Food is great. Soft in the middle, crispy at the crust. Vegetables were very fresh, customer service was above average, and the atmosphere is very clean and superb. Only complaint is that the chicken bites had not much sauce.
I always order the two medium pizza for $27.99 it's a good deal and they make it easy to pick what type of ingredients that I want and I also noticed tonight when I placed my order they added more pizza selections. Fast delivery and the gentleman that deliveries to my place he's very polite and friendly.👍
I would go here a few times occasionally for lunch when I’m working in the area but today is the absolute last time I will be going to this Pizza Hut it just doesn’t make sense how prices are more nd the quality is less. I asked for light cheese on my personal pizza because I feel they just overdue the amount of cheese they put and I got a pizza with just tomatoes sauce and the personal wasn’t even the normal personal size I was very disappointed and I would recommend not wasting your time at this location as this was my last straw
We never order take out pizza from pizzahut. We always used to dine in because we love their deep dish pizza with crunchy crust and that doesn't travel well and it is supposed to be eaten inside restaurant. When we reached this location , we found that the dine in area is closed due to covid. We used the buy 1 large + 3 medium for $5 deal. We were pleasantly surprised as to how well it was cooked. The crust was amazing & toppings were fresh. We finished 1 medium the car itself and took the rest home. We heated slices in oven and they became crunchy again. This store has made is go back to ordering from Pizza hut again. Specially their 1large at regular + 3 medium for $6. Ordering again today using their app.
One of the last few places that does lunch buffet. Selection is always hot, fresh, cheesey and crisp from the oven. Worth a 30min drive out of Toronto to feed a childhood craving! Come for the main pizza and dessert pizza, try the romaine salad, hot pasta, have some bread sticks with marinara, and pasta salad. Choose your own dressing for salad, or use the ranch as a dipping sauce for no extra charge!
In general, I've come to this location maybe about once a year or once every two years for a family member's birthday. We came here at 8pm on a Thursday night and it was pretty empty. For our group of 5 we decided to go with the $40 meal deal, which included 1 large salad 1 large bread sticks 2 medium pizzas ( which we upgraded to larges for $3 each ) While our server was lovely, the quality of the food we were served was just average. The salad was definitely pre-made and stuck in the fridge, because the red onions tossed in the salad were mostly all frozen. The pizzas were also just average. For one, they cut the slices in such a strange way, it was a combination of huge slices and tiny ones creating a really disproportionate pie. Presentation in general is also lacking, the whole pizza didn't even have cheese on it, and the toppings themselves were spread so unevenly. Not to mention, the fact that the salad dressing, marinara sauce & shredded cheese all came on the side in disposable containers really brang down the dining experience. Even the chili flakes were served in individual packets, not in shakers. I mean I understand that there aren't many Pizza Hut locations with dine in options, but it really feels like Pizza Hut Canada in general is strongly pushing their customers to opt for takeout instead of dine in. ( Side note, even their website doesn't have their dine in menu posted, just the takeout menu ) Overall, I've noticed that the quality of Pizza Hut pizza in general has declined immensely over the last couple of years. Not just at this location, but at most every location I've gone to in the GTA, whether it be for take out or dine in. Their pizzas are still the most expensive in the industry, and unfortunately are not up to the standard they once were.

My partner recently ordered a medium stuffed crust half and half pizza(with large breadsticks and 2 small bottles of pop), this amounted to nearly 70$. Upon delivery, we were quick to notice the dough was not cooked all the way through, and in good spirits we requested another be sent out. During the wait we decided to just eat the breadsticks, which were also hardly baked/soggy and also sticking to the cardboard. Upon delivery of the replacement pizza, we quickly realized the slices were once again impossible to lift out of the box and melding to the cardboard because it was so undercooked. Identical to the first inedible pizza we received. This meal was meant as a gift after a hard day and made my partner incredibly sad as a result. After getting 3 bites each in total, I had decided to call the location and just ask for a total refund, because my partner wasnt intending on spending 3/4 of 100$ on 3 bites of raw dough. We spoke to the person who baked our pizza, who was fair and understanding, but likely couldnt understand exactly how uncooked it was. I understand it is likely common to hear that about stuffed crust pizzas, but it was very clear to me that the dough was not cooked because I serve 300+ pizzas a day(I work at a Pizzeria in the CN Tower). I appreciate the response and would never want to berate the pizza cook, but I would say simply-- evaluate your ovens, ensure your yeast is being activated properly, and use less cheese, and those stuffed crusts will be back to normal. I have ordered this same pizza many times from this location with no error, to receive two uncooked pizzas back to back warrants a bad review unfortunately. But I am fair and will update should things improve. Cheers.

