As always the service was great the look of the bar is amazing, all the Rock and Roll history from the walls to the tables right up to the drum lights so cool, Saw an epic Band called Wicked Truth, Was a little disappointed with the food I wasnt aware that the Italian sandwiches were gone.

saw a couple of bands downstairs. very cool atmosphere and the sound was good. the stage looks very unstable though, mics were falling and amps were moving around during the perfomance. bar service was good but the available drinks didnt match the website (and no visible signs of whatnthey had available or a bar menu to look at) we didnt have any food but others seemed to be enjoying theirs

I came here with my husband tonight for the first time we arrived just after 10pm. We waited at the bar to be served for about 7 minutes with no one greeting us at all. We asked a male worker if the bar was open and he replied there is no bartender tonight and to go outside to be served at a table. No problem, we sat outside at a table and waited 20 minutes no one even approached us to see if we wanted anything so my husband asked the lady who was serving the other tables if we could get a drink she said she needs to ask first. After a few minutes she came back out and we asked again thinking she misunderstood us thinking we wanted food. She told us she was told not to serve us! We are completely sober didnt have and drinks there. We asked why and she said she was told not to serve us. We couldnt understand why as we just arrived there. I believe they didnt want to serve us because my husband is black and not white like myself and all the other customers that were being served. Disgusted with the service in this racist place. GOOGLE please do not remove the TRUTH. I can show proof we were there with my google maps. I will post this insane service we received all over social media as well as contact the media! Racism should never be accepted.

The food is fantastic. There is no skimping on the portions.

Great chicken wings

Had a great night here with a good band playing 80s music and great friends!

I dont normally write bad reviews but seeing as my husband got food poisoning here a couple days ago I figured I would say something. The patio was quite nice, and our waitress was great. However, the food was mediocre and it made my husband and friend sick. They both ordered the chicken wings, I got chicken fingers which is a pretty safe bet. Things happen, mistakes are made but my husband has been very ill since we ate there and I just dont want anyone else to have to suffer. If the owner needs any more info I can gladly provide it, but yeah! I wont be going back unfortunately

Salsa night was a blast. They did a short lesson beforehand for people new to salsa, bachata etc, very helpful. DJ was great and everyone was very friendly and inviting. Great energy the whole night! There was a totally different vibe upstairs on the same night with a live band which was fun as well

We didnt eat, but had a few drinks. They were watered down and the pop was flat. They wanted $20 for cover to listen to a tribute band but only if you go downstairs. You could hear them upstairs for free.

Great place for a party

Was our go-to spot for our guys nite, but not so much anymore. They reduced their hours to 3 days a week, so there is little point to stopping in at the spur of the moment. This is why they are losing all their stars. Its a shame because we really like their outdoor patio. They also no longer have California Sandwiches. The burgers are still decent though.

i have heard this place is great and given the fact they named the place after wings it should be amazing it was not i have had better wings at a gas station i couldn t eat them we had two kinds and they were both inedible the server tried his best the place was a dump though and the karaoke night (which we did not know) was like nails on a chalkboard could not wait to leave never go here. ever the worst resto i have ever seen

Nice place, good food/beer and love the service!

Rented the basement for a party and we had such an amazing experience. Shane was so great to work with, answered our questions quickly and he had a lot of patience and flexiblity. The bartenders that night were great! Fast, helpful and supportive. Food was amazing and the chef even came and checked in with us to check how the food was. Really recommend Drums N Flats!

I enjoyed the evening listening to Southern Fried. Excellent band. Friends who ate enjoy the food. Waitress, we had was amazing. Found the seating uncomfortable, however thats would have been my own personal issue. Would visit again.

Always fun place

Ive been here twice (Latin night on Saturday and Wednesday Karaoke Night) and it has been a really nice experience! The Latin night was amazing, had such a a great time! The crowd was great, it was overly packed, and the music was perfect! Karaoke night was really fun as well! Food was decent, was just a few full tables, but was a great mid-week night out! And the prices are really good! All in all, it was fun and great memories!

