The staff are simply fantastic. Very attentive and observant. Memory of drink order is amazing. Visited for a retirement party and there were over 30 and they kept people s orders straight. Atmosphere was great. Huge venue! Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Stopped at Kings Castle after about a year of not going because of terrible food. Friends wanted to go there. Last night, Super Bowl. Waited an hour for our food. Saying to ourselves with that length of time, food will be fresh. No, it was refried wings and cold. Had to have it remade.

We booked this restaurant for a team dinner. Service and food was awful. We waited over 2.1/2 hours with dishes coming out with one server one at a time. With a booking of 40 you would think the owner would have had at least a manager there. Most bills were cut in half. Avoid this place

Server was really nice but so slow. She mentioned that the cook was new/not as experienced. Well, I believe it! We all ordered. Mt wifes fish and chips finally arrived and she said it was very good. But then we waited a bunch more for the rest of our food. I ordered fajitas. Finally the skillet arrived with the meat. Then we waited for at least 10 minutes for the shells and toppings while the meat cooled. (fajitas was very good) My son ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot sausage added and they brought him a bbq chicken. He ended up picking most of the toppings off and did not enjoy it at all. We did point out to the server that she had brought the wrong thing. She was most apologetic but there was no offer to correct or compensate. When the bill came, we were charged for the bbq chicken which was $2 more than the pepperoni. We should have argued but it was getting late and it was Christmas Eve. We just wanted to get going. First and last time for this place.

We were excited to try this place and thankful they were open on New Years Day. Their service was excellent and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I have a dairy allergy and ordered the mexican breaded chicken burger which has no dairy listed on the menu. I told the staff member that I had the allergy, and they said they would keep dairy off the burger. We ordered the burger, beef and orange noodles, along with samosas, and various wings and salads for the family to share. The wings tasted nice, but we found the spicy wings to be overly salty. The beef and orange noodles were very bitter. They used real oranges which was nice, but they left the pith on, making the entire dish extra bitter. For my dairy free burger, they spread garlic butter on both buns, but left the sauces on the side. I tried the breaded chicken and it oozed oil. It tasted awful, with a fishy aftertaste that could only be unchanged fry oil. It was completely inedible. I can only wonder if the wing sauces hid the taste of the oil. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Sky and Raven took very good care of the 50th birthday party, with more than 40 people in attendance. They were very polite, efficient, and friendly! I work next door and have been eating here every single day spending 20$ a day and that s how they treat me lol! Didn t offer to resolve the issue in anyway except for refund. My family and I dined in on Mar 18, 2023, for my husbands birthday and the service was great. Skylar, our server was awesome. She kept checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband got a free slice of cake with a candle on it. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The portion size of our meals was huge and the price was pretty reasonable compared to other bars and grills. The food tasted good. The fries were the biggest hit for us. We will definitely go back.

Looking to find a reasonably priced breakfast, look here. Great breakfast at half the price of other places. Kelleys been our surver for three weeks now, and is great.

King Castle has the best breakfast for a price under $5 that comes with three eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries and toast. Service is extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Bobby was a phenomenal server! His energy is genuine and he was attentive to our table. He was patient as we had two small children and he engaged with them, which was a huge help. Bobby s recommendations were delicious and we will be back for his dynamite customer service! Dean was the chef and he was tremendous! The food was absolutely delicious- cooked to perfection! Friendly bar good service

Would like to tell you how the food was but after 50 minutes of waiting for our order, we just paid for the beer and left. The place wasn t full or anything so the service was disappointing. It s a basic watering hole with lots of dudes just drinking at the bar. If that s your thing, this is the place.

It has been a great experience having Sierra as my server. She was polite and attentive and met the needs of the group we were with. She is a welcome addition to the Kings Castle family. Nothing but good things to say. Great job Sierra

absolutely disgusting customer service, I cant imagine this kind of restaurant still exist in this era. I reserved for a thanksgiving dinner for my family a week ago and it was confirmed and then on the day of thanksgiving I called them again just to check and I was told that there is no reservation. Disgusting is an understatement and restaurant owner should be ashamed of this.

Kings Castle has one of the best breakfast Ive had in a very long time! And the price point $3.99 is an obvious win. And customer service was impeccable. I definitely recommend this pub for their breakfast is on the weekend and even their lunch specials are amazing!