I ve been a customer for over 10 years and it s a great Pizza Hut location. I ve never once had a problem at this location. Especially the employee, Sandra. She s always so friendly, and never fails to make me smile. And of course, the pizza is delicious. Nicely cooked and everything is evenly distributed. I ll keep coming back for the nice staff and delicious food :).
So I always give the opportunity for a business to rectify any mistakes, before leaving any reviews. I order 2 pizzas, and unfortunately, instructions were not followed.... Initially. One I called and explain the situation to them, they were extremely courteous and offered to fix it right away. The corrected pizza, was phenomenal. We go there often, as my girlfriend loves the Supreme lovers. In the last year we have had it probably 8-10 times from this location. Their delivery driver is awesome and their customer service is great. 5* come for the fact they own and rectify their mistakes, and generally, I get my pizza very fresh. Thanks Pizza Hut Ajax.

Super friendly customer service!! They messed up on my order when I asked for light cheese which happens its human nature and they corrected it promptly and made me another one no questions asked. This is how an establishment should run on messed up orders. I appreciated the service the guy at the front gave me and I would definitely return. 5/5 stars.

We used to come here very often for dine-in and few times we had been sent back from the door and most of the time out of dough or dine-in closed even though it s not closing time. A young man works there with piercing and whenever he is there, dine in closes early Definitely not going back again
I give this five stars is that this is a great place to get pizza dinner, even for my prom themed matrimony at the Royal Canadian Ajax Legion. Hope to do this later in life. I highly recommend this place for anyones matrimony dinner, especially mine.

Dough was not the freshest!!! Got a large pan veggie lover ! It was good Large home style veggie was stale, dough felt like rubber.
Extra cheese means extra cheese. Please add it. Nevertheless, very good pizza. EDIT: The dough isnt fresh, no longer soft and buttered.

Hands down the best Pizza Hut location!!! Never stingy with toppings, especially cheese :). I will never eat at any other Pizza Hut location. Edit: September 2021 I think they have new owners as the pizza is no longer what it once was unfortunately. Super dry. I ordered cheese lovers and there was barely enough regular topping cheese. Pizza was dry too. So couldn t even reheat the next day.

Been going to this pizza hut for years. Been noticing more and more theres none in the restaurant. Tonight there was none. We where told to go find our own seat. So we did then almost 10-15 minutes later a young lady comes up to us and says she cant serve us cause shes the only staff in the restaurant. And her manager had stepped out for a little while. So she made us leave. Sorry wont be back after that.
Lunch buffet is still as great as it was 10 years ago. And still under $10!

One of my pizzas was extremely undercooked. The center was extremely doughy. Quality here seems to be slipping as this not the first time.
Staff are accommodating and they have some of the location specials available. Though prices keep going up, while product sizes have gone down during the course. Can do much better than that.

Placed order on june 6th 2020, they were making pizzas without wearing masks!! Not acceptable during this covid outbreak. This place is not following regulations so not ordering again from here. Its simple, follow safety protocol for public safety. They are running their business without following required safety protocols, its not safe! Wish they were responsible.
@Kay T Thanks for complaining about a pizza that looked completely fine to me, I wouldve eaten it. Also if dough is undercooked you can t get sick from it because it s bread and there s no dairy or any contents that can make you ill. Funny how you mention feeling ill on a google review and never said anything about it when you were complaining to me, seems kind of fishy. Also why did you eat half of it then? sounds like you enjoyed it to me. Thanks for your service and yelling at me for not giving you your way when Im only following company policies because you cannot return a product after consuming most of it, funny how again you neglect to mention that.
Entered the store and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Two people were at the store and knew I had come in due to the chime but kept me waiting expecting me to call them over? I could see them look at us too. Very bad customer experience, train and hire better staff. No value to the customer at all!

