Our new favorite pizza!

Ordered online at 5:28pm on a Saturday. Order confirmation said the pizza can be picked up at 5:58pm. Got to the store only to be told its not ready and to come back in 30mins. Go back a second time, and again were told it is not ready, and to come back in 15mins. It is now almost 7:00pm and we are finally getting our pizza, only to bring it home and open it up and find a burnt, overcooked mess. Probably wont be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Was looking for a new pizza place last night, stopped into Squareboy Pizza in Ajax. I was immediately greeted by the guy behind the counter who told me about their walkin special that was available. Ended up ordering the large Pizza special, wings, and garlic bread with cheese of coarse. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Would definitely return.

I bought a large pizza yesterday, it was really delicious. Customer Service was excellent.

The delivery was good and the food was delivered hot. The app however mislead me as to the timing and showed delivered when the food hadnt even left yet. This forced me to call the store.

Ive passed by this pizza shop multiple times and decided to give it a try today when I walked in I saw they didnt have cheese slices so they went ahead and made me one. When it was time to pick it up it was so fresh and smelled really good the service is also great they really take the time to ensure that before you walk out that you got everything you want they even ask if you want anything on the pizza like oregano, parmesan, etc. The size of the slice is amazing it was filling, I will be returning!

I ordered take out here today--an XL Canadian pizza. Ive been wanting to try this place for sometime now and Im glad I did. The pizza was pretty good, not too oily and had a healthy amount of toppings. Staff was pretty good too, polite and quick. The place was clean and in a good spot. All in all, i will definitely be coming back. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

Came from kitchener to see my Ajax friend. Had this pizza twice now...And each time pizza was rather excellent ..Had a home made taste quality (like homemade crust and sauce taste ). Overall balance of tastes are dead on..Much better than other big chains. I will come back again...Its a nice treat when coming to Ajax. Thanks for great pizza and excellent service. The Ajax Square boy location at Harwood is literally one of the best pizza places. We live in whitby and will always make the drive. Food is amazing, and the customer service is top notch!! 10/10!! Kid-friendliness: Always super nice to my kids when we go there. Its a small place so nithing for the kids to get into.

The pizza dough was amazing it was soft and I don t know how to explain it but it had some flavor too it it wasn t just simple pizza dough! It was really tasty and the service was excellent the employee/owner not sure who it was was super friendly and kind and I will be definitely ordering again! Oh and the wings weren t your typical breaded wings they were like premium big wings at least when I ordered them not sure if they will be that way the next time

I have been a customer of Square Boy Pizza for most of my life. From multiple locations in Oshawa to Pickering, and now at the Ajax location. I don t usually review, but my experience was exemplary and felt compelled to share. After arriving for a pickup order and some confusion, I realized I had ordered incorrectly. Knowing it was my error, I was about to head out accepting my mistake, when the employees jumped into action and did all they could to fix my mistake and send me off with what I had wanted, despite my error. There was no need for any action on their behalf, but they chose to do what they could to make me, the customer, happy despite it being my fault. True customer service. I will continue to be a square boy customer, not just because I enjoy the pizza, but because of experiences like this.

Just moved to Ajax and was craving some pizza. I decided to try out Square Boy and was not disappointed. I tried their pizza and wing combo which came with garlic bread. Food was amazing and made fresh to order. Wings were extremely flavourful and the sauces were delicious. If you are in the area and looking for pizza and wings at a really good price look no further. To make things better the staff were all helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back again !

I tried square boy pizza for the first time, and I was not disappointed! The pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious, especially with the garlic butter crust topping! I will for sure be going back again soon.

Tried it this month, 3 toppings: jalapeño, sundried tomato and pepperoni. Adding the free crust upgrade of butter-garlic and the oregano/garlic seasoning really enhances the pizza to a whole other level. Needless to say, weve been back 3 times this month each time consistently good. One time, they forgot the oregano/garlic seasoning and they called to apologize! Very friendly and excellent service. Keep it up fellas.

Ive visited this location a couple times, usually to grab a quick slice on pizza, before I get on the highway. This most recent visit I wasnt too impressed with my slice. It was way too greasy and oily. I just dont think that is something I should subject my stomach to too often. Maybe it had something to do with the amount of cheese on the pizza? I have been to other Square Boy locations and havent run into this issue. The price of the slice is reasonable. At $4.19 after tax you get a considerable sized slice of pizza. No complaints there. Overall the staff are very polite and helpful at this location. Restaurant as a whole is fine. Maybe I will give them another chance.

