fries are enough for family for 4 which includes two kids. Quick service and ample car parking. Neat atmosphere. We missed to order the new batters basket. Nice food and service !! Love it 🥰
I tried Mary Browns for the first time today. Their customer service was exceptional. Ali took his time to explain how their orders and specials work. Their sandwiches were awesome. I won’t say the best I have ever had, but they were amongst the top. Will definitely go back to try chicken next time.
The Mary Brown’s store people - and Ali - are really nice. My husband fell in love with the taters and gravy. We both loved the fresh, hot chicken, and have been back for more. We also enjoy the Big Mary Sandwich. A good solid piece of chicken breast. So tasty. It’s a bit slow for a fast food place, as most of the chicken is made fresh, so they have chargers and plugs available in the table while you’re waiting. It has gotten faster since we started going. And you can preorder on the app.

Ive had MB at several locations but this one was different. Food was cold, tasted bland and over-fried. It hard to get fast food wrong but they certainly did.

I was there on Monday For the big Mary sandwich sale , and ordered three chicken sandwiches, two are good, but mine was uneatable, it was so dry that it was stringy like it was hay. I couldn t get 1 good bite into it. Maybe they are trying to get rid of the old chicken on the day of the sale, I don t know, but what I know is that my chicken sandwich was terrible and I m really thinking about not going back there again.

I did like this place but i wont be coming back. Old review: Excellent customer service by the young guy who wears glasses. I did not get his name but he was helpful and kind. Went to this location today and was instantly greeted with great energy and enthusiasm. I ordered larger wedge, dipping sauce and cinnamon biscuits. Although its Christmas eve and Im sure a little tired they are here and still giving good energy and service. Thank you! Food

I went in, ordered some takeout for myself and my kid (who opted to stay in the car outside) and the guy behind the cash treated me differently than practically every other person in there, who were black & brown -- Im a middle-aged white woman. He joked and smiled with everyone but me, even though I approached him with a smile and was friendly and polite -- to me he was all business and kinda frowny almost to the point of being rude. Chicken isnt worth being treated like theres something wrong with me.
Hard working people, sometimes as an employee you can get hung out to dry by the corporate folks, I believe this happened here. I asked the young lady for a three piece chicken with waffle fries, depicted on a poster with two pieces, she said sorry, those only come with the two piece can t get waffle fries any other way, So, that s what I had, but just don t get the picture, maybe it s me, but it felt like a skit from Monty Python

Location many times in the past months. No disappointment. Today, Sunday I placed an order online for pickup at this store on Rossland. The front cashier was Nadeera and the gentleman / chef Shivam, were both very courteous and helpful. I even bought more stuff at the store. Nadeera has great customer service skills and was very pleasant. She cares about her job. I wanted something different in my second order(less salt in my taters) and the chef .. Shivam was notified ... he Prepared my order promptly and correctly.... With a smile and without any hesitation. Usually, at fast food restaurants, the staff are always in a hurry...and angry. Mary Brown (rossland) thank you For having employees like Nadeera and Shivam. I must say that the fried chicken, tenders, taters, salads and gravy are always delicious. Have to still try the grilled chicken sandwich.

Masha-Allah. The Host named ALI is very polite, curtious and always serves with a smile. The waiting area is well kept. The halal chicken is always freshly fried (regular or spicy) and amazing is not oily. There is choice of taters (less salt) and salads. In my opinion it beats the old KFC in all categories.

Waited excessively long for a 3pc chicken meal here last week. I want to say it was probably at least 20 minutes. Also, something else weird is that when I went to scan my Mary Browns loyalty app, the guy looked at me like I was a weirdo or something. Very weird experience, but the food was fresh and tasty as always.
Always a great place to go to. The cashier/owner Ali is very friendly as I ve observed, always saying hi and his regards to his frequent customers. He is patient and polite and gives you whatever additional things you ask for. Food is excellent! Mary Browns Big Mary burgers are my favourite! The spicy mayo inside is my favourite! There were some days though that I would get no lettuce at all in my burger or just the tiniest bit. I ve had the wedges before too and I d advise making them a little less salty this is why I get fries now . Atmosphere rating is 5/5 always clean inside. Small space but it s nice and great to sit inside for a couple minutes with friends and enjoy some food.

After doing some shopping at the local Longo s, I decided to make a pitstop at Mary Brown s to pick up dinner for my family. The service, food, and atmosphere were five-star. I ve visited various fast food establishments, where I was never even greeted with a smile. The staff at Mary Brown s made me feel like I was a member of their family. I would wholeheartedly recommend trying them out.