Went here for lunch for the weekday all you can eat buffet. They open at 11 but we where told that they dont usually start serving the buffet until 11:30, luckily the server asked them to start the pizzas and there was a good selection out by 11:20. There was eventually approximately 8-10 different pizza options and a couple pasta options as well. The pizza was typically pizza hut greasy deep dish and it was quite good. Dont go to the buffet looking for something lighter.

Keep hitting the desk jo body listen and then finally my friend walked in to lobby and lady was mopping and she came she didnt even apologize and just handed out pizza no sorry and no buy I also made an clip and definately will submit it to website with store number. The guy who seated us is not friendly at all, my kid was holding one bottle of water with him when we entered the restaurant, so the guy told us to leave the bottle of water outside as it is not allowed by the restaurant policy to bring the bottle of water with us, we asked him that we want to talk to the manager, the guy said that he is the manager, so we left the restaurant and ate at dominos pizza across the street.

Went into the Bayly Street Pizza Hut today for the buffet with the family. Due to dietary restrictions we could not have the dessert pizza, asked the cook if he could make us a Hershey cookie when we was filling up the buffet.... we got the cookie but was also charged for it.... no one had mentioned that it would be extra. Asked for manager, Richard was absolutely the worst in providing customer service. After confirming that I was not told it was extra, just kept repeating that it wasn t part of the buffet, now the cost of the cookie was $6.99 which he could have easily deducted and let us know next time that it s not included .. instead to save $6.99 he has lost a long time customer... our bill today was $100 easily and we order dine in and take out regularly. Pizza Hut wonders why they are not doing well? This is a perfect example....

I have noticed several times that they reduced an amount of sauce on the pizzas. If you want more sauce, you have to pay!
A very bad customer and delivery service. Ordered at 7.24 pm and recieved a confirmation email saying my pizza would arrive in an estimated time of 30 mins which means by 7:53 pm. The order didnt arrive even after ten mins, so I called the place and was rudely told by a lady that it can take up to 45 mins to 1 hour and its their policy (well.. I didnt see any such claim in the email Ive recieved). Btw I live near westney heights and anyone driving it shouldnt take more than 10 mins from this pizza place. The person on the phone was so rude that forget about offering me a discount, didnt even apologize for the delay. I cancelled the order as the delivery guy came with my order at 8:12.42 and then ordered through Dominos at 8:24 pm and recieved the order by 8:42 pm. The only person I really cared about is the delivery person. Hope hes still making decent money.
I have come to this location many times and have been treated to excellent customer service. My friend Agatha and I ordered from Richard and he would ask questions and Holly always provides the best service. Strongly recommended. The buffet is always served on time and has a lot of variety!
This location is the worse ever pizza hut its very filthiest and the staff no words to describe how rude an impolite like zero 0 education whatsoever no manners how to treat their customers at all...never again at this location.

Ok pizza
Pizza from here is just OK, its not the best pizza in town and no where near as good as this place used to be. If you order when theres a deal on the price is OK too, but tonight i ordered an order of cinnabon mini rolls with my pizza. What a joke. The picture is so misleading, the rolls look nothing like the image, theyre probably less than 25% of the size shown in the picture and they dont taste anywhere as good a cinnabon. Theyre havent even risen properly, theyre sad little lumps of dough covered up with too much icing so you wont see how bad they are. Poor show Pizza Hut, surely you can do better and surely Cinnabon wont be happy how youre representing them.

Very dissatisfied today. Ordered the triple treat box with a double cheese and pepperoni when I got home with the order I had the meat lovers pizza which several members of the family dislike. Wondered why I paid more than the advertised price. Picked it up at the Ajax location on Bayly

Waited 10 minutes to get take out. No service. 3 people saw me standing there with no acknowledgement to me being there. Pizza pizza was glad to take my order and money