First time trying this pizza place and let me tell you.....WOW! I had a Chicken and Bacon pizza with Cheddar Jalapeño dip..crazy...and I dont know what they put on the crust but its delicious. If you never been to this place..check it out and see for yourself.

Never grew up eating square boys but saw that many of the most recent reviews said this location had new management and were all talking about how delicious the pizza is. They werent wrong! Ordered a large with pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper. Love that you can add garlic and oregano (which we did) and also added garlic butter to the crust. Ordered the garlic bread too! Ie erything was soooooo good! I even was late picking up my order and it was still delicious. When i was in there they said they are adding some new pesto pizzas to the menu next week so we will definitely be back to try!

Pizza was okay, but the order was wrong. They completely omitted/ missed the topping on one of the pizzas, and both pizzas had original plain crusts instead of the specialty crusts that were selected.

Dont usually post reviews right away but this was honestly one of the best pizzas weve had in recent times. Got a veggie one with just mushrooms, green peppers onions and jalapenos. The flavour of the crust ( we got the oregano with the cheddar cheese), the sauce, the toppings, were all perfect. No overbearing flavours of any sort. Will definitely be going back and now we have a very good alternative (far better actually) to the Dominos across the street in the other plaza. Met the owner who also tossed in a complimentary cheesy garlic dip. Great stuff and I hope they can keep up this quality. Will have a weekly customer for sure!

Terrible service. The employee didn t say anything when I walked in, just handed me a menu. Got the pizza, it was extremely undercooked and looked very unappetizing. I went back and the same employee didn t say a word again, not even an apology. Avoid this dump at all costs.

We had this pizza at a friends place. We are not from Greater Toronto and had never even heard of this pizza brand. But we were in for a surprise. This is such good pizza!! I mean I had never thought a pizza would make an impression on us but this Squareboy pizza surely did! Loaded with toppings, good quality bread and so yummy. Try it if you are in Ajax and Squareboy, please open a store everywhere in Ontario!!

Ordered through their website around 11:25 pm. Pizza never came. Waited until 12:55am. I called before ordering 4 times no one answered the phone, no one is answering now either. Google says they close at 1am. Website says 12am, but my order was placed before 12am.

Absolutely amazing crust! First time buyer and definitely will be ordering again. I might get well done crust next time, since the bottom was a tiny bit gooey in the middle. Very delicious and great priced!

We ordered from this location 3 times and never will again. There seems to be no consistency as to toppings or number of slices -- we ordered the same medium square pepperoni w/extra cheese pizza every time, and got some with 9 slices, some with 12, and they forgot the extra cheese the last time. And EVERY time I ordered creamy GARLIC dip and they always gave me Extra Creamy Caesar. I dont even know if they have garlic dip even though its on their website. 1 star.

The most amazing place tbh. Its owned by a family and they are incredibly nice people who remember their regulars well. The pizza is definetly my favourite, the crust is incomparable, its way better than any pizza from main chains like pizza pizza.

Ordered the Giant 28 piece w/5 toppings. Pepperoni, pineapple, mild sausage, green pepper , red SWEET peppers. Added mushrooms and extra cheese. Also added black olives on 3 pieces. Was told 15 min. Went back in after 30 min and my pizza was still on the counter. Owner was trying to open a can of pineapple in the back with a knife. He said sorry, 15 more min, put the pineapple on and very little cheese. I came back in after 20 min and he had just put it in the box. I take it out to my car, thinking the box looks small and check inside. He had put HOT yellow and orange peppers on the pizza and it was 24 pieces. I go back in and he says sorry I will remake and then he tells me he haa NO red sweet peppers. I said fine then bacon. OMG that took another 40 min. It was cut all cockeyed, had very little toppings on it. Cheese on only half. PLUS the mild sausage......there was only 15 pieces, not even enough for 1 piece per slice. I watched him cutting my pizza. He kept checking the diagram on the wall and still didnt cut it right. They are new owners and I get learning curves but this was down right disgusting. I will be filing a complaint with head office. Oh and the olives on 3 pieces was on about 8 pieces.

Had their pizza delivered for every Raptors game. Timely delivery and really good food. They were quite flexible to customize our order every time. Also the wings..the most delicious in Ajax at this time. Not too fried/dry/oily. Will definitely order again.
