Had veg. Burger at this place today morning. Was ultimately crisp and soft at the same time. Loved it. Thanks to Dash who asked the kitchen to make it fresh for me. Though they always serve fresh. Nicely decorated and clean place to have a quality time.
it shows what i ordered and what i received. this is the worst experience i was starving and this is what i received i hate tomatoes and pickle. whosoever made this just put random toppings. lettuce is joke its not even a pinch. is this a joke?
I visited this store today and ordered 2 large fries from the drive thru and I specified that I would like it fresh and have no problem in waiting and the staff asked me to pull over on side to wait. After 5 minutes I got my food and was hoping for it to be fresh. I didn't check the food as I was sure they will give me fresh fries. As I am already on the way to home I realized that they did not give me fresh fries at all. Instead they mixed it with old and stale fries. It was too late for me to go back. I can tell the difference between fresh and stale food as I am also part of food industry. I am highly disappointed with the order. If people ask for fresh food there is a reason as they are spending there hard earned money on the food and they want to enjoy the fresh food.
Najala was amazing. She patiently took our order. Greeted us with a smile which is so hard to across these days. Customer service was excellent. Food was great!
I noticed the Harvey's Westney location & had lunch there. The food & service was excellent!!!! It's truly a beautiful thing, when ordering you don't have to remember what each version of burger has on it. What a pleasure to just say what you want on it. It was so good & the service is the best. I went back again the next week & got lunch to take home for my wife & myself. Super service & great tasting food again 😋. Unfortunately I fumbled opening the car door spilling 1 order of fries & most of my milkshake. It was still enough though & so good. We highly recommend Harvey's. Oh almond forgot Moona is fantastic at her job. She's friendly and efficient at the same time. I will be returning.
I went to Harvey's recently and ordered a burger combo: fries and a drink. Param took my order. The burger was fresh, and what really made my day was that I could add all my favourite toppings to it. The fries were piping hot, crispy, and the drink just completed my meal. The staff were friendly and quick; even though it felt busy, I didn't have to wait very long. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, too, which made everything even better. Definitely coming back for another delicious meal
I dropped by Harvey’s for a quick bite on a Friday night. Just ordered a Jr Crispy sandwich and it was simply amazing. Loved the taste! The lady who took my order at the counter was nice. She was the one who added the veggies and sauces in the sandwich just like it’s made at Subway. The restaurant was nice and clean from inside and had pre-Christmas decorations which made the environment cozy and warm. My experience was great and I will come back again!
Delish as usual and Najala is wonderful so kind and nice we love her ! However the Sugar donuts are terrible and leave an awful aftertaste- avoid them !

As you can see historically I dont really do reviews but after the service I received by Dash I ran to Google to say she is amazing not only did I get everything I wanted but I got more as she place a smile to me and my loved one.

Im highly disappointed with the drive-thru service. We ordered 2 burgers with the works, one with jalapeños. Apparently, all I get is one slice of everything (including only one slice of jalapeño)..... Apparently, they cant spare 2 to 3 pickles and enough jalapeños to actually taste them.... its BS

I m not a big fan of their burgers, but i love the poutine and shakes. I was served by Moona who was very friendly and offered exceptional service. She helped me choose from the big menu and made it perfectly customised to my taste.
The employee that we encountered at the drive-thru just a few mins ago seemed rude which is actually an disappointment when someone is asking you something politely. It might be possible that she was not being rude but the tone was totally off. Being in these kinda roles, you need to greet the customer with politeness and kindnes.

Engaging environments, lived their Christmas tree decorated for Christmas Clicked pictures, food was served fresh, hygiene was mentained, appropriate glove wearing and disposing off , hairnets were properly coving their hair. I had crispy chicken which was actually crispy, nuggets were super soft. Dashmeet packed my package in different bags which was so easily accessible for me

Pickering.... Kingston Road and Westney location. Never had worse service or food. Scarcely placed wilted lettuce, had to ask for more; Asked for tomato and they put 1 slice, had to ask for a second.... 1 pickle.....you get it. Salad was 1/4 of the container and grilled chicken- maybe 3 strips.... same salad at different location was double the size. Stingy with napkins....literally 2 napkins for 3 people.....should I go on. Taste and quality...nothing to write home about. Other locations definitely be.

I was given a paper and asked to leave a review. I do not like people asking me to do that. I felt like the cashier was pushy. The person making my burger was not listening to me. My burger was saturated in mustard. I had to clean it off!

Convenient location, excellent and fast service. The employees know their products and their coupons, and were able to help me get the best deal for the food I wanted. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Though there was a long line, everyone was served very quickly, and when it was my turn I felt appreciated as a customer, not rushed. There was an appropriate amount of staff for the lunch crowd.
