As a delivery driver they don t respect me. Very rude behavior. I don t recommend do not accept order from this restaurant from Uber or skip. If you accept order then you have to wait at least 30 minutes to get your order with no respect.also some of the customer complaints about there food and no quality and bad taste with high prices.

Awesome Shwarma. Very traditional style Shwarma. There are quite a few choices in Ajax where they have fusion sauces or toppings which sometimes takes away the authentic flavor of a shwarma of how it should be. Thats just my opinion, everyone has different taste .

I used to love this place, but quality and speed of preparation has gone down hill quite a bit in recent months. I ordered from Uber eats and it took over 45 minutes to receive. It used to take 10 minutes - when I finally got it, I was dismayed to discover that they had forgotten to put a bunch of my toppings on, the falafel was also super stale and cold. Wont be ordering from them again. Its a huge disappointment - it used to be my favourite place.

We are always greeted with a smile - the staff is very friendly. Despite moving out of town, we love coming back and grabbing dinner from Pita Land. We get to catch up with the team and always come home with fresh good food (of a generous portion!).

Be careful they will steal your money .!! Firstly They will be asking which size regular? If we said yes they will start making the large one and say you said it . Be careful on adding toppings he will be asking everything without saying it cost extra too much to pay for a shawarma of 18 cad . . Bad experience with the service and act like busy. Me and my friend was there to buy a shawarma and ordered a 10 dollar shawarma. Meanwhile he added some extras and we got a bill of 19 dollars. When we ask the guy about it, he was not ready to answer and was rude. Very poor service experience. Never recommend to anyone.

I don t normally leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. I ve been coming here for the past few months now for my shawarma fix and I truly believe it s a hidden gem. Mike and the other bigger gentleman (I m sorry I never got your name!) always provide top tier customer service. They always have a smile on their face and are super friendly towards me. My go to is the chicken shawarma and chicken shawarma poutine, both of which are to die for. Unlike major shawarma companies (I m looking at you osmows and lazeez), their chicken is moist and browned to absolute perfection- plus they give generous servings! Every bite has a good amount of chicken in it and I feel satiated after finishing. I m nitpicking here, the 4 stars is for the atmosphere because there is a plexiglass barrier between the customer area and where they make the food, so it feels a little intimidating coming here for the first time and it can be a little hard for them to hear you (understandable since there s a physical barrier in front of them). Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best shawarma in Ajax and it s a comparable price to other companies too!!

Food is SO good. I always go for the Chicken Shawarma and its packed with flavor and toppings. My only recommendation is for the staff to slowwww down on putting toppings in the wrap. They start adding toppings before I even have the chance to say yes or no. Ended up having the staff pick off the ingredient that I did not want on my pita. It seems so rushed even when the store is not busy. Overall, I do love this place and will happily come back as per usual.

Look like under age boy working at the restaurant. It s against the law. If your order has a drink you have to pick it up from the fridge. I have seen there is a Uber driver waiting for his pickup order and he was waiting more than 20 minutes but they don t care about him and the Uber guy dislike they are service and go way . I do have video that boy working at the restaurant. If is he your boss son then why he is inside the restaurant and cooking . My recorded video will prove it . One more thing I am not a skip the dishes driver . First of all you have to respect the customer. Thx

Always fresh and always great, friendly service! Great assortment of menu options each with their own authentic flavors. The picture of that beautiful mess is their chicken shawarma plate, which consists of white or yellow rice, garlic potatoes, salad and wonderfully seasoned chicken! Their sauces (garlic sauce, tzatziki, hummus, hot sauce etc) have yet to be replicated...Ive eaten shawarma all over the gta but Pita Land keeps me coming back! Will always be a return customer

First time there I had a beef pita got home. Ate half of it was sick most of the night threw up . Through the other half in the garbage I will never go there again and I will never recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Ordered late night Uber eats, half and half chicken shawarma rice and fries. Chicken Shawarma does not taste like what it should, has a lime / citrus taste to it. Fries were soggy and was literally 6-10 fries in the box. Having tried a lot of shawarma places before including The Original Lazeez in Mississauga, paradise shawarma in Scarborough, Osmows in Pickering. I m sorry but this shawarma just does not cut it.

Food is good and tasty . But very expensive . Everything is extra and if you add up ,it will cost you around $20 for shawarma . In a chicken shawarma you hardly see chicken.Ridiculous expensive!

Undoubtedly, this is my favourite restaurant, I would advise people who wants a fresh and tasty food to go to Pita Land. This restaurant makes fresh food when asked and gives you many options to eat like shawarma and the rice palette.The portion tastes fresh with choosable vegetable and meat. There are also food for people that are non-vegetarian, halal or vegetarian. The customer service in this spot makes a friendly atmosphere and the customers service is very helpful. I would give a 5 star to Pita Land!!!!

