I got the pound of wings and chilli onion fries combo and only got 7 wings and barely any fries plus they were stale.

Great spot for wings in Ajax with a fantastic variety of flavors to choose from! The wings are always cooked perfectly, and the service is friendly and fast.

I ve had consistent issues trying to place a takeout order at Wing Spot. Every time I call, the phone goes unanswered, which is quite frustrating. This reflects poorly on the quality of customer service and makes it difficult for customers to order conveniently.

I recently visited wing spot and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed inattentive, and seemed disinterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This was very frustrating and made for an unpleasant visit. They tried to charge me twice for a mistake on an order they made and try to put me at fault for it when it was easily a situation that could ve been resolved but to try to scam me out of another order really hurt me, especially since I m a recurring customer. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

The wings are overcooked and the meat is very tough. Over priced compared to other wing shops in Ajax which are 100x better. The wings I make at home are considerably better. Its unfortunate that their specialty is wings as they should consider something else they are better at cooking.

No value for money. I normally go to Pickering for wings, coz its cheaper and the wings are amazing. but I didnt feel like driving all that way. So I gave the Wing Spot Special a chance. Portion size was half of what we get in pickering for more money. Not going back.

I was trying to place an order for pickup from this location, (after calling multiple times in different time intervals because I assumed they are busy since they wont pick up) and after someone finally answering the phone I ordered 2 orders of 2 different wings. After coming home I realized the order was wrong and 2 boxes of wings were the same order. I called back multiple times again (there was not even one customer inside btw so not sure why they could not answer or call back) and when they finally picked up I explained they gave the wrong order, and the lady at the phone who s name is apparently Sheila, stated she cant do anything about it unless I drive back and give back my order. as I have somewhere to be and don t have time to drive back and fourth, I asked if I can get a credit for the order they gave me wrong in which she spoke to the manager and he said no. I asked to speak to the manager (Raj) myself in which Sheila said I cannot as he is busy. I said ill wait and she kept me on the phone for 20 minutes just to tell me he can t talk to me and she can t do anything about it but give me 10% off of one order. They did not even properly offer to replace the order. lol. Never going here again

Our go-to wing restaurant. Smokey Dill and Malvern Boys were two unique flavours we tried and ended up loving. Dry spicy bbq is great too. Some of the wing flavours on the menu have unique names like Malvern Girls and it would be helpful if the menu had a brief description of what those flavours are. Having said that, the wings are still great!

Great eye candy waitresses and food

Wings were not good at all, extremely dry. We ordered the spicy Cajun, did not taste like cajun. Havent had wings this bad, ever. The only good part were the fries and dipping sauce. The service was slow and I saw a server take a fry out of our good and eat it behind the counter before bringing us our food, we made eye contact but she turned away and didnt say anything. The heater was not on, so we had to keep our winter coats on the entire time, the servers had their coats on as well. All in all, wouldnt recommend this place.

Usually I have ordered this place. Today ordered chickenwings and chilli onion fries, which is very disappointed lots of fries but not enough sauce and onions. Green Chillies also got black and did not feel any spicy. Please take attention of your food quality!!!

Shoutout to the workers tonight, I can in and I don t really know who I was talking to, but the employees that were working cash were amazing. I came in to grab some food and I didn t know what I wanted, granted it being my first time here, I asked the employees to surprise me with some food , and what ever they gave me was amazing. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Shoutout to the chefs also for making me an amazing meal. You should definitely check them out, they have some amazing eats. I will definitely be coming back for more food. Just know my order will always be in the hands of the employees, cause every time I come, the employees will be picking my order, so just remember me as the customer who likes to be surprised. I hope you girls and chefs have a good rest of your shift and again. Thank you for the food it was amazing

They served us with foul smelling wings. We ordered 5 pound wings and they were all stale. We ordered them on Uber Eats and took them to the restaurant after getting them. They wouldn t admit to the disgusting smell of the wings first but after a while when they smelled it, they started smiling and asked us to get a refund from Uber. The cook after smelling the wings went right ahead and disposed it all in garbage. I would never recommend anyone to order from here. This is the worst experience I have had with any restaurant.

