High price for mediocre hamburger. Counter attendant had poor grasp of English language and did not know menu items.

The customer service was questionable. The person taking orders didn’t know the menu and despite us reading something in particular to him, and him reading it as well he still wasn’t sure and had to ask for clarification from his boss. Overall, that was fine. But then a shirtless man coming out from the kitchen also made for an awkward experience as we were the only customers in the place. Food was pretty decent but it’s not something I would return for paired with the service.
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Great prices and I guarantee you won't be able to finish the meal in one sitting, it's huge portions which is rare these days. I highly recommend them ! Banquet burger is amazing, and it's a 1/2 lb burger!
Just tried this spot and HAD to write a review. Durham has a ton of burger places and lately the really popular ones have dropped in quality. Got a banquet burger and it was SO GOOD. Meat is fresh and perfectly charred. The portions were enormous and Gravy was old school and good. I think we found our new burger spot. P.S. to the man working on Sunday night, thank you for being helpful and nice! Service was excellent
I went there because of the reviews, but I was not disappointed. I went for the chicken wings with the pineapple curry sauce, which is so good. Everything was good.
This is a new restaurant in this space, but it's also part of The South Lake Grill, they even share the same washrooms. This new restaurant has a large selection of burgers, main course, pasta, wraps, poutines, even ribs, chicken and fish but no breakfast items. This side has no table service. You order at the counter then food arrives in takeout containers but you can sit at a table to eat your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and tidy, good lighting. Lots of takeout orders while we ate our good burgers and fries. They were so large we couldn't finish them and took the remainder home.
First time trying Lakeside Burger and they didn’t disappoint. I had the Lakeside Big Mac and a poutine. The burger was massive and delicious! The poutine was spot on as well. I highly recommend this awesome restaurant, thank you Lakeside Burger 👍🏻
Very expensive. No menu posted in store that includes prices. Did not get a receipt and was told the price after order was put in. Attend could not understand what I wanted.
The best chicken wings in South Ajax !! This is typically our go to burger place as the quality and portion size to price can t be beat in my opinion. We ordered 10lbs wings with multiple sauces which most wing places do not want to do. Also came with large fries large onion rings large carrot celery sticks and ample amounts of dips all ready for pick up in 15 min from the time I called and spoke to the stores manager who also is a great guy to deal with.
Tasty burger... $12 for a cheeseburger and fries... good value decent burger .. and they have a special of 4 burgers for $20... Ill be going back
My family really likes this place. Their fish n chips are good, and so are their burgers. It s no frills, but I like a pace like that

Had a perfect family charged lunch here beside Lake View Park steps from the Port of Oshawa! Parking: Plenty of parking found here! Kid-friendliness: Free water park attractions at Oshawa harbour very Family-Oriented facilities with Park attendants fielding multiple questions from all cultural-mosiacs that make Oshawa a fine place to live, work and play. Ty for this chance of showing how the city of Oshawas City Council have helped a father take care of his responsibilities as a Dad on fathers day! Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly!

The burgers are ok. Not the best I ve had but not the worst. What bugs me is when you order online for a pickup they force you to tip. You can t check out if you don t. It s not customary to tip on pickup orders and I find this requirement distasteful and unethical so won t go back.
Food is really good with big portions. The owner is really sweet too
