Retro Burger in Ajax

Thought Id give this fast food place a try. The menu is on the wall, so youre basically eyeing the guests eating while trying to figure out what to order. Weird. Tried talking to a staff member but he was rude, confrontational, and then blew me off. Im very disappointed and sad to be treated like that. I wont be back. When youre in a service industry you should put on a smile for every customer no matter how your day is going. Believe me, Ive worked retail for many years.

I ve been in the restaurant a couple of times as well as ordered on a food delivery app in the past and never had an issue but today when we received our order of a burger and chicken souvlaki dinner via uber eats, instantly my partner noticed that the burger bun on the top was extremely hard and seemed stale. I had had a few bites of my souvlaki rice and salad, and noticed something tasted off, but couldn t put my finger it and then I picked up just a spoonful of rice and the smell instant instantly hit me, it almost had a soapy taste and smell to it, it was disgusting and it turned me off of the entire meal. I m not sure if anything has changed management or food wise in the last couple months, but we will definitely not be going back or ordering from here again anytime soon.

Prices are way to high for a fast food restaurant. 23$ for a Philly cheesesteak combo.

I am very happy that things have turned around for the better. The current owner has taken all the input and things have improved dramatically. The food is awesome, service much better.

I will drive way out of my way everytime to eat here. The food is always hot, and always SOOO good! I usually stick with the Hotdog combo, and it cannot be beat. It has a ma & pa vibe to the shop, and the workers make it feel like family. I absolutely recommend you check out Retro Burger if youre in the area. Food

The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. I got the philly cheese steak which hardly had any meat on it and wasnt good at all. Do not recommend.

Zero smiles, they all look unhappy and edgy. Just short of $30 for two burger combos- frozen patties not worth it. Fries were ok. Overall not worth a visit.

Awsome burger

The burgers arent as good as they used to be, the service is terrible now and when you ask for your food well done- it s burnt. Its absolutely horrible now. Not worth the raised prices.

To Start with Expensive deal time and it was 26 bucks for a banquet burger combo! Main reason for the 3 stars. If I just had a buger and it was cheaper I could see a 4.5 Burger was a 4/5 and the bacon was a 5/5 with a good cheese mix. Classic burger with garlic and pepper not to strong on that so good I am a less seasoned beef kinda guy. The fries however are like a 1/10 need to change the scale just for them. Would I eat them again honestly no. Would I be back for a burger definitely if I am in the area.

Great staff and great tasting food, so this hurts to write. Unfortunately and understandably, inflation has caught up with them too. My philly cheese steak was all bread and cheese, with barely any meat compared to what I had been used to getting here. The gentleman with the glasses running the register confirmed that the meat portion has indeed decreased. I get it though; times are tough. Similarly, its hard for people to spend that kind of money for essentially 90% bread and cheese. For $13.49 + tax, you simply dont get enough meat to make it worth it. And to add more meat, its a whole additional $8.99. No longer worth it. Update: In response to the owners rude comment below, I did not hear wrong, thanks for suggesting that though; not a good look. Perhaps you should have a staff meeting and rectify with the gentleman who confirmed the smaller portion size. I dont know what youre defending... The cheese steak barely had any steak, its a ripoff. Its pointless to mention Philthy Phillys as their cheesesteaks are different, which is the reason I would come to Retro Burger in the first place. Accept the feedback and get better, not bitter.

Ajax location I ordered Philly poutine Philly cheesesteak and a hamburger. Burnt taste on all meals and very salty. Not happy, I ve been to Retro burger for years and never had this experience. Waste of money

This was definitely a retro burger. Took me back to my favorite Greek burger place in the 80s and 90s. A flavour not easily duplicated. Had the Greek burger. Absolutely the exact blend of spices and tzatziki sauce that I remembered. It was like a flash back in time. Same great cut of fries and the best gravy. All the best of a era that is now lost. Not rushed but fast service. I am happy I discovered it today. The restaurant I remembered in Scarborough warden woods mall use to have line ups just because of these burgers and fries, souvlaki and gyros as well. It was all in the spices, grilling and tzatziki sauce. And these guys captured it so well. Wishing them lots of prosperity in this business.

Restaurant has increased their pricing in recent months, they have become pricey however the quality and quantity of the food has not diminished. Very nice people who work there as well. Poutines are very good and so are the bacon cheeseburgers. If I ever start craving a poutine this has become my go to location.