I live in Ajax and a big supporter of local businesses so we try to support diff restaurants each time. I generally never complain about any food. We ordered wings and fries for me and my 2 kids and all 3 of us got severely food poisoned (non stop diarrhea and vomiting all night and it was my sons bday and he didnt even go to school, I truly hope food and safety inspection can improve quality of such places.

I have been ordering from you guys for almost a year since I moved to ajax. I called 3 times today to order and no one answered. I was thinking they are closed. I drove pass the place and they were open and werent even busy. After not answering my calls and I see on the reviews the last 2 months. Theres complaints about yall selling stale chicken wings and refusing to refund and giving a whole family diarrhea. I wont be coming back I end up going to Break and Wings at church and hwy 2. I ordered 2 pounds of wings with 2 flavours and onion rings, it cost $41. And it was absolutely delicious. And wings are a little bigger than yours And onion rings taste the same yours But at least I wont have to worry about diarrhea or stale food.

The appetizers are incredible and wings and so many unique flavours! Super saucy wings, dry rub , you name it 10/10 recommend also fairly affordable for their special deals and I love the food .

Honestly one of the best wing places Ive had so far wonderful service and wings were extremely good!

The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is welcoming and the workers are amazing. For wings, they have over 100 flavours to choose from, which they kindly explain, if you ask. Wait time is around 15-20 min which is standard everywhere, and the waitress s provide wonderful service. I ve also ordered over the phone, to pick-up later, and I have no complaints! Definitely a place to try!

We have ordered from The wing spot Ajax numerous times. To our disappointment the last couple of times the wings have been extremely over cooked to the point where you can t even enjoy them. Last night, we took another chance but the wings were over cooked again. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

McKenzies wings on Bailey sells 2 pounds of delicious wings for seven dollars cheaper and they give napkins

The hours for this location are odd and inconsistent. This could be due to the impact from the Pandemic restrictions from the last few years. The fries are GREAT when cooked properly but most times are overdone like they are close to being burnt. Favourite wing sauces are barbecue, lemon pepper, Texas Homicide and Cayenne. Dietary restrictions: Provide Halal options.

Wings were good, great prices, simple atmosphere that is not too loud but not quiet either.

The chili onions fries were crispy and flavourful. The flame meter is quite accurate! The red chili bbq was SPICY. The spice built and I was quite surprised given it was only 3 . The devils ranch was delicious and also spicy (4 ). Our waitress was attentive and knew the menu very well. The wings were crispy, flavour was good, waitress was attentive. Good experience!

We spent over $100.00 for wings last night, it s Friday night no cooking, It was a big mistake, still vomiting after eating the wings a few. The oil was staled and disgusting. Where the hell is DPH to check for food safety from this nasty dungeon place. Change the oil ppl can died from bad cooking food!!!

But last Friday I tried calling a few times to place a phone order and no one bothered to pick up the phone . I ended up going to another restaurant . You might want to figure out how to handle your phone orders before you lose more business

Good spot to grab some wings. Definitely have a wide variety of great tasting flavors for wings. Only downside is that they dont have a lot of seating and I wouldnt take someone here on a first or second date (just saying) otherwise order wings and enjoy!!! Food

Everyday of the week they offer a different special. We came here on a Monday and took advantage of their fries special. And good thing we did because the fries were delicious ! I got chilli onion fries , Hawaiian wings and some Mac & cheese bites on the side. Everything was perfectly seasoned and portion are 100% worth the price. 5/5 stars , can t wait to come back. We were served by Shajini, she was soo nice and efficient and paid attention to detail with every customer. Great spot and thanks for the great food.