A great venue for aweosme shows. The food is good and the atmosphere during performances can be electric.

We go here as a night out! Drinks are Great, People are Great and the Music is FANTASTIC! They have live bands a lot of the time and the DJ is Amazing as well! I ve only eaten to soak up the drinks Lol! The Wings and Nachos are Great!

Great place for live music - kind of hidden away but spacious and with a big dance floor and perfect acoustics! The food is strangely amazing as well, I guess because its attached to a California Sandwiches. Nice staff, great bar, I would definitely go again for a night out or to catch a local band.

Saw a great band The Chicago Project, amazing musicians, all 9 of them! Had veal sandwich very good and plentiful. Taylor our server was right on it the whole night, very friendly. Was a good night out for sure. Have been here many times, a great place to see a band.

Spacious patio and great service. Our server, Jade was lovely! I couldn t decide on my cocktail and she recommended a Bloody Caesar and boy was it an awesome drink!

Nostalgic place used as a gathering spot with old friends. Been there several times and its always good. We know it for the California sandwiches! Always generous servings. Dietary restrictions: Staff ask if there are any allergies or other issues. Parking: Get there early or may have difficulty. Other retailers want parking for their clients too. Wheelchair accessibility: Geared to handicapped with easy access to washrooms and NO STAIRS!

Fantastic food and service

Definitely will be coming back here again! Food took a little long to come out which is why I only gave 4 stars for service. However it was well worth the wait!! Delicious and fresh! Our waitress, Courtney, was wonderful as well! Very friendly and made us feel right at home!

Wonderful Latin night! Highly recommend! Dont suggest getting martinis here, they are not good. Got nachos and they were ok (not the greatest). Staff is very nice.

Cannot return until you stop using the smoke/fog machines because we have asthma Is it possible you stop using them ? - Added note: How can I communicate properly with your team and ask them stop using the fog machines? We re hoping to come again this Saturday night!

Wonderful dine-in experience right after removal of restrictions. Ruhaiyna was a really nice server and she checked-in regularly to make sure every member on our table was happy. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend this place!

Love this place. Seen it go through many changes over the years (safari, etc) but I must say it s better than ever. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. They always go above and beyond! Rooting for ya.

Went in to see the fight between Mayweather and McGregor, Awsome table wraps and the huge projections screens ensures great seating anywhere. Food was delicious and the staff was awesome. I highly recommend it for anyone.

The sandwiches are great as usual. My wife and I make sure we stop by for lunch when we are in town.

We brought my mother in law for a quick pre-Mother s Day lunch and I wish we didn t. We have been here many times before for eat in and take out. This time, the restaurant was basically abandoned and the patio was really depressing (broken glass in the garden, damaged chairs just sitting by the doorway). The beer selection was smaller than usual and only one of our group liked their meal. I got the same thing I always get, and it was not the same at all. I notice they are currently hiring kitchen staff and I m going to put it down to that and not bash them too hard. The prices were fair. The server was good. Beer was good. I think this will be my last time visiting though.

We ordered wings for pick up. They were the worst wings my family has ever had .They tasted like rubber and no flavor I think they cooked them from frozen not fresh .First bad experience ftom this restaurant.

Always quick and polite, one of the absolute best burgers Ive ever had!!!

The service was good, but the food is way overpriced and portions are very small. Nachos were $20 and were very basic and small and didnt even have any meat. A pound of wings is $16 and Ive never seen such small wings in my entire life. I definitely will not return.

It pains me not to give this place five stars because the sandwiches we ordered were incredible, but we were disappointed with our take away experience. We came for lunch. The haddock fish sandwich my son ordered was huge. I had the veal and it was enough for two people. We ordered wings to go and when we got home, we were surprised by how small they were considering the cost. They were also dry. It must have been an off day for the wings but that wont deter me from going back. Great service. I keep thinking about the fish sandwich. Just try it!