Im sorry to say we were completely disappointed!!! Had heard good things about this place. Ordered 2 chicken souvlakis (they were burnt and tasted awful) with fried onions (burnt black and bitter), tzatziki sauce (non existent) with some veggies (best part of the sandwiches). The flavour of the chicken was totally overwhelmed with the burnt taste of everything else on it. This was our introduction to Retro Burner and the one and only order well ever make.

Havent been in 6 years...but still the same quality and friendliness. Burgers taste like the original whopper, over an open grill... secret sauce is on point. Have an option for garlic butter on your grilled bun. Do it. You wont regret it. Only thing I found disappointing, was the gravy. It seemed off... wasnt the same as before, for richness in flavour. Vegetarian options: Limited..pretty much fries and salad. Thats it. Parking: Plenty of parking... just became full pulling out... alot of people ignore the stop signs. Also the younger ones driving have no etiquette for a parking lot. Swear they think they are street racing... Kid-friendliness: Kids are ok to be there. Just very boring for them as there are no activities, for them to do in the seating areas. Plus seating area is for a max of possibly 15... would be more fun and less stress if get take out and feed them at the park Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible and has ramps for going to different leves,l with the different... store fronts.

Bought a Fish on a bun and it was overly battered and I called in.. Thry answer and say im not sure what to tell you that s how we do it for the past 10years.. Funny I buy from them the last 10 years and never had done like this.. it was hard and overly crispy.. Thru never wanted to replace and never took accountability! Not good at all!

I don t usually leave reviews but I ordered my food an hour and a half earlier then I meant to and although they didn t have to because it was my mistake they did everything in there power to give me fresh hot food , good guys there

Nice to have a real Buger place to run to for some comfort food. Under new ownership and new customer would have a hard time picking out the management from employee. It is very upbeat and friendly. The fries are better than ever. Order anything on the menu cant go wrong for the price. Cheaper than most fast food places.

Today was my last time visiting Retro Burger. I came in tonight for a DOUBLE Swiss mushroom burger. I received a SINGLE paddy rick hard bun and soggy sweet potato fries. Also, the employees were fighting and being very unprofessional. I was asked combo or not, and I said not. No combo. The employee yelled out combo. I corrected him, and my price went from $24 to $18. So the drink in the combo is $6? I know that it was almost closing, but come on. Thats just not right.

Food was good. Dude at cash was rude and seemed like he didnt want to be there. If you dont mind the rude dude this place is quite good overall

This place has a total retro feel. We go for the burger deal of 5 burgers for $22! You cant go wrong, plus they are delicious. Its a small joint, but there are were 4-5 staff working on the kitchen which made things go quickly. The restaurant was packed, I guess a lot of people know this is an Ajax gem

Retro burger was a pleasant, small hamburger establishment thats seemed to be around for quite a long time in Durham. It was my first time visiting anf I was pleasantly satisfied by the warm atmosphere and friendly staff who greeted us and took our order. The lot is large but seating is limited inside, and the food in particular was great. I ordered the Greek Burger and Greek Fries, though I should have avoided having Feta on both items as the salty taste overwhelmed me. I would get different items if I come again, though from what I tasted, the fries were crisp and fresh and my father, who ordered a non-feta based burger, found it a cut above our local burger joint. Overall, I highly recommend this burger place and Ill definitely return next time Im in the area.

Its wendesday folks so that means another date night at another local burger joint! Check out my reviews for other local burger spots and opinions! , Would give retro burger 9/10 , no pics this time but we ate inside. Atmosphere was 10/10 , cleanliness is 10/10. Went to eat around 7pm . Ordered 2 philly cheese steaks with a poutine and pop to share total was $38 ( before an amazing discount) Poutine was super on point , 10/10. The philly cheese steaks were hot , tasty and served up fast. Only negative then I have to say about this place is the bun. They should consider trying out a local bakery for better bun, the bun they served was good but their is way better buns out their that would compliment this Sando much better! Now an added bonus about this place which i love is a CASH discount ! As a huge believer in keeping cash around and not becoming a robot society that uses digital currency. More businesses should offer this sort of thing. CASH IS KING! , Thanks to the team tonight and their amazing service. horrible philly cheesesteak. The bread was so soggy it was impossible to finish the steak. The quality is gross, you are better off spending your money at a different food joint.