We chose to give this place a try because the Scarborough location was incredibly generous and knew what they were doing, even though we had been out all day, had no choice but to eat somewhere and go home. Love selection of sauces. Have tried six different heat variants. I do 3lbs, so get three choices. Top two are spicy jerk BBQ and Taj Mahal. While waiting for order, can have a sip of something, watch the Uber and takeouts keep coming and maybe catch a game, obviously highly rated. The ambiance was dominated by ten TVs all tuned to the same news channel, making it more of a sports bar than a family-friendly restaurant.Our initial order for water with lemon seemed like a simple enough request, yet it proved to be a challenge for the staff. After asking twice, we were presented with a plate of raggedy lemons, one of which had a questionable bit in it. Is it too much to ask for a basic order to be fulfilled?The menu was a confusing maze of wing names, making it nearly impossible to decipher the flavors. The Lemon Pepper wings we ordered turned out to be a far cry from anything lemony or peppery. To add insult to injury, another hot flavor we tried rated only a mediocre 7/10.The service was abysmal. Our waitress failed to introduce herself and never bothered to check if we were enjoying our meal or if we needed anything else. Its disheartening when the staff seems more interested in the news on TV than ensuring their customers have a satisfactory experience.In conclusion, our evening at The Wing Spot - Ajax was marred by subpar service, confusing menus, and an overall lack of hospitality. I ordered over the phone at 6pm, the girl told me 25 minutes drove all the way from Pickering to pick up, wasnt ready until 7pm. The girl is not friendly at the front counter, customer service so poor. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Started getting takeout here during the pandemic and I ve been going back ever since. The Korean and creamy Cajun wings are a top choice, and they have dozens of other flavours to choose from. A step above the other wing places in the area.

Multiple times I visited this restaurant , every time I gave disappointment. Asked for extra onions and green chillies on fries , they said it s extra charge and I said no problem and they charge and put less than regular , today I ve asked for extra saucy and they said 1.25 extra I said no problem and this is what I received! Worse experience ever this is the 2nd worse wing spot after hunt street one. For the owner , charge me extra few dollars but give me what I ve asked for and don t be cheap.

I know that theres a lot of places to go for wings, but the wing spot is definitely one of the best in the area. There are many flavours to choose from, most unique and different from the next, but what sets this place aside from the wild wing of the world is the quality of the wings and sauces...all excellent. Would recommend to eat here, and definitely suggest trying the chili onion fries.

Bad customer service ever . Oderd chilionion frise for kids and asked no chilies plz. Gave me with chilies, went back to get a new oder so had to wait again and ended up getting the same fries that they picked out the chilies out and left still some inside. .

The girl working on may 15th around 4pm was on something. I paid for me food and she just walked back and was looking inside her personal bag and didn t even give the food to me when it was right there on the counter. I had to ask for it after a few minutes to which she replied my bad . On top of that I got food poisoning from this place and made my stomach upset. Would not recommend this place for sure

Regular customers but today order was incorrect. Have celiac disease and asked for no breading on 3 orders. We drive over an hour return and order was all wrong. Called many times and no one answers and dont even have voice mail. Very disappointed and long time customer lost called a good twenty times and calls ignored....very poor customer service.

ordered 2 wing spot specials , to my disappointed the wings where so over cooked that were not chewable , been going for sometime never had issue . apparently they never have ever asked before wouid you like them breaded or non breaded? Tried calling them as soon as i got home tgey dint have VM initialized and claim they never got a call how can you get a call if you don t intiakize your answering machine but they had closed already as the weather condition last night took a while to get home also they were not open till 4 pm the next day .Called them again talked to savita gave me Manager number which also doesn t have his vice mail intiakized so doesn t deal with customer complaints and doesn t care about his customers , very rude employees and manager .

Love this place. I usually order threw Skip I have never had a bad order. I went in for take out today and forgot to mention I wanted non breaded wings they re made them for me no questions asked. 6 booths to sit and stay. Nice and clean. Lots of Tvs around if you would like to watch your favorite sports game.

Wings and fries are always fresh and tasty. Every time I order the wings are always so good as I try different flavour s whether it s dine in or walking. The customer service is personally great as well.

The wings are fried to the point that theyre crunchy, hard pass. Theyre just so tough to eat. The fries are also quite bad but they drown them in onion sauce to mask that.

Update: increasing to 4 stars as the freshness has definitely improved over the last few months :) The flavours are good but the quality is very hit or miss, lately it s been mostly a miss. I ordered takeout from here last Friday night and the fries were hard as rocks, even after being smothered in sauce they were hardly edible. If you like spicy food there s some good options but don t get your hopes up too high.
