Five Guys serves up delicious hamburgers and hot dogs, complete with just about any topping that you could think of! Portions are large and taste is the best!

Had the hot dog and poutine. Dog is decent and plenty of choice for toppings. Poutine is amazing here. Good seasoned gravy and cheese curds nicely melts on the fries.

I have been a couple of times now. This is one hell of a burger place. I particularly enjoy how fresh, delicious, and high quality the condiments on the burger are, especially the cheese. This is some excellent cheese. It beats the hell out of the kraft singles that get thrown on your food at 90% of burger joints. The burger reaches a whole other level just by the cheese alone. Ive also had the poutine and just plain fries. The fries are perfectly done. Nice and crispy, fat, and excellently salted. I recommend just eating regular fries. They are that good. If you crave burgers and fries, this establishment will never disappoint.

Burgers and fries are always delicious, and this location definitely didnt disappoint. Some super friendly staff here!

Surprised to come across 5 Guys Burger location. Had the try the hype as I have heard their burgers are delightful. Ordered a hamburger, bacon burger and medium fries. Was excited to have home cut fries, I was expecting the same quality as Montreals double cooked home cut fries they turned out to be nothing special. Hamburgers were freshly cooked to order with the option of free topping how ever one wanted their burger dressed. The taste of the burger was beef as expected, it could have used some seasoning prior to its assembly. Added my own salt and pepper during consumption. Location has lots of parking, FREE roasted/salted peanuts, decent interior design, and service was friendly & quick. Pricing is a little higher than a typical franchise burger but considering the overhead costs and Canadas inflation its considered normal. 2 burgers & medium fries for $30+- in change, is it worth it? To each consumers own evaluation and depth of their pockets. In my opinion 5 guys is worth trying, to go on a regular basis NO. Its not economically feasible. This 5 guys have gone downhill, its just kids working here now, they dont care about the quality of the burgers they put out, unmelted cheese, I received the ends of a dill pickle, with a stem attached And soggy fries. Very disappointed.

Its always great. Except 1 time where they absolutely drenched my burger in mayo, but Ill let that slide.

I love the unique Five Guys experience. The food is good, portions are fair, though it would be nice if they had a combo option. One of those things everybody has to try at least once

Me and friends have been here a few times and the food is always great, great portions are good and the people who work there are always friendly and work well together. The only negative thing I would say is price as they are rather expensive. Vegetarian options: There is only one veggie option which is very tasty but would be nice to have more options

Five guys is consistent and this location was no different so if you ve had five guys before you know what to expect. If you haven t then you should know it is a solid burger choice and you shouldn t have any regrets getting a five guys burger. This location was in the middle of exterior construction work (the plaza) so I couldn t tell it wasn t closed down until I got really close.

Don t care what anyone says, they make an amazing burger. Always get the little fries, they overstuff them.

I would like to start off by saying that I come here with my kids as a treat every other Saturday for lunch. Today we came and it was excruciatingly hot, felt like 29 degrees. Everyone was nauseous by the time we left. I get a lettuce wrap burger with mayo and a few other veggies. I watched the manager slab the mayo on it was excessive and gross. I tried to get her attention with no luck. The fries were sooooooo salty today as well. Not sure what happened in here today but I hope their quality is not getting compromised as a trade off for getting people Served faster. I also observed another customer complaining about her food. Rough day for five guys. Regretful meal :(

I came here for the first time last week and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and patient. the food was also fresh and made to order. I really appreciate the time the cashier took to explain how the sizing works and what toppings are available to us. Since there were two of us looking to get takeout we decided to get two burgers and one order of large Cajun fries to share. And it was definitely enough food! Ill definitely be back!

Five Guys is by far my favorite spot for a burger. I would give 5 stars, but I have had a few issues when ordering through skip the dishes.. somehow, they have added/removed items on my burger whenever I order through skip the dishes. BUT I have never had an issue while visiting in person. My favorite thing on the menu is the Cajun fries.. and the fact that they fill the bag with them. Would recommend this spot, and i suggest you try the Cajun fries!

I haven t eaten at this place since 2013 I m pretty sure. I came here with a co-worker and it was WAY better than I remembered it being. I ordered the double cheese burger with bacon and cheese and a poutine. I ve been craving it ever since!

Need to work on making it an overall dining experience. The place lacks luster and the staff needs to be more focused. Parking: Its located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate room for wheelchair to move around.

Too expensive. Im getting so tired of everything being more expensive, every time you go. It was decent, but no burger is worth what they charge.

The young lady at the front who took my order was very rude. The one with the braids. After asking for a cup she toss the cup with the rim face down as if we were begging her. Rude and disrespectful. But the food was delicious.

There s literally fruit flies in the ketchup dispensers I went to fill a cup and a bunch of dead and alive fruit flies went into the cup & surrounding air disgusting

This is the best location. I live in Courtice and drive past the five guys in Oshawa. To come to Ajax for my five guys fix. I ve given the Oshawa location five chances. Every time I go there s something else to remind me of why I don t like the Oshawa location. Ajax is far superior. The quality of the food is much better. The quantity is more and their speed of service is about the same. I m never disappointed.

This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last. Food is fresh and cooked to order, there is a large array of free burger toppings to suit every palate. Fries are crispy and delicious(large portion). The service is fast friendly and efficient

Place is very clean. Burger was great as is expected of Five Guys. 4 stars because the buns should be a bit toasted and the Jalapenos had the barest hint of spice.