I have come here a few times and usually enjoyed the food and service. but this time I showed up 25 minutes before close just to have 3 out of 4 workers role their eyes at having to serve me and not being able to close early. The dude behind cash was kind, but still felt like the service was rushed. Uncomfortable to stand and wait for your food and feel like a nuisance. Not impressed.

The food this time was not made with love or care. They slapped it together and was a mess. While exiting it was hollered get em out of here ! Super dissatisfied. *insert sad face*

This was a sweet find in South Ajax - a classic burger counter where they ve got plenty of options and a few specialities. I got myself a Philly Cheesesteak and have no regrets - especially with the hot sauce. Their burgers are properly grilled - which is a very nice touch. Their fries are fantastic - cooked up crispy & perfect and seasoned just right.

Ive been going to retro since it opened and I can tell you that their burger and fries combo used to be the best. Now, it has gone down hill. The burger is stretch out and flat, seems more like a Harveys burger or BK, and the oil the currently use will make you sick. Not to mention the price for 4 people is 52.00 ish for the burger and fry combo. Used fo be around 30.00. Not going back. Sorry, but not what it used to be....service is still great though and your order is done quickly but lets face facts, food quality needs to be better.

We were visiting Ajax from out of town, and visited Retro Burger based on a recommendation from family we re seeing! We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a Philly cheesesteak, and a peameal bacon sandwich and, WOW! Everything was hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty! Portions are huge, so you re getting a really good bang for your buck! (No photos, because we were hungry and couldn t wait! Also, we are a visibly LGBTQ family and felt very welcome and safe)

I got the crispy chicken burger with mushrooms and lettuce onions Ranch and mayo and its my favourite ! Also got fries and gravy! So good my bf got a cheese and bacon hot dog and fries and he said it was amazing!! We will definitely be going back going 10/10 Parking: Its great!!!!

Lived in Ajax for more than a few years and this was my favourite neighborhood spot. The burger special is so cheap but the quality is excellent. Love the Greek salad with chicken, the poutine and the fried chicken sandwich. The staff are always friendly and although Ive been to other locations in the area, this one is by far the best. I come back here whenever Im in the area. Fast, fresh and delicious.

I love this place! The burgers are to die for!! And amazing veggie burgers. The only thing i m not too happy about is recently they changed their fries, and honestly, they re not good :( but i ll definitely go for just a burger, i just honestly wouldn t get the fries again

Was craving a Philly Cheese steak. Paid 16$ and got more onion than steak on the sandwich. I love onions, but the amount of onion exceeded the steak by far. Extremely disappointing and disgusting. Thanks for turning me off!!!

Tonight my husband and I went to Retro Burger and I was extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 Greek Salads with chicken and two cans of pop - cost $42.35. We started to eat the salad and it was filled with wilted brown lettuce. They forgot to add the salad dressing and the side of tzaziki. When we went back in to express our concerns they did not apologize, they did not offer a refund, they did not offer a credit they barely acknowledged the issue. It looks like this restaurant must have changed owners because not only was the food terrible, so was the service.

Staff look like they genuinely enjoy working here and are friendly as can be. Food is great all around. I almost always get poutine and they seem to know me by now.

Wow, just wow. Great place for fresh grilled burgers and philly cheese steak. Everything was fresh and cooked upon ordering. Its something you eat right away while its hot, whether it be in your car or dining in, be aware, need multiple napkins due to the juices that will be dripping all over your hands and mouth. No pun intended.

Staff preparing the food were friendly, except for the man in the blue shirt taking orders, he was rude and impatient. I felt very rushed placing my order. I dont know if he is the new owner but he was awful. Its like he thought he was Gordon Ramsey, yelling at the staff, confusing things, making customers waiting feel uncomfortable having to watch how he talked to the staff. The burgers dont taste the way they used to, the quality has gone down. The bun for my Philly cheesesteakwas burned. Very disappointing.

I purchased the Crispy Chicken sandwich, and it was a pre-formed chicken patty that was deep fried. I paid $9, took one bite and dumped it in the garbage. They also dont mention that the use sesame seed buns, which many people have issues with. Very disappointing!