$19 shwarma is a lot for 1 small cup of dried out, precut chicken. When youre charging extra for almost every topping, I think its curteous to let the know the customer know that its extra. Ive been to a few Shwarma places but never been charged almost $20 for a shwarma with the same amount of meat as one thats half its size.

We ordered kebab and chicken shawarma. The shawarma was yummy with delicious sides. But I will not have a kebab there again. Washroom was clean and there were lots of parking spaces.

A place should never be visited.. They cheat customers by adding sides and when it comes making payment then u realize u have been charged way high then what u have to pay. Extremely disappointed with the way they deal customers and hiding the actual prices.

Great customer service and satisfaction! Very tasty chicken shawarma in my flavourful large wrap (pita) tonight, the first time I came here I had a small. Only downside is no patoosh and the garlic sauce could be more garlicky. I was happy that in place of the patoosh they made me freshly fried pita chips! This perfected my wrap and gave it that much needed crunch I desired. Another bonus is I tasted the beef gyro and it was also very tasty, maybe Ill have it next time. Yes gentlemen, there will be a next, God willing!

Worst Shawarma I ever had. The meat was so salty. No spices at all.

I had ordered a shawarma fries via SkipTheDishes and for some reason they don t add the sauces when you order thru that app. I have a newborn and whenever she is down to sleep I try and eat and when I got my food which was just fries and chicken I was on the verge of crying. I called the restaurant and explained what had happened and the manager took it upon himself to make me a brand new set of food and drive it to me asap. I have never had any kind of service like that before and I appreciate that soooo much. He went above and beyond.

Ive been going to Pita Lands Gerrard and Mutual location for yearrrrrs. Just found out today that Ajax had one too! Went and got the chicken shawarma wrap and its the exact same delicious wrap Ive loved for so long. Thanks for keeping it consistent across the board! Will be back...often.

Never disappoints!! I always get the chicken shawarma wrap with everything on it and its always so tasty and full of ingredients - extra turnips is a must for me and they are very generous about it. We also just got the beef shawarma poutine bowl....oh...my...so good!!! A generous portion of really tasty beef. It was so good and now going to be an add on. :)

Picked up a falafel plate and chicken shawarma salad for lunch. Added a beautiful chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was delicious! The portions are very generous. Mouth-watering sauces!! Love the efficient and friendly service. Keep it up!

Great food, but they rush you through the order process and whip the food together. They serve several customers at once making it hard to hear, everyone close together, etc. I wish they would slow down just a notch

I have been going to the Ajax location for 6 years now. While I do really enjoy their food, and its always fresh and delicious,I no longer go here often as their prices have increased dramatically, and portions have decreased. I understand the cost of food has also increased, but the quantity of food should not decrease if prices are increased to make those adjustments. It just feels way too overpriced when I can get the same thing somewhere else for less money. (Although their food is so delicious) If money isnt and issue, and you are ok with small meat portions, then its worth trying as there arent many great restaurants with authentic food in Ajax in general. Otherwise, Id say skip it and try something else that has better value.

Restaurant is neat and clean . We ordered chicken shawrma .. tasted good ... however they charge extra for everything including olives , cheese etc .. 1 chicken shawarma costed us 17 dollars which i think is really expensive .. if you multiply by 2 or 3

Flavours are a solid 5 star ALL DAY. I decided to come here for the first time today. I ordered the chicken shawarma potato bowl. I was impressed how tasty the roasted potatoes, and all of the fresh veggies looked. So naturally, I was expecting some good taste, and being much healthier than fast food. What I didnt expect was to bite into absolute heaven. The veggies, the meat and the potatoes, oh those potatoes.. the only reason I take a star away is my bowl cost me 10 dollars more than I expected. Im not that mad because the food was so damn good, but it should be more transparent how much Im actually going to be paying. Will recommend to friends with this warning

Tried this place a couple of weeks ago and the chicken shawarma plate was delicious. Good quality, well flavored chicken that they put on the griddle in front of me, so I knew it wasnt reheated. I got the same thing today and Im so disappointed. Chicken was clearly old and reheated. It was also a different color and flavor. It tasted so bad, I couldnt finish it. I was hoping Id found my new shawarma joint, but the inconsistency is a deal breaker.

Its hard here cuz in Toronto theres many stores but Im so glad I found this store the prices r a bit high but its ok ! I want to try the chicken shawarma poutine! We keep coming back to Pita Land in Ajax (1 large, 3 small wraps, hehe :)) The staff is great, always smiling. The food is awesome and great portions. We also had the platters which are also great when you are not in a hurry. Beef and chicken wraps and platters with tatziki and hot sauce. Potatoes in the platter highly recommendable. The whole family will keep coming back!!

This is our favourite place to eat when we want something more fresh then regular fast food. The food is fantastic and many unique drinks available to choose from (no alcohol). The restaurant is well maintained, clean and well lite. The staff are friendly and helpful. We mostly have our food and beverage to stay. If we were not doing these reviews on restaurants we would be coming here more often.
