Food came out all at once, salad was very fresh (no soggy greens), menu items were exactly as described. Vegetarian options: Many options Dietary restrictions: They note in menu what can be adjusted to accommodate you Parking: Great servers, very friendly and helpful. Its a big place with lots of booth options but still feels very cozy.

How horrible. Our second time at this Applebee s location. Food was cold, no refills on drinks even though it s pop and cups were empty and to top it off my food was burnt and cold? Worst server I have ever had at an Applebee s restaurant. Our second time at this location and served by the same waitress Monika S. She passed blame off on others and is no where to be found when you need something. Seems that everyone else does the work for her. I will not be back for my free mozzarella sticks even though I am filling out the survey. Update: could not fill out the survey. Seems my code did not work.

The food and service were excellent

I mean, I cant say much when I have about 3 options to eat here. Dont bother if you have any dietary restrictions. Im a vegetarian and i just had to deal with going hungry. Also all of their gluten free options are just a lie because they cross contaminate with their fryers (which they do state on their menu). I couldnt even just make a meal out of appetizers because appetizers cost a whole meal. I guess if you have no restrictions then have fun! Vegetarian options: I think there were about 6 options that consist entirely of salads and apps. Dont bother. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are a LIE!! They openly state that they cross contaminate

I really enjoy Applebees for their extensive menu choices. My diet is very restrictive, but this menu allows many more choices than most.

The Homestyle Chicken Bowl was delicious. Comfort in a bowl. The breading on the chicken was crispy and was nicely seasoned. The gravy was very tasty and the potatoes were perfectly mashed. A very nice combination.

Over a decade and a half ago i was 4 years old spinning on the high chairs at this restaurant. DONT GO. You leave in ambulance with broken chin. Free food for bad experience would be nice Buffalo wings.

We had to wait a long time before giving our orders. The lemonade was sickly sweet. The entrée had a strange taste. The salad had too much dressing and looked like it was thrown together quickly. Not very appetizing. A disappointing experience.

Its our first time in a restaurant since the pandemic started. The patio was really nice, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good place to eat..Great service, however there was a special deal but with a catch. To get the deal OF THE DAY, you had to come back again and retrieve it next visit. I live almost two hours from this restaurant so their offer was useless, and made no sense. Many travelers pass through the city and this would never inspire me to go back, whatsoever..

We ordered 2 kids meals and the shared platter. The appetizer and kids meals came. Kids finished their food and our platters never came. We waited 35 min and then our waitress asked if everything was ok. We then waited an additional 15 min and still nothing. When I approached the bartender to pay for our order minus the adult meals she gave me an attitude and said she was getting the manager. Manager had no explanation for anything and offered to comp the entire meal. We were NOT about to eat anything else there. Ive worked in the industry and Im not about to have my food spat in. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! WERE NEVER GOING BACK!!! No wonder its got 3 stars.

I recently visited Applebees and had a terrible experience. I ordered three Chipotle Shrimp Skillets, which tasted awful the rice that was on the skillet was too runny it tasted off, and the seasoning was off. Even worse, our server was neglectful and seemed uninterested in attending to us. We had to wait long periods for basic requests, which was frustrating and upsetting. The lack of attention and poor food quality made for a very disappointing visit.

Was there for lunch last Saturday and honestly wasn t the best dining experience. Our assigned server never greeted us, never took our order, and only came by when we finished our meal and was going to pay. The only interaction we had was with a very friendly hostess. The food tho was delicious, as always, and the atmosphere was okay. It was a little loud with a big group, but other than that the restaurant wasn t as busy as other times for our server not to assist us. I recommend tho the food, always delicious and always flavourful

The food was AMAZING! Very tasty, good portions and the price was very reasonable! If you re looking for a nice dinner out, Applebee s is the place to go! You won t be disappointed

sydney was very sweet. i am excited for my free mozzarella sticks! don t order the bourbon burger , they don t have it . sunday took orders very fast and bravely she is a kind soul and a hero to us all we must protect her at all costs. she made my dining experience more than enjoyable

We went to Applebees on Sunday May 26th and with family (13 of us ) and we were told that they could not accommodate us because we were a large group (although it was pretty empty). They eventually accommodated us as we waited for the rest of our family to arrive. Our waitress was very nice pleasant and professional. We all ordered dinner and some appetizers it took over an hour to receive our meals and the alcoholic beverages tasted watered down and not very pleasant (and very expensive)and they had minimal vegetarian options which left one of our family members with just French fries. Overall the staff was very nice but the food lacked tremendouslyEspecially for the price, we found it very overpriced and underwhelming and would not return.

Only seems to be one waitress and she doesnt seem to do her job the hostess ended up bringing me my food and the bill which I had to wait a considerable amount of time for which didnt make much sense since there were only two other tables of people in the whole restaurant food was good just needs better staff.

First time visiting ordered steak with mash potatoes took a bite was dry felt like they just warmed in the microwave same as my mash potatoes, will not go back again. Overall food quality was horrible.