Fabulous place lots of options, wow! Ordered a burger with cheese and added the peppers side ! Wow love the crispy edge on the patty, so yummy! a 6oz burger well chared and good flavour. Summarizing burgers are great fries are tasty, poutine should come topped with enough gravy to cover all the fries and melt the curds, not what I got that was gravy on top and the fries are not even drenched in gravy, then told if I want more gravy I have to be charged for extra gravy. As I remember what poutines are supposed to be. Greek salad overpriced for what you get and that was a small amount of lettuce and toppings that didnt even fill the styrofoam container.

Amazing burgers

Food was ok, but my issue is with the service: I came to pick up an order and there were about 5 employees in the store behind the counter. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Upon entering I walked up to the counter and there was a man at the cash register who didnt even look up to acknowledge that I had entered. It took a few minutes of awkward silence for one employee to ask if I was there for a pickup. I got my food and thanked the employee all the while the man at the cash register still had his head down without any acknowledgement of my presence. I dont know if he was the owner but if youre at the register you are the one who should be greeting customers. Im supporting your business. Remember that. Im not asking for red carpet treatment but I expect you to have manners. Edit: This is my response to the owners response: Hi, ok, fair enough you were in the middle of an order but you could have said that. Something along the lines of: One moment, Im in the middle of an order or Ill be right with you, Im just in the middle of an order OR [Employee name], could you please help this customer, Im just in the middle of an order This is a customer service problem and it doesnt depend on how many cash registers you have. Focusing on serving as many customers as you can really makes you look greedy rather than noble. Your response is flat and insincere. I hope going forward you can improve the service as I did enjoy supporting your business. Cheers.

Went in randomly cuz i wasnt feeling a burrito across the street. The guy at cash was super nice, think he was the owner. Super funny. The actual food was a1. Veggie burger was a good size and delicious. Onion rings were great size and crispy and there was a great quantity. Might have found my new go to burger spot. A smidge pricey but worth it. And they got caramelized onions

Not good place that takes pride in there food. Ordered a philly cheese stake and it was discusting more sauce then anything no cheese and it was like the sauce they put one the wrapper and not the philly. Mean while I ruined my cloths that are now permanently stained now and fries were cold only thing I enjoyed was the pop honestly. I have ate there before and wasnt that bad but recently this was rediculous just slopping food together and not caring of appearance. I know how to make a philly cheese stake and this was not acceptable by any means. When I seen it I didnt even want to eat it it looked that bad.

Fourth time we went in today . The food is just not worth the attitude of the female employees, Everytime we go in there ,their misserable have a tone and look annoyed . We wont be back. And using the same spoon for relish that was used for onions is a no for me. Tried to support a local business but its not worth it .

Always great when I go but the last 3 times it was wayyyy tooo saucy. Extra mayo doesnt mean ineatble. It really was way to much mayo to hold the burger kept slipping out of the bun. It was just ok Pickering isnt that great either he makes the burgers upside down. That can cause some confusion.

Service was quick, all COVID precautions were in place, parking available and limited number of customers indoor. Couldn t take pics of the food we ordered coz we were very hungry and the it was irresistibly GOOD Shoutout to the kind staff who helped me to make these choices- did not regret that. thank you

The staff here are doing an incredible job, before and during Covid restrictions. They handle complicated customers well (anti-maskers, etc) and have great deals. I highly recommend the walk-in burger special --- 5 burgers for $20!!

Ordered my lunch from retro burger via Skip the Dishes. Decided to order the Philly Cheese Steak and Bacon Poutine. Love the portion size and the food was very flavourable. I usually order the double bacon cheese burger, which might be the best thing on their menu. Would highly recommend this place.

Delicious food! The charbroil really makes a difference. My burger tasted like it was made in a backyard BBQ by a dad wearing jorts and new balance who s wife bought premium sesame buns. The staff are nice people, greet you when you walk in and chat you up. Feels like they know you. Definitely will come back.

Retro Burger is exactly that, a throwback to the classic charbroiled burger joint except the menu expand here to so much more grabbed a bacon cheeseburger and a Philly cheesesteak poutine. The burger was again classic, charbroiled and just right. Good bacon, good cheese, love the sautéed onions and the special sauce is exactly that. Philly poutine was also a home run. Packed from top to bottom with all the goods, this was well worth it. Will return.