Bacon cheeseburger and poutine were delicious. Would have given 5 stars if bacon not made well in advance leaving it rock hard and cold.

Went here last night, got food poisoning. Had to take off work today due to a burger and fries. Won t be back. Dirty location, unsanitary, and took a long time. Also, there was a dinner rush and 2-3 workers took their breaks and left only the cashier and the cook making the burgers. Those two employees were great, get rid of the other ones lol.

No veggie burgers here. Got grilled cheese, was not the best I have had. Not value for money paid.

This is the delicious burgers it is difficult to find. This is the version of In N Out burger here in the East Coast of Canada. I hope Five Guys Burger should expand more in Toronto, the center of commerce and business. I want to go back again and share to my friends soon.

A great burger spot that s starting to show its age. Always great food and service though. And no milkshakes?! Closest is Oshawa?! C mon. This location took forever to get poutine, too. (There s a phenomenal burger place in the same plaza to get your burger n shake fix if that s what you need! But speed and customer service there isn t like Five Guys, so expect to wait.)

Never disappoints Parking: Located in a plaza with other stores. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: All one floor with accessible doors and restrooms. Tables and chairs are easy to move and navigate through.

Ordered 3 bacon burgers. 2/3 had hair on the bun and one inside the patty. All the staff MUST wear hair nits when working in the kitchen. They remade my order but c mon follow code.

What kind of Five Guys doesn t serve milkshakes? That s pretty much the only reason anyone comes here. Food is average, nothing special. Free toppings are always appreciated, especially when the item prices are so inflated. If they had milkshakes I d have given them another 2 stars.

Phone system for orders can be clunky and frustrating, always Great food, sometimes certain staff can be slow to respond, slow delivery times after orders, but always Great food!

You really cant go wrong here. The prices are expensive, but its worth every penny in taste and quality. My only gripe is that there arent enough locations close to the Pickering area.

Someone I know swears by Five Guys, I ve had it once before but didn t remember it. They said the fries are amazing, they were bland and nothing special New York fries with there Cajun spice is so much better. The burger was messy and soggy but tasted good however the bacon is made in a big batch in the morning and just sits out all day kinda gross. For $17 without a drink I probably would go else where

the bacon was ash. the burger was cooked well. but the bacon was over cooked. either black or ash. way over cooked. Fries are the best and love the extra toppings. if the bacon was not way over cooked they would be good.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant and have had a better experience then I had yesterday. It was my first time having Five Guys and the women on cash, Princess (I made sure to get her name because she was just THAT amazing) went above and beyond to make my experience worth coming back. She took the time to walk me through the menu, she was patient with me while I was ordering and she was just honestly the nicest most amazing cashier I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back not just for the delicious meal but to hopefully be welcomed by Princesses welcoming energy again! Thank you Princess, you were fantastic and thank you to management for hiring such an incredible young women.

the burger was amazing, i didn t know what i wanted to get at first but the cashier (princess i think) the black girl working was very nice while giving me recommendations!

Havent been here for quite sometime. The quality of the food was still the same and delicious. Love the top up of the Cajun fries. The staff are always nice and welcoming.

Service was horrible. They dont even pay attention to how many people are waiting in the pick up line and check to see if their order is ready. If you order online, make sure you get one of their attention and ask if your order is ready.

Very slow!

My girlfriend and I ordered two burgers from here. After a few minutes of waiting we noticed that the girl working behind the till incorrectly put in the order, so we went back to the counter to correct them. Little did I know they had already finished making 1 burger and had it sitting there until the other was done. Because if this the one burger was ice cold and disgusting. The girl who refunded the order was rude and unhelpful- will not be eating here ever again. Also waited over 30 minutes for the order.

Great value but watched them give my burger and another customer to a skip the dishes order and made us wait the extra 2 minutes. You should really value those who show up in person Edit:. Over the phone ordering system is actually awesome! Normally would be annoyed with talking to a robot over the phone but it was flawless and the next time I called to place an order for pickup it remembered my order and asked if I wanted to place the same as last time! When I got there around 7:30 on a Thursday, the place was super busy. There was not enough staff, so the couple in front of me and I waited 10 mins at the register while they played catch up with all the orders before they even took ours. I ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup, onion, tomato, jalapeño peppers, and grilled mushroom for my wife and a bacon cheese dog with onions and ketchup for myself for takeout. With a poutine and fries, and I tipped a small amount since the kids looked like they were working hard, came out to be about $42. It was a long wait because they were busy, so I was looking at my receipt. It looked like they had missed the cheese on the order for the burger. They hadn t charged me for it , so whatever. I didn t want to have to go through with the hassle of having to pay for the difference to change it when they were so busy. We eventually get our food and head home. The bacon cheese dog is tiny. For $8, I was at least expecting a Costco sized hot dog. Instead, you get a 0.75 cent ikea dog, cut into two halves lengthwise, smushed down into tin foil. They also did not put cheese on it, even though I was charged for it on my receipt. Horrible value when it s correct, even worse when they mess it up. My wife opens her burger and on top of the incorrectly placed order that lacked cheese, they had put 3 Patties on the burger and green peppers for some reason. She hates green peppers, but whatever, she just picked them off. She had violent food poisoning last night. I didn t have any of her burger, so we re assuming it s that. If you re fine waiting a long time just to get a variation of what you ordered and some food poisoning, eat here. I ll probably just go to the other burger place in this plaza next time though.