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time today. We ordered deep fried pickles, I got the chicken parm and she got the roast beef and swiss. Food was amazing it almost tasted like something our mothers used to make at home! Our waitress Kristal was very friendly and efficient. I don t normally rate places but today I found the need to, my family and I recently visited this restaurant usually I d expect to be greeted with a worker helping us out but that was not the case they had only ONE person working who was really rude, we had to find our own tables and wait for the waitress which took more time than expected but we understood because they were quiet understaffed at the time when she finally visited our tables she had a snarky attitude at the time me and my sister were sitting at a different table than the others, the waitress got annoyed and said Move to a different table, I don t want to serve two different tables and clean them. We were literally sitting one table apart. Moving on to the food, the food was displayed to be amazing but it wasn t anything special, personally my eggs were not what I expected them to be. Half of the food they gave us did not have any taste, not only that but the bacon was overwhelmingly salty and dry which was not expected, we had an issue with cutlery as most of our forks and knives were dirty (which should not be the case in ANY working restaurant) Overall the service was not at all good and they should work on how they prepare food and how to speak to customers, will never visit again.

This restaurant was recommended to me by someone due to its reasonably priced breakfast meals. On entrance my children and I chose our seats (there were 5 of us), when the waitress came she was downright rude! Told us to chose different seats because she doesnt want to go between 2 tables! She dropped the menus and left, when she came she pointedly asked so are you choosing one table so I dont have to clean two separate tables? When I suggested that we move my children pointed out that now they are uncomfortable. I suggested leaving but they wanted to try the food. I will not rate the food because due to the poor customer service I had lost my appetite! Thats it for me not recommended!

Asked for Pint and Pound, waitress said we don t have today. Clearly on Website says they do. Got crab dip, chips were stale and dip is not good. Ordered sampler plate with side potato skins, waitress said side potato skins? We said yes. When the order came no potato skins. Asked for them, and she walked away. Then she came back and showed me the menu and said it does not come with skins. I showed her it did have an option for it with an additional charge. Then she left and didn t come back. Went to the bar to ask for bill. Took 15 minutes. Funny service in past was really good, but we won t go back.

My brother found this place online. We decided to check it out. It s very big inside and appeared to be a locals type pub. The menu was extensive which at first scared me as a restaurant trying to please everyone really pleases no one. I had the Mac n cheese and garlic loaf and my brother had the pulled pork and parents had a Reuben and a Montreal smoked meat sandwich. The prices were very reasonable and the older male server (who smelled like a movie star) brought me a refill without even having to ask. The best service. The food came all together and it was piping hot. The flavour was excellent and I tried my mothers Reuben and it was also very good. Everyone was happy. So I guess you can have a huge menu and have great food quality after all. I will return for sure!

I ve recently started ordering from here around two months ago on Uber Eats and Skip the dishes, the blackened chicken wrap is to die for, it s everything I ve ever wanted in a wrap! It comes with spinach, avocado, goat cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. The food here always feels homemade, it s really healthy and extremely delicious. Not to mention the affordability of this restaurant especially if you re dining in. They do 99 cent wings on Monday s and Tuesdays the Smoked Lime Tequila wings are the best ! The service is amazing and the workers everyone who runs this restaurant is amazing !

Coming into the place you re ignored for about a minute or so until you decide to seat yourself. Then your waitress comes over to try to sell you a drink, gives you a menu and disappears for 30 minutes so that you can really take your time choosing what you d like to eat. By the time she returned I wasn t sure if I wanted to order anymore. Nevertheless, I ordered and waited another 20 minutes for food to come out. Cups were dirty, booth and table were sticky, menus had leftover food on them, service was below average and slow. The food was decent the first time I came here but this visit was just disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

This is a great local British style pub, lots of regulars here and thats always a good sign, My server Kelly was very friendly and personable and served everyone in the bar, Food was good,

Waited 10+ minutes to be served even after the two servers looked at me a number of times. One of them even had multiple conversations with others and never served me. The other finally asked me if I had been served. Its sad as the food was very good and was recommended by a friend.

Our server every Thursday is Tim and he has such a great personality and funny. Very friendly always quick to bring your drinks and food. Such a pleasure to be around!! Food is awesome as well.

As I walk in he comes to the table with my drink before I even ask for it. Food, drinks and atmosphere is great but what really sets this place apart is the service!!! We had an incredibly friendly, attentive server named Tim who made our night out fun and memorable!! Not only is he incredible at his job but makes it look easy and the whole experience FUN with his outgoing friendly demeanor and sense of humor! I come in here quite a bit, the food is great with very fair prices. But what draws me to come in is the server Kelley! Her customer service is beyond me!