Food is good but they are short staffed.

I went in after work for dinner and ordered the veal sandwich with fries . It came out quickly from the kitchen. The portions were huge and so delicious. My server was Christine, she was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Went for Spanish night and it was a really good vibe. People are friendly and down to earth. No date? No problem, a lot of people there that mix n mingle for dancing purposes. Strangers dancing with strangers, its a beautiful thing.

Great atmosphere, was there for my first time a few days ago for a guns n roses tribute by a local band, it was very enjoyable had a great time and the washrooms were pretty clean

What kind of bar closes at 11:00 pm on the Saturday of a long weekend? New owners must not like money. Edit: I did end up trying it. The service was unbearably slow, the food (when it arrived) was mediocre and our party of six ended up going somewhere else. One person was serving all tables, inside and out. Ridiculous.

Fresh, meaty wings and good fries. Lots of screens and music on the PA! Live shows are lots of fun! Enjoyable place to hang out for live music and tasty food.

Good food nice atmosphere.

Always have a good visit when we go there. My wife really likes that she can get her wings as all flats and the dipping sauce is great. The service is always great and looking forward to when we can see some bands downstairs again.

We came here after a funeral service for a drink and snack. When we arrived the patio was already at half capacity. The server immediately got us a table and grabbed us chairs. Another server promptly took our order (and another couple we shared the table with). The drinks and food came in a timely manner and everything was great. One of the servers was pregnant (working very hard) and I didnt notice until we were almost done. I overheard other patrons saying the same thing. Excellent and consistent attention from all the servers and great good. Next time we are in Ajax we will come back.

I love hanging out at DNF any Thursday, Friday or Saturday night on the patio... great live music, food, service and prices, what more could I want?! Just saw CeCe Pastor & Word of Mouth band there, smokin hot

Compliant with COVID protocols, just visited for a few beers, plenty of room for social distancing.

Went for salsa night and was disappointed at customers not wearing masks when they were supposed too. There is only so much staff can do, I dont blame them. Honestly this place is 5 stars, the staff were wonderful and the salsa instructors told people to wear masks on the dance floor. It didnt work and we felt extremely exposed. Im so upset and sad I love the theme and vibe of this place. And the staff are SO wonderful!!!

Great music and staff!

Went for New Years Eve and it was a fun party. The band was really good and so was the DJ. We had wings, nachos and sweet potato fries, food was good quality, large portions and served hot. Staff are friendly and the crowd is mature nice people. Nice, clean restaurant

Good food very pleasant staff Had a pleasant surprise when I found out that they have California Sandwiches Large bun and a generous portion of meat. I had the veal sweet. They also have a variety of other items like chicken wings. The downstairs is well laid out for any sports games with large projection screens rather than the smaller led screens that you see in most bars which will sometimes only have 1 or 2 projection screen. The sound is not the best as during the intermission you can clearly hear that the commentators voices sound muffled.

Wont be going back here anytime soon. Love the place, but during current Covid-19 restrictions, they were doing a HORRIBLE job! None of the staff wore face masks. None of the tables were placed out properly to allow proper distancing. Wait staff came to table leaning over us within a foot or two. Handed out debit-tap machine, around table everyone touching it, no disenfectant between users etc etc. Many restaurants working very hard to make sure staff and customers are safe and all proper emergency regulations were being followed, but NOT HERE. Really disappointed they were so sloppy. Regional Health Dept notified.

I Just move to the area and it looked like a nice place off of a main road. I stopped in for a quick lunch and few beers. The food was great (i had the steak sandwhich) but people who had wings around me raved about them. The waitress Christine, was amazing. Very outgoing and sweet. She could recommend anything to eat or drink and you would not be disappointed. I think I found my new go-to...thanks Christine.

Great set up for social distancing. Outside patio Lounge. We saw Ayden Jacobs and his awesome band. Delicious eggplant sandwich, bucket of beer- cheap, great location in the village of Pickering.
