I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jermett last evening, and I cant say enough wonderful things about her! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that immediately made us feel welcome. Jermett s attentiveness was truly exceptional. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was always available without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on we loved everything she suggested! What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and positive attitude. She made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Her ability to balance multiple tables with grace and efficiency was remarkable, and she never missed a beat. Jermett truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. She s a shining example of what excellent service should look like, and she deserves all the recognition for her hard work. We ll definitely be coming back, and a big part of that is thanks to her. I visited this location yesterday with my family and we had Jermett for our server. I dont typically leave reviews but I think excellent service should be recognized. Jermett was super attentive and genuinely friendly and made our meal experience very enjoyable. Best service we have had a restaurant in a LONG time!

My review is based on my experiences over several visits, as Kelseys is a favorite local restaurant for my family. The service has always been great, especially since my son has a few allergies, but theyre always great with accommodating us and being careful about preparing his food. The last time we visited (and several times in the past) we were helped by Jermett, who was very helpful and friendly. The food here is usually really good as well, but Ive been disappointed with the wings once or twice, however, other times they have been fine. Overall, were still very happy going here and would recommend.

We waited over 30 minutes for appetizers and when they came, we had no side plates. Our server went to get some and Im pretty sure he forgot about us. We had to ask the person bussing tables for side plates a few minutes later. The food didnt take too long after that. My chicken burger was okay but someone else at my table said the fish was bland. Our server seemed pretty disinterested in being there. The restaurant wasnt too busy, but a good turnout for a Thursday night.

Ive dined in many times but The only thing I get from here now is the spinach dip. Its delicious. But I find other food really inconsistent in quality. The one time I did take out, ordered a wrap with fries amd the dip. My fries were cold and soggy and the Lettuce in my wrap was also soggy. I didnt eat any of it. It was gross. The spinach dip I had to reheat, it was also cold. Just feels like the care of the quality of food thats being put out is really lacking. The food has also been inconsistent dining in as well. The staff is very friendly, Ive never had a problem with them other then its often hard to get a waitress/waitors attention.

Good portions, good location, great staff

Went for a family dinner. Nothing really stood out on the menu as it s a rather generic North American theme, but the food was good. Garlic bread appetizer was amazing, and the wings and ribs were really good. Our server Elia was great and friendly. All in all, had a good time.

Appetizer, shrimp & veggies tempura thing - the seasoning taste was good however it was too salty. Balsamic chicken - I dont know how the chicken was prepared but the surface looked like leather, dehydrated look, the breast itself was thin, probably due to the dehydration of it. I dont know if it was made from a fresh raw chicken breast or pre-cooked, either way it was lacking of flavour. 10oz Sirloin steak, medium rare(my wife ordered) - she ate half of it, spat out half of what she ate due to the meat being too tough/hard to chew. The medium rare part was good and accurate but the meat itself is not good. Her friend ordered the same thing but had hers done to medium. Her jaw was also overworked but she ate all of it because she did not want to waste food. Service was decent, waitress was friendly even when we complained about the steak. Manager was also friendly taking the steak off the bill. Atmosphere was ruined by fruit flies/flies, there were a few bothering us thru out the entire time. Sorry to say but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I could ve given all 5 stars (5 stars definitely for our server, George, at the 10 Kingston Rd location). We started with a half tray of nachos $16.99) with queso, tomatoes on the side, no lettuce or onions and for added ground beef for an additional $4.99. The order arrived exactly as we requested; my partner did however, mention there was very little cheese and the ground beef was dry and bland. For mains, I got Balsamic Chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli ($21.99) that was tasty and fresh and my partner had the steak and Swiss handheld with French fries ($19.99) and a serving of Crown Royal ($8.99). Our server let us know that today s fries were substituted with fries from a different supplier than their usual but that was no issue as they were crispier and tastier than the normal ones. It was my partner s bday and he received complimentary dessert which was the butterfinger ice cream cake ($8.49) that he thoroughly enjoyed. I got the molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream ($8.49). I was surprised at how large of a portion it was. I wish all servers were like our server, George. He was friendly, professional and efficient. At every stage of our time there, the greeting, seating, order taking, bringing out the food, taking away empty serving plates, cashing us out was super efficient and he did it graciously with a personable attitude. 5 stars+ for George!!! At the time we were dining a family of 5 was seated at the other side of the restaurant and we were bombarded with shouting, shrieking and screeching from the 2 boy children throughout our meal until they left. I understand it s a family restaurant but that was way too much to endure. Parking: 4 parking permit spots closest to the entrance. Kid-friendliness: It s perhaps too kid friendly here. Kids are great but the 2 boys that were there were making so much noise the entire time they were in the restaurant. Parents seemingly could not get them to sit down on their bums.

My son and I went on a Sunday evening for dinner. It was quiet so you would expect our service to be that much better as well as our food but we were disappointed. Not only did our meal get mixed up but the fries were cold like they had been sitting in the tray - my son actually had to order a fresh batch. We were very disappointed as we have been there before and received better service so I dont think I will be back for quite some time.

When you order 21 oz beer and you get behalf glass of foam! Bartender says owner told them to give 2 to 3 fingers of foam... Canadian law states fluid oz not bubbles. Lastly stop scooping ice with glass,.. dangerous. Have you ever had glass chips in stomach? Painful Seeing this.. couldnt stay for more than 1 drink.. had I seeing the ice being scooped with glass I wouldnt have stayed for anything... Review is that we have to call for service 15 min in we needed service at the bar. We called the number heard the phone and someone answered it and we said we need service! They came thankfully we said our quesadillas had nothing in it. A little peice of cheese and a pepper. He said he would rectify it so we are thankfully for that but still the service is so slow we had to call on the phone for service, like how ridiculous is that????

We came here for the happy hour. When we asked for a happy hour menu, we were told that they didn t have any left but the waitress listed out a few options except for the crispy chicken bites( this is the first option on the menu btw) We then saw another waitress seat customers at a table near us and they were handed happy hour menus. We asked her for the menu and she happily brought them over to us. Ordered the bites and nachos. Food was alright, portions are small. A weird experience and left a sour taste. Won t be back due to lacki of honesty and poor customer service
