Delicious, authentic Jamaican cuisine paired with exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. A truly memorable experience!”
I ordered from Courtney’s twice off Uber Eats app and it won’t be the last time cause the oxtail taste gooood!! Tender, moist and meat fall off the bone. And yes there’s meat. The gravy nice and saucy. What most restaurants don’t do which is a crime is no butter beans in the oxtail dish but Courtney have butter beans. Yes!!! The rice and peas cooked perfectly. Not dry or too wet. Make sure to add on plantain. Plantain sweet and not oily at all. I can’t wait to taste the gungo peas soup so I’ll be back for sure. Do yourself a favour if you want authentic Jamaican flavours and get some good food from Courtney’s.
Incredible food, got to meet the owner who is very kind. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want authentic Jamaican food and vibes. Go out and support a great business.
I order three meals today for myself and friends for lunch 😋 I had a healthy fresh salad 🥗 with curry chicken. The seasoning was correctly balanced. Not salty or full of pepper. Just an enjoy to eat real food again. 10/10 I shall return.
I usually don't leave restaurant reviews much, but Courtney's does deserve it. This was my first time ordering. I ordered through UberEats - cow foot (which I've only eaten from my mom), curry chicken and bbq chicken. Presentation was good, taste was good and the servings were pretty generous. Has been hard finding a decent Jamaican restaurant in the city. Would def be ordering again and would recommend.
Excellent food, very kind and friendly staff. I do not usually go to Caribbean restaurants but, we stopped here for lunch one day. They make the best BBQ chicken ever. Hands down, the best chicken I ever had. I could eat it every day.
Was getting my hair done down the plaza and I wanted something quick. Oxtail was sold out which is always a good sign lol. I got the small jerk chicken with rice and peas for $12, and it was perfect! Food was fresh, hot and full of flavour. Spice was on point. Can't wait to try the oxtail next round.
My father purchased this expensive meal and my entire family was dissatisfied with everything. From the price of $67 for a meal that’s sized for 2 people to the taste. Very salty chicken and curry goat. The curry goat was chopped up in very small pieces; furthermore, we had more BONES than meat. My family and myself will never come back here again. Truly awful. 👎
Great place
Excellent food and services

The food and vibe is exactly what I was looking for. A hidden gem indeed. Jamaican food, music and good drinks.

Great food!!
The food is great and the customer service is awesome . Im proud that the food is giving justice to the Jamaican cuisine. My only issue is the guys hanging out outside the restaurant. They deliver with Uber, so I will use delivery service instead.
Very good place to have refreshment. Jamaican food and various drinks are available at affordable rates.
Delicious food. Reminds me of home cooking. Plus great vibes !
Probably the best jerk chicken I ve had. If you want authentic Caribbean food look no further!
Delicious authentic jerk chicken with the perfect spice level! Highly recommend!
We had the jerk chicken and it was the best! Tender, perfectly spicy, so so good! They guys are amazing too. It s a must go!!!
The Jerk chicken is soooo good and tender the meat fell off the bone and the flavour and spice was on point. Definitely will be eating there again!
This is truly Jamaica in Canada. The most delicious and yummy Jamaican cuisine youll ever taste in North America.5 stars arent enough, you too will understand after youve experienced their amazing and mind boggling food.Big up and nuff respect Courtneys.
I would not recommend this restaurant for the following reasons: 1. Poor customer service 2. Small portions - (definitely not worth the price) 3. Taste and freshness - awful * Goat soup - ok * Rice & peas with jerk chicken (there was less than 10 grains of peas; little portion of rice; chicken tasted like it was left overs from the day before that was warmed up. It was spicy but taste was awful! *1/4 fry chicken also tasted like left overs ( the taste was horrible ) Another disappointment in purchasing Jamaican food outside the home. I will adhere to my mantra: cook mi food a mi yaad.