I went to get a burger. When I walked in the place was exceptionally clean! An employee was already serving a customer so another employee hopped on the till to immediately help me (even though I didn t even have time to figure out what I wanted LOL I felt bad for his great effort!) I got the 10 ounce one. (Its a great size definitely didnt need fries) My burger was cooked really quickly and I felt the price was very good. I took it and drove around to the back of the building in the shade (which takes at least 5 minutes) to eat it and it was still screaming hot. Overall the burger was huge and delicious, I was sooo full! I would definitely buy another one! five stars to these guys for sure

Ive had these burgers many times. I went last week and the bun was stale I mean parts were rock hard. Some of the people working were wearing their mast under their nose or not at all. I think Im going to try other burger joints.

You can guarantee three things when you eat here: #1 Excellent food #2 It won t break the bank #3 You won t go home hungry

The real poutine that they sell here look nothing like real poutine as you can see in the pic. But more importantly, they put HOT fries and HOT gravy directly in the styrofoam causing the STYROFOAM to MELT which is a HEALTH HAZARD! How would you like your poutine with a side of melting styrofoam? I gave them two stars instead of one because their burgers are decent.

Messed up my order for the 3rd time never going back, before i would call and make an order for pickup they would put way too much ketchup and mayo so then i would call and tell them just put lettuce on my burger what do they do add a bunch of ketchup and no lettuce with fries that taste so dry and unfresh. Not worth over $12

I used to love Retros poutine but hadnt had it in a long time. I ordered it today and was really disappointed. Im not sure if they changed their fries or not but they were just bland (not sure if they were frozen). They looked different; didnt look fresh. Its not just the poutine. I find that the prices are high but the quality seems to be slipping. I know I wont buy poutine there again.

Let me start out by saying i used to come here daily and get a burger and fries and the wife would get a poutine. The food was excellent and the staff were always so pleasant. Lets fast forward to the past 2-3 orders. The poutine. Like many others have said the quality of the poutine has definitely gone downhill, the fries are always undercooked (even asked for them to put gravy on side in uber notes so they didnt arrive soggy, which werent followed unfortunately so had to throw out my poutine). As others have said the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down for the poutine which is disappointing cause thats always a fan favourite. All the other food is excellent. Please, please go back to the old fries!

2021 disappointment My 1st time going back since the pandemic. They had a big change in their crispy chicken poutine. It use to be real chicken, now its chicken nuggets I bought 2 and I only ate a 1/4 of mine. Im not a fan of chicken nuggets and to think I pay so much money for it sickens me. I so not happy with that

Great spot to satisfy my burger cravings! Food is always hot and fresh and they offer a discount if you pay cash. Can t go wrong with a cheeseburger, poutine and a milkshake. I d prefer the bacon a bit crispier and the fries could use some salt but that s a personal preference.

Delicious, reasonably priced burgers! Have tried a few other menu items, and always satisfied. Friendly staff. Were repeat customers, and will continue to be. 2pm-5pm burger special too!

Super friendly staff serving delicious food! A go to if in the area for sure! Owner is a real stand up guy, really friendly as well, so I can see why the rest of his staff are always on point! Good prices for the amount of food you receive. Never had any issues here and always leave happy and full. Keep up the great work.

Ive only eaten here three times but omg is it delicious and really well priced. The name however should probably be changed to delicious food because its what they have and they serve alot more then just burgers. The service is awesome there and if you go between the hours of 3-5 they have a burger deal where burgers cost $3.50. Personally Im hooked on their poutines they use real cheese curds the gravy they use is delicious their poutine is one of the best Ive even tasted and in such a large portion you might not be able to eat it alone. Go with an empty stomach youll be full for hours after eating there. Simply delicious.

Solid food, good service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The portions are great. You get mountains of fries and unless youre hungry you can easily share some fries. The onion rings are excellent as well. Nice thick cut rings in a batter that isnt fried too greasy. Fish and chips can be greasier but are also tasty and my kids always enjoy the chicken fingers. Sometimes well just get a few orders of that to share on a movie night.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The food is excellent and is very high quality. The souvlaki, the burgers and the fries are exceptional. Their veggie burger is the best that I have ever tasted. Highly recommended !!!

Always tasty

This place is fabulous with great burgers and I always get the onion rings which are also fabulous. The portions are very generous so no one goes away hungry. Cant wait for some time in the distant future when you are actually able to go out and sit down and eat.