Bit far from my location but worth visiting as Apple Bees is best American restaurant, tried everywhere Jeddah, New York, Washington etc and this also for the first time. Definitely coming back in a month or two again :) Food

I havent been to apple bees since i was a little girl but we decided to stop in tonight. Heather was amazing, she was attentive, fast and interacted with our young daughter. The restaurant was clean, the food was yummy and hot, and i found the prices to be extremely fair in today s economy. Will definitely go back.

I would have given the food 4 stars but the French onion soup was at best luke warm. It was still delicious and so was my Orchard salad. The staff were pleasant and the restaurant was nice. Food

I enjoy absolutely everything about applebees and I m never disappointed. The manager is phenomenal and I LOVE how accommodating they are! The food is always made to perfection and the portions are big too. I NEVER have an issue here and I hope they never take this restaurant away!! Haha

We went to try Applebees. I decided to try the Bourbon Sirloin to measure the food comparing to the KEG and CHUCKS ROADHOUSE. The Bourbon Sirloin lacked taste beyond the loaded on garlic. I found the steak with faint grill marks and significant lack of tenderness. For a price of $33.99 it was very disappointing. I regularly enjoy food with blackening spices. If this steak represents the Applebees I would not go back. The next table sent their steak back and the person said I do not want another, their were given a dessert.

Our first time trying Applebees and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We cant wait to come back and try some more delicious menu items.

We went for my cousins birthday. I wanted a surprise song with whatever cake it is or what not they bring out.. And charged to me the person who asked for it!!!! The waitress came right out and asked in front of her when clearly l did not want that.the hamburger was cold , she was charged twice for her salad. Just overall a very poor meal and there were complaints all around us....l was excited to go as the week prior l was there and it was good.. None of us will be back.... and By the way the brownie was the size of a silver dollar as was the ice cream..Most restaurants do no charge for this (birthday person ) treat..

Went to applebees yesterday at 10pm. There was only a total of 4 tables occupied for the entire place. The waitress did not great us until about 15 min after we sat and then it took about 30 min to get our food and another 20 min to get our bill. Terrible service especially noting that I worked as a server in durham for 4 years in the past. I highly do not recommend this place for anyone looking for decent service.

Not friendly service the kid s menu is fantastic the food good but service not so friendly, did not tell me restaurant was closing and I ask for another drink, there is a gentleman he is very friendly, but not so happy about the other server, maybe she was tired or something but we had to ask again and again for her to reach ..

They have a good variety on their menu for adults & kids. Even enough choice for vegetarian members in our family. Always enjoy the apples and the raspberry lemonade. Reasonable prices and decent servings.

Food was great, however the restaurant was not staffed for how busy it was. Can fully understand how business can only be predicted based on previous sales/guest flow. Biggest reason for this negative review is: When I asked how much longer the food would be for 2 of our party I was told we are very busy and trying out best. I did advise the young person that that was not our problem as it had been 40+ minutes since the order was placed. When the young person (hostess?) left the table they rolled their eyes and made a very unprofessional facial expression. This of course was not visible to myself however multiple people at the table did see the behavior. This is not acceptable nor is the reply that we are doing best. Professional response should have been Im sorry, let me go see how much longer it will be.

The food wasnt bad, and the service was a little slow but other than that, it was good overall

I wish I could give a higher rating but unfortunately the staff working, with the exception of the hostess, didn t even speak with us after we had been seated at the bar for dinner. Staff avoided eye contact and ignored us until we got up and left. It s too bad as the couples meal looked amazing and had a great price point, we had been looking forward to it. The restaurant seemed clean and well staffed. Maybe we will try again another time.

A group of 6, tried to seat us in a very small space which maybe would accommodate 4 people . Moved to a different area we ordered drinks, when the drinks arrived they were incorrect. The waitress just argued, and when she looked at her notes realized she was wrong but still did not correct the drinks. She took our meal order when the items came a different person brought the food brought us a plate for a different table. At no time did the original server or the second server check in about how things were. Very displeased with the service.

Visited today. First time ever. Excellent meal. The waitress went out of her way to write down instructions so I could find the place I was looking for when I left. She was amazing. I will return again and again. I give ten stars.

The food was delicious, I just feel like they lack in presentation skills. The chicken and mashed potatoes meal needed some colour to make the meal look more appetizing for example, a medley of colourful veggies at the side. The onions also could ve been sautéed a bit more. The picture that I put up shows exactly how the food was served before digging into our meal. Our server was great and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio on this nice sunny day.

Had a birthday get together, the staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, drinks yummy and fabulous . We had a fantastic time!

I called ahead to book for a Friday night team dinner (20+). At first the manager wasn t sure they would be able to accommodate us but called in a reinforcement for that night and happily took our party. When we showed up, they were well prepared for us, handled our meals and drinks with ease, and we had no problems! Everyone enjoyed the food and speed of service - would highly recommend!!

First time visiting Applebee s, have to say great place, incredible staff and delicious food!

Server was fantastic, place was nice and clean but empty, but the food was very very weak. Our family of 4 (2A2C) stopped in for lunch and the place was clean and nice looking but had maybe 7 or 8 tables in the place so it was clear that it was not a busy place at lunch. Im not sure if that was the reason it was so laid back but it was none the less. Our server Cheryl C was wonderful! Pleasant, fun with the kids, attentive, got us in and out as best she could (as she knew we didnt have a ton of time to sit around), and was the highlight of our visit. The food on the other hand was a real let down. kids chicken bites (actually fingers) and fries were good, kids pizza and apple sauce was ok as the pizza crust was more like bread (as it was even identified by my 6 yr old) but whatever...it was edible and not offensive. The oriental (very very dated term) chicken wrap was decent enough but my chicken ranch sandwich was horrendous. It tasted like fish as it was cooked in the same fryer as their fish sandwichs halibut. Loaded with fresh tomato and lettuce etc.? You bet but the chicken (a really thin piece in dark greasy batter) tasted just like fish from a fish and chips and as such was inedible. It was happily taken off the order but I doubt it was a problem that was taken seriously as I was told oh, really? I havent heard that before. Bottom line, the place was clean and friendly but dont expect much from this place food wise!

Excellent every time and any time. Been going there for years and at other locations of Applebees too. They all offer an exceptional dining experience in this category and this location in particular stands out. We have ordered a wide variety of menu items from here over the years ranging from steaks, chicken dishes, pastas, burgers to quesedillas and they have all been satisfactory beyond expectations which is why we always come back if were going to be in the area. The drinks we order are all non alcoholic and they do a fantastic job of making mocktails so I can only imagine their alcoholic beverages are just as good and if not better if youre into alcohol. The setting is calm and though typical of the applebees dining experience I like how this one is more geared around the central bar with just enough TVs and ambient lighting. I highly recommend a visit to this applebees. As someone whos eaten applebees in the US, Dubai and now Canada on many occasions I vouch for this locations as a phenomenal dining experience that is just right.

Food was not good. Ordered 4 cheese macaroni which was like day old kraft dinner. Prices way too high for quality of food. Service was subpar. Had to keep flagging down our server. After posting review the manager called me and sent me a gift card! Awesome customer service!

Have to say it was dissapointing. The dry ribs my wife and I had for appetizers was good but the portion size a little on the small side for $12.99. I found my steak to be very bland, not very tasty at all. My wife didnt care too much for the steak in hers either and the picture in the menu doesnt compare to the meal she got. The service was on point though. But not worth the overall cost. August 12, 2023 Much better experience this around where the food is concerned. Had the spicy popcorn shrimp for appetizer. Not spicy at all more on the sweet side but was very good. The rib-lets entree was nice and meaty perfectly done not hard or chewing. The only thing that wasnt good was the side of coleslaw which a lot of restaurants dont do right. Finished off with the Dulce De Leche cheesecake, a hit most definitely. Glad to see the improvement and hope you guys keep it up. Competition is very tough so you have to maintain a good standard. Thats why I changed my rating to a 4 star.

Went this evening to have dinner with my family and I cannot express the horrible service we had gotten from both staff and manager. The food we had recieved tasted so awful, shepherds pie as manager had mentioned the backend forgot to put gravy on it, it s like saying you forgot to put beef patty in a burger. Everyone had a poor attitude, very fake, the manager came back to our table and forgot what she came back for and was just standing there and at the end says do you want another shepherds pie to take home then ends off by saying oh there goes your free shepherds pie poor management, food, staff definitely not worth even one star. They need to undergo new management and the staff needs to trim their nails. Super long talons that were dipping into our food. They need to rethink what a family experience for customers going to applebees is about. They need training especially the manager. Whole atmosphere was off. Waste of time and money not even worth a penny worth tip.

Have visited this restaurant multiple times and some times the service is good and some times not it depends on the person who is attending at the table you are seated.. The food taste is ok but not that great and the quantity wise ok as well.. it is Ok Ok restaurant.. The restaurant chain in US seems to better than this.

We went here for my mom s birthday, and it was great. The food was fresh and delicious, and the prices weren t too bad. The portions are pretty good, for what you pay for. I got the ribs, and they were delicious. I will definitely come back here again for another occasion.

For 1 omlette they charge Me $35 , I asked for onion and tomato they charge me 4$ each topping without telling me that there will be additional chargers for toppings ..I paid $12 for just onion and tomatoes...servers are judging you on your nationality ...and did not talk nicely

Visited for a late dinner and got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. For the price, I was expecting quality. The chicken was over cooked and dry, the shrimps were bland and the mash potato was sloppy on the hot plate. Overall it wasn t appealing to the eyes. When asked if the meal was served with any gravy or sauce, the server said no. I m not sure what kind of choking hazard I ordered up on a plate.