Wow Manny is amazing, took my order early and the price was in budget for our lunch at Formula Ford Lincoln. Never ordered from here and I will for sure use them again to feed us, good customer service goes a long way. Manny you are an asset to Retro Burger, cant wait for lunch!!!! This was once one of those old school burger joints youre supposed to love but now they are trying to act like a new school burger spot and are failing miserably. The food is over priced and low quality. Last 2 times I went the burger tasted like propane. Ordered the special burger and was told I could make it a Big 10 burger (which is double patties, double bacon and double cheese) for $4 more. But all they did was double the patty. When I questioned it the guy just proceeded to charge me for the cheese and bacon without asking me and had an attitude as if Id done something wron. Horrible service for a similarly horrible burger. Used to go here all the time when I lived in the area now I will never go back.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive been to just about every burger joint in Durham but this is my go-to fave. Great burgers, phillys, fries and at reasonable prices. But....my wife swears by their Greek salad. Its surprisingly good for a burger place.

I have been coming here since it was the Butchers Grill, maybe 09 or 10. Have always loved it. Nick bought it and turned it into Retro Burger, still incredible. A new owner has recently taken over, he rushes me on the phone with my order, then gets the order wrong (not a deal breaker, can deal with it), but on my last visit, the portions are smaller for the same price. We would drive from east of Oshawa to Ajax to get this, but I think were all done with it. Such a shame, one of the better poutines in Durham Region.

This specific retro burger has 5 employees working,two not wearing masks.One of the employees wiped their nose with gloves then continued making food with the same gloves also 2 out of the three employees wearing masks,were inside out.i just really think they should be managed better in this crazy time.

The staffs was nice and very efficient. However my food was not that great ... My Philly sandwich tastes like a sloppy Joe and the poutine was super salty. Im not going to visit again, extremely disappointed with my meal.

Great place in South Ajax to get a great burger, I think they are currently open for pick and delivery My grandson loves this place , its his favorite burger place.

Had philly steak and philly chicken, was too greasy. Satay onions were so sour that I can still feel their taste in my mouth after downing a can of coke. Could use better quality buns for this price. I have had better philly cheese meals at pretty much all other places...Gravy for poutine, way to salty. I dont think the food is worth the price. Cooks were not wearing masks while covid policies are in affect. Wont be coming back for sure. Wendys and 5 guys in the same area r better choice....

The burger and poutine 8 had was delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. Service was fast and the staff were friendly and personable.

Bacon Bad -I went to Retro this evening and ordered a bacon burger. First thing I noticed was the odd and bitter taste. After my second bite I knew something was wrong. I opened the burger and and smelled something off, I tried a piece of bacon first and as I bit, I immediately go whiff of the smell it and then that spoiled meat flavour filled my mouth. The BACON WAS BAD no doubt about it. I brought the food back in and told them what was wrong. But they never stopped frying the bacon and refunded me for my burger ONLY (which I thought was weird, as I was obviously not happy). I announced to both short order cooks as well, that the bacon is bad. And they kept frying. So is you had bacon tonight - maybe even yesterday or tomorrow and you get sick....

Food at Retro is always good. However; when I asked the girl behind counter question of what burger ingredients are? She was incorrect! The owner had to step in to correct her. I gave been coming for years.

Great food, although I should mention two of the cooks were not wearing masks which was alittle off putting. I thought it was mandatory for all restaurants and businesses to wear masks. To your reply, they were handing things to each other as well as the person on the grill that did not have a mask on. Your restaurant is a great establishment, but do to saftey concerns regarding possible contamination to my food. I will not recommend people to your restaurant until a safer time. I apologize

Havent stopped by for years so I thought I would get a poutine. Really alarming to see the cooks and prep staff not wearing a mask. Especially when they had to lift the poutine closer to their faces in order to pour gravy from the pot. Edit: The owner claims that social distancing is present between other staff and customers, but there was definitely less than 2m between them.

My family visits frequently and for some reason this past month the food quality and taste has dropped dramatically. In addition the amount of greece is not welcome. In the past this was super tasty food. Will not be going back.

Hands down the best poutine in Ajax! Very friendly staff and the owner is a great guy. If you ever have a craving for poutine I highly recommend visiting Retro Burger in Ajax. The wife doesnt let me eat the poutine from there often but it is my guilty pleasure and I always indulge when something good happens :)
